"Well this complicates things.." Temari sighed as Tobara vanished.
"No it doesn't.. my goal has not changed." Raikage grunted.
"You cannot still be thinking of using my shinobi as a baby making machine?!" Tsunade said as she slammed her fist on the table.
"Now more than ever, we need protection for the future of our own people, Goruto is that protection.." Onnoki stated.
"Madara just declared war on us all, we need to be prepared for all possible outcomes." Mei added.
"He was just born a few days ago.."
"Tsunade-sama, I understand your frustration but against an Uchiha of Madara's power precautions are definitely going to be needed." Shizune said.
"Are you volunteering to be a precaution?" Tsunade asked with a raised brow.
"I...if I have to for the sake of the village." Shizune said with a red face.
"In my opinion the matter is closed. We should start to mobilize our forces, both men and women of equal rank joining us in this battle." Mei stated.
"And when the war is over.." Tsunade said realizing that the other Kage had made up their minds.
"Your shinobi will be required to replenish or enhance our ranks." Ōnoki stated.
"This is not negotiable.." Mei finished.
"So.. what did I miss?" Goruto said as he returned Sasuke at his side.
"The start of the next ninja war.." Tsunade sighed.
"Also is that a variation of the yellow flash technique!?" Raikage demanded.
"Yes and no." Goruto replied.
"Let's just say I don't need to leave a marking." Goruto said.
"Very well, it's important that a shinobi not reveal all of their skills..." Ōnoki replied.
"So who announced the war?" Sasuke asked.
"Uchiha Madara.."
'HE STILL LIVES?!' Kurama said from within Goruto.
"If it truly was him we would not be having this conversation.." Goruto stated making both the fox and the assembled Kage stare at him in shock.
"What gives you the right to decide whether an opponent is who they say they are?!" Raikage demanded.
"Goruto is right... I've faced Madara Uchiha before, I did not feel the overwhelming power of his gaze as I did long ago." Ōnoki stated.
"But he admitted that he was weaker than he once was, that is why he needed the assistance of the Akatsuki!" Mei interjected.
"Regardless of who he truly is, he is an Uchiha with many unknown powers, until we have reason to belive his identity is false I will treat him as the strongest Uchiha in history." Raikage stated.
Reappearing in front of his hideout Tobi/Obito/Fake Madara spat the remaining members of Taka out of his eye.
"Oi! You could be a bit more delicate you know!" Karin complained.
"Listen to me... I've just lost the strongest member of Taka, so I am not in the best of moods right now, Karin."
"Then let me help you with that." A voice said from behind him.
"How did you find this place, Kabuto?"
"Oh I have my ways.. right now you need all the hands you can get.."

"All the hands I can spare.." Kabuto smirked as five coffins rose up from the ground.
