"Raven, wait up!" said Apple as she caught up to Raven in a secluded area on the path back to the school.
"You know, I actually forgot about the fact that there are people who hate me just because of who my mother is for a minute there," said Raven without looking at Apple.
"Raven," said Apple.
"Tell me the truth, Apple, are you actually happy that I'm your True Love?" asked Raven.
"Why would you even ask that?" asked Apple who was hurt by this.
"You are just doing what you said you had done for Daring, right, just settling for me because that's what you're hexpected to do, right?" asked Raven as she started to cry.
"Just tell me that's true and we'll forget about all of this, then you won't have to deal with people like those girls making fun of you again," said Raven as she tried to wipe the tears away but they just kept coming.
"But I do like you, Raven," said Apple.
"Stop lying!" said Raven.
"I'm not!" said Apple in a tone that took Raven by surprise especially when the blonde grabbed her by the shoulder to turn her around to face her.
"I've never liked Daring, he's the one that I faked liking while I've been in love with you this whole time, Raven!" said Apple.
"Apple," said Raven who was in shock.
"And you want to know what else, people like Sandy and Margret can go kiss an ogre's foot for what they say and think about the two of us being together, because I truly love you, Raven Queen," said Apple.
"Are⦠are you sure?" asked Raven who was still crying.
"Does this answer that?" asked Apple before kissing Raven who was shocked at first but kissed back soon enough. As they kissed, a light bright enough to be seen around Ever After shined from their lips.
"Whoa, I've never heard of a True Love's Kiss that shined so bright before," said Cupid who had been on a date with Dexter and just left a restaurant.
"Good for the two of you," said Headmaster Grimm as he noticed the light from his office window.
