Intermission/Notes
Important to know:
From the next chapter on, each chapter will be its own mini-adventure. So they're not technically related to each other, and you don't have to read them in order.
But, the events in the early chapters (I think it's Chapters 8-20) are going to have Rimuru and his group discover more about Teyvat, and they keep that knowledge in later adventures. So if you decide to read the latest chapter, and are wondering how Rimuru knows to use [Hell Flare] right after [Water Blade] to create Vaporize, look at the Elemental Reactions chapter, etc.
Some chapters will feature only some characters and not others, specifically of Rimuru's group.
You can suggest ideas for a mini-adventure, and most likely I will do it if one, it, or something similar doesn't already exist, and two, obviously if I like the idea and think I should do it.
BUT I will only take ideas from THIS CHAPTER's reviews, and I will ignore chapter ideas and suggestions that are reviewed on a chapter other than this one. To not get overcrowded, I will delete any reviews that are not a mini-adventure idea/suggestion or your answer to my questions, so don't even bother. No offense, just do it on another chapter. I may also delete ideas/suggestions on chapters other than this, so don't be upset by that.
For the sake of not confusing myself and accidentally doing an idea twice, if I decide to do an idea, I will delete the review once I've done it. Don't worry, I'll shoutout to whoever suggested a mini-adventure on the respective chapter.
In other words, this chapter's reviews are only for suggestions and ideas, so please don't do any other thing and give me more work (deleting reviews) to do. And if your review gets deleted, please don't be upset by it.
Notes about the story (for confused people):
- (at least the beginning of) the story takes place right after the Mondstadt arc of the main story quest ends, or after Traveller defeats (diseased) Stormterror. Rimuru's story had already ended, the Tenma War or whatever had ended, he defeated Yukki, yadda yadda.
- Ramiris had made ONLY ONE bracelet, so Rimuru went to Teyvat himself, where Ciel learned to make a gate from there back to the Cardinal World (the world Rimuru reincarnated into)
- Rimuru's original level is 250,400 (at least for now), that is shown at first but later Ciel learns to alter what others see of his level and she decreases the shown level for Rimuru and his group to around the max level (90)
- Time doesn't progress in the Cardinal World (I think that's what it's called) while Rimuru and co are in Teyvat, so they can spend as much time as they want there
Readers' Decision:
1. Do you want Veldora to accidentally enter the Storming Terror domain (solo of course, with everyone else watching on a projected screen)?
2. Do you want Ranga to fight Andrius (Dominator of Wolves, in case you don't know)?
3. Do you want the rest of the story to be 1st person always one POV, 1st person switch POVs, 3rd person but with some characters POVs (ie. Rimuru watched as she stared into empty space, he did not have a clue to what she was thinking), or 3rd person narrator's POV, where readers get to know what everyone's thinking and planning?
- another question in my Poll, but in case you can't find or access it:
Would you like the Traveller (Lumine) to be able to switch between characters she obtained through pulls or trials and have access to their Talents, or only interchangeable elements? Note that I'm going to base this off of my own GI account, so her characters, WL, available content in-game, etc are based on and updated as my account progresses.
I got this idea from author VVGirl's Hero of Heroes, go read that (I recommend it if you're reading this from the Tensura side) if you want to see how it's gonna be; I'm just making a few differences but that's how it's gonna be overall.
Mini-adventures I'm planning to write:
Mondstadt City
Elements
Elemental Reactions
WAAAY TOO OP!
Slimes
Dragon vs. Dragon (if the readers want it)
Wolf vs. Wolf (if the readers want it)
Plant vs. Zombies (emphasis on SINGLE Plant, PLURAL Zombies
Silly-Churls, Billy-Churls, Nilly-Willy-Hilichurls
Review responses:
(to zero02: Yes, I might actually do that! ya just have to suggest that as this chapter's review)
(to Redgrave Antony: Yes yes, very good point you got there! Glad someone's noticed. I considered making them do thought communication, but then Lynn wouldn't've heard and commented on it, which would be completely different and harder to write, in my opinion, if she didn't hear. Also, you can think of it as that time where you say something really quiet, making it seem like you don't want anybody to hear, but in reality, you want them to notice. Or you can take it as a hint that people will find out quickly that Rimuru's actually the 'leader' of the group, to make it less awkward. Or at least, in Lynn's case. There's also a side reason for this; so Lynn can take it that they're agreeing to Rimuru because they look up to him, and not because they themselves think so, so she won't take their responses too seriously.)
(sorry for a rather long wait, just to be put down by an intermission and not another chapter... So I'll put in a double-update as an apology, hope you like it!)
More in the future! Enjoy! (Now's where the real fun begins! hehehe...)
