The two bands stood in the lobby of the hotel while they watched as their managers talked to one another. Sighing, Kerori shook her head and crossed her arms, "I can't believe this," the Demon Kings looked at the leader of the Devi Dolls in confusion, "Raim knows we work alone. We don't do any type of collaboration with other bands,"

"Yeah, don't feel too bad about it, princess," Iruma scoffed and the Devi Dolls looked at him with narrowed eyes, "The four of us knew there was going to be a catch the moment Oswell called us. He's a good manager, but there's always a catch with him. We just didn't expect it to be working with you four,"

"You told us this last night," Elizabetta shook her head, "If that's how he plays why don't you four just get a new manager?"

"Because we're not just going to fire Oswell just because he always has a catch for us whenever he gives us good news," Shax narrowed his eyes, "He was the one who gave us our break, he's been promoting us as best as he could, so why would we get a new manager?"

"You eight ready?" they looked up and saw the two adults standing over them before the purple-haired woman arched a brow, "We're about to go wot Interpol Heights. Are you eight ready or not?" the two bands nodded before following their managers out of the hotel.

The Devi Dolls talked to one another before Rika cleared her throat and the four looked up in confusion, "So…did you girls talk with the Demon Kings and decide on a song?" the four let out a collective groan and Rika sighed, "Did you even bother to mention a song to them?"

"We're just a little upset that you agreed to this condition, Raim," Rika arched a brow as Ameri took a deep breath, "You know that Devi Dolls work better when it's just the four of us…and their leader said that the Demon Kings are a heavy punk band…what can we sing?"

"I only agreed to this so you girls can get this deal, and I'm well aware of the Demon Kings and their choice in music, but I strongly suggest you girls look past the differences between the two bands and figure out what you're going to sing when we get there," the fur groaned again as they nodded, "I just hope it goes well, but if it does, you four know that you'll be working with the Demon Kings from time to time,"

"We know," Clara pouted as she crossed her arms and looked away before mumbling under her breath, "Why can't I stop thinking about this? It's been bothering me for a while, but I don't know why." Her bandmates and manager looked at her in confusion.

The Demon Kings talked to one another before Orias looked up at them, "So," the four stopped and looked at their manager, "What song are you boys going to sing with the Devi Dolls?" their eyes widened as their faces turned pale, "You guys were supposed to talk to them while I was talking with Rika,"

"Look Oswell, you know we don't work with other bands," Jazz groaned, "We even told you that when we hired you as our manager. The four of us work alone,"

Orias sighed and crossed his arms as he leaned back, "It was the only way to get you a deal at Interpol Heights. You know I always look out for my boys and want what's best for them," the four groaned, "I know I always have a catch, and I know you four don't like the idea of working with them once in a while, but there's not much we can do. It was either that or pass up Interpol Heights. I contacted Rika and the two of us met up and thought that since both bands lost the Spin City deal that…it would be best if we take the offer,"

"And you did that without consulting us first?" Sabro arched a brow and Orias inhaled slowly and nodded, "Why? Iruma already said that we're a heavy punk band, we don't know what the Devi Dolls choice of music is, and we don't care. We're not changing for-"

"As of right now it'll be just for the interview and then Interpol Heights will decide on what projects you kids will be working on together," the four groaned and leaned back, "I also got word that the Unforgivable Three also got another interview, but they'd be working alone,"

"So those idiots get to work alone while we have to work with the Devi Dolls?" Iruma narrowed his eyes and Orias slowly nodded, "What the hell? Why can't all the bands work alone?"

"Life's not supposed to be fair, Iruma. Just be lucky they're giving you kids this deal," Orias explained before the ride fell into an eerie silence.

The two bands stood in a large room as three people sat in front of them. The woman sitting in the middle of the two men cleared her throat before she stood up and stepped closer to them, "First off, I would like to thank you eight for agreeing to do this," the four slightly narrowed their eyes as the woman continued, "Now the reason we're doing this is because my colleagues and I believe both band could perform greatly if working together on certain projects, but we need to be sure about that, so we contacted your managers and set this interview up,"

Both bands looked back at the door, mumbling under their breath before they looked up at the woman again, "And so, as part of this interview, we have told your managers that we'd like both bands to perform a song together." She turned and walked back to the two men before she turned and sat down and crossed her legs, "When you're ready," the eight looked at each other before they took deep breaths and began playing their instruments of choice.

"You come to me with
scars on your wrist
you tell me this will be the
last night feeling like this,
" Iruma sang as the Devi Dolls looked at him before Kerori sang the second verse.

"I just came to say goodbye
didn't want you to see me cry
I'm fine,
"

"But I know it's a lie!" both band leaders sang in unison before Iruma sang the chorus.

"This is the last night you'll spend alone.
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be.

The last night you'll spend alone
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go
I'm everything you need me to be,
" Jazz, Sabro and Shax looked at each other in confusion before looking at their leader before he sang again.

"Your parents say
everything is your fault
but they don't know you like I know you
they don't know you at all,
" Kerori looked at her bandmates with slightly narrowed eyes before she continued.

"I'm sick of when they say
it's just a phase, you'll by
you're fine,
"

"But I know it's a lie!" the woman smirked at the two bands while the two men looked at them with curious looks crossing their faces.

"This is the last night you'll spend alone
Look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be.

The last night you'll spend alone
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go
I'm everything you want me to be,
"

"They're good," the woman spoke.

The man on her left sighed and shook his head, "I don't know…the Devi Dolls and the lead singer of the Demon Kings seem rather uncomfortable singing this song or something,"

"Agreed," the other man took a deep breath and crossed his arms, "While both bands are excellent, there is something bothering the Devi Dolls, and Izama,"

"It could just be nerves…it should pass," the woman shook her head as they continued to listen to the bands.

"The night is so long when
everything's wrong if
you give me your hand
I will help you hold on.

Tonight
tonight,
" Iruma sang before he sang the final chorus.

"This is the last night you'll spend alone
look me in the eyes so I know you know
I'm everywhere you want me to be.

The last night you'll spend alone
I'll wrap you in my arms and I won't let go
I'm everything you need me to be.

I won't let you say goodbye
and I'll be your reason why.

The last night
away from me
away from me,
"

Both bands stopped as the Devi Dolls and Iruma glared at one another with narrowed eyes before the woman stood up and stepped towards them again, "That was amazing, kids, and we see a bright future for both bands here at Interpol Heights…I hope everything was explained by your managers," the eight groaned and slowly nodded their heads, "Awesome, so we'll be in contact with both bands an-"

"Hey…why is it that the Unforgivable Three doesn't have to do this and they still get a deal?" Jazz questioned.

"Oh, that," the woman frowned as she inhaled slowly, "We all believe that the Unforgivable Three will work better alone and we see both the Devi Dolls and the Demon Kings achieving greatness while working alongside one another on certain projects," the two bands let out a collective groan as the woman continued, "And so, we contacted your managers and they agreed to this," the eight glared at her, "Why don't you kids go back to your hotel rooms while I talk with my colleagues and we'll be in contact with both bands in a few days," the two bands turned and walked out of the closing the door behind them.

Iruma sighed as he wiped the makeup off his face and tossed the soiled wet-nap into the trash can before he stood up and stretched, "Where are you going?" Sabro asked, "Aren't you worried someone saw the Demon Kings enter this room an-"

"No one saw us, Sabro," Iruma took a deep breath, "Everyone is either out to lunch or they're out doing their own thing," he began walking towards the door, "I need to clear my head and think this whole situation through. We're here for another day, so I don't have to rush to get back before checkout,"

"Hold on, Iruma," Iruma stopped and looked back at his bass player as Shax walked up to him with a confused look crossing his face, "What was that about? We don't play those types of songs and you know it. So why sing it?"

"It was the only one I can think of at the time, but from the sound of it, we're getting this deal, so why are you complaining?" he turned from his confused bandmates and walked out of the room, "I'll be back later…make sure no one sees you guys leave the room," the three nodded as Izuku walked out of the room and closed the door behind him.

Iruma walked down the hall with narrowed eyes and a hardened expression crossing his face, "Iruma-kins?" he stopped and looked back to see Clara, Kerori, Elizabetta and Ameri walking up to him, "It is you," Clara smiled as she ran up to him, "What are you doing here, Iruma-kins?"

"Uh…grandpa invites his friends Mr. Belliard and Miss Levi once a month for a day of them…arguing over who has the best grandson, then they drink a little, play a few games of cards and it just gets loud from there…it's really embarrassing," Iruma sighed as he rubbed the back of his head, "So grandpa let's me either spend the day with my friends, or I come here to be alone an…wait a minute…what are you four doing here?"

Their eyes widened as they looked away before Kerori looked up with slightly narrowed eyes, "We needed to get away from our families for a while, so we came here to enjoy ourselves for a bit,"

Iruma hummed and nodded, "Well…see you four on Monday,"

He turned and began walking away when Clara grabbed his hand, "Wait, Iruma-kins," Iruma stopped and looked back in confusion, "Why don't you stay with us for a while?" her bandmates looked at her with wide eyes and Iruma arched a brow, "Well…you're alone and it's no fun being by yourself, so why don't you stay with us?"

"Clara, are you crazy?" Ameri hissed before she leaned closer to her, "What if he finds out we're the Devi Dolls? He could tell everyone at school an-"

"But Iruma-kins isn't like that…he won't tell anyone if he finds out," Ameri, Elizabetta and Kerori stared at her in disbelief as Clara shook her head, "Iruma-kins won't tell anyone if he finds out," she looked back at Iruma and slightly smiled, "So what do you say, Iruma-kins?"

Iruma sighed and shook his head as he freed his hand, "Thanks, but no thanks, Valac," Clara frowned as Iruma turned his back towards them, "I have something to take care of while I'm here…like I said, I'll see you four on Monday,"

"Suzuki," Elizabetta spoke and Iruma looked at her, "Clara is calling you by your first name…don't you think you can do the same for her? And for all of us for that matter?"

"I'll tell you what, if the rest of you can call me Iruma then I'll call you by your first names," Iruma then looked at Clara and arched a brow, "And I still want to know why you call me Iruma-kins,"

"And we like to know about Haruno," Clara said and Iruma's eyes widened, "Your friends mentioned her name before, but Sobnock yelled at Andro," Iruma growled as he turned and began walking away, "Iruma-kins?"

"I'll talk to you four on Monday," before anyone could respond, Iruma began running down the hall.

Entering the room, the three jumped and looked up as Iruma glared at Jazz, "Problem?"

"Why did you tell Valac, Ix, Crocell and Azazel about Haruno?" their eyes widened as their faces paled, "I just ran into them and Valac asked me about-"

"Look, it was a slip of the tongue," Jazz took a deep breath as he leaned back and crossed his arms, "Anyway, Oswell called and said he'll be here later…said something came up and he can't be here to talk to us about this deal right now,"

"And why didn't he call me?"

"He said you didn't answer," Sabro explained and Iruma dug his phone out of his pocket to see he had a miss call from their manager, "Anyway, he said we were great working with the Devi Dolls and there's no way in hell we aren't going to get this deal," Iruma sighed and nodded as he put his phone away.

This was a little challenging to write. Song that was used is Last Night by Skillet. Enjoy.
