Chapter 8-A Warm Welcome

"Wakko, wake up."
Wakko opened his eyes and saw Channing standing next to his bed.
"Hey..." she said, kissing his cheek. Wakko smiled with his tongue hanging out
Channing smiled.
"Hello mum." he yawned.
"Get dressed okay?" Wakko nodded and got dressed in a Looney Tunes t-shirt and jeans. Then he went to the bathroom, Dot was in the bathroom using it, the door was closed, he then brushed his teeth. Then walked out of the bathroom.
He put on his Air Force 1's, then he ran downstairs, Yakko was downstairs eating a pop tart. He was wearing an Animaniacs t-shirt, basketball shorts, and his air force 1's
"Hey," Wakko said, his older brother was eating oatmeal out of a Batman cup
"Hi," he said as Wakko grabbed Pop-Tarts and ate them.
Channing then walked downstairs in a nice suit.
"You look nice," Wakko said.
"Thank you, Wakko," she said
He smiled, once they were done with breakfast, they went into the car and drove to school.
Citizens of the World Charter school was bustling with life as they entered the parking lot. Wakko Yakko and Dot all saw a large banner above the double doors that said; WELCOME ANIMANIACS!
The Warners' smiled as they got out of the car, Channing went in with them with the paperwork in a file on them, and paperwork from Warner Bros. studios, they all put on their masks and they walked inside. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot were all excited, Channing walked into the office.
"Hi, I'm here to see Dr. Hershey. She told the secretary.
"Oh, alright, Hello Warners' are you excited for your first day of school?" the secretary named Abigail asked.
"Yes!" they said in unison
"Well, that's good. We have a warm welcome for you guys planned."
"No way!" Yakko grinned.
"Yeah," she said.
"Here you go kids, your schedules for the school year," she said, handing them each an individual schedule.
Yakko looked at his sheet.
Yakko Warner:7th Grade
8:00 A.M-Homeroom.
8:10 A.M-1st Period-Science, Mr. Jackson.
10:05 A.M-2nd Period-Math, Ms. Johnson.
10:55 A.M-3rd Period-History, Mr. Sweeney
11:45 A.M-4th Period-Spanish, Miss Theodore
12:35-Lunch and recess.

Both Wakko and Dot got different schedules than their older brother.

Channing smiled, then a student guided Yakko to his class.
"Hi, I'm Josh."
"Hi Josh, I'm Yakko," he said walking with him up a flight of stairs.
"How are you doing?" Asked Yakko.
"Good, how are you?" Josh smiled while walking.
"I'm good!" Says Yakko.
"Is this a good school?" Asked Yakko.
"It is an awesome school!" Says Josh.
The bell rings and they say in sync: "WERE LATE!"
They ran upstairs and ran to their class.
"You two are late to class." Their teacher says.
"Sorry!" Says Josh.
"Ah, you must be the new kid!" Says the teacher.
"My name is Ms. Daniels! And you are?" Says Ms. Daniels!
"Yakko Warner, HELLOOOOO NURSE!" Yakko says and smirks.
She burst out laughing, she's seen the Animaniacs cartoon before
"This teacher is so nice!" Yakko whispers to Josh.
"Yeah, she is!"
"I think this year is going to be the best!" he said
With Wakko he walked to his class. He went inside and a blast of cold air hit him, he went into his backpack and grabbed his blue sweater that he always wears in the cartoon.
"Hey, isn't that Wakko Warner?" Someone says.
Wakko looks at them and smiles with his tongue sticking out.
"Aww, so cute." Says the girls in the classroom.
"Now, if everyone did not know, we have a new student! He is famous, a very big employee in Warner Bros. studios-" She could not finish her sentence.
Wakko to the front.
"I'M WAKKO WARNERRRRRR" Wakko yells.
The whole class burst out laughing.
"I-, Okay-. Let's move on." Ms. Daniels says.
Wakko smiles with his tongue sticking out, then sits down.
Then they move on with the day.
Dot walks through the hall skipping and humming her song, "I'm Cute"
Candace was walking with her. "I love your skirt," she told Dot.
"Oh, thank you, this is gonna be awesome!"
She went inside the class with her.
"Have you seen Pinky and The Brain?" Asked Candace
"Yes! Steven Spielberg directed that show! And ours too!" she said. Then they went into the classroom.
They both found their seats. The first thing Dot saw was a wooden desk and a large slip of paper with objects for school on it. Next, she saw a bin for markers. Dot raised her hand.
Her teacher, Miss Davis, Is a kind lady with black hair, glasses. An iWatch on her left wrist, she had many bracelets on her right wrist. "Hello class, before we begin. We have a new student here with us. Dot? Do you want to come and introduce yourself to the class?" she asked. Dot got up and walked to the front of the class."Hello, I'm Dot, I'm ten years old and I used to be an actress."
She got some oooh's and aah's from the fifth graders.
A boy raised his hand.
"Yes, Timmy?"
"I have a question for Dot."
"Yeah?" Dot asked.
"How much money did you make?"
"Now, Timmy, I don't think that's the appropriate question to ask somebody."
"I'll be happy to answer that question," she said.
"I got one billion dollars, well we all did. This was back in 1991," she said with a smile.
"Thank you, Dot," she said as she sat down.
With Yakko he was doing an assignment, he was writing his life on the movie lot and his experience of doing the cartoon.
When it was nine o clock they all went downstairs to the Autoturum
Yakko, Wakko, and Dot all sat together. Just then Dr. Hershey walked onto the stage.
"Alright. Settle down students, settle down. Now we have three very famous Toons here, and to celebrate their arrival here at Citizens of the World Charter school. please welcome all the children who signed up to be a part of this special event! We would like to welcome the Warner Brothers and their sister, Dot!"
Just then, a curtain pulled and the Warner's saw thirty to sixty kids onstage. Just then the music for the show starts playing, then all the kids start singing, older and younger kids alike.
"It's time for Animaniacs
And we're zany to the max
So just sit back and relax
You'll laugh 'til you collapse
We're Animaniacs!
Come join the Warner Brothers
And the Warner Sister, Dot
Just for fun, we run around the Warner movie lot.
They lock us in the tower whenever we get caught
But we break loose and then vamoose
And now you know the plot!

All the kids bowed, the audience cheered and got up from their seats, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot all cheered too, the performance was wonderful! And the
way the kids sang was incredible! The Warner siblings were very impressed by the performance overall!
Just then, A large white banner was released by the theatre kids that said; WELCOME ANIMANIACS! The banner also had the logo from the cartoon, Yakko Wakko and Dot sat in their respective places.
The cheers continued as Dr. Hershey announced into the microphone.
"Would the Warner Brothers and sister please come up to the stage?" she asked, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot all ran up to their principal.
Wakko stood next to Dr. Hershey, tongue sticking out of his mouth. Dot grinned and bowed to her audience.
"Uhhhhhhhhh, Dot-" Yakko tried.
"Please let me enjoy this." The Warner sister said.
"Okay," Yakko said as he let her have her moment.
Then they all went back to class.
Wakko went to his next class which was Miss North's History class.
He walked inside. Still wearing his blue turtleneck hoodie, he sat down at a desk, a boy sat next to him. "Hi, I'm Nick."
Nick had straight red hair, had blue eyes, an Apple watch was on his left wrist. He looks at the Toon-boy with the red hat and blue turtleneck sweater.
"Hi, I'm Wakko Warner!" he said, extending his white-gloved hand out to him.
"Hey, are you that boy from Animaniacs?" Nick said.
"Yeah that's me," he said, his tongue poking on the side of his mouth.
"I'm hungry." Said Wakko, going into his backpack and grabbing a Lunchables.
"Why?" Nick asked
"I get munchie attacks," he said as he opened up his ham and cheese crackers, then ate it in one bite. Nick gave him a look, then gave him a thumbs up. "Nice," he said. Wakko burps, Nick laughs.
He smiled then, Miss North walked into the classroom.
"Hello, class." Miss North had blonde hair blue eyes, she had a hot pink G-Shock on her left wrist. She had a blue bracelet on her right wrist, she wore a white shirt and black jeans, she wore black glasses and red Addasas sneakers.
She smiled brightly at her students and noticed the young toon sitting at his desk.
"Hello, class, my name is Miss. North, now the reason I say that is that we have a new student in our class, now why won't you stand up and tell us your name, honey" she said.
"Hello, I'm Wakko Warner," he said as he stood up from his seat.
"I like your accent!" a boy in the back of the class said. Wakko turned and smiled, fixing his red hat and his tongue sticking out.
"Thank you. My parents don't have it. I don't know where I get my accent from." he said.
"Oh, but it's so cool! We have someone who's British in this school!" he said.
"What's your name?" Wakko asked.
"Leo," he said.
"Faboo!" Wakko said
"Okay kids, settle down. Let's get on with today's lesson. Everyone take out your history books and turn to page 123. Wakko since you don't have a book yet. You will be sharing with Nick." She said Wakko moved his desk and put it together with Nick's and they shared a book.
Dot was in her History Class. Her teacher's name was Mr. Jordan or Jordy.
Mr. Jordan was cool. He had a beard, he wore a blue Pokémon T-shirt, black pants, and red Nike shoes.
Dot sat there.
"Hi there, what's your name?" Mr. Jordy asked, walking up to her.
Dot jumped into his arms.
"Helloooooo nurse! I'm Dot what's yours?" she asked
Mr. Jordy set her down
"Dot, please don't do that," he said, Mr. Jordy smiled and walked up to the whiteboard.
He stood at the front of the class.
"Now if you haven't seen, we have a new student."
"Hello, I'm Dot Warner. And if anyone asks, yes like the studio." She said.
A boy raised his hand "Have you been in any movies?"
The boy named Thomas asked. "Yes, Have you watched the episode hooray for Hollywood?" she asked. "Oh, yeah the Anaminacs episode?" another kid asked
"Well, yes. Me and my brothers in the episode. But we never made an actual movie, that was just for the show." she said
"How long did it take you to film it? The episode, I mean."
"The first part took us twenty-two minutes to film and the second one took us the same amount, but. It took us forty-four minutes to film."
A girl raised her hand.
"Yeah?" he said
"How long does it take for you guys to film?"
"A day or week?" she asked
"A week," she said
"Okay, it's usually eighty to a hundred hours a week and in a day it's sixteen to eighteen hours a day." She explained.
"Awesome!"
"Yeah, it was a lot of fun making the cartoon." Dot said
"Cool!" the class said
"Thank you, Dot, maybe you and your friends could talk about it more at lunch and recess." Mr. Jordan said.
With Yakko. He was in Mr. Sweeny's class, he was already in his third period., his teacher was tall. He had brown hair, green eyes. And black squared glasses. He had a Blink-182 band bracelet on his right wrist and a Rolex watch on his left.
"Okay, it appears that we have a new student today."
Then a boy in the front starts singing the theme song from the performance the theatre kids surprised them with.
"It's time for Animaniacs
And we're zany to the max
So just sit back and relax
You'll laugh 'til you collapse
We're Animaniacs!"
Yakko blushed in embarrassment and waved at the class.
"Ah, yes. Mr. Warner. I've seen your cartoon. And I might say, your nations of the world song, brilliant!" Yakko was blushing so much. He was surprised his cheeks didn't turn red.
"Come up here Yakko!" he says, pulling a map of the countries down.
Yakko smiled, he was finally able to do his song in 1993!
A boy stood up and shouted.
"And now, the nations of the world
Brought to you by Yakko Warner!"
Then Yakko jumps into position, bouncing up and down on his knees as he did in the cartoon, the kids look at him with smiles on their faces.

The students' cheers for the Toon. Yakko smiled and bowed.
"My new special friend!" he said. Mr. Sweeney laughed.
"Alright, Yakko please sit down," he said as he did.
They get on with the day.
Yakko went to his next class, which was Spanish. He walked inside, put his backpack down, and sat on a chair that was at a table. Then the girl he met on the day he visited so Channing could enroll them.
"Hey, you're that girl, Delilah," Yakko said.
"Hello, Yakko was it?" Delilah asked.
"Yeah," he said, then the teacher walked into the door.
"Hello class!" she said.
"Hola señorita theodore." the class said.
"We have a new student, young man, would you like to stand and introduce yourself to the- oh! Your one of the Warner's! My husband talks about you guys!"
"Wait, Debbie Theodore." Yakko starts to feel sick to his stomach all of the sudden. Tears pricked in his eyes.
"Yakko what's wrong?" Delilah asked.
He sighed and wiped them away with his gloved hands
"I'm fine..."
Señorita Theodore noticed this.
"Yakko, ¿Qué está mal? What's wrong?" she asked
"Can I talk to you about this after class Señorita Theodore?" he sighed. She smiled and went back to teaching. She gave Yakko a notebook, Yakko stared at the neon green notebook, a blue sharpie marker was given to him, Yakko took it and wrote his name on it.
He blew on it so it could dry faster, then he got up and put the marker back in a marker holder on her desk. She smiled brightly. "Gracias Yakko." she said.
Once class was over, everyone walked out of the classroom, except Yakko who was sitting there.
"Yakko, you wanted to tell me something?" Yakko walked to his Spanish teacher who was sitting at her desk.
"Now, what's wrong, Yakko?" she asked him.
"It's just that... That... Your husband, he chased us around the Warner movie lot and locked us in the tower." Yakko said.
"Are you okay after all that?" she asked the eldest Warner sibling.
"I... I don't know... I don't know anymore, I'm-" he took a shaky breath.
"Is it something that has to do with filming Anamianiacs?" she asked.
Yakko nods and puts his feet up to his knees. Yakko sighed and put his head on his knees, Señorita Theodore smiled and looked at him.
"Yakko? Are you scared?" she asked.
"Yes..."
"Of what? No one will hurt you here, you're safe here. What class do you have next?"
Yakko completely forgot, he went into his backpack and pulled out his schedule, and looked at it. "I have lunch then recess, but... Señorita Theodore, what if I get in trouble and they lock me in..." Yakko didn't want to think about being sent to the office... Or worse... taken back to the studio.
The Spanish teacher felt helpless like she couldn't do anything to calm the young Toon.
"Well, Yakko, what do you like to do for fun, Yakko?" she asked
"I like to play on my switch... But I didn't bring it to school," he told her.
"Well, do you have a phone?"
He shook his head.
"The studio gave us a house phone in the tower so we got a Bugs Bunny phone, but we don't use it..." he said.
"Well, tell whoever you live with to get a phone for you," she said.
"As a mobile phone Yakko, it's 2020, we don't use house phones anymore, tell you what. Ask your mom if she can get you a phone," she said.
"Okay," he said.
"I'll look into that," he said
Señorita Theodore smiled.
"You want me to walk you to the cafeteria?" she asked
Yakko nods. Señorita Theodore smiled and they went to the cafeteria. They walked down the halls and the stairs together. He then walked down the stairs with her. And into a hallway to the cafeteria.
Yakko opens the door to the cafeteria. It was big. Bigger than the Studio's cafeteria, the cafeteria had Coca-Cola machines and snack machines like in the studio lot. Students were all sitting with their friends, moving from table to table, or using their money to buy chips or sodas.
He smiled and walked inside. A boy noticed him.
"It's Yakko Warner!" the girl said as students ran to him and began to ask him questions about his career.
"Can I have your autograph?" he asked.
He smiled and took the papers from their hands and signed autographs.
Once the autographs were all signed and they brought them back to them. He grabbed food, lunch was quesadillas with fruit, some veggies on the side, and a carton of milk of his choosing, he didn't want milk, he wanted a Diet Coke, he went in line to pay for his food.
He grabbed his schedule to find his PIN for his lunch, he saw it and typed it in.
4563. He paid the lunch lady five dollars and he was on his way. Then he sat down next to a boy. That had his laptop out and he was watching Mr. Beast. Yakko put his plastic tray down across from the boy.
"Hi, can I sit here?" he smiled
"Get away from me nerd." the boy said. The boy had short spiky brown hair, green eyes, he wore a large red hoodie, blue jeans, and a red backward hat just like Wakko's.
The boy glared at him and went back to eating his sandwich.
"Sit somewhere else, dog face!"
Yakko looks at nothing and says; "My new special friend..."
"Go away from me dog face!" he said
Yakko picked up his tray and moved to another table.
Yakko ate his quesadillas and drank his soda.
Just then the bell rang and he went outside, the playground outside was large, not large like the Warner Brothers lot but it was still pretty big.
The yard was divided into three sections, one section was a large basketball court. One section was a large kickball field. Yakko smiled. He wanted to play, he ran to the large playground and he started to swing on the swings.
With Dot, she ran outside with her class.
"Hey, Dot wanna play on the playground," Candace asked
"Yeah!" she said, they walked to the playground and they played, Yakko was swinging on the swings. Dot ran to the monkey bars. Wakko's class ran outside next and Wakko ran to the playground.
"Yakko!" Wakko said, Yakko looks and smiles.
"Hey, sib!" Yakko ran and hugged him, Wakko smiled. Yakko picks him up and spins him around.
Dot ran to Wakko and Yakko.
"Oh, I've missed you guys! How is it in your classes?"
"It's going well, I have a math test on Friday!" Wakko said, mentioning Mr. Hizkiya's class.
"You want me to help you study so you can get a good grade?" he asked his younger brother.
Wakko nodded.
"And Channing can help me study for my spelling test!" Dot said.
"Alright. Come on sibs! Let's go run around!" The Warner siblings went on the large field and they ran around and played together, just like they used to on the Warner Movie Lot.
A teacher was watching all the students play outside. The Warner Siblings were having a lot of fun. They hadn't played like this in such a long time, sure they got to be Zany to the max on the Movie lot but that was just for filming. Yakko ran to a group of boys, all aging from ten to twelve.
"Hey! Are you Yakko Warner?! I loved your show! My name's Todd!" he said, Todd had black hair, blue eyes, he wore a Louis Vatun shirt. A Gucci belt and Louis Vuitton sneakers. And he had a Gucci watch on. Yakko knew that he came from Hollywood.
"Hello, I'm Yakko." he said extending his white-gloved hand
"I know who you are dude you're a legend!" he said.
Yakko smiled.
"Awww, he's adorable!" a girl said
Yakko blushed, his tail swished back and forth.
"Your little tail's moving!" the girl said. "I know, and Helloooo nurse!" he said, leaping into the girl's arms.
Then, Wakko walks up. His sweater was off, he had his Pokémon shirt on. "He's sooooo cute! The girl said.
"Ello, I'm Wakko!" he said.
"I love your accent!" he said as he pets him on the head.
"Thank you!" he said, blushing.
Dot walks up to her brother.
"Hey, Wakko," she said.
"Hi." the middle sibling answered.
It was almost the end of the day, Yakko walked to his last class of the day, Film production.
"Alright..." he walked inside, kids were all sitting down, they all turned when they saw the puppy child. "Hello, I'm Yakko Warner..." he said as he got swarmed by fans asking him for his autograph.
Just then the teacher walked in. He wore a Polo shirt, jeans, sneakers, a silver Rolex watch on his left arm, a ring on his left hand. He was bald and skinny. He wore a T-shirt and a brown leather jacket.
"Hello, Class. I'm Mr. Li, and-Yakko Warner, please sit down," he said
Yakko sat down and put his sharpie in his backpack.
He sat next to a boy who had brown curly hair and green eyes, he had a pair of black glasses on. He wore a pair of blue shorts and a black shirt. He wore a pair of blue Converse."
"Hello, I'm Yakko."
"Hi, I'm Daniel," he said.
"Hey, Daniel."
"Hi, Yakko," he said.
"Okay class, we appear to have a new student, Yakko Alvin Warner used to work for Warner Brothers. On a show called Anaminacs." Mr. Li said.
Yakko smiled brightly.
"Hi, guys! My name is Yakko Warner. I've been acting at Warner Bros. for six years. My director was Steven Spielberg." he said.
"Woah! So are you going to teach us about Film Production?!" a kid asked.
"No, but our teacher is!" he said.
"Alright." a student said as he sat down.
It was now dismissal, Yakko was waiting outside for Channing. Wakko and Dot both stood with him waiting for the new CEO of Warner Bros. Louisa was waiting with them also, just then her car pulled up.
"Hey, kids! How was your first day of school!" Channing asked.
"It was fun! They even had a whole performance for us! It was amazing!" Yakko said. "Oh, yeah, what do you guys want for dinner tonight?" she asked.
"Can we have burgers with fries?" Dot asked.
"Yes, you can. I'll ask Scott to pick some up."
Channing said as she drove back home with the Warner's.
