ABHI held her hand and whispered : Mumma...but she jerked his hand harshly resulting in Abhijeet slipping from the staircase….she was just moving upstairs….

KIRTI TURNED BACK AND HER FACIAL EXPRESSIONS TURNED BLANK SEEING HER SON LYING DOWN SEMI-CONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR….
Her son who solely meant the world to her from 21 long years was lying semi-conscious with a bleeding forehead as she by mistake jerked his hand harshly….and CONSEQUENCES are in front of her . Due to her TERRIBLE mistake her son is lying in his own pool of blood! And her gaze fell on ACP sir whose forehead started sweating seeing his son lying in his own pool of blood….
ACP sir hurriedly ran near him and secured him protectively in his arms . He caringly placed his head in his lap and started patting his cheeks in TENSION!
KIRTI was just frozen in his place seeing her dear son in such a terrible condition . FINALLY , she came out of trance as ACP sir ran towards his son...
ACP sir whispered tearily : ABHI ! Abhi beta…( whispered painfully ) y..yeh s..ab….( jerked his head painfully and softly caressed his forehead which was bleeding profusely now while a painful groan escaped through his mouth so ACP sir hurriedly removed his hand…)...
KIRTI hurriedly ran downstairs and knelt down beside ABHIJEET whose eyes were getting closed with each passing SECOND!...A chill passed down her spine seeing his CLOSED EYES!..
Kirti moistily : ABHI! Beta ankhe kholo aap to apni mumma ki sari baate maante ho na firr ( painfully ) firr aaj nahi manega mera beta meri baat….( softly kissed his hand and whispered mositly ) Mumma ka BRAVE chotu hai na to nahi uthega kya…!
Abhijeet tried to open his eyes but failed miserably as his forehead was bleeding profusely….ACP and KIRTI felt numb at the moment they looked at each other with teary eyes
Looking at ACP and Kirti who are currently unable to react to anything DIG took control of the situation and added in a loud-tensed tone : ACP chalo hospital leke chalte jaldi…
ACP sir and Kirti jerked a bit while ACP sir hurriedly picked Abhijeet in his arms and ran from there while Kirti followed them hurriedly….
He made him lie on the back seat of the car and Kirti sat besides him and kept his head on her lap and started pressing the wound with the handkerchief in order to stop the blood flow…

AFTER FEW MORE MINUTES,

DOCTORRRRRRRRR…..!

Doctors arrived with a stretcher and immediately took charge . Meanwhile, Kirti was only watching towards her son's face BLANKLY!...Doctors hurriedly led him to the ICCU due to his CONDITION!...which is getting deteriorated with each passing SECOND!...

There was an uncanny silence in the whole CORRIDOR . Everyone was looking lost in their own world at that moment with different emotions occupying each one's EYES!...All were looking at the ICCU door with TENSION but a person who is a MOTHER! Whose son is lying unconscious on the HOSPITAL BED! Due to her FAULT! was just looking down with guilty-teary eyes...She did not dare to lift up her gaze . There was complete SILENCE! when a GUILT-STRICKEN teary voice echoed resulting in everyone coming out of their thoughts…
Voice blankly : A..Abhi m..ere vajah se gir gaya na….
Everyone came out of the thought with GUILTY-BLANK VOICE!...ACP sir turned and looked towards her in SHOCK!...DIG just sighed PAINFULLY!...but the next sentence made ACP shivered to CORE!...
Kirti in a low-blank tone : A..Abhi to mujhe rokne gaya tha par maine itne tez hath chudvaya ki voh gir hi gaya…( Looked away and added in tears ) m..ere hi vajah se m..ere bete ko itni chot lag gayi...( Painfully ) mujh se bahut badi galti ho gayi na….aur voh aise hospital bed mein leta hua hain….
ACP came near her with fast STEPS! and held her hand softly...Looking into her eyes he added strongly : Kya bol rahi ho Kirti sirf accident tha voh...aur kuch nahi…
Kirti downed her head and added in a low-teary tone : Kaise accident tha ACP sahab meri galti ki vajah humare bete ki jaan pe ban aayi na…
ACP sir looked towards at her with teary eyes while she further continued as : Stairs se gir gaya na...agar maine dhyan diya hota to aise hota hi nahi na….( painfully ) kitna dard ho raha hoga na usse ( In a low-painful tone ) usko to injection se bhi dar lagta hain…
ACP sir smiled at her in tears and added strictly : Aise kuch nahi hain Kirti ( she looked into his eyes while he added softly ) jaan ke nahi kiya tumne kuch accident tha sirf..aur tum thodi chahti thi gir jaye Abhi ( she instantly nodded in no while he smiled and added ) aur firr Abhi bhi nahi chayega ki uski maa aise baate soche hmm…( she downed her head while he added ) jo hona hota hain ho jata haina to firr ab khud ko guilty maan ke kya hoga haina…
ACP side hugged her and added : Kuch nahi hoga bilkul chinta mat karo hmm…( Kirti nodded at him with tears and grabbed his arm tightly…)
ACP sir smiled at her in pain and softly wiped his tears….while she looked at him in FEAR! As the doctor came out of the ICCU!...
ACP sir looked towards the doctor in TENSION! And after gathering some COURAGE! He further asked in fear : Doctor m..mera bachcha kaisa hain ab….( Kirti held his hand in ANXIETY and TENSION! )
Doctor smiled at him and added : Sir he is alright now ( Both took a deep breath and heaved a relieving sigh while everyone sighed ) buttttt ! The wound on his forehead is deep ( Kirti's heart forgot to beat for a moment and she looked at the doctor's face in extreme TENSION! While the doctor added assuringly ) but abhi theek hain voh jitna rest karega utna achcha hain uske liye…
ACP sir hurriedly added in tension : Doctor kya hum usse mil sakte hain abhi…
Doctor smiled at them and nodded assuringly while Kirti and ACP looked at each other and hurriedly went towards ICCU...
Both looked through the glass and their facial expressions went BLANK! and their heart pinched badly seeing their ever-charming son lying like a lifeless body with a drip attached to his arm and cannula attached to his other arm...Both softly flared hands on the glass as if they were fondling his son and instantly touched his heart . Few tear droplets escaped from ACP sir's eyes seeing his ABHI in pain but he could not stop them as he is not STRONG HEARTED ACP PRADYUMAN MORE but a NORMAL father who loves his son unconditionally...while KIRTI just averted his gaze to hide her teary-red eyes….
Kirti whispered painfully : M..Mujh se nahi dekha jayega ACP sahab aap jayie andar….( ACP sir looked at her in shock )
ACP sir consolingly : Nahi Kirti chalo andar ( seeing Kirti still ready to protest he added firmly ) Abhi tumhara wait kar raha hoga na chalo firr…Kirti nodded at him HELPLESSLY!..while both of them marched inside the room...and they felt a huge burden in their heart seeing him..lying on the hospital bed . A big bandage almost covering the entire HEAD! While a big oxygen mask was attached on his FACE! And a cannula piercing his arm...His EVER-CHARMING LAUGHING FACE! That enlightens their whole LIFE! Had become so DULL AND PALE!...
They went near him with slow shambling steps on either side and sat on the stool...Kirti softly grabbed his hand and kissed his it LOVINGLY! While she kept another hand on his head and softly kissed his CHEEK! With love….
ACP sir was watching both with numerous tears floating in his EYES! . He prayed to god several times to protect his two most beautiful relations from every DANGER! ACP sir softly kissed his head when some teardrops fell on his face….After all he is their SON ! their whole WORLD ! without him they could not even imagine how their life would be….ACP sir although lived without them for 21 long YEARS! EVERYDAY EVERY MOMENT in ENTIRE 21 years he just craved to hold his 11 months old son in his ARMS! He missed his FAMILY a lot in this span! Now , At last after 21 Years the time came when God became this much kind to them...He is sitting with his family BUT their son is lying on the HOSPITAL BED! ACP sir softly caressed his face with the same FEELINGS! And kissed his cheeks several times! Kirti smiled at both LOVINGLY! She is too happy to witness such a beautiful scene in her life . Though her son had never asked her about his FATHER! But surely he craved for FATHERLY LOVE CARE AND AFFECTION! NOW , AT LAST AFTER 21 years he was getting FATHERLY CARE! LOVE ! that he craved for it in his entire life….
Few minutes later , after their arrival...he slowly moved his fingers which made ACP and Kirti alert they grabbed his hands with love and care . Placing their other hand on his head they looked at him with teary eyes….when ABHIJEET slowly unfurled his eyelids and after adjusting his vision properly .
He looked at both with a half-opened weak GAZE! For the first time in his entire LIFE! He felt extremely blessed to have his both FATHER AND MOTHER sitting beside HIM! And showering their all LOVE CARE AFFECTION on him...He smiled weakly at them while both just wiped their teary eyes and softly kissed his cheeks who flashed a cutest smile in return…
The whole Room was occupied with an uncanny silence no one spoke anything but they were enjoying the most PRECIOUS! A BEAUTIFUL moment that came after so many atrocities in their lives...with heavenly sooth in their HEARTS! . How much they craved for this special moment! ACP sir has to turn a SERVANT too in order to get his FAMILY UNITED! …. DIG sir who was watching this moment from the glass window just smiled in tears seeing this FAMILY FINALLY UNITED!
KIRTI who could not resist more finally spoke in a most loving tone : Kaisa hai mera chotu ab ?! ( Abhijeet blinked his eyes in response while Kirti kissed his head softly and added in a concern-teary tone ) zyada dard to nahi ho raha na mere baby ko…
Abhijeet smiled at her lightly and nodded in no while ACP added in a jolly tone : Are yarr senior inspector Abhijeet ko dard hua hai kya kabhi jo aaj hoga…( Kirti chuckled while Abhijeet turned his face to another side and looked at his DAD who was watching him with love and teary eyes )
ACP kissed his cheek and added in a teary-possessive tone : Vaise bahut dara diya tha tum ne mujhe…( Abhijeet looked at him with wet eyes while he added in tears ) janab aap ko to heart attack dene mein maza aata hai na mujhe waise har baar….( Abhijeet smiled at him weakly while Kirti just prayed in her heart for safety of both and just smiled seeing the most beautiful scene in front of her that she was dying to witness in her entire LIFE! )...
Meanwhile , the doctor entered inside and declared him totally fit . He removed his oxygen mask while Abhijeet just took a relieving sigh as this mask was a HUGE PROBLEM! For him while ACP and KIRTI shook their heads disappointedly….
DIG who was smiling in tears witnessing this BEAUTIFUL MOMENT! From the glass window caressed the window smilingly and prayed to ALMIGHTY! To protect their happiness FOREVER!
Unable to control more he came inside with a big smile on his face….while the trio too greeted him with a happy smile….
DIG smiling went near Abhijeet and softly rubbed his head while he added in a loving tone : Ab kaisa hain mera Abhi….
Abhijeet smiled and cutely hugged him while he further added as patting his back and softly kissing his head : Zyada dard to nahi ho raha na ab Abhi ko….
Abhijeet cutely : Nahi bilkul nahi…
DIG chuckled a bit and added in tease : Bhala iron man ko kabhi dard hota hai kya….( Abhijeet separated from the hug and smiled shyly )
Kirti and ACP were watching them with beautiful contended SMILES! And they looked at each other and smiled tearily while the DIG who noticed it added to lighten the environment a bit…
DIG sir naughtily : Bhai tum log na tickets rakha Karo Apne show ki ( Trio looked at him confusingly while he added in the same mischvievous tone ) Kabhi nakli pati , Kabhi nakli patni Kabhi reunion ... Paisa vasool show milega logo ko….
He winked at the three embarrassed faces and laughed out loud.
He looked at Abhijeet who was sitting with a down head and a shy smile. He decided to tease his SHAHABZADE as
DIG sir in an innocent-mischievous tone : Bhai Abhi CID se resign kardo tum….
This resulted in a sudden turn from all three. Abhijeet looked at him shockingly when Dig sir added as...
DIG sir in tease : Ha matlab tum bureau se jyada to yahi hospital Mai milte ho ... to yehi job karne ka fayda haina….( Abhijeet made an annoyed face while ACP and Kirti were secretly laughing and enjoying his leg pulling session )...
Abhijeet in a cute-pleading tone : DAIDAAAAAAAA! Dekho naaaa inko yeh mujhe tang kar rahe hai….
ACP sir in a fake stern tone added : Koi nahi tang karega mere bete ko….( Abhijeet gave him a victory smile while Kirti nodded her head in disappointment and he further added as ) Vaise Abhi idea bura nahi hain karlo job hospital mein hi….nurses ki costume mein cute bahut lagoge tum….
Abhijeet's mouth remained wide open while DIG and Kirti laughed at it wholeheartedly…..
