Ash's, Pikachu, Goh, Cinderace, Chloe and Yamper were walking through the streets of Vermilion city
Just then, a Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter, that is a Decepticon named Grindor, came by close to them a net was shot and Grindor started lifting them.
Grindor went above a huge volcano and let the net go and it fell through the vent and onto a rocky surface.
Suddenly a giant buzz saw came out of the magma and cuts the net open
Ash's, Pikachu, Goh, Cinderace Chloe and Yamper got out of the net as Starscream rises up out of the magma, he looks down and sees them. Megatron also rises out of the magma and sees Ash.
"Come here, boy" Megatron said before Ash started walking towards Megatron. "Closer"
"You both remember me, don't you?" Megatron said
"I did what you said, okay?" Ash said. "Just don't hurt us"
"Quiet!" Megatron said as he swung Ash somewhere randomly.
Megatron was over Ash and held him down with his hand.
"Yes, yes" Megatron said. "It fells good to grab your flesh". Ash tried to break free. "I'm going to kill you! Slowly and painfully. But first, we have some delicate work to do. And how can I snap both of your limbs off? Doctor, examine this alien specimen"
The doctor Decepticon, Scalpel, was on Ash's chest.
I'm the doctor" Scalpel said. "The odd job. Information!". The doctor scratched him in the face.
Scalpel snaps his fingers and a tissue-like object came down and it came to life and entered inside Ash's mouth and into the brain. Once it was done, it got out and the doctor attached the tissue to him and he started projecting the symbols and visual pictures from his past.
"There they are" Megatron said
"That's what I'm seeing in my head" Ash said
"These symbols could lead us to the Energon source" Megatron said
"We must have the brain on the table" Scalpel said "Chop, chop"
Brain?" Ash said "What do they mean about my brain?!"
"Well, you have something in your mind" Megatron said. "Something I need"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on" Ash said. "I know you're mad. I know you're mad. Because i tried to kill you and it's completely understandable so if someone tried to kill me, I'd be upset too. Plus, I think that we have an opportunity here, start anew and develop our relationship and see where it leads us "So if you can just call of the doctor insceptor-"
Scalpel took out a small buzz saw from his hand and he was about to cut his forehead open until Optimus Prime came crashing through the roof of the volcano and Bumblebee and Cliffjumper crashing through the wall.
Goh, Cinderace, Chloe and Yamper started running out of the fighting between the Autobots and Decepticons
Optimus kept on shooting at Starscream and Starscream flew away as Optimus shot Megatron, which made Megatron crashed outside of the volcano. Optimus gets out of the volcano and sees Megatron transforming into a Cybertronic tank and Optimus transformed into truck mode and Ash and Pikachu got in the truck and drove into the forest.
Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Skids, and Mudflap drove to the volcano and pulled over Goh, Cinderace, Chloe and Yamper got in the red vehicle and they all drove off.
"Here he comes!" Ash shouted as Megatron came out of the trees and blasted at Optimus. Optimus quickly had Ash and Pikachu in his hand when he transformed and was tackled. As he rolled, he let the two go, causing the two to tumble. They were back on their feet in a second and bolted.
"Hide, Ash!" Optimus said as he was fighting Megatron
Ash and Pikachu ran behind a tree and Megatron called out Grindor and Starscream and they came by to fight Optimus and find Ash and Pikachu.
"Come here, boy" Starscream sneered
Ash and Pikachu started running as Optimus kept on fighting with the three Decepticons.
"There is another source of energon hidden on this planet. They boy could lead us to it." Megatron snarled.
"Optimus!" Ash shouted as Megatron kicked Optimus in the face. He took a few bullets before taking arm to his face and then a blast to his chest, sending him flying towards them. They jumped over a tree and slid just as Optimus landed near them.
"Is the future of our race not worth a single human life?" Megatron growled.
"Get up... get up!" Ash shouted.
"You'll never stop at one." Optimus managed to get in a crouching position. His free hand turned into a sword. "I'll take you all on!"
Optimus started fighting the Decepticons again. Optimus punched Megatron a few times and tore Starscream's arm off. Grindor was sneaking up on Optimus until Optimus jumped on him and tore Grindor's face off.
"Piece of tin" Optimus said before Grindor fell on the ground.
"Ash, where are you?" Optimus stumbled. Ash began to come out from behind the log before he froze as fingers grabbed Optimus's shoulder and a blade came ramming into his back and the tip came out of his chest. Ash watched in horror as Optimus was lifted off the ground and into the air.
"You're so weak." Megatron sneered before shooting straight through Optimus' spark chamber.
Megatron released his blade and Optimus fell on the ground.
On Cybertron, The Fallen opens his eyes and got up out of his seat.
"The last Prime is dead" the Fallen said
Ash and Pikachu see Optimus lying on the ground. "Ash...run..." Optimus stated weakly and then he died. Ash and Pikachu started running as the rest of the Autobots came by and was attacking the Decepticons. They both got in the yellow Volkswagen and Bumblebee drove off, along with Cliffjumper, Skids and Mudflap.
