Fans everywhere were screaming. Penny was pretty sure that she was just short of screaming. Because, holy cow, these boys were hot. And they didn't even seem to notice.

The video was taking place in the gym of the house. The stark white walls of the room seemed out of place, since they were so different to many of the other videos. Most of the ThunderbirdsAreGo videos seemed so colorful and vibrant that white walls were a little disconcerting. There were blue mats on the ground that hadn't been there during the house tour video, and a lot of the equipment had been moved out of the way.

Scott and Gordon could be seen standing in the middle of the room, clearly having been working out. Scott was wearing gym shorts and a black tank top. His hair was damp with sweat, not gelled back like it usually was, and falling into his face. His tattoo, covering the entirety of his left shoulder, was a mix of tribal, geometric and Celtic in design, with the air force badge the center of it. And the collar of his tank was low enough that every viewer could see a nasty looking scar running across his collarbones and the base of his throat. It was clearly an older scar but was still angry looking.

Penny figured that most people were focused on his muscles, though. She certainly was. Well, his and Gordon's.

Gordon was wearing shorts and a tank as well, although his shorts stopped mid-thigh, as opposed to Scott's knee length ones. It left the tentacles of his own tattoo more clearly seen, wrapping around his thigh. He'd have to bare all for the entirety of that design to be seen, and Penny was certain there were plenty of people begging for it (she wouldn't say that she was, she was more refined than that). His own tank was white and had darkened with sweat. Scars stretched up around his back and onto his shoulders, old and white against his tanned skin. He was obviously feeling a lot better than he had in the last video, bouncing on his toes the way he was.

This video was something different, obviously. Granted, for the Tracy YouTube channel, every video was different. It was something that made the channel so loved, even if people had only started watching because the Tracy family was famous and mysterious. Now, though, they watched because they all felt something for the family that had decided that the world was worth saving. Penny was pleased, of course, because she'd never expected it to go so far. She'd never actually expected the boys to film on their own, having thought that she'd always have to track them down to do so.

John had told her, though, that they all felt a little better for having started this channel. It was fun, for one thing. And the memories they were making were definitely worth it. They were recording for posterity, apparently, and letting the rest of the world see was inconsequential. They had noticed, though, that a lot more people were willing to listen to them during rescues, now that they weren't just mysterious figures in blue. And that a lot more people were willing to listen outside of rescues, since they weren't just mysterious multi-billionaires.

"Hello world," Gordon said, grinning and giving a little wiggling wave of his fingers. Scott nodded towards the camera, leaning back against one of the weight machines. Penny was sure he didn't notice how he was flexing his muscles to maintain that pose, but that didn't mean that others didn't. "Kayo was supposed to be giving you guys a self-defense lesson, but she's on security detail for Alan right now, so Scotty and I are going to take over."

"Apparently," Scott drawled, just a hint of an accent coming through, "many people have been asking for basic self-defense demonstrations. So…you're welcome."

"Virgil is going to be acting as our 'badguy' for the day," Gordon grinned, and Virgil came into view of the camera, rolling his eyes. He was wearing a gray tank, and some black workout pants, his hair just as floppy as Scott's, although surprisingly it also held a bit of a wavey curl to it when it wasn't all gelled up. His usual watch and leather bracelets were missing, but his wrists were still covered by black sweatbands. All three of them were barefoot.

"Yay," Virgil deadpanned. "I get to be beat up by my brothers for YouTube. Whoopee."

Scott snorted, straightening to his full height and giving Virgil's shoulder a playful shove. "That's nothing new right?"

Virgil gave him a look and then shoved him back, sending Scott stumbling back a bit. Gordon laughed in the background, a bright happy sound. "Don't challenge the bear, Scooter!" Gordon crowed. "Anyway! We figured if we showed you guys how to take down someone as big as Virgil, it would be more educational than say…using Alan."

"Alan's not even here, brat," Virgil grumbled. He moved over so that he was standing on the mats, grumpy look on his face. It was a little bit exaggerated, as though he wasn't quite as put out as he was pretending to be.

Scott rolled his eyes, throwing an arm over Virgil's shoulder. "Cheer up, bro," he said, nudging him. "We all know that you'll get us back later. Let's go ahead and show everyone how to defend themselves." Virgil sighed and gave a rather fake looking smile to the camera, stretching a little. It made his shirt ride up, and Penny sighed a little. She just knew that the fan pages for the boys (the ones that they knew about but very adamantly ignored) would soon have a lot of new content.

Gordon bounced into position, standing just in front of Virgil. "Ready?" he asked, and Virgil gave a nod while Scott patted him on the shoulder.

What followed was twenty minutes of highly educational self-defense. Gordon played the victim, with Virgil the attacker, while Scott explained every move that Gordon did. They would go slow at first, to emphasize what moves to make, and then quickly, showing the speed needed to do the maneuver. It was clear that Gordon was being careful not to hurt Virgil, but also clear that Gordon was more than capable of doing so.

They showed what to do if grabbed from behind. If grabbed from the front. If pinned to the wall or the ground or even your attacker's own body. Virgil was constantly being slammed into the mats, but he seemed to be okay with it, for the most part. Probably because he knew his brothers were being careful not to actually hurt him, since a lot of these moves were ones that were meant to incapacitate to the point of broken bones.

Twenty minutes in and they were taking a water break, Scott across the mats and Virgil and Gordon near the camera. The camera easily picked up the whispered conversation taking place.

"Dare you to sneak up and grab Scott."

"Dude. No. He'll break me."

"He won't break you."

"Uh huh. And when he does?"

There was a pause there, as they both took drinks. "If he breaks you, I'll do the next bulk run with Grandma."

"Huh. That pretty much makes it worth it," Virgil murmured back. He stepped away from the camera, setting his water bottle back down.

Gordon grinned, turning to the camera, bouncing again despite being quite a bit more tired. Working out, even for a demonstration like this, was hard and sweaty work. "So," he said, speaking up more. Scott shifted behind them but was obviously thinking about something else as he wasn't paying much attention to his surroundings, or to Virgil sneaking up on him. "The idea is that you practice these moves so that they're ingrained in your muscles for when you really need them."

Virgil lashed out, grabbing Scott from behind. And Scott retaliated with a bit of a yelp, slamming an elbow into Virgil's face and throwing his brother to the ground. Virgil groaned, curling up a little, while Gordon burst into laughter. "Holy crap! You really did break him!"

Scott gaped for a moment before crouching next to his brother and pulling his hand from his face. "Shit guys," he murmured. "Why'd you do that?" He dutifully checked Virgil's face and concluded that Virgil was going to be suffering from a bit of a black eye there. His ribs, though, would probably smart for a while; the move that had gotten him onto the ground hadn't broken any, but they were probably bruised.

"Proving a point," Virgil gasped, struggling to take a deep breath. He couldn't remember if Scott had gotten him in the solar plexus or not, but it definitely felt like it.

Gordon winced a little, although he was still incredibly amused, and also crouched next to where Virgil remained on the ground. He patted his brother's large chest gently. "Breathe, bro," he murmured, the humor evident in his voice. He looked back to the camera, giving a bit of a shrug. "Muscle memory," he said, still grinning.

"You guys suck," Virgil grumbled. He glared up at Gordon. "You better keep your end of the bargain."

Gordon held up his hands, snickering. "Sure thing, V," he said. "You made your point." He was too busy snickering to see Virgil's hand reach out, and so he yelped when he ended up tumbling to the ground.

Scott sat back on his heels, shaking his head. "You two are ridiculous," he mumbled. He also turned to the camera, rolling his eyes a bit as he brushed his hair from his face. "I hope you got at least something from this little endeavor," he said to the world at large. "But for now, I think we need to get Virgil some ice. And maybe throw Gords in the pool. Goodbye world."

And the camera went dark.

Who else wants these boys to do workout videos? Like, they could make bank just making workout videos.

Thanks for the self-defense tips. Always good to know when you live in a big city. Or anywhere else, I guess.

Military bros for the win! Gordon and Scott really seem to know their stuff. Think they'd be willing to do a shooting video? Scott did say that Gordon was a sharpshooter, right?
