8. Chapter 8

Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of reactions. Thank you to everyone for supporting this and for being patient with the long wait in between chapters, it's very time consuming writing these chapters and then the reactions. So it takes a while for me to post new chapters.

Also I got carried away reading the Attack on Titan manga after the anime ended. Who read Chapter 139, I enjoyed the ending despite everyone hating on it. Kind of reminds me of the Mass Effect 3 original ending, could it have ended better? Sure, but then what kind of happy ending would Eren have. My man became the villain and destroyed 80% of the human population. There is no way anyone would let him live, they would hunt him down for the rest of his days.

I'm not gonna lie a small part of me died reading the final chapter. I grew up watching Attack on Titan a year after it came out and instantly became a fan. I'm sad to see such an amazing story end but thankful to have read the manga and enjoyed the anime. Now, I gotta wait for part 2 of the final season to come out. I might do a AoT reaction later on down the road.

Everyone went to the restrooms to relieve themselves and to stretch their legs after sitting for a while. Once done they waited in the lobby for Spart to set up the next showing.

Jaune chatted with his team and fielded questions from his sisters about life in Beacon. Once his sisters had enough of their questions answered, they went to bug their parents who are talking with the staff of Beacon.

Velvet decided to hang out with Jaune while they waited, the rest of JNPR went talk with RWBY to give the two privacy. Nora gave a thumbs up to Velvet as they left.

"What do you think we're going to see next?" Velvet asked.

Jaune shrugged, "I don't know. Spart did say that the showings are random."

"I wonder if he picks some and lets the machine choose another at random." Velvet pondered before moving onto a different subject. "Would you like to- to- have a spar with me later?"

"Sure." Jaune answered making Velvet sigh in relief. "It would give us a chance to talk more and keep in shape."

"It's a date then." Velvet said with a smile before Spart told them to the head back into the theater. Jaune went with his team while she hung back and pumped her fist in the air triumphantly.

"Got a date?" Coco asked.

"Eep!" Velvet yelped in surprise as she quickly turned to face her partner. "Yes, and I told you before to stop doing that!"

"Its fun and I'll stop doing it, when you stop getting scared." Coco replied putting a hand on her hip. "So, where's the date taking place?"

"In the training room." Velvet answered.

"I always knew you had a kinky side." Coco said with a smirk, she lowered her shades so Velvet could see her eyes. "All that movement, grappling, and sweating. Both of you panting and next thing, the both of you are on the ground-"

"Have you been reading Ninjas of Love again?" Velvet asked.

"Blake isn't the best when it comes to keeping track of her books." Coco said pushing her glasses back up. "Make sure to make him leave him breathless."

"Coco!" Velvet yelled at her friend.

"I meant training wise. What are you thinking about?" Coco said walking past a blushing Velvet who followed suite.

"Welcome back everyone, the next showing is ready to go." Spart told the group after they sat down. "For this showing, will the younger audience please head to the second theater."

"I'll go." Saphron said before kissing her wife and leading the young ones out of the theater.

"I take it we're going to see something dark?" Pyrrha asked getting comfortable in her seat.

"Yes, this universe is one of the newer ones to be added to the book." Spart told them. "This one is one of my favorites along with another that sprung up beside it. It does have humor, enjoy."

The lights faded and the screen came to life.

A shadow play started showing a city that disappeared when a person started falling. Lines of colors moved towards the person and swirled when they reached the clouds.

At the end of the rainbow there's happiness

"Is this a musical?" Jaune asked upon hearing the song.

"Yes." Spart answered. "The songs are really good."

"I hate musicals." Qrow grumbled.

"You were never a fan of much, even in Beacon." Summer said poking Qrow in the shoulder.

"I enjoy musicals." Nora said and everyone that knew her, looked at her with surprised looks.

"Is that true?" Jaune asked curious.

Nora nodded and even Ren nodded. "Along with pancakes, explosions, and sleeping in."

"Never would have figured." Yang said.

"There is a universe about Jaune and Nora that will shock everyone." Spart told everyone.

Everyone looked at Spart.

"Are we going to see it?" Nora asked innocently.

"Later, it has mature sexual content." Spart said and everyone blushed at he said. Especially Jaune and Nora who's imagination took off.

The clouds disappeared in a flash of light. Replaced by people screaming in agony.

And to find it, how often I tried

The people in agony shifted to a woman looking for something as a shadow figure with horns appeared in front of the woman.

But my life is a race

Just a wild goose chase

The woman turned and saw two more horned figures who pointed at something. The woman turned to a city spinning in a circle, surrounded by white horned figures holding jagged spears.

And my dreams have all been denied

A pentagram formed in the spinning city.

Why have I always been a failure

The spinning city moved aside to show the woman looking sad, behind her another shape formed into the shape of a person with a large hat and glowing red eyes.

"This is not what I was expecting?" Nora said feeling a slight connection to the lyrics.

"The song is beautiful, if a little sad." Penny said liking the woman's singing voice.

"The visuals also help." Weiss said finding the shadow play beautiful. She felt calm just watching it, she couldn't figure out why.

Winter smiled as memories came back of the time she played big sister to Weiss and put on a shadow play for her, when she was still a child. She recalled how Weiss would always fall asleep during the plays, of course as Winter got older she didn't have time for her sister.

Winter missed those days where everything was simple and they didn't have to worry about an immortal woman that controls the Grimm, or magic that only women could control, or knowing that there are multiple universes with a copy of each them, living out their lives.

What can the reason be

The two are overcome by thorns that black outs everything. A spinning earth appeared, glowing in the darkness.

I wonder if the world's to blame

Glowing white eyes appeared watching the earth as it continued to spin. The earth moved to reveal five shadowy figures with demented smiles and crooked halos, blood ran down their forms.

I wonder if it could be me

The figure in the center smiled as everything faded to black except for the smile.

Eventually the smile faded and everything went to black.

Penny wondered what the images were meant to portray, she found them disturbing but also interesting to look at.

Pretty much everyone is put off by the images.

The darkness faded away and a city came into view.

I'm always chasing rainbows

The city is in state of chaos, bodies line the streets, various organs and limbs scattered, and blood staining the windows. The sky is black save for the sun which is a pentagram, the sky is now turning a red hue.

"Welcome to Hell." Kali read the sign in the background.

"Must be the name for this world?" Bart said interested taking a sip of his coffee. "Where have I heard that word before?"

"Isn't it a curse word?" Ruby asked and some nodded and others shrugged.

"What happened?" Ilia asked referring to the many bodies on screen. No one had a good answer to share.

Watching the clouds drifting by

A woman with long blonde hair stepped out onto a balcony; her head is hung low as she walked.

My schemes are just like all my dreams

Ending in the sky

The woman sighed as she leaned on the balcony rails. She raised a finger to the sky and a firework shot off from her finger. It exploded in the sky in a colorful explosion.

Some fellows look and find the sunshine

After the firework exploded people started to come out of the buildings and open their windows.

A demon woman with large claws opens the curtains to see the city, she narrows her eyes at the sight. Behind her are three other figures sipping wine.

I always look and find the rain

The Porn Studio re-opens as fireworks continue to go off in the sky.

Yang looked at her sister worried that she might ask, then again she might already know thanks to Blake and her books. She is going to have words with her partner for ruining her sister's innocence.

Blake felt a chill go up her spine and she already figured the reason why.

"Why do they look…" Willow tried to word her question right without offending anyone.

"Creepy, weird, unsettling?" Kali said providing some words.

Willow nodded at Kali, "Not quite how I would have worded it, but yes."

"This universe is set in a place that a religion says all people who have sinned against their god ends up." Spart said providing some details about the universe they are watching. "There are quite a few universes that take place in Hell or use it as a temporary set piece. What you are seeing is people's corrupted forms."

"New places, religions, and dialect." Bart said with envy as he drank his coffee. "I would like to see them."

"And beasties to hunt and tame." Peter said already imagining hunting the alien from the alien universe. "The stories I would collect."

"It would be interesting to visit them." Glynda took a sip of her tea, she was due for a vacation after all.

Three demons are relaxing in the studio.

Some fellows make a winning sometime

Two women are looking at a pile of dead bodies, one of them is holding a clipboard and marking down something. The other is retrieving a spear from the corpse of a woman. Once done they leave.

On the balcony above where the woman were is another woman wearing a ball gown and crossing out a name on the store with a smile.

"Did she have her business partner killed?" Pyrrha asked pointing to the screen.

"I think she did." Ren said unsure.

"Good business sense." Raven said crossing her arms. This world seemed interesting.

A demon is collecting the bodies and putting them in a cart and moving to the next body

The other demons and sinners are walking through the streets, going about their business.

Waiting to find a little bluebird

The blonde woman from earlier is singing with tears coming down her face, her blue eyes are red from the tears. She turns to the large clock tower in the center of the city, her eyes are now red with yellow iris's.

In vain

"She can change her eye color?" Ren said impressed. "That must be her corrupted form then."

"Another fem Jaune." Ruby said holding a soda in her hands.

"I like her outfit." Coco said lowering her glasses to better examine the screen. "Maybe I should be taking notes."

"I wonder who's going to appear in this universe." Jaune wondered.

The clock tower bell's ring loudly as the words "Next Cleanse" is under the clock. The timer resets from 000 Days to 365 Days.

"I think we know what happened to the people now." Weiss said setting her tea cup down.

"Maybe cleanse means something else." Ruby said with a hopeful voice.

Some wanted to agree but they just couldn't after seeing the bodies in the streets.

A person screams as they drop from the sky in front of the clock tower. They land hard on the ground.

"Ugh." The person said picking himself up, he is a new sinner that has just arrived in hell. "I'm alive? I'm alive!"

Just then a car runs him over and honks twice before stopping.

Everyone that was eating stopped and set their food down.

"Is it bad that I expected that to happen?" Pyrrha said pointing to the screen.

"Too be honest, I think all were." Ren said with a shrug.

The car stops and the passenger side door opens, a spider demon exists the car fixing his hair. The demon is wearing a green suit with gold strips, a black mini skirt and thigh high heel boots. He also has a black choker on, pink gloves, and a pink bowtie.

"Thanks for the fun time, hot stuff."

"Yeah, yeah. Keep this discrete, ya hear me?" The spider demon said closing the door and bending over to look at the driver through the window. "I can't let it get out, that I'm offering my services to randos on the street. It was a quick crash grab, ya got it?" He said rubbing his fingers together before pointing to the driver.

"Pfft! Whatever you say, slut!" The driver said before laughing.

"Ouch! Ooh." The spider demon said pretending to be hurt. "Such an insult. Let me know when you come up with something creative to call me. You sack of poorly packaged horseshit, tell the missus I said hi." He told the driver kissing him on the cheek.

The driver whimpered before mumbling to himself and driving off.

"Damn." Sun and Yang said at the same time.

"I like this guy." Qrow said with a chuckle.

"Me too." Raven nodded in approval.

"Is that Ren?" Jaune said recognizing the voice.

"I think it is." Nora said looking at Ren. "I almost didn't recognize you."

"Ren is in Hell?" Pyrrha asked, she felt sad that her friend is in a place for sinners.

"He seems to be doing fine." Velvet said. "Maybe they just accept it?"

"Maybe…" Pyrrha admitted looking at the screen.

"Is he a pros-" Ruby was about to speak before Yang covered her mouth.

"I'm not going to ask how you know that word. But don't say it." Yang politely asked while casting a look at their father who looked at them. Even their mom is looking at them with a sweet smile that Yang remembered before getting grounded.

Ruby nodded after seeing the looks that both parents are giving them.

The spider demon looked at the street the car drove down before a drug vending machine caught their attention. He looked at the many options when it came to drugs and chose the one named "Angel Dust".

The vending machine dropped the drug and the spider demon opened the slot to pick it up. He held it in his hands with glee and his fingers wiggled in anticipation.

"Yoink!" A thief said grabbing the drugs from his hand and running off.

"Hey!"

"Up yours, drag show!" The thief yelled before a bolder crushed him.

A few in the audience laughed at the scene, they quickly shut up when realized that the rest are looking at them.

"I'm sorry." Summer apologized for laughing at the scene.

"Where did that bolder even come from?" Blake asked tilting her head.

"Maybe someone has a catapult and test firing." Nora said before adopting a happy smile. "Ren-"

"You can't have a catapult." Ren said with a firm voice.

Nora pouted, "Boo."

"They got a vending machine for drugs." Weiss said shocked at the notion. "That is crazy."

"We just saw a guy get crushed by a bolder and you focus on the drug vending machine?" Yang asked Weiss who didn't respond.

The spider demon gasped at the scene. "Oh my god!" He cried bending down to pick up the smashed bag containing the drugs. "My drugs! Damn it!"

"At least he got his priorities straight." Tai said unsure of what to say.

Sun quietly chuckled at the scene.

He looked up and saw a large mechanical blimp firing pink lasers at the city, destroying property, and causing explosions and mayhem.

In the control room of the mechanical blimp are cracked eggs with black suits and top hats. At the controls is a snake demon wearing a red lined white suit, black gloves, a small gray scarf, and a black bowler hat with a small feather tucked into its red band. His hat also has an eye on it.

The snake demon laughs manically as the pilots the blimp. "Those other cowardly sinners dare not hinder my territorial takeover. A wise decision, the power of my machines are unmatched!" He said as his "hair" sprung up like a cobra's hood.

"No other demon can compare to the likes of I!"

"Is that Roman Torchwick?" Ruby asked looking at the screen. "It sounds like him and he is wearing what Roman usually does."

"Seems like he's a criminal in this universe as well as ours." Glynda said watching the screen.

Ozpin took a small sip of his coffee. "A snake seems appropriate for Torchwick. On account of how slippery he is when it comes to avoiding the law."

"Is his hat alive?" Sienna asked looking at his hat, more specifically at the eye on said hat.

"I think so…" Ilia said unsure but at the same time positive that it's alive.

"Gee! That was pretty swell, boss!" One of the egg henchmen praised.

"Yeah!" Another agreed.

"You really showed them what for. I liked when you shot them with your ray gun." One henchmen said only to get slapped by his boss across the room.

"I wish he'd shoot me with his ray gun." One of the henchmen said longingly. Another henchman patted him providing him comfort.

"Uh…" Yang didn't know what to say at that.

Sun shook his head, "I don't even want to know."

The boss crossed his arms in annoyance. "At this rate, I will seize control of the entire west side of the pentagram by day's end." He said bringing up a map. "And nothing, not a single beast in this infernal of suffering will be able to take back this empire from my constrictive grasp."

The boss picked up a henchman with his tail and started to squeeze tightly. One of the henchmen cheered and popped a champagne bottle, the cork hitting the boss in the face.

"Oooh, boy!" A henchman cheered.

"Hell will be mine, and everybody will know the name of Roman Tor-"

"DICK LORD!"

Nora spit out her soda and started coughing. Jaune patted her back to help.

Yang started chuckling that then erupted into a full blown belly laugh. "I'm going to call him that, the next time I see him."

"That'll really piss him off." Blake said with a smirk. The man did seem to have a pretty high opinion of himself.

"I agree with you, it would anger him." Weiss said taking a sip of tea. "It might give us an edge if we fight him again."

"Wow, he sure made an impact on you." Yang said looking at Weiss.

Weiss set her tea cup down. "He beat my partner, so yes he made an impact on me."

"What?" Tai said looking at Ruby.

"I'm fine, dad." Ruby assured her dad. "I remembered to keep my Aura up."

"Hasn't Yang or your father taught you some hand to hand techniques?" Summer asked her youngest daughter.

"Some, but I haven't been able to get the hang of it." Ruby admitted.

"I can show you some moves that your father showed me." Summer promised her daughter. Ruby is filled with glee at some training with her mother.

"Pardon? Who said that?!" Roman asked looking at his henchmen, trying to find the one responsible. "What did you just say to me, you fried chicken fetuses!" He said getting in their face, his forked tongue flicking out and scaring them. "Speak up!"

"That wasn't us, Mr. Boss Man." The henchman said before a hissing sound grabbed their attention.

Everyone looked at the observation window where an object was thrown through the window. The orb like object hit the ground and bounced twice before stopping.

Turns out that the object is a cherry bomb with a skull painted on the side. The fuse burned and everyone ran for cover before it exploded.

Roman coughed trying to clear his lungs from the smoke kicked up from the bomb.

"You lookin' for a fight? Old man." A woman asked stepping onto the blimp through the broken window. Her orange hair is long and styled to the left showing her one eye with heavy eyeliner and a smile, showing off her sharp teeth. She is wearing a pink off the shoulder crop top, a black bra, with a black torn miniskirt. She has a black fingerless elbow length glove on her left form and a tattoo of a hammer on her right arm. She also has black torn leggings and pink and white boots.

"I look good." Nora said appreciating her outfit in this universe. She looked like a punk rocker. "Despite having one eye."

"Not my style, but I like the look." Coco said taking a sip of her latte.

"These two seem to be enemies." Li said.

"Didn't Roman say that he was taking over territory." Jaune said thinking back to an earlier scene. "Maybe Nora is doing the same."

"So… she's a gang leader?" Pyrrha asked somewhat surprised that her friend is a criminal.

"I guess." Jaune said unsure. "We just have to keep watching."

"Why don't you get that tinker toy BULLSHIT! Off my turf, before I smash it…" She said tossing a cherry bomb in air and catching it. Behind her a henchman is crushed by a falling pipe. "More."

"Oh, you want to go missy?" Roman said waving his hands mockingly as his snake hood stood up. "Well, I'm happy to oblige."

Roman and his men prepared for a fight.

A news broadcast started the logo 666 News before fading out to the news anchors. One is a woman with light lavender hair, pale skin, amber eyes, and long purple fingernails that are filed into sharp points. She is also wearing a purple dress.

Her co-anchor is a man wearing a grey suit and a gas mask, his white hair can be seen around the mask.

"Good afternoon, I'm Lisa Lavender." The woman said introducing herself.

"And I'm Tom Trench." The man introduced himself. "Chaos out of Pentagram city, as a turf war is raging on the west side. Between notable kingpin Roman Torchwick." He said as a picture of Roman wearing a t shirt and a cap backwards, he is also holding a skateboard.

Ruby chuckled at the photo of Roman holding a skateboard.

"Why is he wearing gas mask?" Winter asked seeing Tom.

"Why is Ren a spider, or Nora a cyclopes?" Jaune asked with a shrug. "It's just how things are in this universe."

"We can't expect every universe we see to make sense to us." James told Winter.

"I see Lisa is in this universe." Glynda said seeing the reporter. She had the pleasure of meeting Lisa for several interviews and even for some drinks. The two wouldn't call themselves friends but occasional drinking buddies when the need arises.

"Looks like it is a turf war." Pyrrha said holding a soda in her hands.

"And self-proclaimed Queen of Explosions, Nora Valkyrie." Tom said as a picture of Nora smiling as explosions go off around her.

"That's right, Tom." Lisa said. "After the recent extermination, many areas are now up for grabs."

The news switches to a live feed of Nora's fight with Roman.

Nora grabs one of Roman's egg henchmen and throws him at Roman.

"Demons all over hell are already duking it out to gain new territory." Lisa said

Roman gets hit in the face by his own men, forcing him to drop his weapon. He grabs the man and throws him back at Nora who tosses a cherry bomb in the air and grabs the henchman out of the air and pulls him apart and encases the cherry bomb in his shell before tossing him back.

"Those two seem to really be going at it, huh?" Tom said

Roman is shocked as the bomb goes off in his face.

"She is brutal." Willow said with a shocked expression at Nora's use of Roman's henchman.

"Maybe I should try that on a Grimm." Nora said getting her team's attention. "Maybe Jane and Pyrrha can hold a Grimm down while I pry open its mouth and shove a grenade down its throat. Then we release it and it runs back to its friends and BOOM!" She clapped her hands together starting a few people. "No more Grimm."

"Or it runs at us and blows us up." Jaune pointed out.

Nora waved dismissingly. "Details, details. We'll work out the kinks as we go."

"I'm just glad that it was an egg and not a person." Ruby said referring to what Nora did to the egg henchmen. She may getting used to the death but so much the gore.

"Looks like, they're fighting tooth and nail for that hotspot." Lisa said grabbing her coffee cup and picking out a tooth and a finger nail from the bottom of the cup. She then tosses them into her mouth and starts chewing on them.

"And I'd sure like to nail her hotspot." Tom said gesturing the background video of Nora.

"You are a limp dick jackass Tom." Lisa said with a smile as she grabs her coffee cup and pours the still hot liquid onto Tom's dick. "Or should I say… No dick."

"Not again!" Tom cried out bending over in pain.

"Holy shit!" Pyrra yelled surprised how quickly that escalated.

All the men in the instantly winced and instinctively reached for their crotch. They didn't want to experience that for themselves.

Willow laughed at the scene. She wasn't the only one as some of the adults joined her.

Qrow was laughing after spitting out his drink.

"How many times has this happened to him?" Neptune said with a chuckle.

"I guess Lisa is more a bitch than ours." Emilia said wiping away a tear.

"Coming up next. We have an exclusive interview with daughter of Hell's own head honcho, who's here to discuss her brand new passion project." Lisa said while Tom whimpers painfully next to her. "All that and more, after the break." She said breaking the coffee cup and turning to Tom when the commercial bell rings.

"Suck it up, you little bitch!"

"I like her!" Raven yelled in admiration. This was a woman that took no shit from anyone, a trait she respected.

Even Sienna respected what she saw in this version of Lisa.

"I feel bad for anyone that works for her." Coco said having known people like Lisa before.

"Reminds me of my old boss." Terra said slouching in her seat and crossing her arms. Her first boss was a right bitch that thought she was above everyone and didn't like Terra. Thankfully she left once her contract ended and her current boss took over.

In the green room are two women, one is blonde and wearing a blue tux jacket, the other has white hair and wearing a white dress. The white haired one is fixing the bow tie on the other girl.

"OK, you remember what to say?" The one in white asked after fixing the bow tie.

The blonde woman took a deep breath. "Yes! Let's do this."

"Weiss, you're back in another universe." Ruby told her partner. "And friendly with fem Jaune."

"I can see that, Ruby." Weiss said looking at her on screen counterpart. "I look like a rocker."

"I don't know, I think it suits you." Neptune said looking at Weiss. "You should let your hair down more."

"Maybe I will." Weiss said with a smile.

Winter and Willow could see the smile that Weiss has after talking with Neptune.

"Just look at me, and I'll mouth it to you." The one in white said putting her hand on the blonde making her sigh.

"Come on, Weiss I know what to say." The blonde said with another sigh and went to the snack table. "I just feel like we need to- I don't know, make things sound more exciting." She picked up a doughnut from the table and tosses it aside.

"Oooh!" she said suddenly perking up. "What if I si-"

"Sing a song about it?" Weiss said bored.

"You knew I was going to say that." The blonde said poking Weiss' nose.

"Because I know you." Weiss said adjusting the bow tie again. "But, please don't sing. This is serious."

"Well, you know. I'm better at expressing myself and my goals through song." The blonde said climbing up onto the table. Two small goat like demons wearing suits are eating doughnuts and look at the blonde.

"But life isn't a musical, hon." Weiss said walking over to the blonde.

Yang took a sip of her soda. "Looks like Jaune finally got together with Weiss."

"And all it took was a different universe." Coco said relaxing in her seat. "Those little guys are adorable." She said pointing to the small goat demons.

"My boy has a girlfriend." Emilia said with joy upon seeing her son/daughter with her partner. "They look good together."

Weiss isn't sure what to think about her and Jaune being together. Maybe in another universe she could see herself with Jaune, but she is with Neptune and she enjoys her time with him.

"Fine, but I have these other great ideas of what to say." The blonde said pulling out a sheet of paper from her jacket and holding it up for Weiss to see. "The highlighted bits are the best parts." She said bouncing in her spot.

"Uh, it's all highlighted" Weiss said looking at the notes. "Is this a drawing?"

"Yes!" The blonde said standing next to Weiss and pointing to a drawing of a rainbow. "That's the happy ending see, where everyone is happy and smiling in heaven."

"I don't think it's that simple." Weiss said handing the paper back. "Just please follow the talking points we went over." She said stopping the blonde from walking away. "And. Do. Not. Sing."

"She's gonna sing." RWBY all said together.

"I wonder what her song is going to be about." Nora wondered looking at the screen. "I hope it's catchy."

"Ha, Lisa says she doesn't touch gays and then proceeds to touch Jane." Sun said to the occupants in the theater. "Talk about a hypocrite."

Jane sat next to Lisa with her notes. A spotlight shined in her face, blinding her briefly. "It's Jane."

"Whatever, tell us about this new passion project. You've been insistently pestering out news station about!" Lisa said with a forced smile and almost breaking her pen.

"Well…" Jane looked into the audience and saw Weiss motioning for her to continue. "As most of you know, I was born here in Hell and growing up I always tried to see the good in everything around me."

Lisa is playing with her pen when she sees a slug moving across her desk. She clicks her pen again and stabs the slug,

"Hell is my home, and-" Jane's cheek is covered in slug blood. She quickly wipes it off. "And you are my people. We-we just went through another extermination." She looked to Weiss who gave her two thumbs up.

"We lost so many souls, and- and it breaks my heart to see my people being slaughtered every year." Jane said getting out of her chair to address the audience, beside her Lisa is sleeping. "And no one is even given a chance." Jane slammed her fist into desk waking up Lisa. "I can't stand ideally by while the place I live is subjected to such violence."

"They kill their citizens every year, why?" Ruby asked wanting to know the reason for the killing.

"My guess would be a way to control the population." Tai said looking at his youngest daughter.

"Killing them seems a bit extreme." Summer said shaking her head at the notion of killing the citizens just to control the population.

"If she is a princess can't she just order the killings to stop?" Jaune suggested and everyone looked at him. "What?"

"She could, but her father can over rule her." Ozpin said taking a small sip of his coffee. "If he's the Lord of Hell then his word is law. Besides the killing may be his idea."

"She's a good person in a place surrounded by death and shitty people." An said with a sigh. How many people are the same situation as her?

"I guess that applies to every universe." James said looking at the screen. "Good people living their lives as best they can."

Willow smiled at what James said.

Jane stepped out from behind the desk and walked to the audience. "So… I've been thinking, isn't there a more humane way to hinder overpopulation here in hell?" She walked in front of the audience and the news crew.

"Perhaps we can create an… alternative way to change souls through… redemption." Jane said stopping in front of a demon. "Well, I think yes. So that's what this project aims to achieve. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm opening the first of its kind."

Jane went back to her seat behind the news desk. "A hotel that rehabilitates sinners!"

"Why do I get the feeling that this idea isn't going to be well received." Ilia said and some agreed while others held out hope that some may agree with her.

"Probably because it won't be." Bart said taking off his glasses and cleaning them. "People are just too set in their ways to embrace change."

"Well said." Ozpin took another sip from his coffee. He has first hand experience of what Bart is talking about. "Change is always slow to embrace and it often comes too little too late."

The audience is silent at the news.

Outside the electronics store a demon wearing a red pinstripe suit, his face is hidden by shadows. The only thing that is visible is his smile and glowing red eyes.

"Wow… people do not like her idea." Sun said.

"That red suited guy creeps me out." Pyrrha said feeling unnerved by the sight of him, the creepy smile and glowing red eyes didn't help too.

"I kind of like his suit." Raven said looking at the suit, red was her color and it went with everything.

"Of course you would." Summer said remembering that everything that Raven owned either came in red or black or a combination of the two.

In the new station, Weiss is wincing at Jane.

"Stupid bitch." A camera operator next to Weiss said.

Weiss punched the camera operator so hard that she knocked him back a couple of feet.

"Damn! Don't mess with Weiss!" Yang said impressed at the power of her punch.

"Everyone needs a friend like her." Glynda said looking at Emilia who smiled back. She is thankful to have a friend in the Arc matriarch, a friend who was there to help and offer advice. A true friend that stood by her even in the dark times and also punched those that earned it.

"I'm turned on right now." Neptune said making Weiss blush at his words. Did he have a thing for strong women? Weiss would ask him later when they're alone and away from prying ears and eyes.

"I wish I had someone like that." Pyrrha said with a longing sigh. Growing up she didn't have that many friends and the few that she did drifted away after she became a champion. She could have used a friend like Weiss during the early parts of her fighting career.

Nora hugged the champion fighter. "You do now." She said gesturing to the rest of Team JNPR.

Pyrrha smiled. She did have great friends in her team and she also has Jaune.

Jane snapped her fingers and the lights cut out before coming back on.

Jane is then fighting against a giant slug, she trying to get her foot out of his mouth.

A creeper demon is peeping through a window of a woman changing. Jane appeared inside the room and pressed her face against the glass scaring the creeper demon.

Jane is then taking stolen money from bandit demons and dumping it into the charity box.

She then grabs two fallen superheroes by their necks and brings them into a hug.

Sun and Neptune laughed at the scenes showing Jane doing good deeds to change the sinners and demons.

The rest of the adults started to get into the song.

One of the demons injects a large syringe into the brain of the demon, injecting the liquid straight into his brain. The demon has tears in his eyes as he forces a smile.

Jane continues to sing as she is surrounded by shadow demons.

Jane grows large red horns on top of her head and her eyes change from blue to yellow with slits. Her teeth change into sharp teeth, flames manifest around her. She changes back and smiles.

"Whoa!" Ren said surprised at the sudden change of Jane's appearance.

"I like her look. Shows she has a dark side." Raven said with approval. She looked very much the sinners and demons she is trying to save.

"Taking away drugs only to pump another full of drugs to make him happy." Sienna said. "She doesn't see the contradiction?"

"Plenty of people take prescription drugs to make them happy." Winter said casting a quick glance at her mother.

"The song is joyful." Penny said already humming to the tune of song. "I quite enjoy it."

"Same here." Kali said and even Ghira enjoyed the song.

"That little guy playing the piano is really getting into it." Blake said referring to the goat demon playing the piano who is currently grinning.

"At least he's enjoying it." Tai said.

"I didn't even know some these even existed." Kali said stunned by the many addicts and their choice of addiction.

Jane twirls and summons more flames to form a flame tornado, she floats higher and her horns appear again. She holds out her arms to the sky as her blonde hair grows longer and she emerges from the pits of Hell to a much more colorful background.

Jane is back in the news room standing on the news desk and panting after her song.

The students and some of the adults cheered and clapped after the song ended. Some felt a little attacked by the lyrics.

"I want to listen to this again." Sun said already humming the song and singing some of the lyrics.

"It is catchy." Nora said nodding in approval. "A good song."

"Well?" Summer asked Qrow.

"It was…okay." Qrow admitted having secretly enjoyed the song. The joyful nature of it spoke to him.

Summer took the win with a smile.

The audience look at her silent and confused.

"Wow…" A small demon said. "That was shit."

Qrow laughed at the comment and a few others did as well.

"Asshole." Pyrrha said glaring at the one eyed demon who insulted her friend.

Jane's smile disappears as everyone in the news room starts laughing at her.

"Yeah, well… how does it feel that I got your pen, huh?" Jane picked up Lisa's pen and showed it to her. "Bitch!"

"Damn, I like her." Coco said impressed by Jane.

"Yeah! Stand up to her!" Nora cheered her on.

Sun and a few others laughed at the scene, happy that Jane is showing some back bone to Lisa.

Everyone in the news station is stunned silent by Jane's actions.

Ren laughed as he tossed a grenade over the trench wall. "You kidding, this is best action I've seen in ages."

"Where you been anyway?" Nora asked pulling the pin on a grenade. "I thought you up and died or some shit."

"Oh, I wish." Ren said lighting the fuse for a cherry bomb and hands the bomb the Nora. "I've been staying at this crappy hotel on the other side of town."

Nora takes the bomb from Ren and tosses it before jumping into the trench with Ren.

"Some broads are letting me stay rent free if I play nice." Ren and Nora jumped out of the trench and charged. "You know, no fights, no pranks, no problematic language. Her words, not mine."

Ren and Nora are killing the egg henchmen left and right. Ren is firing a tommy gun with two hands and in his other two hands is a baseball bat. "These crazy bitches are no fun. I've been clean for two weeks."

"Holy shit!" Nora said jumping back from an explosion and grabbing two more grenades.

"Well, sorta clean." Ren said smashing a henchman with a baseball bat. "As clean as you can be with a shitload of Bolivian marching powder."

A chain wrapped around Ren pulling him back and into the air. The end of the chain is in Roman's hands, he swung Ren over him and slammed him into the ground.

"Ooooh, harder daddy." Ren moaned wiggling in the chains.

"What-" Pyrrha said shocked at what she heard, even some of the adults are shocked by what they heard.

"The-" Nora said unsure whether to laugh or not.

"Some do remember enemies based on their appearance." Bart said setting his coffee cup down. "People recognize the White Fang due to their masks and clothing."

"Technically… yes." Bart said looking at Jaune. "Though some say the victors are the ones remembered."

"Nora is vicious in this universe." Pyrrha said referring to how she ripped apart one of the henchmen.

"Speaking of style. Is your hat, like alive or something?" Ren asked taking off the chains that were wrapped around him.

"Oh, well. That's none of your goddamn business!" Roman yelled at them while crossing his arms. "Now is it?"

"Heh, would that make your hat the top and you the bottom?" Ren asked before laughing with Nora.

"Oooooh!" Yang said throwing her hands up.

"That was good." Blake said with a smile and a laugh. "Plenty of good comebacks and retorts in this universe."

"I'm gonna have to write some of them down." Sun said with a chuckle. "These are good remarks."

"Same here." Yang said already committing some of them to memory for later use.

"Ooooooooh!" One of the henchmen said while a horn blared four times in the distance. In the background is a sign that pointing to a Roman with the words Loser on it.

Roman looks at the henchman and smacks the back of his head silencing him.

"I'm going to blow you to bits!" Roman growled.

"Mmm, kinky." Ren replied.

"Oh, not like that!" Roman said shaking his head while Nora laughed beside Ren. "Pervert!"

Ren heard something behind him and looked, he saw a henchman holding a gun. He pushed Nora out of the way just as the henchman pulled the trigger. Four tentacle like hands shot out of the gun and restrained Ren by his arms.

"Now that is kinky." Yang said jabbing Blake with her elbow. "Didn't something similar happen in one of your books?" She whispered.

Blake didn't say anything as she watched the scene with a blush on her face. 'Just like chapter 8 in The Fisherman's Wife.'

"Not so cocky now! Are we?" Roman asked getting in Ren's face.

"You know, you really got to watch what comes out of your mouth." Ren told Roman. "I've been making these sex jokes the whole time!"

Roman pulled out a knife.

"And it's obvious you ain't catching on." Ren grew two more arms and grabbed the tommy gun off the ground. "I mean… that's just sad!" He pulled the trigger forcing Roman back.

"So, think you're going to get in a lot of trouble for this?" Nora asked.

"Eh, what's one little brawl going to cause?" Ren said with a shrug retracting his two lower arms.

In the news room Jane and Lisa are fighting while an alarm goes off in the building, the emergency lights are flicking on and off.

Lisa slammed Jane's head against the desk, Jane flipped herself and heel kicked Lisa in the face before jumping off the table. Lisa recovered and scowled at Jane who tackled her to the ground.

"Why won't anyone help me?!" Tom cried as he ran around the studio on fire.

"Evidently it could cause a brawl between Jane and Lisa." Jaune said seeing the fight. "She's got some moves."

"Love that kick." Velvet said.

"Why is Tom on fire? And why is no one helping him?" Ruby asked with concern.

"Probably because people don't want to help him." Weiss told her partner. "Remember Ruby, this universe kills its citizens and have vending machines for drugs. They are not exactly the friendliest of people."

"Glad you haven't changed. You know you're my favorite guy to party with!" Nora playfully hit Ren's arm.

"You know it sugar tits." Ren said holding a tommy gun.

Nora held a cherry bomb and lit the fuse. "You ready to finish this?"

"Born ready, baby." Ren said reloading his gun before the two charged Roman and his men, both sides yelling at each other

"Not with turf wars, that result in territorial genocide!" Weiss yelled.

"Eh, you win some, you lose a few hundred." Ren said chuckling to himself and stretching in his chair with his arms behind his head, his other arms resumed playing with the window switch. "It wasn't that bad anyway."

A knife embedded itself into the switch scaring Ren who looked to Weiss. She still had her hand out and narrowed her eyes at him.

"Come on, I had too!" Ren ran a hand through his hair. "My credibility was on the line. I mean what kind of reputation would I have, if people found out I was trying to go clean? It just throws out my entire persona." He said pushing up his chest hair that many have mistaken for breasts.

"Your credibility? What about the hotel's?" Weiss asked. "Your little stunt made us look like a fucking joke!"

"First time we've ever heard Weiss swear." Blake said somewhat surprised to hear the normally calm and stoic Weiss actually swear.

She isn't the only one shocked at Weiss swearing. Both her sister and mother are shocked.

"She is really pissed." Neptune said. "Also she raises a good point. No one is going to take the hotel seriously after Jane said that Ren is doing well. Only for footage of him showing him helping Nora kill."

"So, Ren's chest is actually just hair? I thought he actually had breasts." Jaune said clearing his throat.

"Must be some serious chest hair." Nora said with a smirk.

"Heh, no, no, no babe. Jokes are funny." Ren said lying down in the limo seat. "I made you look… uh, sad and pathetic. Like an orphan."

Jane winced when he said that and shrunk into herself.

"With no arms, or legs with progeria!"

Jane hid her face behind her hair upon hearing what Ren said.

"Great! Now I'm bummed thinking about." Ren said sitting up. "This thing have any liquor?"

"Wow, bums her out and then goes searching for liquor." Jaune said crossing his arms. "Guess we know what he cares about."

"I'm sure Ren is a good person deep down." Nora said defending her friend from another universe. "You never know, it could just be an act."

"He's not the only one bummed out." James said looking at some of his co workers and indeed, some of them are slightly depressed by what Ren said.

"Can you please just try to take this seriously?" Weiss asked as Ren searched for any liquor but came up empty.

"Fine, I'll try." Ren said pausing his search. "Just don't get your snow cone in a twist, baby." He said snapping his finger at her.

"Was that you trying to sexist or racist?" Weiss asked standing up.

"Whatever pisses you off more." Ren said bored.

"I take it back. Ren is an asshole!" Nora yelled at the screen.

"He's like a internet comment section." Yang said leaning in her seat and she was right. The comment section on sites were downright disturbing and disgusting, even offensive.

"Is there seriously no liquor here?" Ren asked finding nothing and slouching in his seat.

"I'm gonna kill him." Weiss sat back down and crossed her arms.

"Too late, toots. Wait would that make me double dead?" Ren pondered. "Heh, where exactly do I go, to double hell?" He said laughing. "Sorry, you're stuck with me bitch. Get used to it."

"How do you get use to an asshole?" Penny asked tilting her head in confusion making some laugh at her question.

"Takes years of practice." Winter and James said at the same time casting a look in the direction of Qrow who flipped them off. "See? Doesn't bother us anymore."

Tai laughed hard at Qrow upon James' comment. Even Ozpin hid a smile behind his coffee cup.

Weiss growled and started to swear through clenched teeth.

"Listen, who cares if some jagoffs got hurt. Most of them are ugly freaks." Ren looked out the window. "Look around, we got a bunch of fucking harlequin babies around here."

"You're one to talk." Weiss said.

"Hey! This body is flawless." Ren said stretching in his seat and showed his leg. "Everyone wants some of me, and I got the creepy fan letters to prove it." Ren pulled out a letter from inside his jacket and showed it.

The letter is dirty and stained with different fluids. "Show me your FEET!" is written and a photo of a naked demon snuggling a full body pillow of Ren is glued to it.

"What the fuck?" Coco said upon seeing the letter, she didn't even want to know what made some of those stains.

Pyrrha shivered at the letter. Being famous had its perks and many downsides, one of them is being sent creepy fan letters like the one being shown. Her agent did her best to monitor the letters but some got through and Pyrrha read a few of them. It was downright creepy how some of them wished for her to runaway with them or to show more of her body. Others were disturbing in the fact they knew about her life and daily routines, one even had pictures of her changing.

After that her agent hired more people to check the letters being sent and they managed to get all the creepy and disturbing ones, but some still manage to get through.

"Why does he have that?" Ruby asked confused on why Ren is keeping that creepy letter.

Weiss growled until Jane put her hand on Weiss' shoulder calming her down.

"That was really uncool you know, Ren." Jane said.

"Uncool!" Weiss yelled in Jane's face before pointing to Ren. "After that trainwreck, there is no way anyone is gonna want to stay at the hotel! All thanks to you, and your selfish bullshit!"

"Does that mean I don't have a free room anymore?" Ren asked causing Weiss to hold her arms as if to say "really" without speaking a word. "Ah, well shucks." He said with a snap of his fingers.

"Hey, come on." Jane said taking off her jacket and rolling up her shirt sleeves to her elbows. "We don't know if things are over yet. Try to relax, Weiss. It'll be okay."

Weiss smiled gently at Jane.

The limo parks outside the Happy Hotel.

Weiss and Ren are the first to enter the lobby which is decorated with balloons and happy messages meant to inspire people and bring them laughter. A large welcome banner is hung over the concierge desk.

Weiss heads straight for the couch and sights down with a groan. Jane looks at her with worry while Ren goes to the mini fridge. Ren opens the fridge and grabs a box of popsicles that are melting and grabs one before tossing the box away. Behind him, Jane sits on a crate.

"It's probably a good idea to get some actual food in this place." Ren told her looking over his shoulder. "You know, to feed all the wayward you got in here." He said laughing for a second.

Jane's posture sinks when she hears his laughing.

Ren sees her mood drop more and he reaches out to comfort her. He pauses mid reach and pulls back his hand and goes to join Weiss on the couch.

"He does care…somewhat." Nora said before pointing to the screen. "Doesn't change the fact, that he's still an asshole."

"Poor Jane." Velvet said seeing how down Jane is after failing to advertise her hotel.

Jane goes outside to make a call, she doesn't want the others to hear. She calls her mother and puts the phone to her ear.

The call connects.

"Hey mom." Jane said. "Um, I know I keep calling, and you must be busy. Really busy."

"I'm never busy to take calls from my children." Emilia said looking at her son with a warm smile. "If you ever need advice, don't hesitate to call."

Jaune smiled back at his mother.

"But um, the interview didn't go well." Jane said sitting on the floor. "And…I- I don't know if I'm going to make a difference." Her eyes started to water and she cried before wiping them away. "I don't know what I'm doing. I could really use some advice mom."

"I- I think dad was right about me." Jane said, her voice breaking slightly. "Eh, anyway, I'll stop talking before this gets long." Jane stood up. "Love you, bye."

Jane ended the call and wiped any additional tears away before going back inside. Once inside she presses her back against the door and closes her eyes, wondering where to go next.

"We've all been there." Leon said seeing child from another universe contemplating the future.

"Yup." Tai agreed with Leon, he went through that after Raven left and Summer helped him.

Suddenly a knock at the door gets her attention she gets off the door and looks at the double doors as more knocks come.

Jane reaches for the handle, hesitating briefly before opening the door.

On the other side of the door is the demon that was watching Jane's interview. The red pinstripe suit wearing demon, he towers over Jane and looks down at her. He has a short angled bob cut and his red hair has black tips. His hair is also styled in a way that resembled horns. His red eyes glow slightly in the dark, and he has a red oval shaped monocle over his right eye.

In his hands is a thin cane with a vintage styled microphone attached to it. He smiles at her, showing his sharp yellow teeth.

Jane has a shocked expression when she sees who's at the door.

"Hel-" The demon said before the door was slammed closed.

Jane thinks for a moment and opens the door again.

"-lo."

Jane slams the door closed again.

Yang and Ruby laughed at the scene being reminded of when they were kids and they pulled a similar stunt with their dad.

"I love his outfit." Coco said lowering her glasses. "It really suits him. What's up with his cane though?"

"I don't know." Weiss said before looking to her partner. "His hair is the opposite color of yours. Red hair with black tips."

"I suppose it is." Ruby said looking at the screen. "I wonder if he gets questions about whether or not he dyes his hair."

"Do you get questions like that?" Weiss asked.

"Yes, one time the school called my dad asking why I dyed my hair at such a young age."

Tai groaned at the memory. "Yeah, I had to stop by the school and explain that it was her natural hair color."

"Same thing happened to me when I was your age." Summer told her youngest daughter.

"Hey Weiss." Jane called out going to the couch.

"What?" Weiss groaned with her hand to her head.

"The Radio Demon is at the door." Jane said with a nervous smile and pointed at the door.

Weiss straightened in shock. "What!"

"Uh, who?" Ren asked taking the popsicle out of his mouth with a pop.

"What should I do?" Jane asked running her hand down her face.

"Well, don't let him in." Weiss told her.

Jane looked at Weiss for a moment then to the doors. She took a breath and headed to the doors, she opened them.

"May I speak now?" The Radio Demon asked.

"You may." Jane replied and hand was shoved in her face.

"Alastor, pleasure to be meeting you, sweetheart." Alastor said taking her hand and shaking it before bringing her closer. "Quite a pleasure!"

"He seems oddly joyful." Penny said.

"What's up with his voice?" Nora asked with confusion. "It sounds…"

"Weird. Like something from an old broken radio." Neptune said looking at Alastor on screen.

"Why is he called the Radio Demon?" Terra asked.

"Maybe it has something to do with his powers and his voice." Ghira said. "It does sound like an old radio broadcast."

"Excuse my sudden visit." Alastor said letting her hand go and entering the hotel. Jane is stunned by his action. "But I saw your fiasco on the picture show! And I just couldn't resist. What a performance!" Alastor threw his hands in the air in excitement before walking further into the hotel. "Why, I haven't been that entertained since the stock market crash of 1929!"

Jane dropped her hand and closed the door.

"So many orphans." Alastor chuckled to himself before a rapier was pointed at his throat stopping him in his tracks.

"Stop right there!" Weiss yelled holding the rapier and swearing in her native language.

Those from Atlas are shocked by Weiss' colorful language, even Weiss herself is shocked at what her on screen counterpart said.

"What did she say?" Ruby asked her partner.

"It's better you don't know." Weiss told Ruby who now really wanted to know what she said.

"My word." Willow said bringing a hand to her mouth. She didn't know her daughter knew that many words.

"I know your game." Weiss pulled the rapier back slightly. Alastor just smiled at her actions. "And I'm not going to let you hurt anyone here! You pompous, cheesy talk show shit lord!"

Alastor chuckled a bit. "Dear, if I wanted to hurt anyone here." He said putting his hand on the blade lowering the rapier as his eyes changed into radio dials and the lights flicked off. "I would have done so already."

Red symbols appeared around Alastor and floated throughout the lobby. His eyes glowed more brightly in the dark, even his smile glowed.

The screen began flicking with static distorting the images. Ruby held onto her sister scared and very afraid of Alastor.

Ozpin sucked in his breath as he felt the power of Alastor emanating from the screen. It easily dwarfed his own when he had magic and maybe even Salem's own power.

Glynda was reminded of the time she was wounded heavily and felt scared. She recalled the feeling of dread as it paralyzed her in fear as the Grimm moved in to finish her. Her hand moved to her side once again feeling the pain of having her side torn open by a Beowolf's fangs.

Glynda isn't the only one to feel afraid. Everyone in the room is remembering moments in their lives when they felt true fear.

Spart looked at the screen in amazement as this never happened before. It seems that Alastor's powers affected the screen and allowed some to leak through.

Suddenly the screen stopped flickering and went back to normal.

Everyone is shivering after seeing Alastor's demon form. No one spoke about what just happened.

Jane and Weiss are frozen in their spots upon seeing Alastor's demon form.

"No, I'm here because I want to help." Alastor said changing back into his regular form.

"Say what now?" Jane asked from behind Weiss.

"Help!" Alastor repeated before chucking to himself. "Is this thing on?" He lifted his cane and tapped the microphone twice. "Testing?"

The microphone opened an eye. "Well, I heard you loud and clear."

Coco gulped. "His, uh…cane is alive?"

"I hope to never have to see his other form again." Jaune said shaking his head to clear the memory of seeing it.

"I think we all agree on that." Ren said seeing how everyone is now recovering from their experience with Alastor's power.

"Um… you want to help with?" Jane asked looking at Weiss who is equally surprised. Behind them a shadow appeared in the shape of Alastor and he appeared out of the shadow between them and put his hands on both of them.

"This ridicules thing you're trying to do." Alastor explained. "This hotel, I want to help you run it."

"But… why?" Jane asked with a raised brow.

"Why does anyone do anything? Sheer absolute boredom!" Alastor said with a cheerful grin. "I've lacked inspiration for decades." He put his arm on Weiss' head using her as an armrest much to her displeasure. "My work became mundane, lacking focus." He shoved Weiss out of the way.

"Anyway, I've come to crave a new form of entertainment." Alastor said with a laugh.

"Does getting into a fist fight with a reporter count as entertainment?" Jane asked with a nervous smile.

Weiss returned to Jane's side rubbing her head and glaring at Alastor for shoving into the wall.

Alastor laughed. "It's the purest kind, my dear. Reality! True passion!" He said with conviction and turned around. "After all, the world is a stage, and the stage is a world of entertainment."

"That's… one way of looking at it." Bart said getting a refill on his coffee.

"I kind of like the saying." Sienna said setting her tea cup down.

"So… does this mean that you think it's possible to rehabilitate a demon?" Jane asked hopeful.

Alastor laughed and waved a hand at her. "Of course not that's wacky nonsense!" He said joyfully. "Redemption! Oh, the nonexistent humanity. No, no, no, I don't think there is anything left that could save such loathsome sinners." He said looking at Weis and Ren who glared at him.

"The chance given was the life they lived before. The punishment is this!" Alastor said gesturing to his surroundings. "There is no undoing what is done."

"So, then why do you want to help me, if you don't believe in my cause?" Jane asked curious.

"Consider it an investment, an ongoing entertainment for myself." Alastor said bringing Jane closer and twirled her. "I want to watch the scum of the world struggle to climb up the hill of betterment. Only too repeatedly trip and tumble down to the fiery pit of failure."

"Ooookay." Summer said unsure of what to say to that.

"This guy has a warped sense of entertainment." Qrow said taking out his hip flask and taking a big sip from it.

"What sad is there are people like that." Ozpin said with a heavy sigh.

"Riiiight." Jane said slowly removing Alastor's hand from her shoulder.

"Yes, indeedy." Alastor replied leading Jane away. "I see big things coming your way, and who better to help you than I."

Weiss narrowed her eyes following the two as they walked off.

"Uh, so… uh, what's the deal with smiles over there?" Ren asked pointing to Alastor with his thumb.

"Wait, you've never heard of him before?" Weiss said surprised. "You've been here longer than me."

Ren shrugged.

"The Radio Demon? One of the most powerful beings Hell has ever seen?" Weiss asked.

Ren shrugged again and got comfortable in the couch. "Eh, not big on politics."

"I wonder how many powerful beings there are in Hell?" Raven wondered.

"There's always someone more powerful." Spart said looking at Raven. "As a wise man once said, 'there's always a bigger fish'."

"He's right." Ozpin said agreeing with Spart.

Ruby thought back to her fight with Roman, he easily deflected her attacks and parried some of them. It was quite the wakeup call for her that there are other people more experienced and powerful than her.

"Ulch!" Weiss groaned. "Decades ago, Alastor manifested in Hell seemingly overnight."

A drawing of Alastor showed him arriving in Hell.

"He began to topple overlord who had been dominate for centuries."

The next drawing showed Alastor killing demons inside a circus tent that he formed with his powers.

"That kind of raw power had never been harnessed by a mortal soul before."

Next, Alastor is holding his cane out and beams of light shot out of the microphone. Many demons are screaming in pain as they tried to get away.

"Then he'd broadcast his carnage all throughout Hell. Just so everyone could witness his ability."

Alastor is now in his demon form and smiling as his minions come out of his shadow.

"Sinners started calling him the Radio Demon… as lazy as that is."

Alastor is overlooking the city in his demon form, his eyes glowing with power.

"Many have speculated what unimaginable force enabled him to revival our worlds most ancient and destructive evils."

Alastor is standing among the powerful demons of Hell.

"But one's thing for sure. He's an unpredictable source of danger, a wicked spirit of mystery."

"So, that's why he's called the Radio Demon." Sienna said both horrified and impressed.

"Reminds me of me." Raven said crossing her arms. When she left Tai and Yang to return to the clan, she had to kill the old leader and plenty of challengers before they accepted her. After that she attacked the other bandit clans to show her strength and the strength of the clan under her rule.

After a while people started calling her the Bandit Queen after she defeated the other bandit clans and offered the survivors a place in her clan.

"And a violent monster of chaos the like of which we can't risk getting involved with. Unless we want to end up erased." Weiss finished her explanation of Alastor's back story.

"You done?" Ren asked bored. "He looks a strawberry pimp."

Tai and Qrow laughed at Ren's comment. Even Yang joined in.

"He really does." Tai said in between laughs.

"That was good." Yang said wiping away a tear. "Come to think of it, Roman kinda looks like a pimp too."

"It probably the cane and bowler hat." Blake said with a smile and a small chuckle. Roman did kind of look like a pimp. "Maybe you can call him that the next time we see him."

"Oh, yeah. That'll really piss him off." Yang said with a smile.

"Well I don't trust him." Weiss said crossing her arms.

"Too be fair do you trust any man?" Ren asked. "Any men, men."

Weiss didn't respond and went over to Jane. "Jane, listen to me. You can't believe this creep." She told Jane casting a look at Alastor who hummed a tune. "He isn't just a happy face. He's a deal maker, pure evil. He can't be redeemed. And is most likely looking for a way to destroy everything we're trying to do."

"I-uh we don't know that." Jane said casting a look at Alastor. "Look, I know he's bad and I know he probably doesn't want to change. But the whole point of this is to give people a chance."

Alastor is looking at a portrait of Jane with her parents.

"So, that's how we look like in this universe." Leon said looking at the portrait. "Do we look alike?" He asked Emilia after seeing the similarities between him and Alastor.

"I think it's the teeth." Emilia said seeing how it's the only thing he and Alastor have in common. "Damn, I look good."

"Guess we know where Jane got her horns." Leon said referring to Emilia's red horns on screen. "Don't you have that same dress?"

"Yeah, but I don't really wear it that much." Emilia said, she never liked wearing dresses that much. Ever since she was young she's always been a tomboy.

"To have faith that things will be better. How can I turn someone away, I can't." Jane said and put her hands on Weiss' shoulders. "It goes against everything I'm trying to do. Everything I believe in. Just trust me, I can take care of myself."

Weiss sighed. "Jane, whatever you do. Do not make a deal with him."

"Don't worry, I picked up one thing from my dad." Jane reassured Weiss before walking over to Alastor. "You don't take shit from other demons!"

"That's good advice in general." Leon said impressed at his daughter.

"Yeah, take note girls." Tai told his daughters.

"Yes, dad." Yang and Ruby said at the same time.

Summer smiled at the interaction between Tai and his daughters. He did a good job raising them as a single parent, plus he had Qrow there to help. It also made her sad that he had to raise them alone without her.

Weiss frowned as she watched Jane walk over to Alastor.

"Okay… so Al. You're sketchy as fuck." Jane told Alastor who just smiled at her. "And you clearly see what I'm trying to do here as a joke."

Jane turned her back to Alastor who narrowed his eyes and red symbols appeared around him. The symbols disappeared quickly when Jane turned around to face him.

"But I don't. I think everyone deserves a chance to prove they can be better." Jane said crossing her arms. "So, I'm taking your offer to help. On the condition that there be no… tricks or voodoo strings attached."

Alastor twirled his cane for a moment before offering his hand. "So, it's a deal then?"

"What did I just say! Don't make a deal with him!" Weiss shouted at the screen.

"At least she admits that he is sketchy." Jaune said. "Plus she lays out her terms and conditions right out the gate."

"Yeah, but she might be desperate for her hotel to succeed that she might take the deal." Ren said looking at Jaune.

"I hope she doesn't take the deal." Penny said worried for Jane and her hotel.

A green glow emanated from his palm, the wind kicked up making everyone in the room shield their face.

"Nope! No shaking, no deals!" Jane waved his hand away. "I- umm. As princess of Hell and heir to the throne. I, uh, hereby order that you help this hotel, for as long as you desire." She ordered with a smile and everyone went silent. "Sound fair?"

"Hmmmm, fair enough." Alastor said after thinking for a second, his cane disappeared and he walked away.

"Smart, using her status as the princess." Willow said before taking a sip of water.

"Now, that is a fair deal." Peter said giving Jane on screen a thumbs up. "Whenever he gets bored he can just leave. Since they didn't officially shake on it."

"I'm proud of her for using her head." Emilia said proud of her on screen daughter for not taking the deal and for using her head to find a work around.

"I'm happy she didn't take the deal." Penny said with relief.

Jane sighed with relief. "Cool beans." She said giving him two thumbs up before bending over slightly in relief.

Alastor hummed as he looked around the hotel lobby. He stopped and grinned before turning around to Weiss. "Smile, my dear! You know you're never fully dressed without one." He said rubbing her chin briefly before walking away humming a tune.

Weiss glared at his back as he walked away.

"They do not like each other." Sun observed the interactions between the two. "Plus he seems to enjoy messing with her."

"Could just be how he is." Neptune said. "And she is suspicious of him still."

"With good reason." Ilia said looking at Neptune. "Weiss gave plenty of reasons for why he can't be trusted."

"Weiss seems to be the responsible and reasonable one in the relationship." Kali said looking at the screen. "Jane seems good hearted in what she wants to do for her people."

"She's a dreamer." Ghira simply said earning a playful smack from Kali.

"I was getting to that."

"So, where is your hotel staff?" Alastor asked Jane.

"Uh, well…" Jane said looking at Weiss who is currently glaring at Alastor.

"Ho, ho, ho, you're going to need more than that." Alastor said walking over to Ren who is sitting at the concierge desk. "And what can you do my feminine fellow?"

"I can suck your dick." Ren said with a smile and raised both his eyebrows.

Everyone who was drinking spit out their drinks showing some and coughed to clear their lungs.

"He really has no filter." An said once again stunned by what her son just said. Li doesn't know what to say at what his son just said.

"I don't think that is going to help run the hotel." Summer said patting Tai's back before moving on to help Qrow.

Blake once again took out her notebook and quickly scribbled something in it before putting it away.

Alastor froze for a second before recovering. "Ha! No."

Ren shrugged. "Your loss."

"Well, this just won't do." Alastor summoned his cane. "I suppose I can cash in a few favors to liven things up." He snapped his fingers.

The fireplace that hasn't been used in years suddenly came to life, a fire crackled to life and a black object came forth from the fire covered in soot.

Alastor walked over to the fireplace and picked up the object and a single eye opened, a silver eye looked at Jane, Weiss, and Ren who looked back.

The soot came off in a puff of smoke revealing a small figure with black hair and red tips.

"This little darling is Ruby." Alastor said introducing Ruby to the other before dropping her.

"She looks cute." Weiss squealed upon seeing how adorable Ruby on screen looks. "I want to hug her.

"I'm right here." Ruby said before a finger was put against her lips silencing her.

"Don't ruin this for me." Yang said with a smirk looking at Weiss.

Memories of Ruby when she was still a child came back to Tai. He had to resist the urge to hug his youngest daughter and embarrassing her in front of her friends. Sadly Summer couldn't resist the urge and rushed over to her daughter and hugged her.

"Mom!" Ruby cried out when her mother hugged her tightly.

"You look so adorable on screen." Summer said tightening her hold on Ruby. "Did you look like that growing up?"

"Help…" Ruby whispered to Yang who did nothing and smiled at the scene. 'Traitor!' Ruby thought before looking to her dad with pleading eyes.

"Dear, I have photos." Tai said coming to Ruby's rescue. "I can show you them after the show."

Summer nodded and let her daughter go who stumbled back to her seat. Summer returned to her seat looking forward to seeing the pictures.

"I can't believe Ruby is in Hell." Jaune said surprised that his friend is in such a place.

"I wonder how she's different from ours." Yang said.

Ruby hit the floor and quickly picked herself up. "Hi! I'm Ruby," she said waving at the group. "It's nice to meet you. It's been a while since I made new friends."

"Why are you all women? Are there any men here?!" Ruby said rushing over to Jane and picking her up with ease to look under her.

Weiss drew her rapier again and pointed it at Ruby, ready to act.

Ruby set Jane down slowly. "I'm sorry that was rude. Oh man, this place is filthy." She rushed further in the lobby and came back holding a couch cushion over her head. "It really needs a lady touch. Which is weird because you're all ladies. No offense." Ruby rushed to another part of the lobby and crushed a spider that lowered itself from the ceiling.

"Ren is a guy. Can't she see that?" Pyrrha asked confused.

"Maybe the chest threw her off." Nora said pointing to Ren's chest hair. "I know it did for me. I thought he was a woman when I first saw him.

"Why is she asking for men?" Yang asked in a low voice and narrowed eyes.

Ruby produced a dusting wand. "Oh my gosh, this is awful." She disappeared in the blur as she started dusting one thing and then moving onto another item to dust. "No, no, no, no, uh no, NO!" She said stabbing a bug with a needle.

"Oh gods, she's a clean freak." Blake said upon seeing how Ruby acted to seeing the mess. Also how she stabbed the spider with a needle unsettled her, this Ruby seemed to be hiding a sinister side under her cheery attitude.

"She seems to still have her speed." Weiss noted. "Cleaning would go faster if she used it more."

"No!" Yang yelled drawing attention. "Ruby makes more of a mess when she cleans with her speed."

"It's true." Ruby said rubbing the back of her head in embarrassment. "I tried it one time and ended up making more of a mess."

"Noted." Weiss said accepting the explanation.

"Read 'em and weep, boys!" A male voice said slapping his cards down and smiling. "Full ho-whooooa!" Everything shifted as various symbols appeared around him and disappeared. "The Hell? What the fuck is this?"

"Qrow?!" Summer, Raven, and Tai shouted at the same time upon hearing his voice.

"Sounds like he hasn't changed all that much." Winter said referring to how he speaks. "Still vulgar."

"It's part of my charm." Qrow replied leaning in his seat. "Now, to see how I am in this universe."

The demon looked around and saw Alastor. "You!"

"Ah, Qrow my good friend. Glad you could make it."

"Don't you Qrow me, you son of a bitch!" Qrow held out the chips for Alastor to see before pointing to the giant pile on the poker table. "I was about to win the whole damn pot!"

"Good to see you too." Alastor replied as the poker table and the money disappeared.

Qrow face palmed. "What the hell do you want with me this time?"

Alastor pulled Qrow into a one arm hug. "My friend, I am doing some charity work. So, I took it upon myself to volunteer your services. I hope that's okay?"

"I hate when people do that." Qrow said. "Volunteer you for something without your permission and then ask if it's okay afterwards."

"It was one time." Ozpin said defending himself. Team STRQ turned in their seats to face him, the staff of Beacon did as well, and even James looked at him. "I do it often?"

"More than you realize." Glynda said crossing her arms. She lost count of the number of times Ozpin had volunteered her for events without even asking her.

"Sorry, I'll have to work on that it seems." Ozpin apologized before taking another sip of his coffee.

"Are you shittin' me?" Qrow asked.

"Hmm, no I don't think so." Alastor answered tightening his hold on Qrow.

Qrow pushed Alastor away. "You thought it would be some kind of big fucking riot just to pull me out of nowhere!" He accused Alastor who is dusting himself off. "You think I'm some kind of fucking clown?!"

"Maybe." Alastor answered.

"Yes." Winter said without hesitation earning another middle finger from Qrow.

"Those two really don't like each other." Sun whispered to his partner who wisely chose to not say anything since both Winter and Qrow glared at him.

"I ain't doing no fucking charity job." Qrow growled crossing his arms. Alastor appeared behind him and pulled him into another one armed hug.

"Well, I figured you would be the perfect face to man the front desk of this fine establishment." Alastor pointed to a fully stocked bar. "With your charming smile and welcoming energy. This job was made for you."

Alastor forced Qrow to smile and he didn't, instead he continued to frown.

"Don't worry, my friend." Alastor said walking over to the bar. "I can make this more welcoming. If you wish." He said waving his arm over the bar and a bottle appeared with the label "Cheap Booze".

Qrow's eyes widen for a second before they narrowed at the sight of the bottle. "What, you think you can buy with a wink and some cheap booze?"

"No one answer that!" Qrow shouted as he jumped to his feet just as some people opened their mouths. "No one."

"Yes." Raven said looking at her brother with a smile. In response Qrow flipped her the bird.

Qrow picked up the bottle and glanced at it. "Well, you can." He said taking a deep drink from the bottle as he walked behind the bar.

"Hey! Hey, hey, hey. No!" Weiss pointed to the bar. "No bar, no alcohol. This is suppose to be a place that discourages sin. Not some kind of… brothel, man cave!"

Ren tackles Weiss to the floor. "Shut up! Shut up! We are keeping this." He pointed to the bar with all his hands before going to bar. "Hey."

"Go fuck yourself." Qrow said taking another sip from his bottle.

"Only if you watch me." Ren replied getting close to Qrow making him recoil.

"Okay, this Ren is way more pervy than ours." Nora said shaking her head. "I much prefer our Ren, the ever stoic Ren who always has our backs.

"Thanks, Nora." Ren said with a smile.

"Even Qrow is put off by him." Yang said seeing her uncle recoil.

"Oh my gosh! Welcome to the Happy Hotel!" Jane said rushing to the bar and leaning over the counter. "You are going to love it here."

"I lost the ability to love years ago." Qrow said taking a long drink from his bottle.

"This Qrow is just depressing." Summer said with a slight shake of the head.

"I wonder what happened to him to make him that way." Tai wondered just what exactly happened to make his friend this way.

"Maybe we'll see in the future." Qrow said leaning back in his seat. "It won't be pretty, I can already tell you that."

"Jane is so happy." Velvet said impressed that Jane is still happy despite everything.

"So, what do you think?" Alastor asked Jane.

"This is amazing!" Jane squealed with happiness rubbing her cheeks.

"It's… okay." Weiss finally admitted making Alastor chuckle as he brought her and Jane into a hug.

"This is going to be very entertaining." Alastor said releasing Weiss and adjusting his monocle before summoning a flame in his palm.

Weiss stood off to the side with her arms crossed. She didn't see Alastor throw the flame into the flame and push her away.

Alastor used his powers to change his clothes to a red tuxedo with a top hat.

"Another song." Nora said with glee.

"I wonder what this one is going to be about." Jaune wondered with interest. The last musical bit was actually pretty good.

"He has a good singing voice." Penny noted.

Alastor twirled his finger above Jane, her hair changed into a pin up style and a pink hat appeared on her head. Her shirt changed into a black blouse with a pink neckline, she now has black gloves and a pink skirt with a black trim at the bottom and black pumps.

And it's just laughable

Bur, hey kid, what the hell?

Alastor smiled at Weiss who is on the floor glaring at him for pushing her to the ground. He then picked up Jane in a bridal carry before tossing her into the air.

Jane flew through the air as Alastor used his powers to change the hotel lobby. The colors changed from dark red and neutral tones to more bright ones.

'Cause you're one of a kind

A charming demon belle

Now, let's give these burning fools a place to dwell

Alastor started dancing with Jane on top of the stairs for a bit before jumping onto the rails and sliding down. They landed near the bar where the others are watching them, Alastor snaps his fingers and their clothes change as well.

Take it boys!

Alastor snapped his fingers and summoned his shadow demons appeared and started playing jazzy music.

Jane snapped her fingers to the music, Weiss reached out and got pulled away from Alastor.

Alastor hugged the others in a big group hug.

(Ha-ha!)

Boo!

He then summoned his shadow demons to startle them before leaving.

"He may be a demon, but damn can he sing." Coco said liking the jazz music. She always liked jazz music, it calmed her and she would fight anyone that dared say jazz isn't real music.

Velvet never really was one for Jazz but it grew on her after Coco introduced her to the genre. They even went to a few jazz clubs in Vale, so she tapped her shoes to the beat enjoying the music.

"He sure can." Weiss agreed enjoying the music.

Inside of every demon is a lost cause

(Ha)

Alastor put his arms around Qrow and Ren before putting hats on them and leaving.

Qrow flipped him off behind his back

But we'll dress them up for now with just a smile

Wicked smiles~!

Alastor used his powers on Weiss so she wore a wide brimmed white hat and a scarf that was made from a fox. He slapped her ass before leaving.

Weiss jumped slightly from the slap and tore off the hat and scarf in anger.

And we'll chlorinate this cesspool

Alastor danced down the middle of the lobby and kicked a skull out of his way. He then moved to the fire place and summoned more of his shadow demons.

With some old redemption flair

And show these simpletons some proper class and style

Class and style!

"Man he really doesn't believe that sinners can be redeemed." Qrow said enjoying the song and the lyrics.

Velvet and Coco snapped their fingers and tapped their feet to the beat of the music.

Everyone choose not to say anything and just listen to the awesome music and song.

Alastor went over to Jane and pinched her cheeks before leading her away. Behind them Weiss reaches for her and drops her hand as the two continue to dance.

Here below the ground

I'm sure your plan is sound

They'll spend a little time

Alastor and Jane held hands and danced in a circle for a moment before he let her go to rejoin Weiss.

Down at this Hazbin Ho-

An explosion cut off what Alastor was about to say, the door flew inwards from the explosion and hit Ruby who was enjoying the song. Ruby and the door flew further into the lobby, everyone looked at the direction Ruby and the door went.

"Ruby!" Yang yelled after seeing her sister get hit by the door.

"Who would interrupt such a song?" Coco said with a dangerous glare in her eyes at the song being interrupted.

"What now?" Jaune asked seeing the explosion.

Everyone now back in their original clothes looked out the destroyed hole that was once the front doors. They saw the mechanical blimp that belonged to Roman and sure enough he was laughing through the destroyed window in the command center.

"Well, well, well, look who it is harboring the striped freak!" Roman yelled from his spot as everyone went outside to the front of the hotel. "We meet yet again, Alastor."

"Do I know you?" Alastor asked with a slight tilt of his head.

Roman smile vanished instantly upon hearing Alastor's words. "Oh yes, you do!" He went back to his command chair and sat down. "And this time I have the element of SURPRISE!"

With the pull of a lever a large cannon descended from the belly of the blimp and aimed at the group, the weapon started charging while Roman laughed.

"I'm so evil!" Roman shouted with glee.

"Did he really need to yell that?" Pyrrha asked.

"Who knows why madmen do what they do." Leon said with a shrug.

"Clearly he's compensating for something." Yang said gesturing to the large cannon being charged.

"I wonder what it can do." Ruby wondered looking at the weapon.

Alastor snapped his fingers and a large portal opened up beneath the blimp and large black tentacles emerged from the portal and wrapped themselves around the blimp, the weapon fired and a tentacle caught the missile and dragged it through the portal so it exploded there.

One of the tentacles entered the blimp and started wreaking havoc, Roman fell to one side of the blimp and a tentacle wrapped around his throat. Roman screamed as the tentacle wrapped around him like a snake coiling a prey.

Alastor formed a fist as more symbols appeared, the tentacles obeyed his command and wrapped themselves around the blimp and constricted, destroying the blimp. Alastor continued to smile as the smoke disappeared and the tentacles went back through the portal.

Everyone is shocked at the display of power Alastor showed, they are looking at him with wide eyes. Except for Ruby who is smiling at the destruction.

"Holy-" Jaune said once again shocked at the display of power.

"Shit." Ren said finishing what Jaune was about to say.

"Ruby has a bit of a dark side." Weiss said seeing how Ruby was smiling as she watched the destruction unfold.

"Alastor does not mess around." Sun stated seeing how he easily took care of Roman and his blimp.

"Well, I'm starved. Who wants some jambalaya?" Alastor asked and everyone still looked at him with caution as he walked past them. "My mother once showed me a wonderful recipe for jambalaya. In fact it nearly killed her!"

Ruby followed Alastor and listened to everything that he said.

Everyone followed a second later.

Alastor laughed as he walked to the hotel. "You could say the kick was right outta Hell! Ha, ha, ha, I'm on a roll!"

Jane jumped up and down with joy and Weiss shook her head. The two women followed the group.

"Yes, sir this is the start of some real changes down here."

Above the hotel is a sign that says Happy Hotel.

"The game is set. Now…"

A lightning struck the sign changing some of the letters.

The sign above the hotel now said Hazbin Hotel.

"Stay tuned."

The screen faded to black and the lights came back on.

"Well, what did you think?" Spart asked the group. "I know it's not for everyone but I enjoy it."

"It…was hard to enjoy." Weiss said after a pause. "I didn't really like it that much."

"I'm with Weiss." Blake said agreeing with Weiss. "The humor just wasn't for me. It was dark like you said."

"I enjoyed it to an extent." Yang said. "Some of the humor I didn't get, but it was enjoyable."

"Same." Jaune said and even Ren nodded in agreement.

"It was definitely more adult based humor." Qrow said stretching in his seat. "I liked it."

"Same here." Tai said in agreement. "Not for everyone."

"I was interesting to see." Glynda said with a single nod. "I do hope that Jane's plan works out."

"Is there more to see?" Sienna asked curious.

"This universe is still new and has yet to fully grow." Spart told her before addressing the group. "The next showing is already selected and ready to go."

"What is it this time?" Jaune asked.

"Something from the Dark 'Verse this time." Spart told them making the group frown at the news. "We are going to see universes from each of the universe categories."

"Alright." Jaune said with a nod and went back to looking at the screen.

I'm not going to lie, the reactions for this chapter were a little hard to write. The cast hasn't really seen anything like Hazbon Hotel and so aren't sure how to react let alone feel about what they are being shown. Hazbin Hotel is a show for adults defiantly not something they are used to seeing.

Also I debated on who should play Alastor and I decided that no one should. He's too much of a character to have anyone play him.

Anyway next chapter will come out when I get done writing it and the reactions.
