Flying New Friend Swooping in the Fun
Today is a nice day with the sky blue, fewer clouds up there, and the weather is just perfect to go out and have some fun as everyone can agree that spring is slowly fading, and the fun summertime is coming as this gets everyone excited.
However, not everyone is enjoying the day as in room 202 of the Sunohara Inn is Sumire with a very depress face laying on her face with the room filled with nothing but darkness. Yuzu, Yuri, along with Polt, Suu, Aki and Cathyl open the door little to peek at the girl though Aki nearly got a view of her butt under the long blue sweater-like shirt and Cathyl quickly cover his eyes.
"Wow, you weren't kidding when you said that Sumire looks like she's dead." Cathyl surprised.
"Yeah, she's been like this since yesterday." Polt said feeling sad for the girl.
"So, what exactly happened that make Sumire so depressed?" Aki asked, worry for the girl.
"Well, it all started when the five of us went to the amusement park together for a day of fun! And indeed, we found much joy in our play, that is until…" Yuri paused as she and Yuzu were doing a little dance together.
"Until the bad thing happened!" Suu cried.
"I don't think you guys need to tell us the story with interpretive dance." Cathyl deadpanned.
"Also, it looks like Yuzu isn't really getting into the dance as well." Aki pointed out.
"Yeah, we've been having trouble with Yuzu putting in the right steps." Polt shrugged.
"Shut it and let just tell them!" Yuzu snapped.
(Yesterday)
Yuzu and the group are seen walking around the amusement park having a blast as they have just exit one ride with the giant spinning teacups.
"More rides, more rides!" Suu jumped in joy around Yuzu.
"And we will, Suu. I say we do that one next!" Yuzu pointed at a big and fun roller coaster.
"Oh, that looks like fun." Polt excited.
"Uh, there are plenty of others." Sumire said, but the small president girl didn't listen and march there with Suu.
The next ride they went to go on is called the Flying Car Coaster which appears to be a roller coaster ride with cat theme on it and the sigh says "No seating" along with how tall you have to be to get on the ride. Unfortunately, Yuzu is about a few inches too short to get on the ride making her groan of disappointed like the world is making fun of her small height, this also made Sumire gasp and fell on her knees.
"Sumire, are you okay?" Polt asked.
"This is all my fault… If I hadn't suggested the amusement park, the President wouldn't be so humiliated! I'll atone with my life!" Sumire screamed with a piece of rope suddenly in her hand.
"Easy on the theatrics!" Yuri said.
"And don't even think about using this rope for something crazy!" Polt pulled the rope away from Sumire's hands.
"Yuzu okay?" Suu asked.
"However, the strangest and craziest thing happened." Polt said.
"Come on now, how about we got go try find another ride to go on?" Polt suggested.
"Sure, I'm cool with that…" Yuzu deadpanned.
However, before Yuzu could take one step away from the roller coaster she wanted to go on, something in the sly came zooming fast right toward Yuzu and snatched her up before anyone can react and the group became shock upon the realization.
"MISS PRESIDENT?!" Sumire screamed in fear.
"Please tell me that's part of the amusement park fun!" Polt panicked.
"I don't remember seeing little girls being suddenly kidnap in the brochure." Yuri looked at the amusement park brochure in her hands.
"You can at least act like you're panicking?" Polt asked.
"Yuzu!" Suu screamed as she chases the flying culprit taking her friend away.
"What the fuck do you think you are doing?! Put me down right now!" Yuzu struggled to get out of the creature's talons.
"Oh, you want to go down? Okay, Papi can do that!" The voice calling herself Papi said.
"Well, you better-AAAAAAHHHH?!" Yuzu screamed in fear as she now finds herself falling toward the ground.
"I DIDN'T MEAN LIKE THAT?!" Yuzu panicked.
Suu saw Yuzu is falling from the sky and for once tried to think of something to save her human first then saw a man carrying a large plastic container of water which gave Suu the idea.
"Suu needs water now!" Suu jumped toward the container and latched her antennas inside.
"Hey, what are you doing?" The man asked angry that he had to get this water to one of the food stances.
Suu absorb the water into her body making herself grow into a tall, mature adult like body that made her breasts and hips wider as she keeps sucking a bit more water then quickly made her way to the spot where Yuzu is gonna land. She uses herself as a living cushion that caught Yuzu right on the spot saving her friend and spit her out clean, Yuzu is feeling dizzy from the experience of almost dying.
"Yuzu okay?" Suu asked.
"Y-Yeah, I'm totally fine. Nothing to worry about." Yuzu stated as her dizziness have calm down.
"Miss President! Thank goodness you are safe! I have once again failed to protect you; I have no right to live!" Sumire cried, slamming her head onto the ground.
"Sheesh, calm down, Sumire." Yuzu assured that she isn't hurt anywhere on her body.
"I must atone again with my life!" Sumire grabbed her own neck strangling herself.
"Sumire, please stop!" Polt begged as she tries to pull the arms away from the neck.
"I wonder who was that Demihuman anyway?" Yuri asked.
"Whoever that was, she better be sorry if she doesn't want to meet the end of my fist!" Yuzu angered.
Suu just look up at the sky trying to find the flying Demihuman that took Yuzu but couldn't find the sight of her around.
(Present)
"No way, that really happened! Are you hurt anywhere, Yuzu!" Aki worried.
"Don't worry, it's like I said, I'm totally fine." Yuzu assured, feeling like déjà vu right now.
"Anyway, now Sumire is being dramatic at home. She always gets so emotional when something happens to Yuzu." Yuri finished the explanation.
"Well, I can understand consider she was nearly taken away by that flying Demihuman." Cathyl pointed out.
"Though the other thing, she seemed like the type to roll with with punches." Aki commented.
"Yeah, we think of her like that too." Polt nodded.
"We're running out of options here. Sumirei says she's too ashamed to face us and Ayaka's out somewhere, so you've gotta go in there and cheer her up, Shina." Yuzu ordered.
"Huh, why does it have to be me to cheer Sumire up?" Aki asked pointing at himself.
"Well, from what I can tell that Sumire seems comfortable around you for the past few days since she went into your room." Yuri pointed out.
"Were you spying on Aki and Sumire?" Cathyl asked weird of this girl.
"No, that would be me." Rachnera revealed herself being on the ceiling and crawl down on the floor.
"I happen to be outside wanting to get a few pictures to help Yuri make sure the camera was working right, and I saw the window of Aki's room and surprised I saw Sumire with you. I couldn't help but capture the moment." Rachnera explained with a teasing giggling.
"In other words, you were spying on him/me!" Aki and Cathyl gasped.
"This is no time to worry about the past, we need to focus on helping cheer Sumire up right now." Rachnera pointed out as Yuri nod.
"(You're just dodging the question.)" Cathyl and Aki thought deadpanned.
"And I also notices that Sumire gets a little fluster whenever I mention your name." Yuri mentioned surprising Aki.
(Flashback)
"Hey, can I ask you something, Sumire?" Yuri asked as she and Sumire are in the Student Council room.
"What's up?" Sumire wondered.
"I was just wondering what do you think of this birdy hairpin I got, it totally matches your eyes." Yuri showed the light blue bird hairpin.
"I don't know, it looks good, I guess." Sumire shrugged, not interested.
"Just good? I thought it would be great since I went through all the trouble to get it for you." Yuri faked cry.
"Too bad, you can have it." Sumire said, even though on the inside she really liked the cute hairpin and wanted to keep it.
"And I was hoping to see how the others would react like Aki thinking you're super cute with it." Yuri sighed.
This causes Sumire's body to flinch and her cheeks blushing upon hearing that Aki might think she is super cute with the hairpin, she instantly snatched the hairpin from Yuri's hand much to her surprise.
"M-Maybe it wouldn't hurt to try it on, at least once." Sumire said.
"Oh my, I hope you like it." Yuri smiled.
"Just so you know, I'm not doing this for Aki or whatever." Sumire proclaimed and walked away.
"Huh, what's up with her?" Yuzu wondered.
(Flashback End)
"Honestly, it's almost like helped Sumire open up a bit more than usually." Yuri said.
Aki is shocked to hear that Sumire blushes a little from just hearing his name and what he would think about her, though it might be something else to her.
"Okay, I'll help Sumire whatever I can." Aki decided to go through with this.
"Then get on in there!" Yuzu opened the door and Suu shoved Aki inside.
"Who's there?" Sumire asked, turning her head around a bit seeing Aki.
"Hi Sumire, forgive me for the intruding." Aki apologized with a bow.
Sumire just turns her face back onto the pillow not caring about Aki being in here as the boy couldn't help but admire how cute her room is.
"(I know she likes feminine things, but this is more than I expected.)" Aki thought surprised.
"Did you come here to see my room?" Sumire asked.
"No, of course. I just wanted to help you feel better and go back to your usual self." Aki explained.
"My usual self? I was my usual self when I hurt the President's feelings, wasn't I? Besides, I can't even get up." Sumire stated.
"Come on, don't be like that. Yuzu wasn't mad at you for what happened, you shouldn't blame yourself for something that was beyond your control." Aki said as he moves the strands of her hair to the side.
"Just leave me alone." Sumire shifted her body on the other side.
"Sorry, but I can't do that. You should least change your clothes since you've been wearing the same one since yesterday." Aki advised.
"Then you can help me change." Sumire said emotionless.
Aki gasp on hearing those words coming from her, asking a boy to help change a girl's clothes right now. He wanted to protest at first, but then he realizes that Sumire won't do it herself since she is in a deep depressing state, so he musters up the courage and start taking Sumire's clothes off leaving only her underwear though this is becoming uncomfortable to him.
"My pajama is in that drawer." Sumire said.
"Okay." Aki nodded and quickly went to grab the pajama.
"(I'm in Sumure's room, who is practically naked right now. I got to work fast!)" Aki thought panicked with his face turning red.
Aki managed to put the pajama on Sumire though she is still depressed and sadden that she hasn't carry Yuzu on her shoulder today as she is having a withdraw.
"Guess I should die." Sumire groaned in her pillow.
"No, don't do that! It'll make Yuzu said if you're not up and about!" Aki stated.
"And if you want, maybe I could substitute for her." Aki suggested without thinking.
"Substitute for her?" Sumire puzzled.
Sumire decided to go with it and lifts Aki on his shoulder which makes him nervous as he never done this with any other girls besides Cathyl and some of the Minotaur girls back at the Shina farm. Doing this with a human girl feels weird to him, but Sumire actually finds it comforting and started to smile, suddenly like her body is filling up with energy like before.
"I'll be okay now. Apologizes for worrying you." Sumire smiled.
"I'm glad I could help somehow." Aki said, relief to see Sumire is feeling better now.
"Hey Aki, could you, huh… do one last thing for me?" Sumire asked.
"Sure, what is it?" Aki asked back.
"Kiss my forehead from where you are now." Sumire said.
"Huh?" Aki confused.
"Just one kiss, or else I won't put you down." Sumire blackmailed with little blushes on her cheeks.
Aki gulped hesitate to do the task he was given but didn't want to feel embarrassed anymore in this and just lean his head down giving Sumire a peek on the forehead.
"Thank you." Sumire whispered.
Sumire puts Aki down and finally came out of her room seeing the others waiting for her.
"I'm sorry to cause you concern." Sumire apologized with a bow.
"I'm just glad you're better! I don't know what I would do if you stayed all gloomy like that." Yuzu smiled.
"Sumire is back!" Suu hugged Sumire.
"Yes, and I promise to cause trouble for you all again." Sumire promised.
"Plus, I didn't ride on your shoulder today like I usually do, and that doesn't feel right." Yuzu admitted, causing Sumire to smile and her nose bleeding a little.
"Also, I'm not as easy to break as you think I am. I'm strong, kay? I've overcome al obstacles so far. You've always been there, so you should know that better than anyone." Yuzu reminded before changing the little yellow bird into a tall rooster.
"And with that out of the way, let's try again!" Yuzu smirked.
"Brilliant as always, President!" Sumire cheered.
"(I'm not sure if that will work.)" Aki thought.
"OW!" A loud sound was heard.
"What was that?" Polt asked.
"Sounds like it came from the living room." Rachnera noticed.
Everyone went downstairs to check what made that sound and became shocked upon seeing a Demihuman with her body smack on the glass door, and this is one Demihuman Yuzu immediately recognize.
"What the… Not you again!" Yuzu shocked.
"Huh, oh! Yellow birdy head!" Papi smiled.
Papi has the appearance of a young teenage girl or a petite young woman with medium-length, messy, light blue hair and orange eyes. One strand of hair is always standing upright. She wears low-cut jean shorts and a black tube top. Breasts sizes: A-cup.
"Wow, Papi wasn't expecting to find you here!" Papi backed up and ran toward Yuzu only to smack herself on the glass again.
"Ah! There's a forcfield surrounding this house! I can't go give you a huge!" Papi cried.
"She does know there's a glass door, right?" Sumire asked.
"She's a Harpy, they're not very bright and can't see glass well like normal birds." Cathyl explained.
"Forcefield down." Suu opened the door letting Papi in.
"Ya! Papi is in now!" Papi cheered. "Now why is Papi in here again?"
"You tell us, why exactly are you here? To give me a fright last yesterday?" Yuzu angered.
"Oh hello, it's nice to meet new friends! My name is Harpy, Harpy the happy Papi! No wait, that's not right. I'm Papi, yes, that's it. Papi the happy Harpy!" Papi introduced and corrected herself.
"Okay Papi, I want to know is that why did you try kidnapping me yesterday at the amusement park?" Yuzu demanded.
"Amusement park? Oh yeah, I wanted to give girl with little yellow bird a ride to cheer her up." Papi answered.
"Cheer me up?" Yuzu confused.
"Oh, it's probably because she saw you sad when you couldn't get on that roller coaster." Aki figured out.
"Yes, I wanted you to have fun!" Papi smiled.
"And something tells me that she is not an employee at the park." Rachnera figured that out as well.
"Emplo-me?" Papi confused.
"Well, I guess I can forgive you for trying to cheer me up. But don't go doing that again, and I admit it was fun being in the air like that." Yuzu grinned.
"Yah! Papi cheered like yellow bird girl!" Papi cheered.
"My name is Yuzu!" Yuzu corrected.
"So, Papi, where exactly do you live?" Aki asked.
"Where I live? Huh, does Papi even live in this city, or country?" Papi confused causing everyone to sweatdrop except for Suu.
"Guess we're having another resident here." Yuri giggled.
(Far Away)
The scene shows a road outside of the Tokyo city and a lone figure is walking towards it as this lone figure has a mission.
"The one I will claim his soul, I will meet him soon." The lone woman said.

Aki has managed to cheer up Sumire from her depression of failing Yuzu at the amusement park and he had to go through some awkward moments too, but Sumire is back to her old self and now Sunohara Inn has a new feathery friend in the form of Papi the Harpy. Though it looks like another Demihuman is coming to the Inn soon.
Also, in case you guys couldn't tell, the Sunohara Inn is a lot bigger than in the anime and the rooms are bigger too for humans and certain large Demihumans to live together.
