Lysara's POV
If there was one thing my wolf and I didn't like it was being bloody chained up. I was placed next to Padme before Anakin was placed at his spot. The Geonosians shrieked out their pleasure at seeing our execution. Obi-Wan looked alright thankfully and he talked briefly with Anakin. The gates ahead opened and one by one four creatures emerged.
One was a Reek, another an Acklay, and out of the final gate came two Nexu's. The two Nexu were poked with an electrical rod which pissed them off. The Geonosian that poked them ending up being a meal.
"I got a bad feeling about this" Anakin said.
Padme was in the middle of trying to get one of her cuffs off. I then had an idea which I hoped worked. The Acklay noticed Obi-Wan and it shrieked before making its way towards the Jedi. One of the Nexu's also noticed me and I was quick to maneuver my left hand and slightly opened it.
I called to my ice magic and I felt the cold blast of it as it shot out of my hand. I heard a click and I knew my hands were now free but I decided to wait until the right moment to act. Padme managed to free herself from one of her cuffs and she began to climb the pole.
The Acklay finally came upon Obi-Wan and it raised one of its pincers. Obi-Wan was smart to avoid being seriously hurt and the green creature stabbed the pole again and broke his chain. The Reek stampeded towards Anakin but my mate jumped and got into its back. Thanks to the pole being slammed into Anakin's chain was now also free.
As a Nexu leapt into the air to kill me did I shake off my cuffs and shift into my wolf form. I threw myself onto my prey and seized its neck into my mouth. The creature shrieked and I bit down even harder. The Geonosian's roared at the thrill of the battle. I put more pressure on my prey and a minute later there was a snap as I broke it's neck. I dropped the lifeless animal just as I heard Padme yelp.
I looked to see the other Nexu had injured her. Hell part of her outfit was torn up. Snarling I charged and it wasn't long until I had it in my mouth. This one put up more of a fight and I had to use my strength to push the damn thing into the ground so I could kill it. Like before I broke it's neck and once I made sure it was dead did I drop the body.
Obi-Wan was still dealing with the Acklay. The damn thing knocked over the pillar Obi-Wan had been chained to and the Jedi Knight had to roll sideways to avoid being crushed. The creature easily climbed over the structure determined to have Obi-Wan as its dinner. Above me Padme had finally freed her other cuff and I barked to her. Getting the message the senator jumped down from the pillar and onto my back. I was big enough to carry someone on my back in my wolf form.
"Lysara!" Anakin shouted.
I turned to him and he took off riding the Reek meant to kill him. Padme gripped my fur as I followed after him. Obi-Wan was able to run away from the Acklay and he joined Anakin on the Reek. We didn't make it far because droids came out of nowhere and had us surrounded.
I opened my mouth baring my canines and growled.
"Easy Lysara" Padme told me.
Then up above Mace Windu appeared and had his light saber under Jango Fett's throat. Dooku seemed amused and he faced the Jedi Knight. Throughout the arena other Jedi activated their light sabers. A good portion of the Geonosians took flight or stayed to see what would happen. A few minutes later the battle began. Padme jumped off of my back and I was soon back in my human form. A lot of droids came out and soon blasts from their guns was heard as was the sound of light sabers.
Anakin and Obi-Wan were tossed some sabers and they both activated him.
"Lady Lysara!" a Jedi called my name and I was then tossed a light saber.
"I don't know how to use this!" I protested. My daggers had been confiscated when we were captured earlier.
"You can do it Lysara!" Anakin encouraged as he freed Obi-Wan from his cuffs. Looking at the saber I turned it on and a turquoise beam shot out.
Some droids shot rays at me and I blocked them with the Jedi weapon. Padme had a gun and she was shooting away while the rest of us focused on the damn droids. The senator then was riding an animal the Geonosian's used to ride on. Anakin and I looked to one another before we ran after her. Together the two of us jumped into the chariot. I used the light saber to destroy any droid that came upon my path while Anakin was doing the same.
"Your doing well for a first timer!" my mate shouted.
"I need lessons after this!" I called back before we resumed using our light sabers to destroy more droids. I then told Padme she was a badass for riding an animal and shooting a ray gun at the same time. Then a droid made the chariot fall over.
"You lousy rust bucket!" I shrieked before shooting a blast of ice at the droid which caused us to fall over. My ice magic hit my target and the droid was now in icy parts on the arena floor.
"Remind me not to anger you" Anakin joked.
I shot him a smirk before focusing back on the battle. Nearby Obi-Wan killed the Acklay that had been meant to kill him. Trust me using a light saber wasn't easy and my arms were getting tired from deflecting so many ray gun blasts. Eventually Anakin, Padme, and I rejoined the other Jedi at the center of the arena. The droids stopped firing and we were greatly outnumbered.
"Padme any better ideas?" I asked the senator.
"No I'm out of them" she confessed.
