Author's note: I am so sorry that this chapter is a FEW days late! I know many of you guys have been begging me to update and you are ready to find out what happens next. I have been super busy and the chapter wasn't finished when my uploading time came. I also wanted to go through and proofread it as well to make sure the chapter is as great as it can be! Immediately, more SWAT officers roll the third stretcher to the unconscious Beau, who is lying motionless in the sand.

Two officers lift Beau up from the sand and lay him on the stretcher and they buckle him up to keep him secured.

An oxygen mask is placed over his face.

Beau is now being rolled to the helicopter to be airlifted to the hospital as well.

"What just happened Captain?" Tweak asked, feeing totally off guard.

No one was expecting Beau to fall out like that.

If the Octonauts were being honest with themselves, they were all caught off guard…..

"Something is definitely wrong with Beau…. But I am not sure what it is…." Barnacles answers the best that he can.

The helicopter is now in the air on the way to the hospital.

"Status report. We now have three individuals which whom all three are unconscious. We are in the air as I speak. We will arrive shortly." The pilot radios the hospital.

SWAT medics are on board checking out Asher, Christina and Beau trying to do everything they can to help them for the time being until they get to the hospital.

All of the Octonauts are in the waiting room.

They have been here for many hours now.

Many of the crew have fallen asleep in the chairs and couches.

The Vegimals are all sacked out on the floor, cuddling with one another.

Normally, Captain Barnacles would scold them for lying on the floor, especially in public, however this time he decided to just let them be.

After all, they are all exhausted from the past few days of traveling and worrying about Asher and Christina's well being.

It has been a lot on the crew.

Barnacles and Kwazii are the only ones awake.

"I be so tired…. I can't barely keep me eyes open….." Kwazii yawns.

"I know Kwazii…. I would like to get some rest as well….. but I would hate to fall asleep and then a nurse come in the room to tell us an update and they would find us all asleep. That would be awkward on their behalf. A Captain never rests in these sort of situations."

"Captain, if I am being honest with meself, I am very worried about Christina and Asher….."

Barnacles nods. "My thoughts exactly. What happened to them was extremely dangerous…. It is serious business. From what I have heard and seen so far, this hospital seems very well oiled. The Doctors should take great care of Christina and Asher…." Barnacles said then pausing, forgetting something else.

"And Beau…." He added.

After hearing his name, both go silent, thinking about him once again.

"I still be in shock about this Beau matey…. I never seen anything like what I have witnessed today…." Kwazii adds.

Barnacles begins to have lots of questions.

"Kwazii, there is something that I have to ask."

Kwazii motions him to go on.

"The pirates seemed to have known you. And you asked about Beau yourself. How did you know those pirates?"

Kwazii took a deep breath.

"Those are the very pirates that I used to work with before I became an Octonaut. Those are the same pirates who tried to invade the passenger ship you was Captain on at the time. Inkling was on the ship too. The very ones who tried to hurt the innocent little girl that on the ship…."

Barnacles' mouth is wide open.

"I knew those pirates looked familiar! I'm shocked they didn't remember me!"

"Aye Captain. Pirates try to invade and kidnap many people. They don't remember everyone they have encountered. And some of the pirates that work for Captain Drake now, weren't on the crew at the time I was and when everything went down and I quit. And some of the pirates that used to work for him, don't work for him anymore. That's been a good few years ago when I was on the crew."

"But why would he betray his pirate crew to help Asher and Christina? Why would be betray his own kind? What he did was truly unexpected…. I am just as shocked as Captain Drake was. It looks like he was telling the truth the entire time about him being on their side!"

"If Beau took that big of a risk to help them, knowing that he could be fired, it has to mean that he was truly on their side."

"You are right. But there is just something about him…. That is different. I need to talk to him as soon as the doctors will allow it."

"But I wonder Captain…. Did they ever claim the treasure? Where are the diamonds? No one ever said if they got the treasure….." Kwazii wonders.

With all the chaos that occurred a few hours ago, no one had the opportunity to ask about the treasure.

The diamonds was the least of everyone's concern at the time.

"That is a good question Kwazii….. a good question." Barnacles replies.

"I wonder where it be right now…." Kwazii says going into deep thought.

Little did they know…. The treasure was closer to them than they thought it would be…..

Monitors can be heard beeping.

Two for that matter.

Asher opens his eyes.

The first thing that he sees is a breathing mask over his face.

He flinches, it scared him at first.

He looks over to his side and sees that he is hooked up to a breathing machine and a drip is in his left arm.

Asher is also wearing a hospital gown and has a hospital bracelet on his right arm.

He didn't feel good, he felt tired and drained.

He ached all over his body.

"How did I get here? Why am I here?" Asher thought to himself.

Then he remembered everything.

The boulders, the fires. Everything.

The last thing that he remembered was he and Christina trying to dodge the falling boulders and the fire just started.

He didn't remember anything after that.

He wondered how long he has been here…..

Hours? Days?

Asher also wondered if the Octonauts ever made it to the island…..Are they here at the hospital?

Asher has so many questions.

"But where is Christina?" He continued to have random thoughts through his head.

He looks over to his left and sees Christina lying there, still not awake yet.

"Christina!" Asher exclaims.

He wanted to run over to her so bad, although he knew he couldn't since he was hooked up to the breathing machine and the drip.

Asher was very concerned about Christina.

Although he has only known her for a few days, he has bonded with her, after all, she is his twin.

He has become closer with her, although their relationship started off very rough, it has gotten a lot better.

He admits that he has become a protective brother to her.

He does care about her and he loves her.

He would do anything for her.

If she never wakes up, he doesn't know what he will do…..

He already lost her all those years before, he can't lose her again….

"But wait, what about the diamonds?"

Asher was curious to know where the diamonds are…..

The last time that he knew where they were was right after they got them and-

Then he remembered something.

Asher lifts up the collar of his hospital gown, he looks under his gown, revealing the diamond to still be around his neck the entire time.

He was surprised that the hospital staff didn't try to remove it, as to most of the time in hospitals, they remove jewelry and personal items.

Asher pulls it out from under his gown and lets it dangle down his chest.

Then Asher thinks of something else.

"Whatever happened to Beau? What has become of him?"

He wondered what became of the side-turned pirate that helped them.

Did he go to jail?

Did he join the Fearful Diamond Pirates again?

Or did he move on to a new life?

What made Beau want to help him and Christina in the first place?

Suddenly, Christina wakes up.

Asher sees her eyes fluttering opening.

Immediate after she wakes up, the Doctor walks in to his surprise, both of his patients are now awake….
