Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing the conclusion of the USJ Arc with a very different ending. So, without further ado.

The students looked in relief and amazement as All Might entered the USJ, while the remaining Villains saw their already low chances of success had plummeted down into the negatives with his arrival.
"I couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong here, when Thirteen, Aizawa, Midnight, and Mt. Lady didn't answer my calls. So I hurried over, running into Young Ida along the way, he told me of the villainy at work here." Said All Might, angry at what happened, both at the Villains who attacked his colleagues and students, and at himself for not being here.
Hating at how scared his students must have been, and how hard his colleagues had to fight to put them in their current states.
'The only thing I can do is reassure them that things will be okay. That's my duty as the Symbol of Peace.' All Might thought, knowing he can't change what happened, but he can make sure these Villains are stopped before they can do more harm.
"Have no fear, students…because I am here!" All Might declared, ripping off his tie and tossing aside his blazer.
"After all this time…you finally show up." Stated Tomura, pleased that All Might's finally here and have Nomu tear him apart.
"Holy crap, it's All Might! I've never seen the guy in person, before." One of the Villains said nervously, not believing they now had to deal with the Number One Hero.
"I didn't expect him to be so huge." Said another Villain, seeing All Might easily towered over them all.
"Heh. This is no time to talk, you idiots! If we strike now, we can kill him-" Another Villain, only to be cut off by a sudden blow knocking him out.
With the remaining Villains having no time to react either, as All Might swiftly and effortlessly took each of them down before they could even react. Before he then picked up Aizawa and Midnight, reappearing beside Izumi, Momo, Tsuyu, Mt. Lady, and Naruto, much to their amazement at his speed.
"I'm sorry Aizawa, Midnight, Young Uzumaki. I should've been here." All Might said at seeing up close the state they were in.
"You're here now, that's what matters." Midnight said weakly, relieved that he arrived when he did.
"Yeah, and besides, the Hero always arrives at the last minute, right." Naruto said with a weak grin, remembering when he told Inari the same thing, something that made All Might regain his smile for a moment, before glaring at Tomura, Kurogiri, and Nomu.
"Indeed. And a minute is all I'll need to deal with the rest of these Villains." Stated All Might, standing up as he prepared to face Nomu.
"Wait! Before you do anything, that big guy, Nomu, his Quirk it's Shock Absorption and Regeneration. No matter what I did, he just took it all and any damage healed in seconds, and it was apparently created to kill you." Said Naruto, knowing he couldn't face Nomu without knowing what it was capable of.
"All Might, are you sure you can handle someone like that?" Izumi asked in worry, given his current condition, she wasn't sure if All Might could beat Nomu.
"Young Midoriya, Young Uzumaki! I got this! And knowing what he can do, it just gives me a plan on how to defeat them!" Said All Might, giving them his trademarked smile, assuring them that he can defeat Nomu, now that he knew what he could do.
Without another word, All Might charged Nomu, who charged him as well, their fists colliding together resulting in a massive shockwave.
'Just one of All Might's punches was strong enough to change the weather. Not even the strongest Ninja in my world could do something like that, not unless they opened all Eight Gates. Maybe he can beat Nomu if he has that kind of power.' Naruto thought, wondering if he's underestimating just how strong All Might is, if he can do something like that, then he could really beat the bioengineered Villain.
Naruto then looked at Izumi, Tsuyu, Momo, Aizawa, Midnight, and his sister, having seen how worried they all were.
"I'm sorry for what I did, rushing in like that and fighting even after I couldn't go any more. But after seeing Midnight-sensei knocked down, Aizawa-sensei being tortured by Nomu, then you three getting knocked away, I only saw red and lost it, wanting to make them pay. I didn't mean to worry or make any of you scared. Since I realized that even if I'm not afraid to die, that doesn't mean you wouldn't be hurt, if I did. So, I'm sorry." Naruto said, knowing what he did scared them all, and how he would've killed himself by burning out his body and Chakra Reserves, if not for Kurama.
"It's alright Naruto, after what happened to you, you would have gone berserk upon seeing what was happening. What matters, is that you're fine and still alive." Replied Momo, making the others, except Tsuyu, look at her, upon seeing that Naruto told her about his past as well.
"Momo's right, we should've known you wouldn't just sit on the sidelines and let them keep attacking us. But you also can't risk yourself like that, either." Izumi added, knowing it was a bit hypocritical coming from her, but didn't want to see Naruto get hurt like that again.
"Yeah, and if you even think about doing something that reckless again, I swear you'll regret it." Warned Yu, but with concern and worry lacing her tone, not wanting to see her brother be put in such a state again.
"Though that Battle Avatar thing was pretty cool, I didn't think your Quirk could do something like, ribbit. But we're glad it did appear when it did." Said Tsuyu, having not expected Naruto's "Quirk" to create a Battle Avatar around him like that, but was thankful it could and protected him from Nomu.
"They're all right, that it'd be expected for you to react like that, and that you shouldn't put yourself at risk. But I can't deny, it's rather attractive to see you get so angry at seeing us be injured." Midnight said with a smirk.
"Normally, I wouldn't condone such reckless behavior, but I suppose I'll allow it this once, if only for the fact we'd probably be dead, if not for you." Stated Aizawa, with Naruto looking at them all before nodding, not wanting to worry or scare them like that again.
"But don't think that'll get you out of the next week of detention and be glad that's all you're getting for that stunt you pulled. Also, you'll be attending daily therapy sessions with Hound Dog, no excuses for not attending either." Aizawa added, seeing they needed to make sure something like this didn't happen again; as next time, he might not come out of his rage and end up killing himself.
"I understand and I will." Replied Naruto, knowing his punishment could be worse and that he did need help for what happened to his village.
Aizawa nodded at this, before they all looked at the fight between All Might and Nomu, with only Izumi, Aizawa, and Midnight being worried. Given they were aware of his injuries and that he's used up his time performing Her Work this morning. So, they weren't sure how long he'd last in his Hero Form, or if he'd suddenly transform back in the middle of the fight, leaving him open to be attacked and killed.
'I…I can't stand aside and do nothing, not again!' Izumi thought, swearing if it looked like All Might needed help or was slowing down, she would jump in and help, refusing to do nothing like when Naruto was fighting Nomu.
Only for them to see, that All Might didn't look like he would need help against Nomu.
"Carolina Smash!" All Might said jumping back before rushing Nomu with his arms crossed and delivering a quick double chop, sending the Villain skidding back.
Nomu roared before rushing the Symbol of Peace throwing his fist forward, with All Might blocking it and giving Nomu an uppercut, which didn't seem to have any effect. With the Villain then giving All Might another punch which connect with his head this time, knocking the Hero back before he righted himself in midair.
"You were created with the purpose of killing me, then show me what you've got Villain!" Said All Might, before leaping into the air and somersaulting, building up momentum and air pressure, with Nomu leaping up after him.
"California Smash!" All Might said, delivering a punch to Nomu, who gave his own punch with the two meeting in the middle and releasing another shockwave, only for Nomu's arm to ripple before he was suddenly sent crashing back to the ground.
Nomu got back up and roared against at the Hero before charging him again, only for All Might to duck underneath his punch and get behind the Villain. Wrapping his arms around Nomu, All Might suplexed him into the ground and backflipped away as Nomu burst out of the ground and ran at All Might again. With the Number One Hero noticing that Nomu seemed to be moving slower than he was before, making him see that his attacks were beginning to take their toll.
"Seems you're not moving very fast, meaning it won't be long before I knock you down again and stay down this time! Missouri Smash!" Shouted All Might, rushing at Nomu and delivering a chop to his head, running past him as he did so, sending the Villain crashing into the ground.
Though when Nomu got back up, All Might was on him again giving him a devastating punch to his back and sent crashing across the plaza. With Tomura and Kurogiri being shocked that rather than immediately getting back up, Nomu looked like he was paralyzed. Only for him to get up after a few moments, a few moments longer than it'd normally take for such an injury to heal.
"How…how is he beating my Nomu?! Nomu was meant to kill him in his prime and he should be weakened! How can he do this?!" Demanded Tomura, not believing this was happening, while Kurogiri gasped in realization.
"The boy!" Kurogiri said, looking at Naruto, realizing what was happening.
"What're you…" Tomura said, only to see where he was looking and looked at Naruto as well, his own eyes widening in realization after a few moments.
"No…" Muttered Tomura in disbelief.
"Even if his attacks didn't seem to be affecting Nomu, they still were absorbed by his Shock Absorption, along with the damage that was healed. Now with All Might's much stronger blows, it would seem Nomu's Shock Absorption and Regeneration are reaching their limit. Even if he didn't defeat Nomu, he still weakened him and his abilities enough, leaving him on his last leg for All Might to take care of." Said Kurogiri, not believing that Naruto's attacks still did enough damage, that it likely won't be long before All Might defeats Nomu.
"That…bastard." Tomura said, feeling angry, annoyed, disbelieving, and worried at this, since Nomu couldn't defeat All Might with his abilities being overclocked.
"Kurogiri, get us out of here, now!" Said Tomura, knowing this fight was lost and they needed to escape, before Nomu was defeated.
"Right." Kurogiri replied about to open a warp gate, only to cry out, when he was hit be an explosion.
"Don't even think about escaping you warping bastard!" Bakugo shouted wickedly, while managing to hit Kurogiri.
"Kuro-GAH!" Tomura grunted in pain when he was hit by an uppercut from Eijiro.
"This is for attacking our classmates and friends, Villains!" Said Eijiro, making sure Tomura couldn't attack Bakugo, while he dealt with Kurogiri.
"Let's see you try warping anywhere now, bastard!" Said Bakugo, pinning Kurogiri to the ground by his collar, the Villain not making a move knowing any attempt to escape or fight will only result in him being hit again.
While back with All Might and Nomu, the two were about to clash again when the Hero was surprised, when half of Nomu's body was frozen in ice.
"He's frozen! That must mean Young Todoroki is here!" All Might said, looking and saw Shoto having arrived.
"One of your poorly trained thugs told me you're here, because you think you can kill All Might. But from where I'm standing, it seems like the Symbol of Peace wasn't going to be defeated by delinquents like you, anyway." Stated Shoto, seeing how the fight was going and figured All Might didn't even need any assistance.
"I thank you for the assistance Young Todoroki, now I can put an end to this!" All Might said, rushing Nomu and giving a powerful punch that shattered the frozen half of his body.
"Now, for the finisher! You all may have heard these words before but let me show you what they really mean!" Said All Might as he began raining dozens of blows on Nomu, before the final one lifted him into the air.
"Go Beyond! Plus…ULTRAAAAAAAAA!" All Might shouted, giving Nomu his strongest punch and sending him crashing into the other end of the USJ and through the wall as well, wanting to make sure the Villain was really down for the count.
"That was awesome! Now, how do we make sure this guy doesn't try escaping, until the cops arrive to take these guys away?" Said Eijiro amazed at All Might's power, before looking at the pinned Kurogiri, knowing the moment he gets a chance he'll teleport them all away.
"I could always just keeping blowing him up, until he's unconscious." Bakugo said a little too eagerly, before grabbing the Quirk Suppression Cuffs Naruto tossed at him.
"Put those on him, they'll suppress his Quirk so he won't be going anywhere." Said Naruto, much to Bakugo's annoyance.
"Don't think you can tell me what to do, Uzumaki!" Retorted Bakugo, only for his eyes to widen when he saw the state Naruto was in, with Eijiro and Shoto being just as shocked before they both ran over to him.
"Woah! What the hell happened?!" Eijiro asked, not believing the state Naruto was in.
"I tried fighting Nomu, it didn't go so well." Naruto said, much to their shock and disbelief before they shook it off, with Eijiro helping to support Naruto, while Shoto covered his arm in a thin layer of ice, as Momo putting it in a sling she finished creating.
"That was rather foolish. If that Villain was truly meant to rival and kill All Might, it's unlikely any of us would have stood a chance. You're lucky to have escaped with only these injuries." Said Shoto, knowing even if Nomu failed to match All Might, it still seemed powerful enough to defeat other Heroes and would make short work of them and the other students.
With Bakugo silently cuffing Kurogiri so he couldn't warp away, not believing the state Naruto was in after fighting Nomu.
"No, no, no, no, no, no, no." Tomura muttered in shock and disbelief at what's happening.
Not only were the Villains they recruited defeated, but Kurogiri and Nomu were also taken of, as well. With the latter now being incapacitated and his Quirk suppressed, leaving them without a means of escape. Before everyone's attention turned to the sound of multiple footsteps arriving, only to see the rest of the UA Teachers had arrived with Tenya.
"Sorry, everyone! I know we're a bit late, but I got the teachers over here as fast as I could. Though it would seem you all had things handle, well done." Said Nezu, riding on Vlad Kings shoulder, seeing all the Villains were dealt with already.
"Your Class Officer has returned! I've fulfilled my duty and I've brought reinforcements!" Tenya declared, glad that he was able to get the teachers here and seeing that everyone was safe.
"Well…looks like we just lost our last life. Just great." Muttered Tomura, holding his hands up, knowing without Kurogiri, they lost and were trapped.
*Later*
It wasn't long before all the Villains were rounded up and restrained, with the police soon arriving as well not long after. With all of them being loaded into buses and vans. Including Tomura and Kurogiri, both of whom now wearing Quirk Suppressing Cuffs, and were being loaded into a police van with the other Villains. While Nomu had been located and had a Quirk Suppressing Collar, making sure he couldn't regenerate once his Quirks came back on.
Soon the Villains were all secured and in custody before the police headed for Tartarus to make sure they were locked away and secured. With all the students, luckily, being unharmed from their respective fights against the Villains, aside from Naruto, who was being loaded into an ambulance to be taken to the hospital, along with Aizawa and Thirteen.
With Izumi, Yu, Ochako, Tenya, Momo, and Tsuyu all going with him, wanting to make sure he was alright, after what happened.
*Mindscape*
Meanwhile, Naruto was within his mindscape, sitting against the Kyūbi's cage.
"So, how bad is it?" Naruto asked, knowing he had more injuries than just his physical ones.
"Very bad, lethal if it was anyone else but you. Not only is your healing factor crippled, but you've also shortened your life-span. You should just be thankful that your ancestry gives such long life-spans and strong vitality." Said Kyūbi, knowing if Naruto was a regular person, he'd be dead already, with Naruto sighing at hearing this.
"Would you be able to enhance by healing factor when needed? Getting it to the same level it was before?" Questioned Naruto, knowing how much he relied on his healing factor at times.
"No, since that would only do more harm to your body than it would do good, since there is a limit to how much the body can heal at an accelerated rate. You should be lucky you're still have it at all, and if you kept up with that attack, it'd be gone permanently." Kyūbi said, since he not only went past his limit, but him using the Battle Avatar for that long, even if it was just the skeletal form, with no prior training or use didn't help either.
"That's not all, your Tenketsu also suffered serious damage as well. Thankfully, none of them were destroyed nor is it permanent. But you shouldn't be using your Chakra any time in the near future or you'll run the risk of making the damage permanent. And before you ask, no, they won't be healed for that Sports Festival, either." Added Kyūbi, making Naruto sigh again.
"Damnit. That means I'll be limited to Taijutsu, Bukijutsu, and my physical prowess." Naruto said, disappointed that he won't get to show what he can really do, but he also can't say he isn't up for the challenge of facing the other students, with their Quirks.
"And thanks, by the way." Said Naruto, turning to the Kyūbi, surprising the fox at his words.
"If it weren't for you and Momo, I wouldn't have understood how my death would affect everyone else, how they would feel." Naruto said, knowing they helped him see that he shouldn't risk his life, if he didn't need to, knowing it'd only hurt those he cares about.
"Tsk, whatever, don't think getting sappy with me, runt. One last thing, it'll be a while before you wake up, so you're stuck here for a while." Said Kyūbi, with Naruto nodding, before went to go explore his mindscape, figuring he'd take the time to explore more of it.
Along with looking at ways to reinforce it, should he encounter a Villain with a mind-based Quirk. This experience at the USJ showing him he could never be too careful, and to be prepared for anything.

Yep we see All Might had a much easier time dealing with Nomu thanks to Naruto's presence weakening the Villain, while Bakugo and Eijiro deal with Tomura and Kurogiri, leading to the two being captured and now on their way to Tartarus (which will certainly lead to some big changes with the League out of commission for the time being). Finally we see the true extent of the damage Naruto caused to his body along with him thanking Kyūbi for pulling him out of his rage, before exploring his mindscape and seeing if he can reinforce it against mind-based Quirks.
