AN: As promised, I will introduce the "Word of the week" where I will write a descriptive word and the first person to give a reasonably accurate definition of it will be mentioned on my profile! the word this week is: 'Unscathed'. Good luck, and please enjoy this chapter! Message me privately with your answer to the word of the week! :)
"I'm sorry", they both exclaimed simultaneously, but then they smiled.
"Maybe call y'another time to help us out" Ladybug grinned. "But first, I gotta go find my kitty. I hope he's okay."
"Bye, ladybug." Emily smiled.
"Well, whatchawaitin for? Cryystal, wings o-"
"What are you doing?"
"Finding Cat noir of course."
"Emily." Cryystal looked at her sternly.
"Yes?"
"Hawk moth knows your identity. It could be any time that Hawk moth starts targeting you or your family. You have to stay safe and keep low. Don't go on risky missions, especially not involving your alter-ego."
"Fiiine" Emily sighed melodramatically.
Where is Cat noir?
Well, here is what happened.
"Milady needs me. Plagg, claws out!". Cat noir ran out. He had heard that a new villain had appeared. He was just outside, when…
"Hello, Cat noir."
Cat noir gasped. "Hawk moth!" He had a powerup. It wasn't space, ice or water. It looked like an electricity powerup!
"Yes, I really needed reminding of my own name, thank you." He smirked.
"Yes, I think we'll be finding out your real name very soon." Cat noir growled.
"Is that so?" Hawk moth raised an eyebrow.
Suddenly, it was as quick as a flash. Hawk moth grabbing Cat noir by the neck, a stab of pain as electricity made contact with his skin, and a boom of an explosion as Cat noir opened his eyes, and found himself in a dark room full of butterflies.
AN: Thank you for reading! Man, whatta cliffhanger! Sorry to torture y'all. I hate cliffhangers myself. Sorry that I make my chapters pretty small... lol. Also, these days, I post four chapters per day, literally. I've been putting in quite a dedication that I urge you not to get annoyed at me for when I stop. I'm the kindof person to start something and never finish it. As I said before, I improvise, so I don't have any ideas for the future yet. I'm thinking maybe hawk moth knows Cat noir's identity? Nah, it would be heartbreaking reading about Hawk moth willingly fighting his own son. :((((
Also, my "Big dedication" will probably reduce here. The Islamic month of Ramadan starts tomorrow (I am a muslim, and I'lll be busy in ramadan), so I will probably be only posting a chapter a week or so, but I'll try my best. I actually wrote this story set in covid times because it kinda symbolises how I feel. I'm just really emotional and annoyed and don't know what to feel. When my grandfather lost his life to coronavirus, I could hardly cope. Things are all weird and strange and troublesome now, but I'm glad to be back in school. This book is to al of the people who have lost loved ones to this terrible plague. Like ladybug said, Stay Strong. ❤ ❤ ❤
