Chapter 7: Recorded Truths Come Out VIII
"Yeah I know, I decided if we ran a few security checks, engine tests and so on, that helps in the delay. As it was enough as we left at the new time, but this had nothing to do with Carter. But he must have thought I busted him even before I busted him and lost it, but his attempt to bait me was halted by Billy and I took charge after that remark."
"But it crossed my mind in why he panicked, just why was he so desperate to leave, and doing it before you and our precinct arrives and it hit me. They were sneaking aboard a dangerous amount of contraband that looks like it could be the ingredients. And to bomb or IED now, but that did it as I told the guards to restrain him so we could check."
"But the second I did, he paled as he realized I was right and he very nearly missed killing everyone as I got to co pilot and told them to pull it over." he said and Weine nodded gently to that news as that cemented it then for him at that. That the boy in front of him was innocent of all charges as he went to the final questioning gently at that.
"You said that Carter caused a pile up in the aisle that barely missed that tank?" he asked and Alex nodded. "Yeah in fact if that tank went off it could have destroyed the wall in either direction, Mr. Murnau had the seat right next to the Emergency escape hatch. And a couple had the other seat across the cabin that if it had gone off when it hit the floor."
"And it could have hit either door and killed someone." he said and Weine nodded to the news sternly as he answered him gently. "This starts a second time, we could use your help later." he said and Alex nodded. "Sure thing, but it does start again and I won't know for sure, but we could be looking at a hiatus, till he thinks, whoever it is now.
"That just tried to kill us takes aim a second time, but it was close that any closer could mean that whatever I learn is the key point. As by then we know he was waiting and for us to let our guards down right now to start." he said and they nodded. "And once they do, we'll know if he possessed Carter or not." he said and Alex nodded to him gently.
"Either he doesn't know or he does, and he's using that as a way to get back at me for getting him kicked of the plane." he said and Weine nodded sternly to that. "And that is beyond cold blooded too right now, but what makes him think. That we'll take whatever he says seriously right now, when we know he blames you for getting him arrested."
"But his actions are his alone here." he said and Alex Browning nodded gently as he answered him then. "And until they come with another reason why the plane blew, we stick to what I just told you right now after what just happened." he said and they nodded as they ended it at that. "Wait, if he asks...?" Shreck said and Alex nodded to him gently.
"What is discussed between us and you is private, so he has to wait for his turn, but the added plans, my being a volunteer is something that is not coming out. And until after the haitus comes to an end, if it does end right now." he said and they nodded in agreement, hiding a smile as they looked at him gently, as he got up and left the room.
Medical Emergencies And Realizations-Weine's POV:
As he was getting up, Agent Wesley Weine watched him, as he saw sweat break out on his face. "Alex?" he said gently, just as his legs gave out and he quickly grabbed him. "Get a medical team in here now!" he shouted as he removed his jacket and put it under his head and as he laid him down. "Jim, Allison get in here, now!" Agent Maxwell Shreck shouted out and the duo came running in. "Just getting up and the come down hit him." Weine said to them at this quickly.
"Wait a damn second, there's blood on the floor." she said as she quickly checked and then spotted it. "There!" James, 'Jim' Campbell said, pointing at his upper arm. "He did get hit by the blast, Doctor, we need you in here, he's hurt." Weine snapped and the doctor came running in as they slammed the door shut. 'Alex, come on buddy wake up, come on.' Shreck said to him softly as Weine ran his hand through his hair then as they exchanged furious looks then.
"God, alright that's it, I asked if anyone needed medical attention and she jumps over the question, I call this attempted murder, she's done." Siegel said to them and they both nodded in agreement to that. "Yeah she's done, if it wasn't for that cut to his arm, I'd see this as he's suffering orthostatic hypotension, but no, the little shits just barely killed him here." Colonel, Doctor, James Hawkins said to him and he nodded sternly as they exchanged furious looks.
"If they think Eric is bad, I'm worse, Alex was only considering the safety of everyone on that plane, and if the tape deck on the black box survived it here. I know he suggested they stay here and my team agreed with him here, but these brats crossed a serious line." he added to them and he nodded, as they saw something fall out of the pocket and he grabbed it. "The first bottle was Speed, this one is..., this is an hallucinogen." Weine said to him and he nodded.
"Oh my god, he forgot he had these still in his pocket, and they forgot they gave it to him." Barnfield said to him and he nodded. "Well there is no getting out of claiming this is anything but a acid trip, driving up said hallucination so far up it's clear they never considered we could use this. To have them expelled once we find those little brats right now." Campbell said and they and the doctor all nodded sternly as they and Siegel exchanged stern looks at this turn of events.
"Acid trip mixed into speed and straight Alcohol here, yeah okay, but those three together could kill." the doctor said sternly and he nodded. 'Well someone's in big trouble, he kept the bottle cap, and they passed him the pill bottles, yeah no use claiming this as a genuine vision, it's all drug related. Drug related, we can't trust this vision or the others, and do this the old fashioned way starting now." Weine said and the duo nodded in agreement to that sternly as he said it.
"Everything he told us was true, right on target, there is no claiming this as anything but an acid trip, but speed-balling with the alcohol, but one bottle now. Is speed, the other this, and all we're missing is the alcohol, but he gave us the second bottle, so where is the one that got used for a demo right now?" Siegel asked and he nodded. "Yeah that's two, then where is the bottle cap we need for this." the paramedic next to Hawkins said firmly and the trio nodded sternly.
"That's two and then there's..." Shreck started to say and saw a screw cap also fall out of his pocket, and picked it up. "Jack Daniels Old No. 7, all of 3 of these combined together, to cause this in addition to his getting shot by the window when it exploded." Hawkins said to him and he nodded. "What we got here?" their supervisor asked as he came in with Agent Jim Block right behind him then. "Cub here is like Sam." Weine said to him and he nodded to him.
"He wasn't kidding when he said I knew him, after Jared told me, he was looking between careers here, but this brat just chose for him right now here. As a result, but what you saw in his records, is only half the story, Dave knows the rest boys." he said and the trio nodded sternly and he nodded. "Jared, Dave and Eric's commander at the base were the ones training him the team in question was Eric's team, they were training him." he said and Weine nodded to him.
"So Alex never gets in trouble, and one shot to make sure we got the right person, and he immediately tells us everything." he said and head Agent Peter Adams nodded. "The stupid brat has been drinking so much, that his chance at making sure nothing came into screwing up their master plan did blow it here now. And like Alex said, don't want to play your card too soon, don't say anything that would expose you." he said and Weine nodded in stern agreement.
"And we got our perp as well said is Carter Horton and his gang, but Alex is like Sam, and Carter Horton is like Friedkin." he said and their commander nodded. "So Alex to Sam Lawton, what about his own girlfriend?" he asked and Agent Jim Block said it gently. "She's like Molly." he said to him and he nodded. "Alex laid into him when you sent me to double check, needless to say he was pissed this kid's idiocy brings me back into it this soon right now at the moment."
"After telling him I didn't want to hear this twice, he and Clear Rivers, that's his girlfriend, capitulated to my request and Wes and Max's with me." he said and they nodded. "Well we know what the hell caused this, but this fell out of his pocket." Weine said, passing him the bottles and the screw cap, before finding something else in his jeans and then yanked it out and nodded. "We got every bit of evidence we need, Carter did this." Agent Peter Adams said sternly.
"So in trying to frame him for drugs, they nearly kill him but he can't get up without getting dizzy." Allison Barnfield said to them and he nodded. "Jason get that gurney, he needs to stay laying down right now." he said just as Alex's eyes opened. "God if I ever needed another reason never to screw with that stuff, this was it, my head is pounding." he said and Weine nodded gently as he answered. "Us too, but the kid's crossed a line." he said and Hawkins said it to that.
"Easy son, stay down, you passed out on us." he said and he nodded. "Well we know they forgot they passed you the evidence needed to claim it as anything but drug related right now in this case, but this crossed a serious line." Shreck said to him and he nodded. "Well Carter is finished in school when Hancock finds out, but this is what these idiots go through in the case of this crap, this is why I know better then to screw with it." he said and they nodded gently.
"As in Jason Hancock?" Shreck asked and he nodded. "Hancock and Anderson are the principal and vice principal: Jason Hancock is the vice Principal, and Damian Anderson is the principal, while Jake Porter is still the school psychiatrist here." he said and he nodded. "Perfect, I can appeal right to them, and tell them their own teacher had a nervous breakdown out of fear right now, when said vision was a fake." he said and Weine and Adams nodded in agreement.
And to that remark. "Yeah and your mother is a nurse and your grandfather is medical doctor, but when in training, I was your M.D.." Hawkins said to him and he nodded. "Find anything yet?" he asked and they nodded. "The damn thing is in pieces all over the beach right now." Adams said to him and he nodded. "The lake, 3 miles from here?" he asked and they nodded and he gave a nod as he answered him at the remark then firmly at that as he said it.
"Yeah I figured here, that area is easy to see where what could come down, but in truth here is this and bad news for these idiots is I knew this too well. But the idiots were carrying 15 bottles each, one of the bags was clearly the dynamite or C-4 to destroy the wall." he said and they all nodded firmly at that. "So these brats were clearly trying to put the blame on you, but never considered we'd see this as they're trying to kill Eric, Larry and Jane at the moment."
"But I take it you figured out the motive and they all paled at that?" Adams asked and he nodded. "Yeah I did and the quintet never considered that thought at all as once you heard this you'd see this as a reason to consider attempted murder in addition to amateur terrorism." he said and they nodded. "Before they get arrested for the other charges, and this one tops the cake right now." Weine said to this news and Alex nodded to that as he explained it to him at that.
"My cabin and Clear's are 1/2 a mile away from the crash site, we live across that area, so if this was me you suspected, you'd check first my cabin. And then her's, but trying to get across the lake to the border is doomed to failure if this is not over, but just starting and the damn idiot doesn't realize this. But you been around us so long you can get in our heads, if he destroys anything else to get you off his case here." he said and they all nodded as he said it.
"Those suitcases his gang had are like the suitcases on the movie here, that they, if they end up in areas that are beyond soft, say snow or sand now in truth. It's a case of where a crash like this right now, can result in the weight of whatever was in those things to drive it deep into where it landed here. So wherever they landed it's going to drive it so far into the sand or snow here now, it's you're going to have to use a rock to jar it loose." he said and they nodded.
"Great, and you told us this, but we told you where it landed and you can lead us right to it, after you recovered enough to start here." the fifth agent with them said and he nodded to him. "Joe Shea?" he asked and the man nodded. "Yeah that's right son, and nice to meet you." he said and he nodded. "Based on what I saw on Carter, I see he's like the little brats that were picking on the captain in the movie, him or the narrator." Weine said and he nodded sternly.
"If you think he's bad now, just wait at the moment, you recall Emilio's former coach when he was no older then the team?" he asked and they nodded. "Well that's what these guys are like, in losing his temper, but these idiots are as sick of the scrutiny as you are of the arrests right now. But he's like the Soc that ended up dead, his entire gang is like this." he said and they nodded. "Great, we're now getting involved in these arrests." Shreck said to this news gently.
'Well better get ready these guys are all like the Socs, or the little brats in The Mighty Duck movies, mommy and daddy gave them everything here. Rich kid, and these idiots in truth are that stupid here right now and are letting them run wild, but you know this, the real ones that earned that free ride. Are the ones that worked hard for it here, he's a C+ student, and can barely make A- average, so he even tries this, and you're going to catch him within a month here."
"As to that, that's the real difference, and Uncle Jared trained me in how to handle this, but training in every department you guys do is the big one. If he tries to go for bank fraud in order to change his name he's not going to last long when you and Abagnale are still doing that right now." he said and the agent nodded gently. "At the moment, I'm retired on that kiddo, but this kid wants to get passed my successor, he better try harder." he said and Alex nodded then.
"Yeah I know, but trying to get you off his case, by blowing up another car, trying arson by destroying someone's gas tank and I know her kitchen stove. Said is on a propane tank, is not going to work, as he's only making his situation worse with every action no matter what he does he can't get you off his case." he said and he nodded. "And if he thought that I'm bad in dealing with Frank, Rick's worse where a teenage arsonist is." he said and they nodded to that sternly.
"Horton was in shock that Alex knew about that Joe." Block said and he nodded with an amused look on his face. "How could he not, this man is a well known con artist and skilled in counterfeit checks, but to be a federal agent, to catch a criminal, you need to get in their heads, and Frank was no older then Alex. When I encountered him here at the time, but that story was 80% true, and no hotshot can duplicate it whatsoever." he said and Alex nodded to that gently.
"Well if he tries to keep setting me up for this, and you're going to know he lost his mind finally, as I don't drink or take drugs, and with it here is this. But these idiots had a nervous breakdown out of stress and fear of having to repeat the year and graduating next school term here at the moment. But he never considered that, once you told me where it crashed I can lead you right to it, and you got the names of your perps." he said and they all nodded gently.
"That or we had a stowaway on board, and his bag was the 6-piece of dynamite taped together to blow a hole in that wall right now, but with you carrying it. The evidence, there is no way in hell Carter and his gang are getting away with this, once we find the quartet." Weine said to him and he nodded. "Well the idiots clearly never considered, they give me the evidence, and they blew their chance to claim fear of those visions being real." he said and they nodded.
"I could consider this as a schizophrenic breakdown, or a nervous breakdown, manifesting itself into an acute schizophrenia, not Hebephrenia, but the real one." Shreck said to him and he nodded. "You better get your fathers involved in this, as they're not going to take it well, and can't trust their state of minds." he said and they all nodded. "Yeah he had a psychotic break out of desperation here." Adams said to that and Weine nodded as he said it to him gently.
"Whatever you told the guys and Howard, once we see this thing in the clear sunlight, your theory is going to come in handy right now." he said to him and he nodded. "Well what I told you a bit ago is all true, I never get in trouble, and my record is so clean, that all the Chief needs to hear is drinking and teenager. And know it's one of the Horton gang, or Carter Horton himself." he said and Adams nodded. "Well that makes this more simple." Adams said to this gently.
"So who are the duo?" he asked and Alex smiled as Barnfield ran her hand through the hair at the top of his head. "They're locals of my home-town, but their names are Allison Barnfield and Jim Campbell, chance encounter had them on duty tonight at the same time we were about to leave." he said and Adams nodded to him gently at that. "My mentor is Uncle's Jim subordinate and he's a spec ops, so though I had training in all areas here, in truth now is this."
"But I would never do something like this, and the issue these guys don't seem to get is even if they did try to frame me for murder here right now. It's hearing his trigger sentence, and you know the pattern just started, as every time he sees me, he loses his temper here." he said and they all nodded. "So he sees you, loses his temper, and that night we have either a close call or just a murder, well that makes it more simple right now, if he's jinxed here."
"Then again, its you're with us, or Clear and their parents, or your's, and after he loses his temper, we get the call that someone's had a close call or worse. I don't think he realizes the impact of this right now, as to why, it's because if this is not over, but just starting, his own sanity is about to start unraveling here." Block said and Weine nodded. "But the plane, Todd, Terri, Lewton, this kid has gone completely of of control." Weine said to that and Shreck nodded to that.
"Well if this kid is just as bad as Frank was when I was still on Bank fraud and we know we got a problem here." Agent Joseph Shea said to this and they all nodded. "The idiot never considered, I knew that case right now Sir, in truth, is this but how the heck is he supposed to get passed you, by jumping states. Because you do federal and even out of state he can't escape you, but try to use this airport and you got him." he said and Shea nodded gently to that.
"The idiot is a C- minus, to B+ student so his trying to do what Abagnale pulled when you were you were no older then them right now, is not going to work. I know this and we debated this, and after you tried to corner him at the Miami International Airport." he said and Shea nodded to him gently at that. "Well you, this could easily go in the run around for 18 months months to 2 years before you give up or I cornered you in where your family originally came from."
"But no need, but this is why this was annoying me to no end that year, I'm being played by a near 18 year old, till I remember what his mother told me. And head to his mother's hometown in France, but this brat could never beat us, as you got your doubles in the cast playing you here right now in truth. But you're doing our research for us, as you make the connection here, but we could use all the help we can get, cub." he said and Alex nodded to him gently then.
"Well I'm basically like Harrison when he played Kimball in truth, this entire thing was driving Jones's character out of his mind out of frustration here. And with it, is the case of how many close call captures is it going to take before his luck runs out, as you're just as bad as the U.S. Marshals if not worse here. The idiot never considered I played him so easily I had you pointed at him from the second he lost his temper and attacked me." he said and they all nodded gently.
"I don't care what the little brat says, nothing is taking us off his case, ever, you already made a good first impression by getting into immediate conversation with us." Shreck said to him and he nodded. 'Well if she's this scared of me, you can't believe a word any of them says now, Max." he said and he and Weine nodded gently. "Yeah that's fine if you want to call us by name." Block said and he nodded. "Tell Clear this." he said and the trio nodded to him gently.
"I meant it when I told you that, we were always skirting around it, being friends for the entire 4 years, it wasn't till the last 6 months we decided to drop it. Said the evasiveness and make it clear, two of the girls in our class he, that's Todd was trying to impress but no, I don't want a girl that out of my league. I'm in love and have been with Clear since we were 16, just never got up the nerve to ask her out, but this idiot never considers one choice destroys a life."
"And leaves the former friend hating him for the rest of his life, but we're faking this till you do the reveal in the catch of they're alive or not." he said and Weine nodded sternly. "In which case what excuse could there be for not answering you immediately, as this basically says it all, to save themselves, they try to kill me. But no, not a chance in hell of that now, and with you being my mentor, they're in trouble now." he said and the man nodded gently to that remark.
"I asked if someone between you needed medical attention, if she never saw this, she stopped being a teacher from the second we realized you were right." Howard Siegel said to him and he nodded gently. "Where's your HQ going to be, guys?" he asked and Block's partner answered that one gently at that. "Your town precinct, son." he said and Alex nodded. "Your counterpart at the precinct, he's like Hammond." he said and they nodded sternly at that news.
"So who could do no wrong in their eyes, to who gets in trouble way too much?" he asked and Alex explained that to him. "Carter's got a record with them a mile long, my record is completely clean, I never get in trouble, but I'm a seasoned homicide Detective. So with those words, you want to get away with this, choose someone who gets in trouble a few times and for the very same penalty." he said and they all nodded to the remark at that.
"If this was done by me, I would cover my tracks so easily that you were all pointed at him." he said and they nodded sternly. "Cross and double cross, I set him up by leaving my juice cup just lying around, waiting for them to try it, but I told this my teacher, that's biology teacher. And she in turn told the duo, my teacher and her counterpart, but what they're about to tell you is a complete and total lie next, but to narrow it down for you now right now in this."
"George told Todd to get off the plane, Billy and Terri were edged out the door, I left so I could talk to the flight manager, and Clear left of her own accord. As for Ms. Lewton, she and Mr. Murnau, they were going to a new arrangement with the co pilot and she chose to stay behind. Though he already said he's staying here with me, as he's the only one that can control Carter in a loss of temper." he said and they both nodded sternly at that news.
"Murnau is a family friend, but I knew him all my life, he was my favorite teacher, he's been training me to speak the language since I was 6." he said and they nodded. "But between them, I would choose him anyway, because he would never put the blame on a student out of his own stupidity here now. And of letting them leave without checking that thing from top to bottom." he said and he nodded to the news as he answered him softly at that
"So George told him to get off the plane, but he never told him to do the same, the girl and the boy in that jersey were edged out the door here. Horton was arrested, and you were waiting for some sort of signal to leave the plane, so you could contact us and the cops, your friend chose you. And left of her own accord, and your teacher was going to a new arrangement with the co pilot." the agent said to clarify and he nodded to him gently.
"Murnau is our French teacher, but he's a family friend and I'm his star pupil." he said and the duo nodded gently at the news. "Star pupil, but in their eyes, golden child, I'm their favorite cub, I could do no wrong, I never get in trouble, which is what's going to be told to you immediately. My record speaks for itself, so you hear this from the chief and the judge you got your culprit, Carter is getting in trouble constantly." he said and they both nodded to him.
"Well that's enough to nail the coffin shut in this open and shut case, you told us everything we need to know and we see it immediately you're hurt. And we know you never did this right now, so you're off the hook." the agent said to him and he nodded to him. "These idiots all hated french class, but I'm completely fluent in French, my counterpart is Clear in that area." he said and they nodded with a slight smile at that news gently at that news.
"If this injury says anything, then the same penalty is for the alcohol, it's the glass bottle that you got shot by." Segiel said to him and he nodded gently at that remark then. "Yeah, but the trio immediately saw I was the good one, and knew he was the hell spawn here." he said and they all nodded sternly. "I got a lot of connections, here, but I was in training in three different areas, Chief David Goldberg's my other mentor."
"In the police in our town." he told him and he nodded in amazement. "Truth is I'm a cadet in training, you remember Wes, he was in training prior to getting in during the 4th season?" he asked and they both nodded. "I was in training from the time I was 13, Coach is my mentor." he said and they nodded. "Acting like a cadet in the eyes of the law, and you tried to arrest the terrorist for us: Carter." the leader of the duo said to him and he nodded.
"But Uncle Jim here is Hawthorne's military double, they're in rehab and are sick of the scrutiny, they try to frame someone else, and it backfired." he said and the man nodded sternly. "And you're the target for said backfire, I get it, son." he said and Alex nodded to him. "I didn't know how I knew it was going to go, but it either goes or it doesn't, but I wasn't sure, but it didn't hurt to check, in checking it from top to bottom, I mean what if I'm wrong."
"We leave on schedule, but what if I'm right, and goes in the middle of the launch, I wasn't taking the chance of that happening and decided to ground it. And get you up there, but the second I decided this, Carter started getting confrontational, started turning violent, and then assaulted me. Though I did nothing for him to attack me for, he lost it of his own accord here right now." he said and they both nodded as Shreck said it as he crossed his arms then.
"Well that kills his case in my eyes, so you did nothing to provoke him and he loses it anyway, yes I can call this as as serious need here right now. To be stuck under scrutiny, you weren't drinking or taking drugs, and you were being entirely reasonable, in the demonstration okay, so that clears you up. But him not a chance, so if he's the ring leader he's got us on his case like he does the cops right now." he said in response and Alex nodded gently gently.
"And this only gives me more of a reason to cut contact with the Waggners starting now, as they, and the trio just tried to kill me by keeping silent here. But if they thought they could get away with this, the look on your faces is enough to make it clear, that the one in the hot seat here is going to be them now. And not me starting now, but they betrayed me first, and I told them, it's SOP, but they're all your's." he said and they both nodded to him gently at that.
"Shh, I understand, but we better wait on that, and in a couple days we're faking this, but sting operation as they get exposed to me, and with them. Is that little asshole of a best friend you have kiddo." Weine said for him at that and he nodded. "Jim, Peter, guys, you hear me!" they heard and he smiled in relief as Block grabbed the radio. "Sam, yeah I read you loud and clear right now, what's going on?" he asked and he said it firmly at that question.
"Alex wasn't exaggerating in what he told you, the fuselage itself was close to snapping in half anyway, that we chose to launch it. And after getting off the damn thing, but even with the fuse removed, it still went off." he said and the teenager nodded in relief. "Is Molly with you?" Block said and he heard a relieved tone. "Yeah I'm right here, Jim." they heard a female voice said to him and he smiled in relief and happiness then they were alive.
"Well the landing gear crashed at the bar Nathan was at, he's fine as well too, but that's all of us, but I decided to get involved in your counterparts case. But his remark of this pulled me back in, but Horton just got arrested for it, and Alex went first here, as we went over it." he said to them gently. "He also took your advice and told us everything, before Horton or anyone else could even get the words out and your teenage self with him right now, Molly."
"So he's off the hook." he said and they heard a sigh of relief. "Well that's a relief, with knowing where your thoughts were headed after mine, it's an easier way. To explain this, but never mind the paranormal superstition crap of the last one, the little brat and his gang drugged. We saw the bottle, before Horton was dragged off the plane and Caine's team arrested his gang." the male voice said to him then gently and he nodded.
"No kidding, but after our discussion over this, he saw it as an easier way to explain this, but it's a wonder they didn't kill him here right now in truth. As to why I'm saying this, it's because he just passed out on us here." he said and knew they nodded sternly as they heard a new voice say it. "Jim, we're fine!" they heard over the radio and he nodded in relief. "Everyone make it out?" Colonel, Dr. James Hawkins asked him then and he quickly answered him.
"Yeah we're all here, but my unit arrested the quartet, you got Carter?" he asked and Weine said it to that. "Yeah we arrested him and he's been taken to the hospital for detox here Colonel, but Alex laid into him after it dragged our counterpart back into this. But he's beyond furious here, but it seems that your former peer crossed a line here, and one she's paying for later on right now." he said and the doctor crossed his arms as he answered that sternly then.

"Yeah we got everyone, we decided to run that test ourselves here." he said and they nodded to the news in relief. "Cub's in shock Eric, in fact it was too damn close, but everyone head home, and you're not going to school till we do the reveal. And take the little shits straight to the academy medical department." he snapped into the radio. "He get hit by the blast, Jim?" they heard from Lawrence 'Larry' Murnau and he nodded sternly at that.
"It was close, any closer and trying to get you on the damn line, he's too in shock to even think straight with this shit in his system right now." he said and the duo nodded to that. "He also severed ties with Todd Waggner, before his father could try that, but George, you realize how this looks to us, you told him to get off, but he never told you to do the same and Val Lewton told you, Larry, to get back on?" Hawkins asked and they heard a loud thunk on the line.
"Someone slammed their hand on the car hood." Alex said to that response and he nodded. "Well we lost Todd out of the gang, but there is no going back right now, but George we need to talk later, but this is about your own family right now. In truth we got the pills and the liquor bottle cap, but your brother had a nervous breakdown out of the fact my guess on that plane was true." he said and knew he nodded. "He's not going to like that." Block said to this gently.
"Yeah they're all pissed and I'm nearly murdered in trying to do the right thing here now, Lewton's done right now, once this get to the judge." he said and the quartet nodded as he said it. "You ever been to Mount Abraham, it's like any other small town, not much in the way of crime, except they got to keep arresting these guys." Alex said to him and he nodded. "As usual, it's always a small quiet suburban towns that gets all the action." Weine said with a bemused smile.
"At least this isn't like Ohio or anywhere else right now." he said and they both nodded as they exchanged looks at that remark then. "Larry, guys, do you remember a man by the name of Max Shreck, not Dr. Shreck, but his son?" Hawkins asked and they heard a fast report to that question then as he said it at that. "Yeah we do, he was our college class, 1975." Murnau said to him and he smiled in relief at that as Alex said it to him gently at that.
"Well he's the one that took our case, with him is Dr. Weine's son." he said and they heard a bemused smile in his voice. "Great, we got a couple town locals getting involved here right now in this domestic disturbance, but first Jim and Allie, and now them, who's next exactly?"Caine asked and Alex smiled. "With the way this is going we got a group of ATF getting involved next Uncle Eric, but whatever Murnau, Sanderson and Jenkins told you."
"All true right now, and with that, are you guys okay, I need to see you, if there is more the one injury, and I mean all of you in that, Uncle Eric." Alex said to him and he heard a fast remark. "Yeah alright, take it easy baby, just rest, you'll see us at the base." he said and Alex nodded to the news gently, as he tried to stay awake then the trio nodded gently. 'Nothing left right now, alright he needs to rest right now at the moment.' Shreck thought to this gently.
'Shh, it's okay, we found them.' Weine thought gently as they adjusted the gurney and laid him back as he covered him with a blanket then, running his hand his through his hair he watched his eyes close and nodded. 'That's it baby, just sleep.' the doctor thought gently as he said it to them. "I'm going to kill those guys, when we get to them, were it not for them, he wouldn't even be in this condition right now." Shreck said and Weine and Block both nodded sternly.
"We didn't lose them, but their decision tore his heart out, there is no forgiveness, he said it clearly, they cross this line, there is no going back now. And with those words in mind, they're getting the attempted murder charge thrown at them now." Weine said to the doctor, who nodded. "Adrenaline come down, he's going have to sleep this off, but nothing is saving the quartet from an arrest for attempted murder charge, but Goldberg hears this, they're in trouble."
"Max, Wes, I want you to get your fathers involved on this right now, because they're going to want to know, she had a nervous breakdown here now. And said is bordering on psychotic break, that is manifesting itself into an acute schizo effective disorder, or worse, she's close to schizophrenia." the doctor said and they both nodded in agreement as he said it. "Well she's through right now in this case." Shreck said to that sternly and he nodded with a firm look.
As they ended it at that, as they watched the quartet sternly as Clear went to her version of the events, as he slashed his hand across his throat and the light went out. "Clear, he collapsed on us after we questioned him." he said and she nodded in shock and concern. "He okay?" she asked and he sighed. "He lost a pint, though that maybe just the beginning, but whatever you do, don't tell them anything right now, because they're in trouble."
"In fact we can consider their behavior as accessories to attempted murder right now in Alex's case now and suicide terrorism here right now. But good news honey, but right after this, your coach rang us up, they got off the plane before launching it, it's Carter and his gang that did it." he said and she nodded sternly in anger. "So who lied to you out of the 6 of us?" she asked and he crossed his arms as he answered her gently at that question.
"The quartet forgot they passed these to him, and he had the screw top and the matches." Shreck said, putting it on the table and she nodded. "So their attempt to claim it as anything but genuine was just shot, okay, so that makes this more simple, and Alex and I told you the truth and came clean. And immediately here right now, so what's the prognosis, here in the 7 of us?" she asked and he nodded as he answered her gently at that question then.
"Your teacher, Billy, Todd and Terri are the ones that lied here, and you and Alex are off the hook, so what really happened if you didn't have to think twice?" he asked her and she sighed and told him the truth. "Looks like there's an empathy link between us, I never saw what he saw, but I felt everything." she said and he nodded in shock to that. "Well you're both off the hook here." the partner said to her and she nodded as she said firmly at this.
Watching as the parents of the quartet ran to their children, the duo saw the furious look on Waggner's face and nodded sternly at that as he looked at Alex then. It was after they got back to their house, Alex took one look around his room and broke finally in relief, before, after trying to get back downstairs his father prevented his fall and cut through his jeans to get a look and saw it in shock as his mother grabbed the phone then.
"Oh my god, that's not the only blow he took, get them on the phone, we're taking him to the base infirmary right now." he said as he carefully wrapped it to staunch the bleeding as she grabbed the phone. "Eric, you better get over, he's been hit twice, but they definitely crossed the line, I'm suing their parents for attempted murder and Lewton with them right now." Kenneth Browning said into the radio and knew he nodded sternly at that news.
"Jim, you better get up here, it wasn't just his arm, he got shot in the leg as well, we need to take him to the hospital, now!" she snapped at that and knew he nodded as they got him in the car and drove him to the academy hospital then as he got him in surgery. "He's lost enough blood, he needs an immediate transfusion at the moment." the doctor said to them and he nodded sternly at that as the boy's mentor ran his hand through his hair.
"Won't be long son, you get some rest, I'll be here." he said and Alex nodded as they exchanged looks. "Well Lewton just pissed me off, as we never stop being teachers, even in the midst of shock such as this, if she wasn't paying attention, I'm suing her for criminal negligence right now." Lieutenant Colonel Eric James Caine said to this and the doctor nodded sternly in agreement to that remark as they exchanged looks then.
"How bad's the added damage exactly, as we found that cut on his arm had nailed a vein?" he asked and she crossed her arms then. "It cut into the muscle of his leg and barely missed an artery." she said and he nodded sternly. "Yeah she's done alright, as teachers, we have to report any injuries in the second we see them, but this crossed a line so far down she's facing a jail sentence of ten years for criminal negligence." Murnau said sternly and Weine nodded.
"How bad was the damage here on that plane?" Alex asked and he said it. "We decide to do as you suggested, and you were directly on target, there was a cut in the silicone tubing connected to the engine, something started leaking and sparked a short, and caused a repeated short out through the engine. But with it, was though we got rid of the main bottle it still went off and directly as you said, it went off in the way you described." the co-pilot said to him gently then.
"Great, dreaming this is bad, but seeing it like you describe is worse." he said and Shreck nodded. "The explosion was as you described, it blew a hole in the wall and the suction ripped the plane in half, son, it was a only a minor miracle that everyone was not on board when it went. Or everyone on this flight would be dead right now, but you had every right to ground that plane, it was on it's last legs anyway, it's 15 years old." Shreck said to him and he nodded to him.
"So even slightly drained, I still get you guys to listen, and you verify for sure what I described in that dream here." he nodded to him in relief at that news then gently. "Any luck finding the bottles?" he asked and Weine shook his head. "Not yet, but until you're fully recovered, you're not going out there, pal." he said and Alex nodded to him gently. "Well he's got you on his head now, but like I said, you're actually what Coach is like." he said and he nodded gently.
"Yes, but though I don't have children of my own, I love kids, but Max has Clear, I got you starting now, cub." he said and Alex nodded gently. "Did they really think they could get away with this?" Clear asked and Shreck crossed his arms and he nodded. "Yes, unfortunately, after you decided to label out the paranormal catch in this, and going straight to standard procedure, that blew any chance of his getting the blame off him." Weine said to her gently at that.
"Yeah I agree with that, take out the science fiction and paranormal superstition crap and we keep it to standard procedure, so no getting out of this." Caine said to that and his parents nodded in stern agreement. "They blew any chance of my viewing my new skill as useful so now it got a lot more dangerous, if I got to save these idiots, but they're nothing to me, but my peers and teacher, as we keep it like this till we do the reveal." he said and Clear nodded to that.
"But this crossed a line and one they're not getting away with right now, in the second they did that, they sealed their fates, her especially right now. But 13 years of friendship destroyed in the second they did that, her with them, but she's 30 years old, and one choice wrecks her life, out of pulling a stunt. And like this one now, but of all the agents it had to be to take this case it's you, her next door neighbor." Alex said to Shreck and he nodded to him then gently.
"I don't believe this, but who is really the person to blame here, the parents want someone to blame, blame the people that are responsible for their kids. And when in school during the day, when on an away game, I'm the one in charge of the boys right now, so why blame you, you tried everything. Everything now you could think of to ground that plane now, Adam lost his god damn mind in the second he did that." Caine said to that sternly and he nodded gently.
"Well the look that Waggner shot me tonight says it all right now, George I'm sorry, but aside from you, I don't want anything to do with your family anymore." he said and George Waggner nodded in understanding to that. "I get it, he got cast out of our gang, but the rest of us are fine Alex, not your fault, he brought this on himself and dad with him." he said and Alex nodded to him gently at that that remark as Caine looked at him gently.
Just as he was answering Block, Shreck and Weine arrived then. "So we had two injuries caused by that window being destroyed?" Shreck asked and he nodded. "Agent Wes Weine and Agent Maxwell Shreck, nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Browning." Weine said and they nodded. "Call me Ken, this is my wife Linda and my best friend Eric Caine." he said and they nodded. "Alex told us everything directly on this." Shreck said and they nodded gently at that news.
"We just came from the police department, and they verified everything Alex told me, on Carter Horton, that kid is in so much trouble right now here now. In truth, he's dug himself so far into that hole, there is no getting out of it, without a 50 ladder or a 30 yard rope to climb out now." Weine said and he nodded to him sternly. "Well the added two adult criminals here are Adam Waggner and Val Lewton." Linda said to him and he nodded sternly at that remark.
"The person getting thrown right to the wolves is going to be her, but you wanted to stay Mr. Murnau." Alex said to him and he nodded. "Reason being is only I can control Carter when he loses his temper here, you never did anything wrong, all you were doing is considering our safety. And the safety of the entire manifest right now, you had every right to check that plane from top to bottom right now." he said in response and Caine nodded in stern agreement.
"Well he wants to know what made you change, he can look in the mirror right now, as you're not the same man you were 4 years ago, and they created a monster, only said is in reverse, instead of being a criminal, you're being what we trained you to be, they should have seen this coming. But this is not cold blooded or callous you don't care what happens to them after they just stabbed you in the heart." he said and Murnau nodded sternly in agreement.
"I'm just relieved I never lost you, but what if I got on that radio before you contacted us, to get you up, what then exactly?" he asked and the man nodded. "It doesn't matter anymore, we're here and we're fine and that's all that matters, but she crossed a line and the trio with her, so it's not worth it now. I knew you longest out of the three of us, aside from Eric, and I know you need me still, I love you too son, not letting go." he said and Alex nodded gently.
"Just rest big brother, we're here and we're fine." one of the ten said softly and he hugged her tightly and she buried her head into his neck. "I love you guys, how can they understand the pain this causes, it's like Starship troopers here, he loses everyone he loves. And he changes into what he's trained to be, well they want to know what caused me to change, it's they stabbed me in the heart, you're my entire life baby." he said to her and she nodded softly.
"Honey!" they heard as Clear arrived then and she quickly moved to him. "Hey baby, don't worry it's worse then it looks like right now." he said and she shook her head. "You keep this up, I'm not going to make it to 19 at this rate right now, but George, we both made it clear even try that, he's getting thrown here. And right to the wolves, but we're FBI recruits, and your family is the one in the hotseat here." she said and he nodded as Alex's eyes narrowed sternly.
"Well I never gave you any trouble before this happened, why would I now, and when I'm always around the guys and you and Uncle Derek starting now?" he asked and he nodded. "You wouldn't, that's just the point, with you always around us starting now, and something still happens it says its not you at all here. But all him cub, you never did anything wrong, just considering the safety of a few hundred people, out of a death trap." he said and the teenager nodded.
"Two suspects, and one is always with the cops and the agents doing this case, yeah I call that a fool proof way to know who our suspect is here right now. But in total truth, we knew you all your life, and you would never change over night into a person killing in cold blood here, with him possibly here now. So simple theory we put into action and we go from there, if this is not over but just starting, and his having a psychotic break." he said to him and he nodded to him.
"Said psychotic episode here is a case of suicide terrorism, manifesting itself into a schizophrenic breakdown, but they all had one after they saw I was right. It was after they did, they tried to throw me up in his place, but before they could even try that, and before Wes could get the words out, I told him. Him and Max everything and they dropped the charges, once Jim arrived there, as they saw how furious I was that the idiots destroyed his progress emotionally."
"But 1) I'm talking, 2) I'm locking gazes with you, and 3) I'm being totally honest, and Clear with me, and aside from one question on the manifest here. No one has said a word, so what's that tell you?" he asked and they nodded. "What it says is they could have lost their minds finally, and decided to lie about this, but the fact you told us early only underlines the fact it was never you at all and if you cut the cord, why bother listening." Shreck said to that remark then.
"Why bother listening, when they even try to phone us, as you could be passing her house to see his parents and me, or you could be passing by the Waggners. On your way to see the Weines, on a date with Clear or running a lead for our sons and the cops, and not everything you do is about them now. As it is, all this tells us, is they went passed hebephrenia and went right to full schizophrenia, paranoid delusions." his wife added and Hawkins nodded sternly.
"Hey Mam, nice to meet you." he said and she nodded as she ran her hand through his hair gently at that. "But I agree with you baby, but not everything you do it about them, you could be going to see my parents-in-law, Jane's parents-in-law. Running an errand for the guys, or going on a date with Clear, and none of these gives the guys any grounds to even consider it's you, and not after what Max told me on that brat." she said and Janie Weine nodded sternly to that.
"Max told us, but we can..." Alex said to her and she smiled as she pressed her forehead to his and he gave her a gentle hug then. "They never considered as soon as we became adopted children in your eyes, we're always around you starting now, but they're aggravating him to no end. With the constant attempts to frame me here, for destroying something else, and I meant this I'm like the narrator." he said to her and she nodded to that sternly at the news then.
"Honey, Max once we hit the midway point and you need a break, if this kid tries to run right now in the middle of whatever happens next here." Janie said to Weine and for both of them at that. "Same here for me Max, if he gets shot or worse, he's on stand down, with Ken and Linda leaving us in charge with them out of town till possibly October here." Trudy Shreck said to him and they both nodded as the local members exchanged looks with their FBI counterparts.
"Why do I feel like this is about to result in the investigation from hell next?" Caine asked and he crossed his arms. "It's because your quintet lost their minds completely, as for the quartet there is no going back, Alex had every right to ground this plane right now. As it was on it's last legs, and why, why would someone attack someone for only thinking about the safety of the people that were with them." he asked and the group of 8 to 10 years olds nodded.
"And then there's the fact that he read it right, it wasn't just us, but 6 others under the age of 10 including Robbie Parker." one of them said and he nodded.. "Said right is what do us adults all have in common here, said is we don't tolerate the real profanity, and when we got kids younger then 18 in the room. And in our opinion, you don't need to hear this type of language, baby." Weine said to that and she nodded as he looked at the trio gently at this remark.
"How often you got to deal with this kid?" he asked and Murnau crossed his arms then. "About 10 times a day in school." he said and Weine shook his head at that. "The kid never pays attention in class, but hearing this from his point of view, this was enough to consider Carter had a nervous breakdown finally here. And they all needed serious help before they kill someone or themselves finally." Hammond said to him and he nodded to her as he answered that remark.
"What about the cops?" he asked and Caine explained it. "It's like every time we turn around, they do something that gets them arrested." he said and Weine nodded. "I'm going to need as much as possible Eric, as Alex explained this to me in a way that made perfect sense right now, but he and Clear in truth. They chose on their own, the career in this case, but they're always around us starting now." he said and they nodded as Murnau crossed his arms then firmly.
"What are we looking at, nervous breakdown bordering on a schizo effective?" he asked and they both nodded. "And that's just my opinion, but you know dad, once he hears this, and it turns into a repeater of Nash in New jersey, so get ready." he said and they nodded. "Great that's all we need and you guys are town locals that we try to keep this confined to the town, before it lands an out of town deputy in the middle right now." Caine said to him and he nodded to that.
"Well if this is not over, but just starting right now, it's going to be a case of I deal with one member, it takes out a friend or loved one of the person now. Who is connected to us, so say I do you, and whoever in the next town over gets hit, and it starts a systematic pattern of every time I get it right with you now. Whoever gets replaced in our doubles ends up being saved now." he said and they nodded as Clear said it with a sigh then as she and Alex exchanged looks.
