Author's Note

Hello everyone and welcome to the finale of The Incredible Hulk. It's time for the final battle between Bruce Banner and Emil Blonsky. Hulk vs. Abomination. I hope you enjoy.

Military Helicopters where shown flying over Harlem, approaching Bruce's location.

Meanwhile, Sterns was currently freaking out about what he just witnessed.

"That was the most extraordinary thing I have seen in my entire life!" Sterns said.

(1:19:52 - 1:20:05)

"It's incredible, right?! It's so much more fascinating than normal Quirks! All the Quirks in our world are natural! This is something completely different! I wish I could study it!" Mei said.

"Same. I wonder how possible such a phenomenon is in our world. Could we do the same?" Melissa wondered.

"Judging by how things played out with Banner, I don't think making an artificial Quirk is a good idea." Power Loader said.

"Yeah. Definitely not." Melissa agreed.

Betty stopped Sterns, and requested that he explain what happened during the experiment. Sterns obliged.

"The gamma pulse came from the amygdala. I think Dr. Ross' primer lets the cells absorb the energy temporarily and then it abates." Sterns explained. "That's why you didn't die of radiation sickness years ago." He told Bruce.

(1:20:05 - 1:20:22)

"Huh?" Kaminari questioned.

"I... think I get it?" Uraraka said uncertainly.

"Basically Banner getting a Quirk is the whole reason he survived the Gamma Test." Izuku summarized.

"So Hulk saved him." Toga said in a somber tone.

"Hm? Um, yeah. I guess that's one way of looking at it." Izuku said.

That just made Toga even sadder. This whole time, Bruce has been trying to essentially kill the person that has saved his life numerous times. Bruce would be dead if it wasn't for Hulk. Why does he only see them as a curse?

Eri was unsure of how to take this information. Mr. Hulk's Quirk was a curse. It was a horrible power for anyone to have. But it also protected him. Saved him. How could a horrible Quirk like his do anything good? That doesn't make sense. It shouldn't make sense.

"Now, maybe we've neutralized those cells permanently or maybe we just suppressed that event." Sterns continued. "I'm inclined to think the latter, it's hard to know. Because none of our test subjects ever survived."

"Wait, wait, wait. What did you say?" Bruce asked.

(1:20:22 - 1:20:33)

"Did he say test subjects?!" Recovery Girl asked.

"What does he mean test subjects?!" Midnight asked.

Everyone was concerned by Sterns' statement. This had quickly reminded them of why they shouldn't trust him.

"It's not what you're thinking." Trixter said, causing everyone to turn to them. "He's only used animals as test subjects. No humans." He clarified.

"And not only did he experiment on them, but they also died in the process." Nezu said sadly.

While the knowledge that no humans were tested on did help ease most of the audience, it did not help anything for Nezu. In fact, it only made things worse. This just served as a reminder of how easily humans will disregard the lives of animals as opposed to their own kind. It's an understandable trait. Why wouldn't you want to preserve your own kind over others? But regardless of how understandable it is, that doesn't make it any less infuriating for Nezu. He'll have to take his anger out on some unfortunate students when they leave this place.

"Those poor things." Koji whispered.

Bruce pressed on the matter and Sterns excitedly and told him and Betty to follow them.

(1:20:33 - 1:20:41)

While the audience wasn't as concerned as before, they were still incredibly suspicious of Sterns and what he was doing with Banner's blood. The heroes were especially suspicious. They already lacked trust in Sterns considering how willing he is to help a fugitive. The fact that he was performing experiments with Banner's blood was not a good sign at all.

Multiple police officers and soldiers parked outside the building Bruce was in.

Ross exited one of the Humvees and made his way to a larger vehicle that would serve as a sort of control center where he could listen in on the situation.

Snipers where perched on a building across from Sterns laboratory where they could see through some of the lab's windows while listening to what's being said.

(1:20:41 - 1:21:07)

"Here goes attempt number 3." Compress said.

"But this time should be different. If Banner's Quirk is truly gone, then things should go smoothly." Nighteye said.

The portion of the audience that side with Bruce were worried. Hulk had been Bruce's only defense against Ross. With them gone, Bruce won't stand a chance.

As Sterns led Bruce and Betty into another room in his lab, he explained that he started off testing on rats and mice, but they were completely fried by the blood samples, forcing him to go bigger.

"We still don't know which is more toxic, the gamma or your blood." Sterns said.

"What do you mean, my blood?" Bruce questioned.

"Bruce, this is all you." Sterns gestured to the cabinets all over the room, filled with packs and vials of Bruce's blood.

Sterns explained that Bruce didn't send him a lot of blood to work with, so he had to concentrate it and make more.

(1:21:07 - 1:21:19)

The audience's eyes widened as they saw all the batches of Bruce's blood.

"He made more?!" Sato asked.

"You can do that?!" Sero asked.

"Yes. It's useful if you need to run multiple tests with a small amount of blood." Recovery Girl explained.

"Then Ross might still get what he wants. After all, Banner's blood is the key." Kurogiri said.

"That's unfortunate." Aizawa said.

"What? Weren't you on Ross' side this whole time?" Toga raised an eyebrow.

"I'm on the side of the law. Banner is a criminal and needs to be brought to justice. I support that. But trying to weaponize Hulk is a terrible idea. It doesn't matter what Ross' intentions are." Aizawa explained.

"Right. Even if Hulk could be used to protect people, the power is just too dangerous. Trying to control it is a huge risk that isn't worth taking." Jiro said.

"This gamma technology has limitless applications. We'll unlock hundreds of cures. We will make humans impervious to disease." Sterns said.

(1:21:19 - 1:21:36)

"Or you'll turn them into giant green rage monsters with no self control." Kirishima said.

"But he isn't wrong. Hulk could be the answer to any disease!" Mei said. "I mean, Banner is literally living with radiation poisoning and he's doing just fine!"

"Even then, there is still a huge risk factor involved. One Hulk was bad enough. The possibility of making more can't be ignored." Power Loader pointed out.

Blonsky arrived on the scene and entered the building on the ground floor. He started signaling for the other soldiers in his squad to search the area.

(1:21:36 - 1:21:50)

"Here comes Blonksy." Mic said.

"You know, him receiving more of the the Super Soldier serum was kinda pointless. Banner isn't even a threat anymore." La Brava said.

"Which is why Bruce needs to run! He can't defend himself against all this!" Toga said.

"He doesn't even realize what's happening yet. Ross has the upper hand in this scenario. The odds of Banner getting out of this are slim." Kurogiri said.

"No, no, we've gotta destroy it." Bruce told Sterns.

"Wait, what?" Sterns questioned.

"All of it. Tonight. We're gonna incinerate it. Is this the whole supply?" Bruce asked.

(1:21:50 - 1:21:56)

"For once, you actually have my support." Nighteye said.

"Unfortunately, there is no time." Nezu pointed out.

Everyone in the audience, even the heroes, were hoping that, by some miracle, Banner would successfully destroy all the blood samples. Although it was clearly unlikely.

This was a rather strange feeling for the heroes. They want Banner in custody, but they also don't want Ross getting his hands on anything that could allow him to recreate Hulk. If Ross gets what he wants, he may cause more damage than has already been done. So in this particular situation, even the heroes were somewhat rooting for Banner. Annihilating Hulk is far more important than arresting a now Quirkless man anyway.

"What...? We could get the Nobel for this!" Sterns tried to reason.

"You don't understand the power of this thing. It is too dangerous. It cannot be controlled." Bruce said.

(1:21:56 - 1:22:04)

"Exactly. Who cares about the fame." Momo said.

"You'd be surprised." Trixter said. "There are an awful lot of heroes in your world that would jump at the opportunity to use Hulk if it meant gaining fame."

"Don't be ridiculous. No hero in their right mind would ever agree with Sterns." Midnight said.

"Yeah, right. All any hero cares about is being popular." Kota said.

"That's not true! Heroes pride themselves on their selfless nature! A hero would never be so self-centered as to only be concerned with popularity!" Iida stated.

"It's irritating how ignorant people can be. So blind to the truth of the world." Stain said.

"So you mean to tell me that none of you would ever act in your own self-interest?" Trixter asked.

The heroes and students all believed that they would never prioritize their desires over the desires of the people. Their were some who knew that they definitely would put themselves before others, but those particular individuals didn't see that as an issue.

"In that case, I want to ask you students something." Trixter said, getting everyone's attention. "Why do you want to be a hero? Can you honestly say it's for a noble reason?"

The students thought about it. Some of them do genuinely want to save people and make the world better. And of course, their were some who were a little more selfish.

"You each have various reasons for wanting to become heroes. Family, duty, obligation, desire, fame, glory, shame, spite, admiration. It's important that you all understand why you want to be heroes and if you really should go through with it." Trixter said. "Now let's continue."

"At your discretion, shooter." Sparr told the sniper.

The sniper aimed at Banner through one of the lab's windows, but couldn't get a clear shot.

"No shot." Blonsky heard the sniper say on the radio.

Blonsky took off, heading up the stairs. He wasn't about to miss his shot at a rematch with Hulk.

Sparr informed Ross that Blonsky was going in.

"Blonsky, stand down. My daughter's in there!" Ross ordered.

Blonsky ignored Ross and continued running up the stairwell, skipping sections by leaping across and climbing.

(1:22:04 - 1:22:23)

"Why isn't Blonsky listening?" Inko asked.

"He's only interested in settling the score at this point. He doesn't seem to care about anything else now." Mic said.

"The bastard can't accept the fact that he's a weakling." Bakugo said.

Meanwhile, Sterns and Banner were still debating with each other.

"We have the antidote now." Sterns said.

"They don't want the antidote! They want to make it a weapon!" Bruce countered.

(1:22:23 - 1:22:27)

"Stop wasting time arguing! Just hurry up and destroy the blood!" Sero said.

"And if we let it go, we will never get it back." Bruce stated. "You don't have any idea how powerful this thing is."

"I hate the government just as much as anyone, but you're being a little paranoid, don't you think?" Sterns said.

Bruce slammed his hands on the desk, becoming frustrated with Sterns. He ended up walking in front of the window where the sniper shot a tranquilizer dart into his back.

(1:22:27 - 1:22:45)

"Bruce!" Toga shouted.

Eri gasped in fear. For a moment there, she thought Mr. Hulk was shot with an actual bullet and not one of those dart thingies. She knew this was still bad either way.

Sterns gasped in shock while Betty immediately grabbed hold of Bruce and pulled the dart out of his back. Bruce fell to his knees, becoming drowsy.

Blonsky entered the room and approached Bruce. Betty tried to stop him, but was immediately tossed to the side, crashing into one of the cabinets.

(1:22:45 - 1:22:57)

The audience was taken aback by this. Even the villains were a little surprised.

"What the heck?! Why'd you do that?!" Kirishima shouted.

"That was completely uncalled for!" All Might said, angry at a Blonsky for harming a defenseless woman.

"Where is it?" Blonsky asked as he grabbed hold of Bruce. "Come on, where is it?"

Blonsky started slapping Bruce, trying to bring out Hulk. Bruce's watch began beeping faster and faster.

"Show him to me." Blonsky demanded.

But it wasn't working. Bruce was not transforming.

"Blonsky!" Some soldiers entered the room.

Realizing that Bruce has cured himself, Blonsky gave up and knocked him out, causing the screen to go black.

(1:22:57 - 1:23:13)

The audience was silent for a moment.

"It... It didn't work. He didn't transform." Melissa said.

"Then it seems the experiment was successful. Banner really is Quirkless now." Recovery Girl said.

"What the hell is up with Blonsky?! He was way to aggressive!" Kaminari said.

"He's lucky Hulk is gone. That little stunt of his could've gotten a lot of people killed." Aizawa said.

The audience wasn't sure how to feel about Blonsky at the moment. He initially seemed like a heroic soldier. But this felt different. Nothing about Blonsky's actions in this scene felt heroic.

A few in the audience felt that something was off here. Blonsky was always eager to fight Hulk, but he had never displayed this level of aggression before. Something was different about him.

"Why'd you get rid of him?" Toga whispered. If Hulk were still here, he would have protected Bruce.

"Eri?" Izuku said as he noticed her beginning to cry. "Hey, it's okay. It's going to be fine." He wrapped his arm around her in an attempt to comfort her.

"Th-they're... they're gonna hurt him... They're gonna hurt Mr. Hulk..." Eri sobbed. For her, Mr. Hulk being captured was the equivalent of Overhaul capturing her. She knows what comes next and absolutely didn't want Mr. Hulk having to go through that.

The rest of the audience felt bad for the girl. They wanted to help, but weren't sure how.

'And Blonsky's supposed to be the hero? All he did is make a cute girl cry.' Kota thought to himself.

"No, he'll be fine. I promise." Izuku consoled.

Unfortunately, Eri didn't believe that and continued to cry.

The heroes were about to get involved, but someone else beat them to it.

"The boy is right." Kurogiri said, getting Eri's attention. "Banner no longer has a Quirk. Which means Ross has no reason to experiment on him. Banner will still go to jail but he won't be harmed."

Eri thought about what Kurogiri said. It made sense in her head. Overhaul only hurts her because of her Quirk. If she were Quirkless, Overhaul might leave her alone. So the same must be true for Mr. Hulk and Ross.

Eri slowly began to calm down. A cloth appeared in Izuku's lap, courtesy of Trixter. Izuku used the cloth to wipe away Eri's tears.

"You okay?" Izuku asked.

Eri just nodded. She was still a little sad that Mr. Hulk would go to jail, but at least he won't be hurt like her.

Izuku let out a sigh of relief. "Thanks." He said to Kurogiri.

Kurogiri nodded. His lie worked like a charm. He knew that even without a Quirk, Banner would likely still be experimented on. But Eri needed to be convinced that he would be fine.

As the film continued, Eri noticed Izuku's arm still wrapped around her. Was he trying to make her feel better? Eri didn't know why, but this actually felt kinda nice. It wasn't like when Overhaul or his men would hold her. This was more gentle and warm.

Eri subconsciously snuggled closer to Izuku. She wasn't used to this sort of physical affection, or any kind of affection for that matter, but she knew she wanted more of it.

The scene cut to some soldiers who were taking Bruce, who was now tied to a stretcher, out of the building and to Ross.

Ross looked at Bruce and then leaned in close. "If you took it from me, I'm gonna put you in a hole for the rest of your life." He threatened.

(1:23:13 - 1:23:31)

"Forget about Hulk. Just be glad you finally caught Banner." Ojiro said.

"Do you honestly still think he cares about Banner. In case you haven't noticed, weaponizing Hulk is the only reason he wanted to capture Banner." Dabi said. "It had nothing to do with protecting people."

The heroes wanted to disagree, but couldn't deny that Ross does seem more focused on obtaining Hulk rather than arresting Banner. They, as well as the rest of the audience, were beginning to question where Ross' priorities lie.

The soldiers took Bruce into the helicopter.

Betty was also making her way to the helicopter when Ross stopped her.

"Betty." Ross said.

"I will never forgive what you've done to him." Betty said.

"He's a fugitive." Ross justified.

"You made him a fugitive." Betty countered. "To cover your failures and to protect your career. Don't ever speak to me as your daughter again." She said.

(1:23:31 - 1:23:52)

That got Todoroki's attention. He already felt a small connection with Betty since she and Ross clearly don't have the best relationship. But this moment really hammered it in for him. What Ross did to Banner reminded Todoroki of what Endeavor did to Rei. Ruining a person's life for the sake of your career. Ross is a lot like Endeavor. No wonder Todoroki couldn't stand him.

"Is that seriously the only reason Banner became a fugitive? Just because Ross wanted to protect his career?" Mina asked.

"That may have been Ross' reason, but Banner is a fugitive regardless." Nighteye said. "In the end, he is still a villain for all the crimes he's committed."

"It's only because you're my daughter that you're not in handcuffs too." Ross said.

Betty turned away from Ross and entered the helicopter.

(1:23:52 - 1:24:02)

"Well, at least he isn't too hard on Betty. I guess." Toru said.

"It is his daughter, so it makes sense he wouldn't be too rough with her." Recovery Girl said.

Inside the lab, Sterns was sitting in a chair while Sparr questioned him.

"Are you telling me you can make more like him?" Sparr asked.

"No, not yet. I've sorted out a few pieces, but it's not like I can put together the same Humpty Dumpty, if that's what you're asking." Sterns explained.

Sparr just looked at Sterns like she didn't fully understand.

"He was a freak accident! The goal is to do it better!" Sterns stated.

(1:24:02 - 1:24:16)

"Wait, so he can't make another Hulk?" Kaminari asked.

"No. Well, not an exact copy at least." Melissa answered.

"Like he said, Hulk was a complete accident. Recreating accidents like that are near impossible. Especially in the world of science." Power Loader said.

"But he could probably still make something similar, right?" La Brava asked.

"Probably." Power Loader nodded.

Blonsky suddenly knocked Sparr out.

"She's an annoying bitch." Blonsky said.

(1:24:16 - 1:24:24)

"Huh?! Why'd he do that?!" Uraraka asked.

The audience was wondering what on Earth was wrong with Blonsky. First he unnecessarily harms Betty, and now he attacks his own ally?

"Why are you always hitting people?" Sterns asked.

Blonsky didn't respond and instead aimed his pistol at Sterns.

"Now what possibly could I have done to deserve such aggression?" Sterns asked nervously.

"It's not what you've done, it's what you're gonna do." Blonsky said, getting Sterns attention. "I want what you got out of Banner. I want that."

(1:24:24 - 1:24:40)

"What?!" Inko asked.

"The hell?!" Bakugo shouted.

"Is he serious?!" Thirteen asked.

"Why?! Why is Blonsky doing this?!" Iida asked.

"Well, this is quite the turn of events." Nezu chuckled.

"You look like you've got a little something in you already, don't you?" Sterns asked as he got up from the chair.

"I want more. You've seen what he becomes, right?" Blonsky asked.

"I have... And it's beautiful... Godlike." Sterns said.

"Well, I want that... I need that. Make me that." Blonsky demanded.

(1:24:40 - 1:25:05)

"He seems... off." Jiro said.

"He's acting totally different than before." Sato said.

"Exactly. He always seemed a little overeager, but this is something else entirely." Midnight said.

The audience couldn't believe Blonsky was doing this. They had so much faith in him. But now, he's betraying that trust.

"I don't know what you've got inside you already. The mixture could be... an abomination." Sterns warned.

(1:25:05 - 1:25:13)

"That's true too. There's no telling what could happen to you if you mix the Super Soldier serum with Banner's blood." Melissa said, hoping that Blonsky would listen to reason.

Blonsky, not taking no for an answer, grabbed Sterns by their shirt and lifted them up, holding them above his head.

"I didn't say I was unwilling." Sterns gasped for air. "I just need informed consent."

Blonsky lowered Sterns slightly, bringing them closer to his face.

"An you've given it." Sterns said, now agreeing to help Blonsky.

(1:25:13 - 1:25:29)

The audience was speechless. They didn't know what to think. Blonsky's actions here went against everything they thought he was.

"... I... I don't understand. Blonsky's supposed to be a hero or at the very least, a good soldier. Why would he go behind Ross' back like this?" All Might wondered.

"The answer is quite obvious. Blonsky craves power and is willing to do anything to get it. Perhaps you misjudged him, Symbol of Peace." Kurogiri said.

"I knew it all along. He wasn't a good guy?!" Twice asked.

"I think there's more to it." Izuku said. "Blonsky's behavior doesn't make sense. He's not acting like himself. He's way more aggressive and completely ignores Ross' orders. But he wasn't like this in earlier parts of the film."

"Indeed. It likely has something to do with the Super Soldier serum." Nezu said.

"So he's just suffering from the side effects of the serum." Melissa said.

"Well, yes and no." Trixter said. "In order to truly understand what is happening to Blonsky, you need to know how the Super Soldier serum works. You see, the Super Soldier serum enhances all aspects of the body. Both physical and psychological." He explained.

That was interesting to know. Up until now, everyone thought the serum only enhanced one's physical abilities. Now they know it does more. Izuku took note of this.

Trixter continued. "What this means is that your personality is amplified along with your body."

Upon hearing this, the audience's eyes widened. They realized what this meant.

"So you're saying Blonsky was always like this? The serum just made him worse?" Nighteye asked.

"Ding, ding, ding! That's correct!" Trixter exclaimed. "Blonsky started off as a man who lived for the thrill of a good fight. He wanted to test his metal against tough opponents. But as he grew older, he realized that he was beginning to slow down. He wasn't as good as he used to be and he wanted to return to his prime. The Super Soldier serum gave him that chance. However, the serum also began to change him. His desire to become a better fighter grew slightly. He became obsessed with proving that he could beat Hulk, the most powerful opponent he's ever faced. Once he received the larger dose of the Super Soldier serum, Blonsky became a lot worse. His eagerness grew into aggressiveness. His desire to be stronger turned into a thirst for power. And now he's here, about to attempt to turn himself into the very monster he was meant to defeat." He explained.

Everyone was silent, trying to digest the new information about both the serum and Blonsky. One person absolutely loved this.

"Hahahaha! What a surprise! The hero turned out to be nothing more than a power-hungry loser!" Shigaraki laughed.

"But... I mean... It's not his fault. The serum made him like this." Uraraka said.

"The serum just made him more of what he already was. He always had this in him." Dabi said.

"It just goes to show that heroes aren't all they're cracked up to be." Shigaraki smirked.

"No, that's wrong! A real hero always puts others before themselves." Sero said.

"Well Blonsky doesn't really live up to that, now does he?" Trixter asked.

"No, he doesn't. It's clear now that he never should've been given that serum." Aizawa said.

"He definitely wasn't the ideal choice." Tsu said.

"And now Sterns is going to help him become a monster like Hulk." Midnight said.

"I can't believe Sterns is gonna do something so dangerous." Mina said.

"Well like he said, he's more curious than cautious. Not the kind of person you'd want to handle something like this." Power Loader said.

"Hopefully Ross will catch on and puts a stop to it." Thirteen said.

While this was going on, the helicopter containing Bruce, Betty, and Ross began leaving the city.

Inside the helicopter, Bruce and Betty were sitting across from each other. Betty placed her foot on Bruce's to get his attention. He looked at her with a slight smile on his face. He kissed and held her hands, probably trying to ease her concerns.

(1:25:29 - 1:25:54)

"He doesn't seem very worried." Inko pointed out.

"He's been freed from his curse." Tokoyami said. "Of course he's happy." Dark Shadow said.

Eri found that interesting. Despite calming down, she is still a little worried for Mr. Hulk. But he isn't scared at all. He's completely calm. If he isn't worried, then she shouldn't be either.

Sterns was beginning the procedure. He took a large vial of Bruce's blood and placed it into a machine.

Blonsky was shown laying on the seat that Bruce was in earlier. A Gamma Ray Projector hovered over his face.

(1:25:54 - 1:26:06)

"Oh no..." Toru said.

"That idiot! He's actually going to create another Hulk!" Endeavor said.

"And no one can stop him." All Might said.

The Gamma Ray Projector activated and Blonsky began to transform.

The machines and lights in the room began to spark and malfunction. Sterns began checking all the machines, pushing buttons and flipping switches in an attempt to fix them.

Blonsky could be heard screaming in the background, only his voice was changing slightly. It was becoming more monstrous.

"This is what I was trying to explain. I don't know what you've been ladling into yourself. But clearly it worked." Sterns said.

Blonsky, still in the process of transforming, got out of the seat. His feet were shown as they grew to the point of tearing out of his shoes. Skeletal spikes appeared out of the back of his ankles.

Sterns began backing away into a corner. "Let's assume you don't understand a word I'm saying, but if you'll just get back on the table I can... fix this." He said.

While Sterns spoke, Blonsky's back was shown as he continued to grow. Eventually, Blonsky's spine turned into spikes as well. His transformation was now complete. Abomination was born.

(1:26:06 - 1:26:32)

The audience was shocked and disgusted by this scene.

"Oh my God..." Uraraka said.

"Do you seriously think he's gonna listen to you now?" Aizawa asked.

"He probably lacks any control over himself now anyway." Mei said.

"Yeah. It's a little late to try and fix this." Melissa said.

Abomination growled before attacking Sterns, knocking them into the machine that had the vial of Bruce's blood. The impact caused some of the blood in the vial to leak out and fall onto a wound on Sterns' head, infecting him.

Sterns' head began to pulsate as his brain grew. Abomination laughed and wondered away. As the screams of soldiers could be heard in the background, Sterns smiled.

(1:26:32 - 1:26:51)

"What's happening to his head?" Jiro asked.

"It's mutating due to Banner's blood infecting him." Nezu answered.

"But why is he smiling?" Mineta asked.

"Probably because he's amazed by the monster he just created. Or maybe he's happy about his own mutation." Trixter said.

Everyone hated Sterns for this. Banner had gone through so much to rid the world of Hulk and he finally succeeded only for Sterns to give the world a new Hulk. All the destruction that will follow, all the blood that will be spilled, it'll all be on Sterns' hands. And yet, he doesn't seem to regret a thing.

"Wait a minute. If Sterns is infected now, does that mean he's also gonna become another Hulk?" Izuku asked.

The audience's eyes widened. Two Hulks? That would be terrifying.

"No. Something different happens with Sterns." Trixter said.

"Hmm? Then what happens to him?" Power Loader asked.

"I'll explain later. For now, let's continue." Trixter said.

Everyone was curious to know what would happen with Sterns, but were more concerned with Blonsky than anything else. At least Sterns wouldn't become another Hulk.

Abomination grabbed the seat he was in and threw it through a window, leaving a hole for him to exit through.

Outside in an alleyway, a group of soldiers and officers witnessed the seat crash through the window and into a power line, sending sparks flying everywhere.

The screams and gunshots of the soldiers inside the building could be heard. Two soldiers where launched out of the hole in the building, killing them as soon as they touched the ground.

(1:26:51 - 1:27:00)

"And so it begins." Compress said.

"Those soldiers won't stand a chance..." Uraraka said.

"Delta 4 to Leader." One of the soldiers began. "They took out two of our guys, two of our guys! Blonsky and the Major are still inside!"

(1:27:00 - 1:27:06)

"Oh, if only you knew." Shigaraki grinned.

"I hope the major is okay." Tsu said.

"She is. Just unconscious at the moment." Trixter said.

"Well, at least she's alive." Mic said.

The group witnessed Abomination jump out of the building, landing in front of them. Luckily for them, he didn't seem to notice them and instead made his way out of the alleyway and into the main roads of the city.

The group decided to follow. A police car came flying past them before exploding. They continued heading in Abomination's direction and saw him head out into the streets. Cars began wrecking and people began screaming.

The group stood there for a moment, unsure of what to do. Eventually, one of the soldiers took charge and had the group head towards one of the Humvees, all while trying to contact Ross.

"General, you should hear this!" The helicopter pilot said as he held up a radio.

Ross picked up the radio to listen.

"The Hulk is in the street! I repeat, the Hulk is in the street!" The group on the ground informed as they drove towards Abomination.

Ross glanced at Bruce before responding, stating that it's impossible for Hulk to be there.

(1:27:06 - 1:27:54)

"It's not Hulk, but it is something just as bad." Aizawa said.

"And what's worse is that he's loose in the city." Todoroki said.

Ross asked for the group's position, to which they answered. Ross ordered the pilot to turn the helicopter around and take them back to Harlem. The pilot complied.

(1:27:54 - 1:28:06)

"Now Ross is aware of what's happening." Izuku said.

"But what good is that gonna do? They couldn't beat Hulk, so what are they supposed to do against Blonsky?" Kota asked.

No one had an answer for that. What were they going to do? How are they supposed to win?

Bruce began to question why they were going back to Harlem. No one answered.

"Damn it! Give me eyes down there!" Ross ordered the ground soldiers.

"Yes, sir!" One of the soldiers in the Humvee said as he turned on his helmet cam, allowing Ross to witness what was happening through a screen on the helicopter.

As the soldiers drove through the city, they could see explosions happening in the distance. People were panicking and screaming. Cars were crashing and piling up, blocking the street.

The soldiers ended up hitting some cars as they tried to navigate through the crowded street, damaging the Humvee to the point of ruining one of the wheels. They were eventually forced to stop due to the road ahead being blocked by too many cars.

Abomination could be seen in the distance, smashing and throwing cars, explosions and fire behind him. He threw one car that ended up hitting a fleeing civilian. Another car landed right behind someone before exploding.

The city had fallen into chaos.

(1:28:06 - 1:28:43)

"My God..." Midnight said.

"Those poor people..." Momo said.

"It's so much destruction..." Shoji said.

"And to think, it's all being caused by the person you all called a hero!" Shigaraki said. He was loving every second of this.

"Well, clearly we were wrong. I'm not afraid to admit that." All Might said.

"Yeah. Blonsky definitely isn't a hero. Not after all this." Uraraka said.

"Took you long enough." Toga said.

Ross stood there, watching all the carnage on the screen.

Everyone in the helicopter got up to look at what was happening.

On the streets, more people were shown running away as a food stand was thrown at them. And directly behind them, Abomination stood, grinning menacingly.

(1:28:43 - 1:28:57)

The audience's eyes widened as they got a clear view of Abomination. He was horrifying and grotesque. Even more so than Hulk.

The screen froze. "Emil Blonsky; The Monster Villain: Abomination!" Mic announced.

"Abomination, huh?" Dabi said.

"He definitely looks like one." La Brava said.

"It's also what Sterns said he'd become." Nighteye said.

Mic continued. "Quirk: Abomination. By mixing the experimental Super Soldier serum already inside his body with Bruce Banner's irradiated blood, Blonsky transformed into a Hulk-like monster. He possesses the same abilities as Hulk, however he is significantly more powerful. Not to mention he has sharp skeletal spikes that can easily be used as weapons, and unlike Bruce Banner, Blonsky has complete control over himself. All these factors make Abomination far more dangerous and deadly than even The Incredible Hulk!"

Izuku quickly wrote down all the info about Abomination.

"He's even stronger than Hulk?!" Mineta yelled.

"How are they supposed to beat that?!" Kaminari asked.

"They... they can't..." Koji said.

Bruce gave Ross a suspicious look. "One of yours?" He said.

"Oh my God. What have you done?" Betty asked.

Ross just looked at the two, unsure of what to say.

(1:28:57 - 1:29:08)

"All of this is because you wouldn't leave Bruce alone! I hope you're happy." Toga glared.

"Ross never could've predicted Blonsky's betrayal, none of us did. He can't be blamed for all this." All Might said.

"Yeah, right! Ross asked for a Hulk, and he got one. Right there, tearing apart Harlem!" Spinner said.

"How many more monsters is he gonna have to make before you all wake up." Dabi said.

The heroes weren't sure what to say to that. They wanted to deny that Ross was responsible for this. But the fact is he gave Blonsky the Super Soldier serum, which led to all this. He is somewhat to blame, even if not completely.

Some police officers began shooting at Abomination.

The two soldiers in the Humvee looked on in horror as Abomination swiped at some civilians, flinging their corpses into the air. Realizing that bullets would not work, the two soldiers opened a crate in the back of the Humvee, revealing an RPG inside.

(1:29:08 - 1:29:23)

"Is it really a good idea to use a rocket launcher near a bunch of civilians?" Kirishima asked.

"Their damn bullets aren't gonna do anything. They might as well try blowing Freak Show to hell." Bakugo said.

"Just because your opponent is strong doesn't mean you should disregard the safety of civilians." Aizawa said.

The soldiers equipped the RPG, took aim, and fired.

Abomination was walking away when he heard the rocket approaching. He reacted quickly, turning around, catching the rocket, and proceeding to slam it into his face as a show of power. He then laughed at the soldiers' pathetic attempt at damaging him.

(1:29:23 - 1:29:33)

Everyone's jaws dropped.

"He took that rocket like it was nothing!" Mina said.

"That's crazy! Even Hulk was pushed back by grenades. That rocket should've at least phased Abomination." Melissa said.

The soldier that fired the rocket looked on in horror. While they failed to do damage, they did succeed at one thing. Getting Abomination's attention.

Abomination began to slowly walk towards the Humvee. He pushed and threw any cars and motorcycles in front of him out of his way. As he drew closer and closer, he began to speed up, eventually breaking into full sprint.

The soldiers in the Humvee began going in reverse, trying to retreat. Unfortunately for them, the damaged tire was slowing the vehicle down.

(1:29:33 - 1:29:50)

"Oh they are so dead." Shigaraki laughed.

"We're all gonna die! Oh wait, we're fine." Twice said.

"They're not though." Toga said.

Abomination continued to charge forward, creating explosions everywhere as he tossed more and more vehicles out of his way. He roared as he neared the soldiers in the Humvee.

The soldiers eventually came to a stop due to their path being blocked by a bunch of cars. They had nowhere left to run. And Abomination was already right on top of them.

A taxi drove by, causing Abomination to stop in front of the Soldiers, and stomp down on the front of the taxi, flipping it into the air. He caught the taxi and loomed over the soldiers in the Humvee.

The soldiers cowered in fear, not knowing what else to do.

"Give me a real fight!" Abomination demanded and then proceeded to smash the taxi into the soldiers, killing them and destroying the helmet cam.

(1:29:50 - 1:30:28)

The audience was completely silent. This was horrible. A massacre. This situation felt so hopeless. If this happened in their world, there would be plenty of heroes around to save the day. But here? There is no hero to help.

"Where is Stark?!" Endeavor yelled. "Shouldn't he be here dealing with this?!"

Stark? Yes, Stark! Iron Man! Maybe he could-

"I told you once and I'll say it again, he can't help." Trixter said, crushing everyone's hopes.

"What could he possibly be doing?! The people in Harlem need him!" Iida said.

"Look, he's just one man. You can't expect him to be everywhere and fix everything. Although I suppose you all are used to expecting the world of one man." Trixter said.

"So... he really can't help..." Mei frowned. She really wanted to see Stark again.

"Then... what are they going to do?" Tsu asked.

"Nothing!" Shigaraki said gleefully. "Face it! There's no heroes to save the day this time around!"

"Tch! I can't believe I ever called Blonsky a hero!" All Might growled.

"He's a monster. Even worse than Hulk." Midnight said.

"Banner lacked self-control, but Blonsky is completely aware of what he's doing. And he's relishing every second of it. He doesn't even care about the people he's killing." Thirteen said.

"Well this seems like a good time to ask. Is Blonsky a villain?" Trixter asked.

"What do you mean 'is he a villain'?! Of course he is!" Mic said.

"He's murdering innocent people simply for the thrill. That is the epitome of villainy." Nighteye said.

"Even though he is simply suffering from the effects of the Super Soldier serum?" Trixter asked.

"You can't honestly be trying to say that Blonsky is innocent simply because of the serum's side effects." Aizawa said.

"Oh, I'm not trying to saying anything. I'm merely trying to make sure you understand." Trixter said. "From one perspective, Blonsky is a horrible monster who thrives on the pain and suffering of others. From another perspective, Blonsky is a man suffering from the effects of a serum that has made him worse than he ever truly was."

"That serum cannot be used as an excuse for all this." Ojiro said.

"But can you honestly say that Blonsky would have done this before taking the serum? Can you say that the soldier chasing down a fugitive at the start of this film is the same as the monster tearing innocent people apart right now?" Trixter asked.

"I get it. This goes back to the question of what a villain is, right?" Izuku asked.

"That's right. Both Banner and Blonsky have gone down paths where they are both labeled villains. But do they deserve that title?" Trixter asked. "One might say they don't. After all, they both are pretty much victims of their individual powers. But another might say they do deserve to be called villains. I mean, they both willingly made decisions that led to them receiving their powers in the first place."

"Bruce isn't anything like Blonsky." Toga said.

"They might be more similar than you think." Trixter said.

"It doesn't matter how he got to this point. What Abomination is doing is inexcusable. He is a monster and a villain that needs to be brought to justice." Endeavor said.

"Precisely. There is no question of what he is." Iida said.

"Stop trying to make him sound all innocent." Dabi said.

Not a single person in the audience was swayed by Trixter. They all felt that Blonsky was the definition of evil.

Trixter looked around the audience and smiled. "I see. So none of you believe Blonsky is a victim in anyway. How interesting. Perhaps you've all figured out your answers to this film's question? Not that it matters much to me. Let's continue." He said.

Everyone in the helicopter stared at the now static screen in silence. None of them knew how to respond to this situation.

"Sir?" The pilot said, getting no response. "Sir?"

Ross stood there for a moment, contemplating what to do. "Tell them to bring everything they've got and head for Harlem." He ordered.

Bruce sighed at this. Ross' soldiers won't do anything against Abomination. They'd just be running towards their deaths. But... maybe there was someone who could help.

"...It has to be me." Bruce stated. "You have to take me back there."

(1:30:28 - 1:30:49)

"WHAT?!" The audience yelled.

Stain smirked. This was it. Banner was choosing to run towards the danger even though he doesn't have to. And best of all, he's making this decision with the knowledge that his Quirk might be permanently gone, making this choice much more meaningful. This is what Stain had been waiting for.

Betty didn't like the sound of that. "What are you saying? You think you can control it?" She questioned.

"No, no - not control it, but - I don't know - maybe aim it." Bruce suggested.

"And what if you can't?!" Ross countered.

(1:30:49 - 1:30:57)

"Exactly. Fighting fire with fire doesn't always work." Recovery Girl said.

"But sometimes it can work better than expected." Endeavor countered.

"If you somehow managed to transform, there's no guarantee that Hulk would even help. He could just make things worse." Sato said.

"Make things worse?" Compress chuckled. "There's currently an unstoppable monster tearing the city apart. How much worse could it possibly get?"

"We could end up with TWO unstoppable monsters tearing the city apart." Nighteye said.

"But there are no heroes to help. So which would you prefer? Ross throws more and more soldiers at Abomination only for them to die meaninglessly, or Ross places his faith in Hulk, the only person who has a fighting chance." Kurogiri said.

The heroes weren't sure. The idea of relying on a villain to stop another villain was ridiculous. But at this point, they really couldn't see any other way to stop Abomination. Is it really right to trust a villain? Even one as passive as Banner? If it means saving everyone, then perhaps it is.

"We made this thing. All of us. Please." Bruce pleaded with Ross.

Ross stared at Bruce for a moment before making his decision. "Land us near it." He ordered.

(1:30:57 - 1:31:10)

The audience couldn't believe it. Ross is actually gonna trust Banner.

"He's really gonna let Banner help?" Uraraka questioned.

"While I don't think releasing Banner is a good idea... there really isn't anyone else who stands a chance against Abomination. This is, shockingly, the most logical course of action. At the very least, it's better than throwing more soldiers at him." Aizawa said.

"That doesn't change the fact that a lot of damage could be caused by a battle between the two." Thirteen said.

The villains smirked. It was rather nice hearing the heroes admit that a "villain" was the only person who could help.

Bruce told Ross to keep the helicopter in the air and open the back door. Ross nodded to his soldiers, signaling for them to do as Bruce requested.

(1:31:10 - 1:31:20)

"He's gonna jump out?!" Mina asked.

"That's crazy!" Toru said.

"And suicide! He'll die the moment he hits the ground!" Mei said.

"Not if he transforms. I'm willing to bet Hulk could survive that fall." Izuku said.

Bruce approached the now open back door of the helicopter, preparing to jump out.

"Bruce! Bruce, stop! Stop!" Betty begged as she grabbed Bruce's hands. "What are you doing?! Think about this! You don't even know if you'll change!" She tried to talk him out of this.

(1:31:20 - 1:31:29)

"Exactly! You might just die, dummy!" Kota said.

"Forget about those people! You don't owe anything to any of them!" Toga said.

Bruce, still wanting to help everyone, tried to pull away from Betty only for her to pull him back to her.

"You don't have to do this! Please, this is insane!" Betty continued begging Bruce, hoping that he would rethink this.

"Betty, I've got to try..." Bruce stated, making it clear that even he doesn't think this will work. But he was still going to try. Because there's a chance. A chance for him to really help these people.

(1:31:29 - 1:31:37)

Kota was surprised by that. He... has to try? Why? Why does he have to try? No one is making him do anything. So why does he think he has to try and help? It's like when Iron Man went to Gulmira. They didn't have to help those people, but they did anyway. Did they think they had to? Is that... what all heroes think?

Kirishima was stunned. Banner was seriously willing to risk his life like this. Even when he might not have powers anymore. Kirishima had flashbacks to that giant villain that was threatening Ashido's friends a while back. At the time, despite how much he wanted to help, he just couldn't bring himself to. He froze. That was the moment he knew he could never be a hero. Not when he's too scared to risk his life for someone else. And yet, here was Banner. Potentially powerless and still ready to jump out of a helicopter just for the chance to save everyone. Banner was more heroic than Kirishima could ever hope to be.

All Might smiled. He understands what Banner is feeling here. He's felt the same way plenty of times. That feeling of obligation. Like you have to help. Like you can't just look the other way. That's the feeling of a hero.

"You, Bruce Banner, are no villain." All Might said to himself.

Betty stared at Bruce, finally realizing that she couldn't talk him out of this.

"I'm sorry..." Bruce said as he and Betty kissed one last time.

(1:31:37 - 1:31:45)

"Gaaaah! I don't know whether to be happy or scared!" La Brava said.

"I'm feeling both!" Mina said.

And with that, Bruce let go of Betty and fell back, outside of the helicopter. As he fell towards the ground, Betty was still reaching out to him, not ready to see him go. Unfortunately for her, this really was the last time she'd speak to Bruce, at least for a long time.

(1:31:45 - 1:31:53)

Everyone in the audience tensed up. Eri and Toga were especially worried. Stain, meanwhile, was overjoyed.

"YES! THIS IS WHAT I WANTED TO SEE! THIS IS A TRUE HERO!" Stain smiled maniacally.

The audience jumped, startled by Stains sudden outburst.

"THAT DESIRE TO RISK YOUR LIFE FOR OTHERS! EVEN WHEN THE CHANCE OF DEATH IS HIGH! EVEN WHEN YOU COULD JUST RUN! THAT IS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A HERO! TO THINK THAT SOMEONE SO REMARKABLE WOULD EVER BE CALLED A VILLAIN! IT'S BLASPHEMOUS!" Stain yelled.

No one knew how to respond. In fact, they were a little afraid to. They decided to try to forget what just happened and continue the film.

It didn't matter what happened next as far as Stain was concerned. Banner had already solidified himself as a true hero in Stain's eyes. Whether his plan works or not is irrelevant.

As Bruce continued falling, he shut his eyes and tried to unleash Hulk. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and... nothing happened.

"Oh, shit!" Bruce exclaimed as he plummeted straight to the ground. He collided with the ground with so much force that he broke right through it, leaving behind a small crater.

(1:31:53 - 1:32:07)

"Bruce!" Toga screamed out in horror.

"Mr. Hulk!" Eri gasped.

The audience was completely speechless. Was that it? Banner's dead? Just like that?

"M-Mr. Hulk..." Eri said, tears beginning to fill her eyes.

"Wait." Nezu said. "It's not over."

Nezu, as well as a few others, noticed that Banner did not simply hit the ground. He smashed through it. Such an impact could not have been caused by him normally. Which means his plan worked.

Betty looked on in horror. She couldn't tell if Bruce transformed before hitting the ground. Ross had one of his soldiers pull Betty back into the helicopter.

Betty and Ross watched from the helicopter windows, looking for any sign that Bruce survived.

In the crater, some rocks began to move. Suddenly, a giant green fist punched out of the ground. Hulk had returned. And he was ready to fight.

(1:32:07 - 1:32:28)

The audience cheered.

Eri couldn't believe it. Mr. Hulk's Quirk saved him. His curse... saved his life.

Toga began to smile. Not only was Bruce alive, but so was Hulk. That part of Bruce was still there.

Hulk pulled himself out of the crater and stood. He looked at his target, Abomination, in the distance, slaughtering more civilians. He let out a vicious roar.

Abomination, holding someone in his hand, looked in the direction of the roar and spotted the person he's been waiting for. "Hulk!" He grinned as he threw away the person he was holding and began walking towards Hulk.

The Duel of Harlem was about to begin.

(1:32:28 - 1:32:50)

"Here we go." Todoroki said.

"Alright, Hulk! Time to beat Freak Show's ass!" Bakugo yelled.

"Hehehehe! A showdown between two monsters! It's like two bosses in a video game decided to fight each other!" Shigaraki smiled. Oh, the destruction these two would cause.

"Well, let's hope this doesn't turn into a complete disaster." Nighteye said, still unsure if this was the right call.

"Woooooo! Go Hulk! Yeah, get 'em Hulk!" Twice said. "Wait... Did we just agree? Nah. You're hearing things."

Everyone in the audience was rooting for Hulk. It was quite the sight. Seeing everyone unified under one hope.

The heroes had to believe in a man who they had been saying should be locked up. And the villains were cheering for a hero of all things. A hero that is like them. This was a unique experience for both sides of the audience.

Izuku thought about what Trixter said at the start of this film. This was the tale of a man fighting to regain control over his life. Maybe this was the first step. Banner spent all this time trying to erase Hulk. But now he's trying to use it. He chose to transform. He chose to fight. He may not be in control of his body at the moment, but this is probably the most control he's had over his life in a long time. While the world may have decided that he's a villain, he is choosing to be a hero. Maybe this is what Trixter meant. Maybe this is how Banner takes back control.

Hulk also began walking towards Abomination, ripping off the remains of his shirt.

Abomination started to sprint, excited for round 3. Hulk did the same. The ground shook as they charged towards each other. Civilians quickly moved out of the way of the charging behemoths, screaming in fear.

The two jumped at each other, about to collide.

Abomination landed the first hit, tackling Hulk and creating a powerful shock wave in the process. He then threw Hulk straight through a bus, causing an explosion.

Hulk skidded across the ground until he came to a stop, laying face down on the ground. He slowly got up, only to fall to his knees, dazed from the attack.

(1:32:50 - 1:33:33)

"No way! Is he already tired just from that one attack?!" Kirishima gasped.

"I know Abomination is apparently stronger than Hulk, but I didn't think it would be to this degree." Momo said.

"It's not just strength either. Blonsky also has his mind intact even after transforming. He's more intelligent than Hulk." Izuku said.

"So he's stronger, smarter, and has more combat experience than Hulk." Nighteye summarized.

"Then how is Hulk supposed to win?!" Sero asked.

The audience wasn't sure. This seemed like an impossible battle for Hulk. How is he supposed to beat someone who is better than him in every way.

"Hulk's gonna win! I don't care how strong Abomination is!" Toga declared.

"Abomination's just a cheap copy. I hope Hulk rips him apart." Shigaraki said.

Abomination stood atop the destroyed bus, laughing at Hulk.

"Come on!" Abomination taunted.

Hulk turned to a police car next to him. He began smashing and tearing it in half.

(1:33:33 - 1:33:50)

"Well that was unnecessary." Midnight sighed.

"It's not that big of a deal, right? It's just one car." Sato said.

"If you're gonna be a hero, then remember that ALL collateral damage is a big deal. Our job is to limit the damage as much as possible." Aizawa said.

Abomination began charging at Hulk.

Hulk picked up the now two pieces of the police car and wore them like gloves. He smashed the two 'gloves' together and roared, ready to launch his counterattack.

(1:33:50 - 1:33:58)

"Oh, cool! It's like metal boxing gloves!" Sero said.

"He must realize that his own strength won't be enough to win." Shoji said.

Hulk punched Abomination in the gut and then delivered an uppercut. Abomination tried to fight back, but Hulk dodged behind them and threw three more punches, knocking Abomination off their feet and onto the ground.

Hulk took the opportunity to punch Abomination repeatedly until the two pieces of the car were completely destroyed. No longer armed, Hulk continued his assault, grabbing Abomination by the throat and delivering a powerful punch to their face.

Abomination spit out a bit of blood. "Is that all you've got?" He taunted, having taken little damage.

Hulk reeled back his fist and let out a furious roar. But before he could throw his punch, Abomination kicked him with so much force that he went flying right through a building.

(1:33:58 - 1:34:20)

"Oh my goodness!" Tsu said.

"It's not working. Hulk isn't winning." Gentle began to worry.

"You think you're soooo great just because you stole Bruce's powers. Just wait till Hulk beats you." Toga said, refusing to lose hope.

Abomination chased after Hulk. He jumped onto the side of the building and checked through the hole that Hulk went through.

Ross' helicopter appeared. "Use that thing, soldier! Give him some help!" Ross ordered the soldier on the helicopter's minigun.

"Which one?" The soldier asked.

"Help the green one, damn it! Which one do you think?! Cut the other one in half!" Ross ordered.

(1:34:20 - 1:34:38)

"Good. Ross is helping." Iida said.

"Hulk definitely needs all the help he can get." Ojiro said.

"But what good can their guns do?" Toru wondered.

"At the very least, they can provide a distraction." Kurogiri said.

"Their best bet is to exhaust Abomination. If they can keep him busy and give Hulk time to rest, then there might be a shot at victory." Izuku said.

The soldier began shooting at Abomination, getting his attention.

Abomination started climbing the building and the helicopter followed. The helicopter chased Abomination across the rooftop, all the while shooting at him.

Hulk was on the ground, finally getting up. He spotted Abomination jump across rooftops as well as the helicopter chasing them. He began climbing the building to re-enter the fight. He made it to the rooftop and spotted Betty inside the helicopter.

Abomination jumped at the helicopter, but Hulk jumped at Abomination and grabbed his leg in an attempt to pull him away from the helicopter. This almost worked, but Abomination managed to grab onto one of the landing skids.

(1:34:38 - 1:35:24)

"Betty!" Uraraka yelled.

"Leave them out of this!" Jiro yelled.

The audience became very tense here. Abomination has his hands on the helicopter, which meant that everyone inside was in danger. Luckily, Hulk has a hold of Abomination. Maybe he could save the helicopter.

The helicopter struggled to stay in the air as Hulk and Abomination dangled from it.

Hulk latched on to Abominations back, squeezing so hard that their bones could be heard cracking. Abomination tried knocking Hulk off of him, grabbing them and kneeing them in the face. He then hit Hulk in the face with his elbow, causing Hulk to let go momentarily before grabbing on to his foot.

As the struggle continued, the helicopter was loosing altitude.

"I gotta put it down!" The pilot warned.

"Hang on!" Ross yelled.

Betty sat in her seat with a look of fear on her face.

The helicopter tail rotor hit a sign on top of a building, destroying it and causing the helicopter to spin out of control.

Hulk was knocked into two buildings, flinging him off of Abomination.

The helicopter crashed on the ruins of a building, running over Abomination. The helicopter came to a stop and powered down.

(1:35:24 - 1:36:16)

"Are they okay?" Izuku asked.

"I hope so..." Toga said. "Well... except for Ross." She added.

Hulk was laying on the ground. He looked up at the helicopter, probably wondering if Betty was okay.

The inside of the damaged helicopter was shown. Betty was alive, buried under the corpses of the soldiers.

(1:36:16 - 1:36:44)

"Even more deaths..." All Might frowned.

"At least Betty survived." Recovery Girl said.

Toga smiled. She was glad to know that Betty was okay.

Betty looked around and spotted Ross, who was also alive, but groaning in pain.

(1:36:44 - 1:36:50)

Toga's joy immediately turned into disappointment.

"It seems the general survived as well." Endeavor said.

"Oh, great." Toga said sarcastically.

Betty immediately came to Ross' aid, showing that despite everything, she still loves him.

Hulk was exhausted. He forced himself back onto his feet and walked towards the helicopter.

Abomination suddenly appeared, jumping on top of the helicopter. He wasn't tired at all.

(1:36:50 - 1:37:08)

"C'mon! What's it gonna take?!" Mineta shouted.

"This is just... impossible... He doesn't even look that hurt..." Midnight said.

The audience was beginning to lose hope. Was Abomination really gonna win this fight?

Abomination wiped the blood off of his mouth and laughed.

Hulk just looked at the ground for a moment, feeling tired and hopeless. Is he really strong enough to win this...? Yes. Yes he is! Hulk found his resolve and growled as he approached Abomination.

Abomination tackled Hulk and slammed them into a wall.

Betty and Ross were trying to get out of the helicopter, which was shown leaking fuel while sparks flew from the main rotor.

(1:37:08 - 1:37:37)

The audience's eyes widened.

"Oh no!" La Brava gasped.

"They need to get out of there before it's too late!" Gentle said.

Abomination pinned Hulk against the wall by holding his arm against there neck, lifting them off the ground. Hulk tried to fight back, kicking Abomination in the gut and throwing punches at their face. But nothing worked. Abomination just pushed against Hulk's throat even harder.

"You don't deserve this power! Now watch her die!" Abomination declared as he stabbed his elbow spike into Hulk's chest, making them scream in pain.

(1:37:37 - 1:38:00)

"HULK!" Everyone yelled.

"Please don't die... Please..." Eri prayed.

"This isn't fair! He's gonna die trying to protect the people that treated him like a monster!" Toga said. Even she was beginning to lose hope.

Hulk noticed flames forming around the helicopter. Realizing that he had to do something, he tried pushing Abomination's spike out of his chest, to no avail.

Then Hulk saw Betty, still inside the helicopter. She was scared. She was going to die. Unless he does something. And there was only one person standing in his way. Hulk felt his rage towards Abomination grow, and with it, so did his power. His eyes began to glow and he glared at Abomination. No one was going to keep him from protecting Betty. No one.

Hulk grabbed hold of both of Abomination's arms and began pushing them back. Shocked by Hulk's newfound strength, Abomination began grunting, unable to hold Hulk back.

(1:38:00 - 1:38:20)

The audience couldn't believe what they were seeing. Hulk was pushing back. He was beginning to overpower Abomination.

Everyone slowly began to smile. There was a small glimmer of hope. Maybe Hulk could really win this.

"You can do it! Keep going!" Uraraka cheered.

"You absolutely cannot fail!" Iida cheered.

"You've plowed through everything standing in your way so far! You can't stop now!" Kirishima cheered.

Everyone in the audience began cheering for Hulk. In this moment, it really felt like they were watching a hero.

Hulk headbutted Abomination in the chest, causing them to stumble back. He then grabbed them and rammed them head-first into the wall.

Hulk turned to the helicopter and saw it become engulfed in a burst of flames.

(1:38:20 - 1:38:31)

Suddenly, everyone's cheers were replaced with gasps of concern.

"NO!" Everyone yelled.

Hulk reacted quickly. He rushed forward and unleashed the Thunderclap, completing blowing the flames away. Betty and Ross were also pushed back by the sheer force of the clap.

(1:38:31 - 1:38:40)

The audience was blown away. (Hehehe. Get it?)

"Yes!" Mina said.

"He saved them." Midnight let out a sigh of relief.

"That was like something Uncle Might would do." Melissa smiled.

"He used his strength to create a powerful gust of wind. That was some quick thinking." Izuku noted.

"That move is known as the Thunderclap." Trixter said.

Izuku nodded and noted the move.

Hulk let out a sigh of relief. Betty was safe. However, the fight was not over.

Betty looked at Hulk from the helicopter and spotted Abomination standing behind him. "Look out!" She warned.

Hulk had no time to react as Abomination grabbed a long chain with pieces of rubble attached to it's ends and swung it at him, knocking him down.

(1:38:40 - 1:38:53)

"Oh, come on! That was a cheap shot!" Shigaraki complained.

"This is why you should never let your guard down." Endeavor said.

Hulk got back on his feet only for Abomination to knock him down again. Hulk tried lifting himself up, but couldn't.

(1:38:53 - 1:39:15)

"Get up! You can't be done yet!" Spinner said.

"You must channel every last ounce of strength within you!" Tokoyami said. "You're the only one that can win!" Dark Shadow said.

Abomination then set his eyes on Betty and Ross, who were beginning to exit the helicopter.

"General?" Abomination swung at the helicopter, tearing off a piece of the main rotor. He continued swinging the chain in a circle, preparing to strike Ross. "Any last words?" He asked.

Hulk, spotting an opportunity to turn the tide of this battle, got up and prepared to unleash his signature move.

"Hulk... SMASH!" Hulk yelled as he slammed his fists into the ground.

(1:39:15 - 1:39:38)

Many in the audience smiled at this. It sounded like the kind of thing All Might would say.

Shigaraki groaned. Hopefully Hulk would never utter such a phrase ever again.

The ground crumbled under the force of Hulk's attack, a large crack forming under Abominations feet.

Abomination lost his footing and the chain he was holding slipped out of his hands and into the air before coming back down on top of him, tangling him it.

Hulk took advantage of this opening and grabbed hold of the chain. He quickly got behind Abomination and wrapped the chain around their neck.

(1:39:38 - 1:39:54)

"It worked! He's finally got the upper hand!" Todoroki said.

"Now he just has to keep it that way." Dabi said.

Izuku, not wanting to miss the action, simply wrote down the name of the Hulk Smash. He would make a more detailed note later.

Abomination tried to break free, throwing multiple punches at Hulk. But he couldn't land a solid hit in his position. He kept trying anyway, punching Hulk in the face multiple times until they grabbed a spike in his elbow, ripped it out, and stabbed it into his shoulder. Abomination screamed in pain.

Abomination kept trying to crawl away, but Hulk just kept pulling him back, wrapping more chains around his neck. As the 'noose' around his neck tightened more and more, Abomination was beginning to slow down. He couldn't keep fighting.

(1:39:54 - 1:40:18)

The villains began to smile. Abomination was clearly beginning to run out of steam. All Hulk had to do now was finish him.

"Come on." Toga grinned. She couldn't wait to see Abomination's head pop off.

Meanwhile, the heroes and students were becoming concerned.

"Is he gonna kill them?!" Momo asked.

"No, don't! You've beaten him! You don't have to kill him!" Tsu said.

"Who cares if Freak Show dies?!" Bakugo asked.

"A hero should never kill unless there are no other options. Our job is to save lives, not take them." Aizawa said.

Hulk continued tightening the chains more and more. He roared as he pulled on the chains with all his might, refusing to let up until Abomination was dead.

"STOP!" Hulk heard a voice yell out. He turned towards the voice with a growl and saw that it belonged to Betty. She wanted him to stop? She doesn't want him to kill Abomination?

As he saw the worry in Betty's eyes, Hulk began to calm down a little, and he loosened the 'noose' around the now beaten Abomination, who just laid there, gasping for air.

(1:40:18 - 1:40:36)

The heroes and students let out a sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness." Inko said.

"He's a monster, but that doesn't make it right to kill him." Thirteen said.

"Are you kidding me?! He deserves to die!" Shigaraki said.

Some officers and soldiers arrived on the scene, aiming there weapons at Hulk and Abomination.

Hulk tossed Abomination to the ground and looked at them lay there. He stomped his foot on their chest and cracked their ribs before letting out a victorious roar.

The Duel of Harlem was over. The final battle between Hulk and Abomination has ended. And Hulk has once again emerged victorious.

(1:40:36 - 1:41:06)

"He did it. He actually did it." Midnight said.

"He saved the city. He saved all those people." Shoji said.

The heroes and students weren't sure how to feel. Banner was a villain. A dangerous individual who had harmed many. A man who should be in jail... But he just saved everyone. Without him, so many people would have died.

Banner spent this whole film as a villain, but became the hero right at the end. Meanwhile, Blonsky was supposed to be the hero, only for him to become the villain. This film really went against everyone's expectations.

Eri was stunned. She couldn't believe it. Mr. Hulk actually saved everyone. He used his curse to protect everyone. Even though he's a monster. Even though he always hurts the people around him. He managed to do something good this time. He beat Abomination. He saved the city. And he was only able to do that because he's a monster. Like her... Like... her?

Everyone slowly lowered their guns, wondering if the chaos was truly over.

Hulk kicked Abomination towards Ross, having accomplished his objective.

Betty approached Hulk, tears in her eyes. "It's okay." She smiled at him.

Hulk touched Betty's cheek, wiping a tear off of her face. "Betty." He whispered.

(1:41:06 - 1:42:01)

The audience smiled at this. It was once again a sign that Banner was still there.

Suddenly, more soldiers arrived in a helicopter. Hulk frowned, realizing that he couldn't stay. He then growled as he began running away. He stopped on top of the crashed helicopter and looked back at Betty one last time.

(1:42:01 - 1:42:18)

"Wait, why is he running?" Mina asked.

"He can't stay. He'll be arrested if he does." Compress said.

"What?! But... he just saved everyone! Wouldn't that - I don't know - give him a pass or something?!" Sero asked.

"No. That's not how it works. His crimes won't be forgotten simply because of this one incident." Nighteye explained.

"In fact, Hulk likely won't even be viewed as the hero of this incident. It will probably be seen as two monsters wreaking havoc in the city." Nezu said.

"Are you kidding?! People aren't even gonna acknowledge the fact that he saved them?!" Sato said.

"That's the way the world is. If any of us helped stop a villain in our world, do you honestly think the world would start calling us heroes?" Kurogiri asked.

"Sometimes the people who truly deserve to be called heroes are never remembered as such." Stain said.

"And sometimes the worst kinds of people get praised as heroes." Dabi said.

"So stupid." Toga said.

"It's a shame really. I wonder how many villains in your world have actually helped people, but will never be remembered for it. I mean, even one act of good can make you a hero to someone." Trixter said.

"Well I don't care what the world might think. Bruce Banner became a hero today." All Might smiled.

The audience was a little surprised. All Might, the Symbol of Peace, the No. 1 hero, just called Bruce Banner a hero.

"That depends on how you look at it. At the very least, he did stop Abomination. We can be grateful for that." Aizawa said.

Hulk then did what he's always done. He ran. He leaped from building to building and ran across various rooftops as he fled the scene and the screen faded to white.

(1:42:18 - 1:42:40)

The audience felt bad for Hulk. Even after everything, he would still be on the run for the rest of his life. It wasn't fair at all. And while some in the audience still felt that Banner was technically a villain with crimes to answer for, many now saw him as a hero.

It was a new day. Betty was shown, still in New York, looking out into the distant sea. She took out her camera and looked at the picture of Bruce she had taken earlier. Then the camera's batteries died, showing that Betty had been looking at that one picture constantly.

(1:42:40 - 1:43:05)

"Awww. Poor Betty." Aoyama said.

"Hopefully she'll see him again." Inko said.

"Ooooh, yeah. I wouldn't bet on that." Trixter said. (Maybe she'll make an appearance in the new She-Hulk show. Although I doubt it. Also, here's a fun fact. Betty was one of the victims of the Blip. So Bruce saved her again many years later.)

The scene changed to an open field in the middle of a forest. Some text appeared.

'BELLA COOLA - BRITISH COLUMBIA'

Bruce was shown jogging across the field and towards a small house.

Inside the house, Bruce opened up a package. The item inside the package was revealed to be the necklace Betty had pawned.

(1:43:05 - 1:43:50)

"Betty's necklace!" Kirishima said.

"So he got it back for her." Uraraka smiled.

Bruce put the necklace in an envelope that he would later mail to Betty.

Bruce was then shown meditating.

'DAYS WITHOUT INCIDENT: 31'

Bruce clenched his fists and his hands began to shake. He then opened his eyes, which were now green, and smirked.

'DAYS WITHOUT INCIDENT: 0'

(1:43:50 - 1:44:25)

The audience was shocked.

"Is he..." Mic began.

"Trying to control it? Looks that way." Aizawa said.

"So he's finally done trying to get rid of Hulk." Toga smiled.

"And it looks like he's already making some progress, triggering his transformation at will." Izuku said.

Elsewhere, a certain general was busy wallowing in their own misery.

Ross was sitting in a bar, drinking and smoking. Every time he finished one drink, he asked for another.

(1:44:25 - 1:44:40)

"Drinking your troubles away, huh?" Todoroki taunted.

"Guess he finally accepts defeat." Shigaraki smirked.

"Drinking your problems away is incredibly unhealthy!" Iida said.

"Isn't drinking in general unhealthy?" Tsu said.

A man in a suit then entered the bar and approached Ross.

"The smell of stale beer and defeat." The man spoke.

(1:44:40 - 1:44:57)

The audience immediately recognized the man's voice.

"STARK?!" The audience yelled.

"Oh, now you show up?!" Mineta questioned.

"I'm just happy to see him again!" Mei said.

Eri was also very happy to see Iron Man again.

"You know, I hate to say 'I told you so,' General, but that Super Soldier program was put on ice for a reason." Tony said. "I've always felt that hardware was much more reliable."

(1:44:57 - 1:45:07)

"Yeah. Considering what the serum did to Blonsky, it really should never be used." Melissa said.

"Stark." Ross said.

"General." Tony replied.

"You always where such nice suits." Ross noted.

"Touche. I hear you have an unusual problem." Tony said.

(1:45:07 - 1:45:19)

"Oh yeah. A very unusual problem." Kaminari said.

"Unusual for this world at least." Jiro said.

"You should talk." Ross said.

"You should listen." Tony said.

Ross leaned forward, choosing to hear Tony out.

"What if I told you we were putting a team together?" Tony asked.

"Who's 'we'?" Ross asked.

Tony simply looked at Ross with a smug expression and the screen faded to black.

(1:45:19 - 1:45:35)

"A team?" Thirteen questioned.

"What is he talking about?" Midnight asked.

"He's referring to the Avengers Initiative." Trixter answered.

"That again. But why is Stark talking to Ross about it?" Izuku asked.

Trixter giggled. "You're not gonna like it."

"What do you mean?" Aizawa asked.

"You'll find out later." Trixter said.

Everyone wanted to know what Trixter was talking about, but knew that they wouldn't get any answers out of him yet.

The credits rolled and the film ended.

(1:45:35 - 1:52:14)

With the film over, everyone thought about Bruce Banner and Emil Blonsky.

Emil Blonsky was a great soldier. He was fearless, driven, and tenacious. He was tasked with stopping a rampaging monster. He was chosen to become a Super Soldier. He was supposed to be a hero. That's what everyone thought he was. But in reality, he was nothing more than a power-hungry monster. By the end of this film, Blonsky's true colors were shown as he became what he always was inside; a disgusting abomination. He became a villain. One of the worst types of villains. The type that thrives on the pain of others.

Bruce Banner was a dangerous fugitive. He had Hulk who was powerful, uncontrollable, and unstoppable. He was a man seeking a cure for himself, trying to rid the world of Hulk. But everywhere he went, death and destruction followed. He was a villain. That's what everyone believed. But in the end, when the world needed a hero that wasn't there, he helped. He risked his life for the people of Harlem. Hulk fought Abomination with everything he had and he won. He saved everyone. He became a hero. And he won't even be remembered as one.

The story of Bruce Banner taught the audience something very important. Never judge a book by it's cover. Never judge a person by WHAT they are, but WHO they are. Banner may have seemed like a villain, but he had a good heart. Blonsky may have seemed like a hero, but he was the definition of evil.

As everyone began leaving the movie room, they hoped this wasn't the last time they'd see Banner. After all, his quest to regain control over his life was far from over. But he seemed to be taking a step in the right direction. He was training his power rather than trying to get rid of it. They couldn't wait to see the results of his training.

Thus concludes The Incredible Hulk.

Author's Note

And with that, we bring this film to a close. I know it was a slow burn, but thank you for bearing with me regardless. Next up is the interlude. But before you go, I have something to ask you all.

So, a reviewer by the name of GhostFang GF made an interesting suggestion that I really liked. They suggested that after every film, Trixter should give one of our cast members a gift. I think that's a really nice idea. I want to know what you all think.

There are two rules to follow if I use this idea.

1. Every gift should relate to the film everyone just watched. So when they watch Thor, the gift should have something to do with that movie.

2. The gifts should not be anything insane. I won't be doing things as crazy as giving Izuku Quirks or giving someone Mjolnir or anything like that. These gifts will be simple. For example, maybe I'll give Izuku a replica of Cap's shield. Or maybe I'll give Momo the recipe for Spider-Man's webs. Heck, I might even just give Jiro the cassette tape from Quill's mom. Stuff like that.

So, if you like this idea, then I would like for you to suggest a gift for The Incredible Hulk film. I'll also need one for Iron Man.

Also, give your suggestions for the counterparts in this film.

Well, I think that's it. I'll see you all in the interlude.
