Shark Smash
Chapter 8 Hydra Base

After learning the location of the Hydra base the Smashers and the Street Sharks loaded up in the jump jet, while Bends and Lena stayed behind to keep an eye on the mutated Hydra agents and see if they could figure out a way to reverse their mutations. The heroes set on in the jet heading towards the Hydra base.
At the Hydra base, Paradigm and Strucker watched video footage of the mutated Hydra agents get defeated by the combined efforts of the heroes. Needless to say both villains were extremely displeased by the results. Paradigm's mutation began to act up as he angrily pounded his fists on a table.
"Curses! It seems like your so called elite troops failed miserably in destroying the Street Sharks and their allies." Said Paradigm glaring at Strucker.
"My troops fought valiantly! It was your work that failed. You promised me invincible soldiers, but they were defeated in the field. No one you have failed multiple times in destroying the Street Sharks." Said Strucker with a bit of a smirk.
"They only got lucky. I'll be sure to destroy them next time." Said Paradigm as he began to calm down and revert to his normal form.
"Well it looks like you might get your chance. According to our scanners the enemy is on their way here." Said Strucker glaring at a computer screen before storming off.
"Well Street Sharks, I have a few surprises for you, when you arrive." Said Paradigm as he began to work quickly in his lab.
A few miles away from the base, the jump jet was just nearing the airspace of the base, which triggered the defenses. Missile launchers and laser turrets rose out of the ground and began firing at the jet. Jen quickly used her piloting skills to avoid the attacks and she blasted several of the defenses to bits. One missile did hit the right wing of the jet forcing Jen to land it. The teams quickly jumped out of jet and destroyed the remaining defenses.
After that was done the heroes searched the area and located a hatch that had a ladder that lead to the underground base. One by one the heroes went down the ladder and into the base to confront Hydra and Paradigm.
