Ruby used her semblance to reach the door to Weiss room ahead of Blake and Yang who seem to have lost trace of them and most likely got lost in the huge mansion, however Ruby does not knock on the door yet she stays by it to decide her next move to think what to say or what can be done to help Weiss she has a pretty good idea why Weiss ran to her room its something that she herself struggles to do.. "but what can i do now?" she keeps telling herself.. she decides that "the best course of action right now its to be honest with Weiss no matter what she asks or needs" she tells herself... "here goes nothing... Weiss?"
Back in the living Room:
Nova, Qrow and Willow stood by the couch in silence waiting for 1 of them to break the silence.. Klein the butler showed with Natural Juice for them to drink.. finally after a long silence Willow spoke "So...You and Qrow huh?" asked Willow "Trust me it was a surprise for me at first too but this birdman kindness and.. well smooth talk" she said as she kicked him in the shoulder "Made me melt for him.. sorta speak" she finishes after "Took me long enough too! i swear Tai conquering Summer hearth took far less! and she was a clueless stuck up for the first 2 years in beacon!" Added Qrow in an annoying yet sarcastic tone "But it was worth it right babe?" Nova said putting her head on his chest making big puppy eyes trying to win him over "..I swear those puppy Eyes are capable to win a war!.." Said the man before he kissed his future wife "you don't need them to convince me, it was all worth it short stack" the Huntsman got hit after his comment which made everyone else in the room laugh.
Qrow decided however is that about time to talk about the elephant in the room and that was Willow "Is nice to have you back Willow truly but i think its time for you to stop dodging and take the hits that are to come" Willow opened her eyes wide before she looked away almost in tears, his wife punching him saying "Shesh have some subtlety in your approach!" said Nova. "but..he is right Willow its time we tal-" Willow interrupted them by saying "There isn't much to talk Nova i am at fault solely for it Summer you Pheonix Qrow..heck even Raven.. RAVEN warned me that Jaquez was using me .. i refused to believe it i hoped that is just a lie that you wore all liars, above all of you Summer was the most persistent even after i married him she never gave up to try and save me and i.." said the Woman looking down "Willow.." its all Nova said not knowing how to approach this, Willow however started to scream "And i was unable to even attend her funeral! i had to be informed she is gone! my best friend.. the person that threated me like a sister just.. GONE! and i couldn't even attend it cause i was a clueless prideful Woman! if i listened to you ..to HER my daughters life's would have ben saved Winter will not be just another of Ironwood puppets Weiss wouldn't have ben tortured its all on me it took me so long to even attempt to face myself my demons and its not even me who payed the price!" Nova was speechless she knew Willow will figure out why Weiss ran but so much bottled up emotions running so fast? "She has all the rights to hate me i can hardly call myself her mother.." ..the couple remained speechless waiting for Willow to exhaust herself to get it all out they knew how long this will take, however all of the sudden a portal opens up only for Raven to step in saying "My instincts told me i was right about something so i dropped by" said Raven, Qrow however said "You followed us didn't you?" "Ofc i did brother if Jaquez tried something someone had to save your butts" they all remained silent before Raven said "Oh don't stop the soap opera now i will hear it all so go on"
Back with Ruby : "Weiss can i come in? plz is just me i swear" Ruby didn't expect for the door to open at all as she entered she could hear Weiss saying "Plz..lock it back.." Ruby nodded and did just that, Weiss rested on the bed with her face buried in the pillow, "Weiss talk with me ok? i am right here.." Weiss remained silent for a while until she finally looked at Ruby to see her worried "why..." "Huh?" responded Ruby "why didn't she say anything before! she just left me by his hands then she just thinks she can reappear in my life like that!? no not after everything i had to endure no!" Ruby Eyes turned Red with them tearing hard as she buried her claws in her pants "I will NEVER leave my love ones like she did!.. yes the mission was dangerous yes i am aware 1 day even i may not return! but.. there is no body Weiss! she can either be dead or hiding, hiding because she failed her mission? I don't know! and that ..and that scares me most of all Weiss she can be hurt captured by the fangs Tortured! or worse!." its all Ruby managed to say before taking deep breaths as she touched Weiss shoulder once more her eyes returning back to their beautiful silver and with a soft weak smile said "Weiss.. you have a chance that i honestly crave for a chance to talk with her.. don't get me wrong i will have the same reaction as you or even worse.. i am not even aware what my Mother fate is.. and can't even put in words how much i wish i knew where she is now or at least know anything" Ruby looked down now slightly exhausted, Weiss raised her hand to touch her partner face to comfort her "Ruby.. there i am here there there" "Ruby grabbed her hands now as she said "She tries Weiss she wanted to be sure you will be ok at least plz try to hear her out tomorrow.." Weiss confused and slightly exhausted said "Tomorrow?" Ruby then pointed at the hour 00:00 and said that they should get some sleep, Ruby.. would you sleep in the same bed with me?..i don't want to sleep alone after all of this" said Weiss Blushing .Ruby only nodded as they both crawled in bed Ruby not dressing up made Weiss panic a bit but it didn't matter they both went fast asleep.
back in the living Room:
"Huh that is quite a lot Willow i knew Jaquez was a mistake but gods damn this is on a whole new level.. honestly he makes our parents look like decent people" said Raven "Heh you could be saying that" as Willow Yawned Nova and Qrow requested to retreat early to sleep Willow showing them to their rooms for the night leaving Willow alone with Raven "Look don't feel to bad about Summer we are not even sure she is dead i am keep searching you know" Willow said "wait there is no body?" "Nope and as far as i am concerned no body no dead and i swore to that kid i will bring her mother back dead or alive" Raven yawned "Look i must return home Tai must be worried i left him again" She rolled her eyes as she said that, she touched Willow arm as she continued "Look she might forgive you or she may not, trust me My kid can't even call me mom with a straight face" said Raven with a tear on her right eye "The only thing you can try from now on is to be there for her and confront the situation don't run from it ..trust me i should know that Running does not help at all" as she finished that she opened a portal "I will come back tomorrow trust me" Willow nodded and made her way to her room when she stumbled upon Yang and Blake in the library they must have ben lost and gave up searching for Weiss room after finding the library she told herself" they wore fast asleep she told Klein to put them in the quest room to sleep more comfy they cuddled into 1 another as she herself went to sleep.. thinking "if today was.. interesting tomorrow will be worse" she sighted as she tried to reach for a bottle of wine..before putting it back and falling fast asleep.
