Chapter 8 Operation Save Blue and their home

Josh's POV

As Captain Jake, Izzy, Cubby Skully and I were hiding inside the barrels, I peeked a little bit and saw blue inside a cage.

"Okay, first question, who was our idea was to get the biggest Barrel, so we all can fit?" I asked them as we looked at Cubby.

"I thought, it was a good idea." Cubby said to us.

"Well, your idea was perfect." I said to him while ruffing his hair.

"Josh, not in front of Captain Jake and Izzy." Cubby said to me while blushing.

"Oh, come on your cute." I said to him.

"Thanks!" Cubby said to me.

"We need to figure out a plan, to get Blue out of that cage. so we can all go to the Blue's Clues world and stop the villains for destroying their home. Oh and also find two more clues to figure out what Blue wants to do with us." Captain Jake said to us.

"Oh, got it! Okay we get a jar of bugs and dump it in Captain Hook's pants." Cubby said to us.

"Or, we can ask him nicely to release Blue out if the cage so we can be on our way." I suggested to him.

"Okay fine, we'll go with your idea. But if it doesn't work my idea." Cubby said to me.

"Fare enough." I said to him as we all came out of the barrel.

"Captain Hook, I command you to release my puppy, please." I said to him.

"Oh, sure I'll release her if you promise to not step foot on the Jolly Roger ever again.

"Oh I can step on the Jolly Rodger, anytime I want." I said to him as I was touching the wheel.

"Hands off me wheel, Josh." Captain Hook said to me.

"Oh, okay." I said to him as I let go of the wheel.

"Hey, Cubby I think we can use those bugs right about now." Izzy said to him.

"I am already on it, Iz." Cubby said to her as he placed the bugs in the back of Captain Hook's pants.

"Don't worry, Blue, I'll get you out. stand back." Captain Jake said to her as he cut the lock off with his mighty Captain sword.

Once Blue was free she immediately licked Captain Jake all over.

"Hahaha, your welcome!" Captain Jake said to her as we all got on Bucky and went back to Pirate Island.

Captain Jake's POV

Once we arrived home, Cubby went into the living to watch TV.

"Uh, Cubby what are you doing?" I asked him.

"Watching some television. Why?" Cubby asked me.

"Well, um okay your not going to love what your about to hear, but we need to stop our villains from destroying the Blue's Clues world and we need your help." I said to him.

"Oh, so, you want me to leave my TV time to help Josh and Blue save their home before it gets destroyed?" Cubby asked me.

"Yes." I said to him.

"Well, okay." Cubby said to me.

"Wait, really?" I asked him.

"Yeah besides, there's nothing to watch on TV anyway. the only thing that's on right now is the news.

"Coming up, the Muppets, in London." The new man said on TV.

"Oh yay!" Cubby said to himself with excitement.

"I'm sorry but the Muppets has been canceled, due to every Muppet character having cancer." The news man said on TV.

"Well it looks like you're going to help us now. Come on the portal is waiting." I said to him.

"Portal? What portal?" Cubby asked as we all went outside.

"Oh, that portal." Cubby said to himself as we all saw a blue portal right in front of us.

"Okay, so who's going to go first?" I asked them.

"Blue and I will go first." Josh said to us as he and blue went into the portal.

"Come on you guys, our world is great!" Josh said to us as Izzy, Cubby and I went through the portal.

Cubby's POV

once Jake Izzy Skully and I went through the portal, the Blue's Clues world was cold.

"Shiver Jack must have Frozen everything so far." I said to them.

"At least he didn't freeze the house." Josh said to us as Shiver Jack arrived.

"On the contrary Josh I was literally going to send out the last." Shiver Jack said to him.

" I'm never going to let you freeze this house, this house is legendary." Josh said to him.

"Says who?" Shiver Jack asked him.

"Says us!" Someone said to him as we turned around and saw two men.

"Steve! Joe! What are you guys doing here?" Josh asked them.

"We wanted to make a guest appearance so we can help you guys." Steve said to us.

"Well we need all the help we can get." Izzy said to them.

"How are we going to stop shiver Jack? He's so strong, and Powerful." Izzy asked us as Jake ran up to him.

"Shiver Jack I want you to leave this world, a d go back home where you belong." Jake said to him.

"Never!" Shiver Jack said to him as he banged his staff on the ground making it split in half for Jake to fall. but luckily Izzy grabbed his his hand.

"Jake, don't let go." Izzy said to him.

"WHY ON EARTH WOULD I LET GO?" Jake asked her.

"Because if you let it go, I might not ever see you again." Izzy said to him.

"Iz, there's something I have to tell you." Jake said to her.

"Please tell me, because you're slipping." Izzy said to him as we all grabbed hold of Jake.

"I love you Izzy!" Jake said to her as Izzy's cheeks were red as a tomato.

"I love you too Jake." Izzy said to him as we pulled him up.

After we pulled Jake up, he turned to Izzy and they shared a kiss on each others lips.

"Aww, so romantic." I said to myself as Josh gave me a tissue.

"Now Shiver Jack, you are going to leave. After we unfreeze this world with hot red rubies.

"Wait a second are you guys already boyfriend and girlfriend?" I asked them.

"Yeah, but we just wanted to see you cry." Izzy said to me.

"Oh, okay. Hey!" I said to her.

"A clue, a clue!" The viewers said to us.

"Wait to see a clue? Where?" Josh asked them.

"On the basketball." The viewers said to him.

"I don't see the clue. Where is it?" Josh asked the kids.

"It's right there." The viewers said to him as he turned around and saw the last clue on the basketball.

"There is a clue on the basketball. you know what we need our handy dandy...?" Josh asked them.

"Notebook!" the kids said to him as he pulled it out.

"Yeah, our Notebook." Josh said to them as he looked at Izzy.

" Hey Izzy oh, how about you draw the last clue down." Josh suggested to her.

"Sure!" Izzy said to him as she drew the clue down.

"There a basketball." Izzy said to us.

"Josh, that's our last clue." Izzy said to him.

"You know what this means, we're ready to sit in our?" Josh asked us.

"Thinking chair!" the kids said to to him.

"Yeah our thinking Chair, come on! All of us." Josh said to us as we followed him.

"What about Shiver Jack?" I asked them.

"Oh, we threw him back in Neverland, along with Dr. Undergear." Izzy said to me.

"Oh okay, Izzy." I said to her.

Josh's POV

"Okay now that we are in our thinking chair, let's think.

"So, what does blue want to do with Jake and his crew, a net, and a basketball...

"Well, what do you do with a net and a basketball?" I asked the viewers.

" you throw it in." The viewers said to him.

" yeah, and maybe Jake and his crew along with blue takes turns throwing the ball into the net. what game is that?" Josh asked the viewers.

"A basketball game!" the viewers said to him.

"basketball game right!" Cuz in basketball, you have a team there's the net where you can shoot the basketball in. We just figured out Blue's Clues!" I said to them as I got my guitar and started to sing.

we just figured out Blue's Clues, we just figure it out Blue'sClues. We just figured out Blue's Clues, because we're really smart..."Hey Blue, want to play some basketball with us?' Jake asked her as she nodded her head.

"Come on!" Izzy said to her as we all ran outside.

While Jake, his crew and Blue were playing basketball, I went up to the viewers.

"Thank you so much for all your help today! you made this crossover the best crossover EVER!"

" I guess it's time for so long?" Cubby asked me.

"But we're going to send you one more song." I said to him.

Now it's time for so long. But we're gonna to sing one more song. Thanks for doing your part. You sure are smart you sure worked hard. When you use your mind, take a step at a time, you can do anything that you want to do ooh, ooh."Baw Baw!" Blue said as she made a basket.

"Nice job Blue!" Cubby said to her as she immediately licked him.

"Okay okay, I think it's time for us to go home." Jake said to us.

"The portal is open." I said to them.

"Josh thank you so much for everything, you rock!" Cubby said to me.

"Oh it was my pleasure guys, come back anytime." I said to them.

"And you and blue can come to our world anytime. we can play more Blue's Clues!" Izzy said to us.

"You just want blue, to lick your face again." Jake said to her.

"I can't help it Blue is too cute." Izzy said to him as the portal closed.
