The sun had just set and the walkers had finally calmed down. Nearly everyone was getting sleep or resting, Kenny stood at the other side thinking about who knows what.

Luke sat at the edge of what used to be a full deck, mulling over his thoughts and recent events that had occurred prior hours ago. Specifically, one memory in mind... Clementine.

In the heat of the moment, he was afraid. Afraid of losing, Jane. He wasn't thinking straight, walkers were everywhere; they were getting closer by the second. Jane needed his help in the moment, but when Clementine had pointed out that Sarah was under the deck that had broken off and was still alive; He honestly had no clue what to do.

It brought him shame to recall to the moment but thinking back to it, he was considering leaving her to her death. It pained him to think back at it and he hated it but the teen was trapped under huge mashes of debris. He thought it would've been a lost cause, it was common sense to think that the teen's back would've been broken or anything crucial really.

To make matters worse, it hurt to hear Clementine cuss at him. He couldn't figure out why that got to him. Somehow, even though he thought about leaving Sarah, the way the child had cussed at him somehow managed to make him feel worse than what he already did.

"Hey," the young man turned to his right, looking up Kenny. "You gotten any rest yet?"

Luke scoffed, a slight chuckle. "No." The young man turned back to the river, watching it. He heard the older man sigh through his nose.

"And why's that?"

"Ah could ask the same 'bout you."

"Yeah, well somebody's gotta keep watch."

"Exactly." A pause rang between them, a few more moments of walkers growling and moaning. Luke happened to glanced back at Clementine who was sleeping soundly in the shop, facing away from them. "You are so fucking worthless!" He sighed and continued looking at the river.

"She didn't mean it," Kenny suddenly said.

"What?" The young man looked up at him.

"Clem, she didn't mean what she said."

Luke sighed once more before looking down at the other half of the deck that had fallen, seeing Sarah trapped under the debris, hearing Clementine cuss at him. "Yeah well, it sure felt like it. Ah ain't gonna lie."

Couple of more moments past and suddenly Jane came out of the shop and walked over to the other side of the deck. She closed the gap between the gate that was closed, looking through the repetitive rectangular gaps in it.

"Jane?" Luke called out before getting up and walking over to her. "What're you doin'?"

"I'm leaving," Jane answered casually, kneeling down to lift open the gate.

"What!? Why?" The man accidentally raised his voiced before lowering it. "Why're you leavin'?"

The woman didn't respond. Kenny walked back headed into the shop, frankly he didn't care if she left or not. If she wanted to leave, then fine. Wasn't like she was doing anything productive anyway.

"Jane, please talk to me." The man gently grabbed the woman's arm in which stopped her.

She paused before sighing. "That kid isn't right."

Luke frowned. "Whatdoyamean? Y'mean Clem?"

She nodded without saying a word.

The man scoffed, a humorless smile. Taking a step back and letting go of her to put his hands on his hips. "Aaaand why are you leavin' exactly?"

"Oh come on, Luke. Do I really have to spell it out for you? You know what she did to Carver."

"And what? That's the whole reason? B'cuz she called a guy? Look, ah ain't sayin' that ah agree with what she did but she has a good reason for doin' it and ah don't blame her."

"That's not the whole reason."

Luke paused, glancing off to the side then looking back at her. "Then what is?"

Jane didn't answer him instead she shook her head. "It doesn't matter-"

"It matters to me, Jane. Ah..." The man sighed, beginning to grow annoyed by her decision. "Ah don't want'chu t'leave but ah ain't gonna keep'ya here if you don't want to. Ah just wanna know why you are but you ain't explainin' shit."

"You wanna know why? Okay-" Jane took a step towards him. "Because that kid is losing her mind!" She quietly shouted.

"Oh my god." Luke scoffed, walking out onto the deck shaking his head.

"Hey." She walked over to him. "You wanted to know well there it is."

"I dunno what the hell you're talkin' about. How is she losing her mind?"

"She tortured Carver!"

"Again, for a good reason! She hasn't even done anything wrong since then."

"Oh yeah? What about yesterday? When she called you worthless?"

Luke frowned. "Ah don't even think that was a big deal." He paused. "Ah think you're just being overdramatic."

"Really?" She gave a quick nod. "Okay, well see ya." She began walking over to the stairs.

"Oh you've gotta be kidd-Jane come on!" The woman didn't respond, she continued walking down the stairs until Luke heard a door open then shut. The young man shook his head for what felt like the thousandth time.

"Good riddance," suddenly he heard, turning around towards the deck to find Clementine. "Talking about me, huh?"

"Ah don't wanna deal with this right now Clem." Luke brushed past the child and began walking over to the other side of the deck.

"It's too bad, we don't have a bigger deck." The child stepped towards the edge, looking down at the walkers.

"Is there somethin' you need, Clem?"

Clementine shrugged and slowly began walking over to the young man. "Nope, I was just waking up and for some reason I can hear my name being spat out of someone's mouth... you know, it's good that Jane's gone."

The man paused then looked at the child. "Why?"

"So, I wouldn't have to get rid of her."

"What do you mean get rid of her?" He was now fully facing the child, it was apparent that he was disappointed with her. "What were you going to tell her to leave the group? Tell her to get outta here?"

The child nodded as if she didn't care at all. "Yeah, something like that."

"What is your problem?" The look on Luke's face told the child that he was starting to get a bit agitated.

"Actually, what is your problem? You were the one who was ready to leave Sarah behind, so what is your problem?"

"Ah made a mistake."

"That seems to be happening everyday. You didn't do what you were supposed to do yesterday, you were up here with Jane doing whatever it was that you were doing." The child continued when the men didn't respond. "Oh and your biggest mistake of all, you weren't there."

"What the hell're you talking about?"

"Back at the comic store, back at Howe's? You told me to get you a couple of walkie-talkies? You said that you would be there but you weren't. So, not only did I get punched by Troy, Carver took my eye."

"Ah'm sorry, alright!? Ah'm sorry, ah fucked up! Is that what you wanna hear!?" Luke shouted at girl, someone was probably going to come check up on him at any second.

"No. I want you to lower your voice, moron. People are sleeping!" Clementine quietly shouted back.

Luke was about to reply but Kenny came around the corner, a troubled look on his face. "The hell're you hollerin' about?"

The younger man glared at the child next to him before he walked off, past the older man without responding.

Kenny walked over to the child. "Clem, did you say something to him?"

Clementine shrugged. "I was just teasing him. He's getting mad over jokes." The child finished with an empty smile.

After last night, the group had a discussion of what to do and as you could imagine, it brewed into a debate. Kenny thought it'd be best to leave as soon as possible to which Clementine disagreed.

It was a stupid idea, to anyone with common sense really. Rebecca just gave birth to the baby, you'd that she would need all the rest she can get. She can't travel anywhere if she was exhausted and about the baby... it didn't matter, as long as she didn't have to take care of it; it'll be fine.

Luke was awkward to agree with Clem, considering that the two of them just got into a fight. The child had been annoyed at the fact that Luke was even mad, he made his mistakes but he gets mad at her? Maybe if he had just done what he was told to do - or more accurately: what he said he was going to do, she wouldn't have to be bother him.

But there was a good side to this, Jane was calling her insane. Did everyone else think that way? The woman said she was losing her mind, was that true? She did butcher Carver but he deserved it though, Tavia and the other guards? Too high and mighty, she liked killing them but it wasn't satisfying enough. If she was given the chance somehow, she'd kill every single one of them with no regret.

They don't get to point guns at her and expect to get away with it. They don't get to keep her imprisoned and expect to get away with it. Every single one even the ones that may have disagreed with Carver's rules; deserved to die. They didn't do anything wrong to her but they didn't do anything to stop him, so that made them useless.

Clementine sat at the bench table that was just by the tourist attraction, that was the outlook. Most of the walkers that were in the courtyard had either wondered off, slipped into the river or were killed by the group. By the time morning hit, there was barely any walkers maybe three or four.

That baby had been crying all damn morning, the reason why Clementine had moved off of the deck. Even from down there, the courtyard, she could still hear that baby all the way up the deck in the shop. It was like lowering the volume on a tv by five.

The child sighed through her nose, straight annoyance. Imagine if walkers were here, that'd be something. Yeah, definitely. It would definitely be something. Why did Rebecca have to get pregnant?
