[Area 00 – Sanurai headquarter- holding cell]

"You may be dismissed."

The female samurai was shocked to see a scientist of high rank walked towards her. Like an obedient soldier, she bowed and left her post without questions or concern for the safety of the scientist that gave her the order.

Strangely, the stairs leading down had no guards in sight as she slowly descend downward.

"You may fool the world, Dr Kiri, but you always left a strand to expose your acting." The scientist commented as he looked into the holding cell. "Even your past acting career will not cover the track in the Inverse."

He could see a brief grin on Dr kiri's face as his overgrown hair covered most of the facial features.

"If you wanted an audience, you could have booked an appointment. There isn't a need for such a ruse or show to get our attention."

"They always send the smart one to talk." Dr kiri replied as he raised his head slightly to view at the scientist that was talking to him. "Aren't you afraid of being controlled by me?"

"Controlled? Quit your insane acting and get to the point, my time is precious and I do not want to waste a single moment of it with you."

"You have trained them to hunt for Persona users but gave them shadows to chase after, one explanation will be…."

"How much did you know." The scientist snaps back, surprised on the information that Dr kiri knew.

"More than enough to make a death warrant for myself." Dr kiri laughed madly at the scientist.

The scientist knew something was off and Dr kiri wasn't lying with his words. A brief commotion could be heard at the bottom of the holding cells. Sound of gunshots could be heard. There were screaming of different languages of profanity but none from the samurai that the scientist sent away.

"A spider to the end." The scientist emitted an aura that was reflected in the mirror of the holding cell, that separated Dr kiri and the scientist. A mechanical like angel descended slowly down to the back of the scientist.

The Spider and the Angel exchanged look, each ready to rip the throat of the other.

[Area 01]

As Raidou disappeared from sight, Tendou peered out from the corner, waiting for Raidou signal.

Gripping tightly on the handle on his katana, he watched as the other samurais abusing the passer-by. As he watched the light reflected from the metal surface of the weapons, Tendou's body surged forward without waiting for the reasoning in his mind.

It was unlike his past self, where he would trust in the orders that was given to him and kept a calm mind while surveying the situation. It was as if he was being influenced by an invisible force to protect those that was abuse.

Tendou pushed through the crowd like a rushing bull, smashing against the samurais before their weapons were fully drawn. Drop kicking the nearest samurai with full force.

"Flee, now!" Tendou shouted at the people, who quickly got out of streets and seek shelters in nearby shops.

"you finally show yourself, drone."

"Declaration. Tell me why you are here and leave for the station."

"Tough luck, drone. We aren't telling you jack- why we are here. You will come with us and that will be the end of story." The samurai spit out the blood in his mouth before the group clustered together.

Something about not getting an answer infuriates Tendou, he released the grip on his weapon and assumed an unknown battle stance.

Laughing at Tendou refusal to use his katana, even sealing it shut with the sheath with chains, charged forward in a swarm tactics.

One…two…three…

Tendou counted the number of steps each member took as they charged towards him.

Tucking one fist at his waist as he took in a deep breathe, Tendou countered with his own charge. He caught the nearest arm and launching the fist towards the abdomen like a bullet. The impact from the mere punch was more than enough to knock cold the unfortunate samurai, sending his body crashing against the person on the back.

Tendou did not stop with the first samurai, his rage drove him to attack the others with more ferocity on each strike, like a man possessed.

Raidou aimed and fire at those samurais that would get up for another fight, striking them with the tranquilizer dart that he 'liberated' from the sniper.

The last samurai, quake in fear as he watched his team being demolished by a single samurai that they were tasked to retrieved.

"Monster…" the last samurai screamed up as Tendou gripped him by the collar and lifted him up like a doll. "You aren't a samurai! You are a monster!"

"Final Chance. Why are you here." Tendou's ruby eye glared towards the face of the frighten samurai, as if burning his soul with a mere look.

"I'm …I'm not saying a word!"

The samurai could feel the grip on his collar tightening up and a pain on his index finger and middle finger.

Tendou had use his free hand and started bending it at an unnatural position. Each second that the samurai remain silent, each second the fingers feel the pressure exerted onto it increases.

"GAH! IT HURT! IT HURT!"

"Tell me. Why."

"The…Higher...up! We…we..just following orders!"

Before Tendou could get another answer or snaps the finger of the samurai, he could feel a sharp pain at his back, followed by a numbing feeling coursing his body.

"what…"

As Tendou grip soften, the samurai quickly pushed Tendou to the side and flee towards the opposite direction.

Tendou tried to fight off the numbness in order to stay conscious. His legs began to give way and his vision blurred.

His last vision was Raidou, still holding on the rifle on his hand, walking towards him.

"Why…"

"…."

Raidou did not answer, only standing there as he watched Tendou fell to the ground before his consciousness faded away.

"What's going on?"

Katsuki was staring at the half build foundation where the crime scene used to be. It wasn't the destruction of the evidence that shook him. It was what the reflection within the Inverse.

Katsuki armed himself with his his weapons on his back. A zanbatō in his arm as he walked into the Inverse,

"There are two roads in front of you." Katsuki shouted out at the masked men, who were reshaping the Inverse of the crime scene into a maze-like structure. "One. Surrender and bring me to your leader/"

The masked men looked back, confused on why or how a samurai managed to enter the Inverse without sounding the alarm.

"Two. We can fight and I beat the information out of you, you can…."

Before Katsuki could finish his words, the masked men raced into the half-finished maze.

"Why do everyone always runs when I shout out to them the options they had, it's not like they had any chance to win anyway."

Katsuki let out a sigh as he watched them splitting into two team when they entered into the maze, as if it would make a different to their survival.

"You know, one of these days, I got to shorten the warming." Katsuki scratched his head and walked towards to the maze walls. "Surrender or get beaten to half alive, how does it sound?"

"…."

Dagda remained quiet as he observed the structure of the maze walls.

"I take that silent as your reply to my new warning massage. A work in progress."

"Dagda, give these walls a hard smash." Katsuki aimed at the wall as Dagda prepared an Assault Dive towards the wall, creating a massive horizontal hole in the middle of the maze and the exit at the far side.

Katsuki swung his zanbatō to his shoulder as he walked in through the hole that he made.

"Alright, this should be enough handicap for them. Time for a morning run." Katsuki cracked his neck.

"Ready or not, I'm going to hunt you down." Katsuki shouted out, hopping it would give the masked men more than enough time to prepare their surprise or prayers.
