The White House situation room is full of people from every Department and all the Joint Chiefs of Staff, everyone is talking about their newest city and quite literally newest Metahuman problem, Brockton Bay, which was teleported to the wrong state too as Brockton Bay teleported to the State of Massachusetts not the state of New Hampshire.
Everyone was talking what they knew of the current situation and what is going on in the city before the door to the Situation Room was quite literally slam open as the phalanx of Secret Service Agents gave a clue of who is entering the room, and with that clue everyone stood up in attention as the escorts gave way to their charge.
"Tell me what's going on Mike!" The President of the United States shouted as he entered the White House situation room with his entourage of Secret Service Escorts. "The last time I heard is that the anomaly has left a city and now the cordon was attacked."
"What we can tell sir, is that we now have a Hive Of Scum and Villainy." General Micheal F Jones the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff replied curtly.
"Just what we need, Jack is the BMPSD ready to deploy?" POTUS Sighed as he looked at the attorney general.
"Well sir, the issue is now Military," Jack Kowalski replied. "The city can be considered overruned and the gangs outnumber the local police and the alternate Federal Agency, and that the gangs have military grade firepower."
"Sir the BMPSD isn't trained to fight a small war." Piped in the SecDef.
"Explained Kelly." POTUS asked, wanting to know what's on the SecDef's mind.
"Sir, as you know the BMPSD is Law Enforcement foremost and at best they are light infantry." Kelly Taylor, the Secretary of Defence, explained which caused a lot of people to mutter and nod in agreement. "If our info is right, they will get slaughtered fighting the gangs, and the Military's Metahuman and Paranormal Response Force the Metahuman and Paranormal Operations Command only exists on paper as we are still trying to make an all Metahuman and Paranormal Regiment and Divisions."
"So what are you saying Kelly?" POTUS asked, wanting Kelly to get to the point.
"Sir we call in our allies." Kelly replied with a straight face knowing that everyone knew what she meant. "The Governor of Massachusetts is requesting we invoke the Insurrection act."
"Clint, get Ottowa and London on the phone please." POTUS suddenly said to the Secretary of State. "Kelly, he will get his Insurrection act."
"I'll get on it, Mr President." Clint Norman replied as he got up and left the situation room.
"I'll mention it to him Mr President." Kelly replied.
"Gentlemen I do not need to tell you this, but we will not let this stand!" Hank Hill President of the United States announced.
