Izuku Midoriya has died at the hands of the Sludge Villain before All Might can come to his rescue. Then after entering and being offered by a some Being from a Void he was reborn and reincarnated to live again, except that he has become a Beautiful Woman name Medusa. She can cope with this anyway even if he is a stranger to everyone she knew as Izuku. Paring Uncertain

Saying about the Chapters

Just want to say something that never cross my mind when I was doing the chapters.

First off Medusa is actually the same Medusa like we know in our history lesson and Greek Mythology, it's just that this is her design for the Fate Stay/Night Universe and her origin is different from the actual one. Anyway when I was doing Chapter 2 First Blood I got Medusa to do a Hisssss Snake sound which was something Medusa never did in any of the actual Fate/Stay Night Series, but I've seen Medusa make a Snake Hissss sound in some of the Fanfiction Stories.

Second part that never crossed my mind is how did Medusa knew Denki Kaminari and Minoru Mineta. In Chapter 1 Medusa Reincarnate I said that Izuku Midoriya died at the hands of the Sludge Villain before All Might can come to his aid and during that time, Izuku was still a student of a normal School that doesn't train anyone to be Young Heroes and because of his death, he never enrolled in UA High, after being reincarnate into Medusa she was gaining new memories while the old ones of Izuku Midoriya are replaced and deleted.

But not all of it because she's trying to hold on to them so she doesn't forget that she use to be Izuku Midoriya which was an old life even the dream of being a Hero like her idol All Might.

Also the only reason why she knows Denki and Minoru because she is not only gaining new memories, she is also gaining some new memories that came from a Izuku Midoriya who was a student of UA High and that would be from a Alternate Universe. It's the same when Medusa found out where the Quirk Amplifier is located in I-Island because she gain a memory of the Alternate Izuku Midoriya who was in I-Island during the MHA: 2 Heroes Movie.

What else is, despite the new personality as well, Medusa also will also try to hang on to those old personality of Izuku Midoriya just like she was trying with the old memories due to her desire to be a Hero just like All Might when she was still Izuku Midoriya. Although it will be very hard to hold on as the new ones begins to upload into her head even the memories of the Alternate Izuku Midoriya who knew many of the UA Students.
