KOL MIKAELSON WAS NEVER EASILY SCARED. In fact there are few things in the world which actually scares him and unfortunately, his dear Mother-in -law is one of them. Of course, it has nothing to do with her being a witch and all, it's just out of respect and the care she gives him,even when he wasn't married to her real daughter. To be honest, she was more of a mother to him then his real mother was. She genuinely cares for him. And that is what makes her terrifying. It was a well known fact that Molly Weasley can be bloody scary when it comes to those she loves.

And unfortunately for him, he always does something reckless. And that is the reason he is always under her radar. He likes the attention obviously, anyone who lived his life thinking their family don't give a damn about them would be the same. But he know right now he is in deep shit because of his bloody recklessness.

He sat there looking wide eyed at the howler or rather what is left of it. He knew Edlynne would be gladly laughing to death at his situation if not for comforting his angels who were disturbed by the loud voice. And he didn't have to look at his siblings for the knowing their reactions.

"What the bloody hell was that?" Klaus was the first to demand.

"It was a howler." Edlynne replied, finally reassuring the twins that nothing is wrong.

When his siblings looked at her blankly, she elaborated, " A Howler is a magical letter which enchantes the written message into the writer's voice, usually at a very high volume. It usually used to express anger or displeasure."

It took a moment for his siblings to grasp this. Well , he can understand them , he was like this when he was introduced to wizarding world too. So, he wasn't really surprised when he heard klaus mutter, " of bloody course they can send voice letters too."

"Who will sent you a howler?" Elijah asked curiously. Oh he can see how they are having trouble believing it, and Edlynne hadn't even started telling the interesting things.

"My mom." Was what Edlynne replied cheekily. He knew she was going to enjoy this.He knew , Of course, if not for his siblings, she would have been biting his head off. And for once, he was happy that the bunch of assholes he calls siblings, are present. Otherwise his dear and very scary wife would've made his ears bleed.

"But didn't you said your mother died?" Klaus asked frowning.

"Not my bio mom. Kinda adopted one. She is my best friends mum. She unofficially adopted me when I was 12 and accidentally called her mom." Edlynne replied smiling. He would've smiled too, if he wasn't scared shitless.

"And why are you so terrified? It's so not like you." Rebekah asked him.

"It's 'cause you haven't met her. Mom is bloody terrifying." Kol shuddered. He doesn't even want to think about it. Women are terrifying in general but the Black ones...oh he would live without angering them. He has seen his wife with black madness and her grandmother was black, he didn't need to think what molly would do, after all her mother was black too. A sane one but black nonetheless.

"Mom?" This time Elijah asked, shocked. He was shocked too when he first called her that upon her insisting. He liked it then and he liked it now. It was good to have her really. When she is not angry,that is.

"She insisted me calling her that. And I gladly did. She is more of mother to me then Esther ever was." Kol replied , bitter in the end. He hates his mother for many things.

"She is the most awesome and gentle woman I have met. Until she is provoked." Edlynne said smirking in his direction. He looked at her with pleading eyes but it just widens her smirk. "And talk about your luck hubby, she is coming home this weekend."

"What?" He squeaked...no he did not squeak. He is Kol Mikaelson and he do not squeak ever. Whatever anyone says.

"Well when I told her what foolish thing you did, this was the first thing she told me. Apparently Mione and Gin are coming too." Edlynne informed him far too smugly.

He just looked at her with,what he knows is absolute terror, written in his face. Now he knew how he was going to die. This was his demise. Kol Mikaelson, Original Vampire turned Heretic, dying by the hands of 4 furious witches. In the background he listened Edlynne asking his siblings to meet her family, but he didn't care. He have to think something to save himself the terror. Maybe he can Jeremy Gilbert to kill him again, after all other side would be far more pleasant than his angry witch family...
