The bell rung. Sofia rushed outside, free as a bird. For once, no rules, no manners.

She loved the Sports Safety class. And she loved making new friends.

She rushed happily smiling. She was like a ray of sunshine in the sky. The students, boys especially, stopped to look at her.

Clarinda looked around arrogantly. "Yoo-hoo! Prince Hugo! You must be Prince Hugo." she said, having a charming figure.

"Uh, yes?" he asked awkwardly.

"Do you want to see my new bracelet? It has all sorts of gems. Go on."

"Actually" he looked away "I need to see someone."

And he rushed to Sofia.

Clarinda stayed dumbfounded. Her emerald green eyes glowed with envy.

Sofia was meeting new people.

"Hi. I'm Princess Sofia."

"Oh. The new student. I'm Princess Sienna of Turisia." she took Sofia away, so only they could hear.

"Is it true, you like flying derby? And you're actually doing it?" she whispered.

"Uh, yes?" Sofia replied, unsure.

"O my gosh! You've got to teach me everything! But you know, maybe after classes, so people won't know."

"Why don't you want people to know?"

Before Sienna could reply, Vincent came over. Vincent was a boy with dark hair and dark eyes.

"Hey, Sienna. What are you whispering there? About flying derby again? Told you girls don't do that. Only boys. I can't believe you are making such a laughingstock out of yourself."

"I can't believe you are being such a mean big bully" Sofia bravely stepped forward.

"Oh, yeah? What are you gonna do about it, princess?" Vincent smirked.

"Who's gonna do what?" Hugo showed up, frowning. Clarinda was watching behind them.

"Hugo, my friend!" Vincent smiled. Vincent and Hugo, in case you haven't guessed, were best friends.

"Nothing."

"He's been horrible to Sienna here." Sofia simply said.

"Really? What did he say?"

"The same thing you told me when I wanted to tryout for the flying derby team."

Vincent wanted to make Sofia shut up... violently. "Will you shut your little -"

Whack!

Hugo slapped Vincent! He gasped.

"Hugo? Wha-"

"If you wanna hurt Sofia, you're gonna go through me!"

"It. Is. On."

Vincent jumped on Hugo. The boys fought and fought.

Sofia jumped to break them up, but to no use.

Clarinda gasped and put a napkin on her mouth.

Suddenly a teacher came and broke them up.

"You two, in the principal's office, in five minutes." she frowned, storming off.

The boys got up, panting and breathing hard.

"We... are... no longer... friends!" Hugo snapped.

Vincent could only glare.

"Fine!"

Then he stormed off, though not before saying to Sienna: "I'll make sure to have my revenge" then he waved off a hand, disgusted.

Hugo turned to Sofia. He caught her in his arms. They leaned in together. Sofia's breath warmed Hugo's mouth. He almost gave her a sweet little something, but then he ran a hand through his hair, saying: "Sofia, you okay?"

"I'm fine, Hugo. You know, you didn't have to do that for me."

"Are you kidding? You're my light, you're my best friend and I don't know what I'd do without you. Of course I'd defend you."

"And you" he turned to Sienna.

She smiled.

"Well, I have to go." Hugo excused himself. "See you Sofia."

"Hugo -"

Sofia looked at him simply. Sienna looked at her. She knew from Sofia's expression her feelings.

It was love. Unlimited love. And concern.

"Wait up!" she called.

And ran off. Clarinda decided to go as well. And Sienna followed suit.

In the office, the principal found out the truth. She was a grouchy lady with black hair, muscular, well-built, and glasses.

(She facially resembles Berta from Taahm, RIP)

Grouchy, but understanding. And with a sense of justice.

"So, he started it" she pointed to Vincent.

He froze.

"Well, then, Hugo gets a week of detention. And he gets two. That's final. Out."

Sofia, Clarinda and Sienna were looking at the two boys filled with bruises through the door.

They got out of the way. When they got out. Vincent shot a death glare at Sienna.

He punched Hugo in the arm. Hugo looked at him unhumanly.

"Are you starting?"

"No-"

"Cause I swear I'm ready for round two."

Vincent gritted his teeth, and ran away.

Then Hugo ran up to Sofia.

"Sofia! You know you're not supposed to be here."

"Yeah, I know. I just couldn't let you like that. You could've been in trouble."

"Trouble? Please, trouble runs away from me, Sofia!"

They leaned in. Their lips met. Then they pulled each other into a long kiss.

Sienna thought it was adorable. But not Clarinda.

"I must break them up. I must!" she gritted her teeth.
