8. Chapter 8 : Crimson Wasteland

Chapter Eight : Crimson Wasteland

At a barren wasteland far from Etheria. Adora staring at a distance above rock formations while Ben and other waited for her.

Thanks for coming with me guys. "Said Adora as she jumps down"

Of course. "Bow said"

And a is the queen okay with us going to a Barren Wasteland where no one returns from? I'm not sure she will be happy for us to die here. "Kevin asked"

Oh she hates the idea, which is why I didn't tell her. Besides it's not like anyone else has a plan to stop Hordak from opening a portal. You're right. Tracking Mara's message to the source is the best lead we have. "Glimmer explained"

Well make sure you are prepared from a life time of grounding if we don't find anything here. "Said Ben"

I'm sure we will find something. Hopefully. "Said Glimmer in a nervous tone"

Plus for an inhospitable desert, this place kind of beautiful. "Bow confessed as they saw a bird stood at some kind of torn of a plant which then froze it in ice which startled them"

Yeah, very hospitable. "Kevin sarcastically said"

Never mind, this place is terrifying. "Bow changed his mind"

Not really, we have seen way worst than this. "Gwen admitted"

Plus how did that bird even froze in ice anyway? "Ben asked"

We are in a different universe Tennyson there are many possibilities. "Said Kevin"

Okay, I know it's scary and dangerous, but if there something to do with a portal here, we have to find it for the Rebellion. And... for me. "Adora sadly said which Bow then slap the tablet on Adora's head repeatedly to cheer her up"

"Bow then check his tablet which the battery then drained completely which Bow then nervously laugh and said " So, uh, slight problems. Um my tracker pad is dead.

Well I didn't know slapping a tablet on someone's head could drain the batteries. "Kevin sarcastically said"

Not now Kevin. "Gwen scolded Kevin"

So we're without a map and the plants are evil. Heh. But it's okay we're coming from the north. So we are just head to the south, we'll cross the center. "Said Adora as she kicked a rock formation to place it under a needle as she continued to said " And uh, I'm something of an expert tracker myself. Thanks to the Horde's survival skills training. We just keep going that way. Problem solved I've got this under control. "She then laugh then proceed walking towards the direction of where she pointed"

Well if the Crimson waste nor hunger kills you, madness will. "Kevin whispered to Ben as they continued following the direction Adora's compass direcred"

Glimmer then look at broken down ships and saw a skeleton of a Horde soldier which startled her while alerting the others

Glimmer what happen? "Ben asked as he activated his Ultimatrix but he then look towards a skeleton" Well that explains it.

"Kevin then head towards Ben's and check what's going on" What seems to be the problem here Tennyson?

Nothing much but bones. "Said Ben"

Hmm well let's better head to where Crazy Mcrazy is heading to. "Said Kevin"

Hey i'm gonna go up in that sand dune over there, maybe we can find something at higher grounds. "Said Adora"

'While they are heading towards the direction of the sand dune Kevin suddenly saw movement in under the sand" Somethings over there!

They then look at where Kevin is pointing but saw nothing

What is it Kevin? "Ben asked"

I saw movement in the sand dune. "He replied"

Maybe the sand is getting to your head. "Gwen said"

Yeah maybe your just seeing things. "Said Ben"

Adora then went above the sand dune then suddenly started shaking which all of them were alerted" Look out! "Kevin yelled" which then Adora fell down from the sand dune. Ben then slammed the Ultimatrix transforming into a plasma-based life-form whose body is composed of a super hot inner plasma body covered by a dark red or brown rocks. As a fire-based entity, his body radiates high amounts of heat. His feet have a slight oval-like design with only two toes and one back toe. His tongue is also made of fire

Heatblast! "Ben yelled"

He started shooting fireballs at the snake which Gwen follow up by throwing mana disc at the snake which damage him for a bit"

Take that you overgrown reptile. "Said Ben"

Then suddenly 2 more snakes appeared out of other sand dunes.

Well looks like there's more of them. "Said Kevin

Yeah I think we should run. "Said Heatblast as he transform back into Ben and then they started running away form the snakes which they manage to escape from them"

Okay to review, the plants are evil, tech doesn't work, and there are angry sand burrowing snakes around. So I think we're getting the hang of this. "Said Adora"

"Glimmer then groaned and said" Adora, why can't I just teleport us to the center of the Waste?

Because you don't know where it is and would run out of power before we made it. "Said Bow"

Oh thank you for reminding me that my power is limited. You think I don't know that. "Said Glimmer until he fell inside a quick sand which Adora jump in to save her"

Well they're dead. "Said Kevin"

"Then Glimmer teleported beside them and said" I'm fine

Um what about Adora? "Ben asked which Glimmer groaned and teleported to grab her"

And quicksand that's our list of things to avoid. Wow I'm learning so much today. "Adora said"

Did something hit her in the head? "Ben asked"

Who knows? "Kevin replied"

Adora you know we support you all the way. "Bow said" But maybe we are not ready for this.

We just need a little rest. "Said Adora"

A little? Are you serious about this? "Kevin asked from a soft tone to furious tone"

Don't worry I will figure out how to build a shelter. "Said Adora"

And how would we do that in a desert full of sand? "Kevin rhetorically asked"

Or we could go there. "Ben pointed at a large skeleton"

Okay, problem solve. We'll get out of the heat, and maybe there's a map or water inside. "Said Adora as they headed to the large skull of a skeleton"

As there heading to it Kevin said" Not gonna lie you're friend has lost her mind.

Adora I doubt there's anything useful and the Crimson Waste has been abandoned for a hundred of- "Bow was cut off when Adora open a curtain to see people. They all are drinking, sharpening there tools but then they started staring towards at the team.

I can't tell if we're hallucinating or we are just given wrong information. "Said Kevin"

Well while you guys get information, me, Kevin and Gwen will stay outside and discuss some things. "Said Ben"

Yeah seriously Adora has gone coocoo front the moment we went to this Crimson Wasteland. "Said Kevin"

Yeah maybe we are just wasting our time. It could be some old distress signal held by a skeleton of an old civilization. "Said Kevin"

Well I don't really know. "Said Ben before they heard struggles inside the cantina which they entered in a rush to see a lizard person grabbing Bow and Glimmer from behind while Adora was grabbed by th ecollar by a goat lady

We don't like outsiders here. "Said the humanoid goat woman as she grabbed Adora" since the Crimson waste didn't take care of you, we will.

Oh more outsider. Will you look at these you think you are though boy? So you think you can beat us? "Said the goat like woman before laughing"

No But I suggest you shouldn't get tangled in Spidermonkey's webs. "Ben said as he activated the Ultimatrix and slammed it but instead he transform into a nine feet tall orange and white bipedal tiger like being with one black claw coming out of each wrist and no tail. He is also muscular and has green eyes and black stripes on his shoulders, head, legs, and upper body as well as a white jaw, neck, chest, stomach, hands, and feet.

Rath! "Ben yelled"

Oh this is gonna be good. "Said Kevin with enthusiasm"

Kevin it is not the time to-, okay maybe you're right. "She admittedly change her mind"

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING GOAT LADY AND LIZARD BOY YOU BETTER LET GO OF THEM OR RATH WILL MAKE SURE I WILL CUT YOU PIECE BY PIECE AND FEED YOUR END TRAILS TO SNAKES. "Rath yelled"

Then 2 of them released of Adora, Bow and Glimmer and walk towards Rath

then someone throws a bottle at Rath

Excuse me overgrown feline let's see who's weak. "Said a reptilian like person while standing along with many other wastelanders except 1 cloaked figure who stayed on her sit"

OH YOU DARE CHALLENGE RATH I SEE. WELL TRY IF YOU CAN CAUSE RATH IS THE STRONGEST. "Rath yelled which then every wastelanders in catina proceed to charge at Rath but then Rath grabbed a table which he twirl his arms above his head and threw it at 3 wastelanders knocking them back at the process, one then charge at Rath with a dagger which then Rath jump and twirl kick them in a perfect timing and knock back into another one. They all continue fighting Rath but non manage to hit a scratch on him while Gwen and Kevin just watch Rath while siting vacant chairs they found"

So are you guys gonna help Ben? "Adora asked"

Uh don't worry he can handle it plus it's just fun watching Rath kicking some butt. "Kevin stated while Rath a person besides them"

Plus I never seen Ben this aggressive before. "Bow stated"

That's Rath for you. "Kevin said which just confused the 3 of them"

Ben's fine it's just Appoplexian DNA that made Ben strong, overcompetitive, and highly aggressive. "Said Gwen"

You're also okay with this Gwen? "Glimmer asked"

Yeah why not, we have seen Rath beat more people than this plus he's very entertaining. "Gwen said which made Adora, Bow and Glimmer concern"

Don't worry sit back and relax and let Rath handle it. "Kevin said"

We are wasting time here."Said Adora before asking Ben" Hey Ben can't we please just negotiate with them we're losing time?

"Adora then groan which made Kevin said" Don't waste time with Rath. He only knows punching as the best solution to every problem.

He then went to a last standing person who just froze in fear

LET ME TELL SOMETHING YOU THINK YOU CAN BEAT RATH HUH. WELL FORGET IT RATH IS POWERFUL " Rath said as he grab and throw him to another guy who just regain his footing"

Then the bartender grab Rath behind and said" Alright enough with the damages.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING CANTINA LADY, NOTHING IS ENOUGH UNLESS RATH SAID IT IS. "Rath said as he then grab her from behind and threw her outside. Then everyone inside the Cantina where knocked out, scared and beaten.

WHO WANTS SOME MORE?! "Rath asked"

I think that's enough. "Said a lilac-coloured skin with pointy ears, and white hair styled in a tight ponytail with a single strand flipping out in the front. She has greenish yellow eyes and a narrow pupil in the middle. She appears to have a spiral shaped marking on the top left side of her head, and two stripe markings on her right thigh. She has a very defined and muscular build. She wears two red bands with a tattered grayish-purple waistcoat with faded golden pieces, one on each side of her shoulders."

OH YOU SOME PUNCHES TOO. "Said Rath"

They're 2 rules in the Crimson waste. One the strong makes the rules and two don't disturb when I eat and you broke 2 "Said the woman"

HEY IF THE STRONG MAKES THE RULES THEN RATH MAKE THE RULES "Rath yelled as he then extended his 2 claws"

Okay now this is getting better. "Kevin excitedly said"

Oh let see then. "The strong woman said"

Then Rath started charging at the woman but the woman just stood still until Rath was about to land a punch but then the woman evade the punch by grabbing his arm and threw him back behind the counter.

Ooo now thats gotta hurt. "Bow commented"

Now this is where the fun begins. "Said Kevin

OK I WAS JUST GOING ON EASY ON YOU BUT NOW YOU HAVE CHANGE MY MIND. "Rath yelled which he threw 3 bottles towards the woman she blocked then Rath appeared infront of her which Rath which followed up with a punch at her which she then retaliate by punching Rath back and then Rath retaliate by punching again until Rath then Grab her and lifted her and then charges towards a rib which they then break through it and arrived outside which Rath then threw her back inside and her landed at table then suddenly Rath reenter jump and was about to elbow drop at her until a pink barrier appeared midair stoping Rath in the process

Okay fun's over. "Said Gwen

Oh come on Gwen, it was about to get good. "Kevin Compained to which Gwen replied" He could killed her.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING MANA BEARER MADE BY GWEN TENNYSON I'LL DESTROY. "Rath yelled as he then started punching the mana barrier"

Ben that's enough. "Gwen yelled"

Fine. "Rath groan as he then slammed the Ultimatrix transforming back to human"

Are you okay? "Gwen asked while helping her stand up"

Thanks for the help but I really don't need it. "She said"

Sorry for almost elbow droping on you. "Ben apologized"

Don't worry about I'm just fine anyway and kids what are you doing asking this lowlifes for help? Don't you know you can't trust anyone in the Crimson Waste? "The Woman said as Adora's impress by her with glowing eyes while Glimmer and Bow stood behind her and Alien Force soon stood beside them."

Actually a second ago we though no one is in this wasteland. "Said Ben"

Scoundrels, outlaws, criminals all of them are here. Be careful kids. "The woman warned them as she walks away"

Wow. We need her. "Adora said"

What? "Glimmer replied as Adora walk towards her"

Excuse me? Hi can I join you? Great. "Adora asked"

I'm Adora, this is Bow, Glimmer, Ben, Gwen and Kevin And we came to-"She was cut off"

Blondie, Bow, Glitter, Shifter, boy, redhead got it. Huntara. Now what do you want? "She asked"

It's Glimmer actually. Princess Glimmer. "Glimmer corrected"

Oh a princess, me, too. I'm the princess of the Crimson Waste. Can you tell? Or I'm not sparky enough for you? "Hunters asked"

We're looking for something in the center of the Crimson Waste . It's important we find it. It seem like you this place pretty well. Can you take us? "Adora asked"

Hey did you not hear what she said Adora? "Kevin asked" About not trusting anyone as in anyone?

Well yeah but she save us while saying that so she can't be all that bad. "Adora replied which just made Kevin skeptical and then she then asking Huntara" So what do you say?

"Bow started to laugh nervously and said" Excuse use for a moment.

They started talking to each other along with Alien Force.

You sure about this Adora? All scary people are scared of Huntara, which is not usually a good sigh. "Said Bow"

We could just ask for a map or- "Glimmer was cut off"

A map won't get us past the scary plants or quicksand, or whatever else is out there.. We need a guide. "Adora said"

Hey we rather fight mindless plants and pass a little quicksand than being ambush. "Said Kevin"

Kevin is right Adora we must not be rash about this. "Ben said"

Ben this is the only way we can find the center of the Crimson Waste. "Said Adora"

You sure about that while you were leading us to our deaths. "Kevin said"

If I say no. You'll go out there by yourselves, and get killed is that it? "Huntara asked"

I mean not ideally, but yeah. "Glimmer answered"

Huntara then grabbed her spear and then it shorten which she place behind her. And said" Looks like you got yourselves a guide.

Great. See guys problem solved. "Adora said while shaking her hands"

Ben, Gwen, and Kevin was reluctant on follower her which they look at there surroundings and was suspicious by each of individual in the room

I don't know about this but I don't trust her. "Said Gwen"

Me too Tennyson, something about this feels off. "Kevin said"

I know I think we should keep an eye on them. "Said Ben"

As they were about to leave Ben saw 4 individuals leaving at the same time before them which caught Ben's suspicions.

Minutes later as they follow Huntara

So, heh, for a place that's supposed to be uninhabitable, the Crimson Waste is sure habited. "Said Adora"

Crimson Waste takes in all sorts. They come running from the law, from their enemies from different kingdoms. "Huntara answered

From the Horde? "Adora asked"

The War will destroy all those idiots caught up in it.

So What are you running from? "Ben asked"

Then Huntara suddenly snap and threw her spear at a bug beside Ben

Hey whats gives? "Ben asked loudly"

Huntara doesn't run from anything. You got that? I want to be here. "She replied defensively"

Yeah but was it necessary to throw a spear close to him. You could have killed him. "Kevin stated"

Sorry I was just grabbing that bug. "She replied grabbing the spear and ate the bug"

As Huntara walks toward the direction she's going but then was stop by Adora. Adora then grab a rock and threw it landing on quick sand

Huh. Not bad,Blondie. "She said"

What can i say? I'm a fast learner. "Adora said"

Cocky. Heh. I like that. Give it some time, you'll do well here. "Huntara said"

No thanks. This has been a really terrible, snake-filled day. Honestly, I don't know what we would've done without you. "Adora said"

Minutes later

Um Adora we need to talk. "Said Ben"

Okay. "Said Adora"

I think she's leading us to a trap. "Said Ben"

What do you mean? She is helping us. "Said Adora"

Don't be naive i think she could be acting and trying to send us to a death trap. "Said Kevin"

I think we should trust Adora she doesn't seem to be bad. "Said Bow"

Oh like throwing a spear close to me. Plus who would do that unless she try to save you from a snake or something dangerous."Said Ben"

Come on guys. We should trust her, she is the only one who could help us. "Said Adora"

Adora I know we trust you about this but I don't think we should trust her. "Gwen Said"

Tennyson is right, plus she is defensive of her past. She is probably some dangerous criminal who probably to escape from whatever prison,law or kingdom and fled here. "Said Kevin"

Come on she may have a dark past but maybe she is a change criminal or whatever. "Said Adora"

Plus it's a bit coincidental that there were 4 guys left that cantina or whatever while you guys talked to her. "Said Kevin

Come on guys I think you are just paranoid. "Said Adora"

Adora I really think we shouldn't trust her she i know she is leading us to a different direction. "Said Ben"

So are you guys gonna blaber there or are we gonna head to the center? "Huntara asked"

Yeah we are coming. " Said Adora"

An hour later

We should say something. "Bow whispered"

No, we are supporting her. Now, shh. "Said Glimmer"

You Shush. Shh. "Bow shushed Glimmer as Glimmer shush Bow"

They then continue shushing each other until

Will two shut up your getting on my nerves. "Said Kevin"

Something doesn't feel right. "Said Gwen"

I know. "Ben replied while they weren't looking Bow had grabbed Adora's attention"

Listen Adora, I know my tracker pad isn't working, but I'm pretty sure we're going the wrong direction, definitely a different way than we'd been going. "Said Bow"

Hey wouldn't be going anywhere without Huntara and now you 2 are now doubting me? This is probably just a shortcut "Said Adora"

Hmm yeah a convenient place to set a trap. "Said Kevin while looking at his surroundings with spike like rock formations around them"

We're here. "Huntara Reported"

They then followed Huntara and reach to a large crater with a large rock in the center which they head down to the rock.

Gwen check your surroundings. "Ben whispered to Gwen"

Gwen eyes started to glow and suddenly she was alerted and threw a mana disk at a rock which alerted Adora Bow and Glimmer. Ben then slammed his Ultimatrix transforming him into a a plasma-based life-form whose body is composed of a super hot inner plasma body covered by a dark red or brown rocks. Heatblast! "Ben yelled"

For the Honor of Graysk! "Adora yelled but then one of the attackers kick her sword out of her hands which she then grabbed it"

Gwen how many are there. "Heatblast asked"

Four of them. "She answered"

I knew something was up. "Said Kevin as he coated himself will the rock on the center"

Ben then generate a large flaming wave to the direction but manage to evade it in time. The enemiea continue shooting darts at them manage to hit Gwen and Bow.

Gwen, Bow. "Heatblast yelled"

You'll pay for that. "Kevin yelled heading towards Huntara manage to push through one of her men

Kevin them convert his hands into weapons one is hammer and other is a large mace he continued by swinging it at her but manage to evade every attack which she counter attack with a kick knocking him back into the crater which also knock him out. Glimmer tries to attack the other enemies but she then got hit by the dart tranquilizing her in the process. Adora continued evading attacks and darts while Ben continued shooting flames at enemies which keep dodging it. Ben and Adora regroup which Huntara with the sword of protection and her crew holding Bow's Bow and quiver then also regroup and stood infront of Ben and Adora.

Huntara why? "Adora asked"

Outsider are a risk to all of us. I did tell you not to trust anyone Blondie. You should have listen to your shapeshilfting friend there. "Huntara answered"

Yeah blondie you should have listen and now your friends will be dead cause of it "Said the goat like woman which Adora frowned at" Oh what now gonna cry you 2 oh don't worry we will make sure you 2 join them "Which Angered Ben"

How dare you! "Heatblast yelled which then his heat grows then blast a lare burst of flames but most of them dodge but one of them manage to be hit by the flame in there left shoulder which made him shriek of pain. When one of them tried to retreat Heatblast suddenly appeared infront of him and then hit him with a fire ball.

Hunatara we must get out of here. He has gone berserk. "The Goat woman said which all of them started retreating"

Ben was about to go after them but suddenly.

Ben! Please thats enough. "Adora pleaded which Ben looked at her with a face of anger which frighten Adora a few second had process which Ben then saddeed"

I-m I'm sorry. "Heatblast apologized which he then transformed back into Ben" I'm sorry I lost control. "Ben said before he then went to the others waking them up"

A few minutes later

We've been tricked, robbed and temporarly paralized. "Glimmer said furiously"

And bamboozled. "Kevin continued"

Not helping Kevin. "Gwen said"

And now we are stuck here in the middle of- "Glimmer was interupted"

Glimmer! "Bow interupped Glimmer which they all looked at sad Adora"

Adora? "Ben calling out for Adora"

Having this mission made me feel in control. "Adora said"

More like out of control. "Kevin said"

Kevin! "Gwen nagged Kevin"

After the last few days I really needed it I needed answers. If i though if I found anything about Mara, I'd found out more about myself. Where I came from and why."She said"

And we'll still get those answers. We're not beat yet. Sure, this road trip has been kind of a disaster. "Said Bow"

Pretty standard for us honestly. "Said Glimmer"

But we know you're going through a lot. "Said Gwen"

And make sure we got your back. "Said Ben"

Besides, it's not like you stole our weapons and left us stranded. "Said Glimmer"

So that is why and find those fools and make sure they pay for what they done. "Said Kevin as he cracking his knuckles"

Well they left there trail over there. "Kevin pointed out"

Meanwhile at a camp

What do you think this one does? "The Goat woman asked as the arrow accidentally set off a net onto her which then Huntara cut and said" Stop messing around.

Come on, we're just having fun."The goat woman said" Didn't you see the shock on those outsiders' faces.

Shock? Who do you think are the ones who got burned here. "One of the goon said pointed at his burned arm and shoulder"

Oh come on its your fault you were burned. "Said the goat woman"

Oh and you think its easy to dodge a fire created by a crazy guy who can turn into creatures!"He replied angerly"

Enough you two, stop wasting time with them."Huntara yelled"

Oh, look at this. I think Huntara liked them. Are you feeling guilty?"She teased which Huntara dropped the sword as she then rush and grab her and push her towards a rock and said" I did what I had to to keep us all safe"

"Then the Goat woman laugh and said" You mean, keep yourself safe. You act so tough, but you're running scared from something just like the rest of us.

"Huntara then threw a fist besides her face and said" I don't run away from anything. I am Huntara of the Crimson Waste.

Then was interrupted by Glimmer shoot her magic at her face and said" Nice.I'm Princes Glimmer of Bright Moon and I sparkle." She said as she shoot magic at the goat woman. Glimmer tried to grab the sword stuck at the ground but was then kicked away by Huntara grabbing the sword in the process."

Forgot about me? "Ben asked as they then look at him distracting them when Glimmer grab the bow and quiver and teleported away to give it to Bow which then Ben slammed his Ultimatrix transforming into a small monkey-like alien with four arms, two legs, three fingers on each hand and three toes on each foot, blue fur over a dark blue center, and a tail with two stripes near the tip.

Spidermonkey!

"Ben yelled and said after making a monkey noise" Well lets see how can spider monkey beat you guys since he was originally mean't to be your opponent in the cantina" Which then 2 of the other goons charge at him which then Spidermonkey then jump above them which he also kick both of them in the process knocking them out. Kevin and Bow chased after the goat woman dodging attacks while Adora fights Huntara and Glimmer fights the lizard goon partnered with the goat goon. Ben then went to help Adora to fight Huntara shooting webs at her but manage to free herself and He was about to lay a punch at her but Huntara then evade it and grabbed his tale and slammed him to the ground which she then pointed the sword at him and said"I have enough of you."But then Adora then headbutted her and then kicked her and which hunatara dropped the sword which then Spidermonkey grabbed the sword with his web and said as he swing his web for the sword to reach her." Adora, Its She-Ra time which frighten Huntara"

They then continued forward opening doors and go to rooms which some release more bats which they then about to open the last door which they prepare for bats swarming pass them.

I-"She was disturbed when the hologram started to glitch and then repeated the same line she said a while ago which then to Adora's disappointment she realize its just a recording"

"Huntara challenged the unknown person" but suddenly tranquilizer dart was shot hitting both Glimmer and Bow but Gwen manage to Block shot for Ben and Kevin but failed to block the dart that hit her. Kevin manage to coat himself with metal and then another dart came to him Ben but Kevin manage to block it with his metal coated hand and breaks it to pieces.

Okay whoever is there show yourself and i won't be putting you six feet under. "Kevin said slamming his fist a with his hands which then the same goat and lizard beings came out the shadows along with new forces beside them another group of different reptilian wastelanders which Huntara was familiar with"

Well that is why they joined me."Said Catra as she revealed herself out of the shadows"Hey, Adora."She said as she then snapped her fingers to order them to blow darts at them. Huntara took the first wave of shots before falling to the ground from the dart while Adora went to grab her sword as Kevin charges towards Catra's goons while Ben struggle to try activate his Ultimatrix as he was tryng to dodge darts from many direction. Adora was about to grab the sword but then Catra suddenly grabbed it using a whip she was carrying and took it away from her which then Scorpia appeared out of the shadows as she grabs Adora which she then knocked her unconscious meanwhile Kevin Manage to distract the others from hitting Ben with the darts before getting knock out by Scorpia when hitting him with a stun baton which Ben then slammed the Ultimatrix which turn him into Blitzwolfer an alien that resembles a wolf which they shoot darts at him but Blitzwolfer manage to repel the darts away from him using a sonic howl which one of the dart hit the other soldiers they then attempt to escape along with a captured Adora and a stolen sword which then Ben follow and try to catch up to them in a haste but then Ben was manage to be hit by one of the darts making him weak but he continued trying chasing them but they manage to escape due to his weaken state after being hit with the darts which then Ben transform back into Ben he then tried continue moving forward muttering angerly"I cant fail now I won't let another lunatic destroy the universe."He said before he then fell onto the ground unconscious.

Later he was woke up by Huntara along with Gwen, Kevin, Glimmer and Bow. Ben then stood up and run outside in a haste which his friends followed him but it was to late they manage to escape. Ben fell onto his knees and yelled"No they escape and its my fault"

No Ben its not your fa-"Glimmer was cutted by Ben"

You can say that all you want Glimmer but its my fault I let them escape."He yelled at her which shocked the rest of them" I let them escape with the key that can destroy this Etheria along with our universe with it and they had getaway with it.

Ben calm down, we must think this thru."Gwen said"

Calm down? They have the sword Gwen, they have the key that can open a portal which may bring in the rest of the Horde they may use to open to our world and this is nothing to worry about?"Ben replied angerly"

Ben calm down they probably needed to configure some stuff before they could even use it so we probably have time."Said Bow, Ben was about to say something but then he thinks for a moment which he then said" Fine but we must head there quickly "He then look at the opposite direction and muttered" We are gonna stop them and we will make sure they will never open that portal
