Chapter 25 : Battle of Fairy Tail Part 1

A sphere of light descended from the sky into a stormy mountain, with thunder rumbling in the cloud as the sphere of light stop near a cave that can house a gigantic being.
"I never thought that you liked this kind of place, usually you prefer forest or flower field instead. Are you feels sad that you cannot meet your beloved again?" a female voice echoed from the sphere of light.
"What do you want, Grandeeney?... If you come here just to bugging me then beat it!" A deep, angry voice replied, its own voice echoing through the cave.
"My, is it wrong for me to worried about you, Dear Brother Lidorias?" Grandeeney replied sweetly.
Lidorias came out from the cave as he stare at Grandeeney "Sigh... As cheeky as ever, my younger sister... Then, what's brings you here?"
"Well, I'm actually on my way to see Igneel, his son seems has tasted the Blue Dragon Emperor's power and I need to see how's he doing. But, since you're closer, I decided to stop by cause there's something I should tell you." Grandeeney replied.
"Yeah, I saw it with my own eyes, that kid better not to try another of those power" Lidorias said, knowing what Natsu is really are "So, what is it you wanna tell me?"
"I had a vision, that boy Ast-"
"His name is Zephyrus Astoria now!" Lidorias shouted in anger that cutting off her sentences.
"Really? You gave him the West Wind God's name?... And Astoria, isn't that the old capital of the Dragonkind?" Grandeeney questioned in little surprised.
"You know that I'm bad at naming things. So, I used that guy's name just to respected him. And the Astoria part was Luna's idea" the Wind Dragon explained.
"Well, whatever... As I saying, the vision that I saw, your son... if he didn't not careful, he surely will turn just like him. While you already taken care of the Dragon Seed, his Dragonization process is still happening because of Blue Dragon Emperor's power. So, I advice that you better interfering with-"
Suddenly Lidorias slamming his claw that split the ground "You want me to interfere with the humans!?" Lidorias questioned with angry tone "Grandeeney... Luna has worked very hard dealing with so many branches of the worlds, just to find the best outcome. Don't make her struggle in vain!" He roaring loudly.
"I know, but... Is it really the best outcome? All I see in his future is despair..." Grandeeney stated with sad tone.
"There's nothing we can do. But, I believe in him... So, I say it again, do not interfere!" Lidorias told her in angry deep voice.
"Very well, I understand... If the Heavenly Dragons thinks that this is for the best, then I don't have a choice but to comply" Grandeeney said and finally leave the place.
Lidorias watching his sister leaving the mountain as he then stare at the ground "Luna... I hope you know what're you doing"
-Akane Resort-
Everything was peaceful once again. The group had returned to Akane Resort for some much needed rest, and everything was quiet and peaceful.
The boy's eyes twitching as he slowly opening his eyes after his slumber. He gaze at his surrounding to found himself in one of the Akane Resort's room, with Rayna and the twins sleeping on another bed besides his bed. He then getting up from bed while doing some stretch, it seems the sun haven't risen yet. He then walking to the balcony and looking at the horizon.
"Sigh..." he took a deep breath and let it out. "Hm?... Isn't that..." His eyes looking at a girl sat down alone on the beach while hugging her legs. He then jump off from the balcony and make his way towards her "What're you doin here alone, Nymph?" He questioned her.
"Huh?... Oh, it's you, Master... Sorry, I should have stayed at your side while you recovering. But, here am I slacking off from my job" Nymph sheepishly said to him.
"It's okay... thanks to Dracyan and Blood of Fafnir, I'm already back to full health now" He replied as he sit down next to her.
"How stupid of me... I still can't move on from his death. I still chose him over you. Even though I'm your Spirit Arms" She said lowering her head.
"It's okay, you don't need to blame yourself" Pyrus said as he gaze at the horizon.
The atmosphere became quiet and awkward as they unable to say anything, only the sounds of waves could be heard to filling atmosphere between them.
"You know..."
Nymph trying to opening the conversation, making Pyrus looking at her.
"Thank you for what you did to Fenrir, now that Ventus can rest in peace. I really appreciated it..." Nymph said.
Pyrus nodded and says "No problem... I only did the right thing"
"And also... Saying that Ventus can rest in peace seems kinda wrong..."
"Hm?" Pyrus tilting his head in confusion.
"What I meant that... Master said that Ventus is still alive... How did you know that?" Nymph asked him awkwardly.
"Oh, that... Well, I managed to save his consciousness in that moment. And since his soul is already being a part of me, I just return some and sealed it inside the gem" He explained as he held the gem near her.
"So... Does it mean that Ventus can be brought back?" She asked hoping for her former Master could return to the living.
"Hmm... In theory it should be possible if we have enough magic and a proper body to be his vessel. Using the Etherwind or Felisia's Flame of Life, we can support his soul and place it in a new body" Pyrus assuming.
"But, knowing him... He probably refuses to come back. Ventus is quite stubborn, he prioritize others before himself and didn't like to take the credits for something he achieved. I thought that he was too naive. But, he's just too kind for his own good. He ready to sacrifice himself for his dearest friends and family" Pyrus remember what kind of person that Ventus is. "Thanks to him... I was able to change"
"You seems like to talk about someone behind their back" the voice that belongs to Ventus echoed from the gem.
"Oh, you're awake..." Pyrus said.
"Thanks to you talking about me, I couldn't helped but to eavesdropping on your conversation" Ventus said in annoyed. His spirit materialize near them. Ventus is now transparent while using the same outfit that Pyrus wearing currently, which is a white T-shirt and black shorts.
"Ventus..." Nymph muttered his name. "I'm so sorry... Because of me..." Her tears falling from her eyes
"Nepheria... You don't need to blame yourself for what happened to me. It wasn't your fault, The moment I pulled your sword that time... I was ready. My life changed cause of that and I know that I could die any moment after made the contract... You've to move forward, with Zeph by your side. I know that we promised to be by each other sides. But, no matter how we wanted it, there's always parting ways in the end" Ventus told her.
"Ven..." She start to crying.
"There's future ahead of you... A future where you be free for loving someone... I hope you will understand. So give up to bring me back" Ventus said.
Unable to contains her tears, Nymph cried even louder. Pyrus put his hand and gently patting her head.
"Zephyrus..." Ventus called him.
"What is it, Ven..." He stood up.
"Please stay by her side... She need you" Ventus told him.
"Of course I will..." Pyrus smiled. They rise their hands at chest level. As their palms touched each other, Ventus dissolve and then absorbed by Pyrus. He can feel the warmth from him as the two of them become one.
Pyrus dropped to his butt, as Nymph is already stopped crying. The boy sigh as now inside him there's another spirit other than Dracyan.
"You know what, I almost forgot..." Ventus talking to his mind.
"What?..."
"What happened after you killed me?... I mean, what happened to the war?..."
"Oh, well, you don't need to worry about that. We won and everyone is safe. They manage to bring new world order after the Overlords was defeated. And don't worry about your sister, Wendy... Her illness has been cured" Pyrus told him.
"I see... That's great to hear. Now I can rest easy leaving them in Andra" Ventus said in relieved.
"And speaking of Wendy... I should start to find her soon" Pyrus noted.
"Well, good luck with that..." Ventus' voice disappeared.
Pyrus didn't realize that Nymph behind him has warped her arms around his neck "Nymph?..." He questioned.
"Master... Thank you so much. After what I had done to you in the past, I'm caused a lot trouble for you, and yet you still kind to me and forgiven me" Nymph said to him.
"Of course I will forgive you, Nymph... No matter what you did, I can't hate you" Pyrus smiled.
"Even when I ate your favorite ice cream that you save in the freezer?" She asked.
"No amount of ice cream can make me hating you"
"Then what about I made you pay all the food in that expensive restaurant?" She asked again.
"10 millions Jewel is nothing if you're happy"
"And what about the time when I made those mutant Eggplant monsters?" The sword girl questioned.
"Of course I'm still forgi-... Hm?" Pyrus pause for second "Wait..." this making Pyrus gone silent for a moment. "What!?..." He shouted while still don't believe it.
"Those mutants eggplant who had those super regeneration ability is was all my doing!" Nymph said again.
"..."
"The one you forced to ate them alive that cause your traumatic experience!" Nymph exclaimed.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"Master, I'm right here waiting. Waiting for you to tell me 'As if I could get mad at you! I forgive you!'" Nymph tried to mimicking his voice
"You... gonna get off any time soon?" Pyrus questioned.
"Nyope" She refused while warping her arms more tightly.
"Please?"
"Not happening" She shook her head.
"Get off, now" He rise his voice a little.
"Don't wanna! You're gonna flick me in the forehead if I do" Nymph once again shook her head.
"Promise I won't" Pyrus assured.
"Really?" She tilting her head.
"I'm gonna slug you" Pyrus said with venomous tone.
"Nooooo! I'm sorrryyyy!" Nymph cried like a child.
"Why do you always did stuff like that!? You know that I'm traumatized by those eggplants! Not just me, even Alice was traumatized! You totally did that on purpose, didn't you!?" Pyrus said with little anger in his voice.
"It wasn't on purpose! I just wanted to try a potion for a little bit! It was all an accident!" She shouted back.
"An Accident!? You know, you really... Aaaaghhh... Aaaaghhhh!" He try to scream, but he took a deep breath to calm himself "Oh well, no point crying over spilled milk" Pyrus gave up for scolding her.
"You know that you could ask Novu to erase your trauma out from your brain" Nymph told him.
"I know... But, wait... Aren't you can also hacking my brain to block my trauma out of my memories" Pyrus reminding her. This making Nymph gone silent.
"I love you, Master, please forgive me" She sweetly said.
This cause vains pop up on his head "Be still, my fist..." Pyrus clenched his fist.
"I'm sorry! I mean it! I'm really, really sorry!" Nymph wringing his neck.
"Hey, stop wringing my neck. It hurts!" He tried to take her hands off from his neck.
"I'm sooooooorry!" Nymph wringing his neck harder.
"I get it, I get it, just let me go already!" Pyrus told her.
"So you'll forgive me?" Nymph stopped wringing his neck.
"Not a chance in hell" He replied quickly.
"Waaaaaaah! Forgive meeeeeee!" Nymph clings to him, sobbing out a cartoonish tears. the sun was already rising from the horizon, it's a sign for a new day for them.
Pyrus knows that something wrong with him, but Nymph is trying to distract him, making stuff up so he didn't not to worry about it.
Should he ask her?
Should he tell her to not pretend to be cheerful around him. This is something Nymph doesn't want him to know. He's already made her worried, recklessly tried to save his friends without thinking the consequences for using Dracyan's power. But in the end he decide not to press her for answers.
-Somewhere-
In a middle of a forest there's a ruined building that looked like got hit by a earthquake. Near that building, there's a young boy about 15 years old with slightly tan skin and stand around 5'4 ft tall with messy black hair and teal eyes. He wears a long-sleeved white jacket with a high collar, over a sleeveless black shirt with a blue symbol. His lower body consists of black jeans, a belt, and black combat boots.
Beside him there's a girl, around Rayna's age, she have the same eyes like him, with medium-long, black colored hair with wave nearing the bottom. She wears white blouse, with a yellow ribbon around the collar, underneath a beige black vest, a belt with a pouch attached to it, and a red skirt. She also wears red stockings, and a pair of black ankle boots.
"Hey! Ty... I'm bored. How much longer we have to wait?" The girl asked.
"Sigh... Bear it a little longer, Hikari..." The boy replied.
"Why we can't just going ahead to check on the thing that we found?" The girl named Hikari suggested.
"This is why I don't want you to come with me. You're so impatient" The boy sighed. And then they heard a screech of an fire vermilion bird-like being. It then descending to the ground that cause a strong gust of wind from the flaps of its wings. The fire bird stand around 30 meters tall with blazing wings and an armor on its body with green gem embedded into it.
"You're late!" the boy shouted at them
Novu and Lunalight jump off from the bird, followed by Felisia. "Garunix, return!" Felisia rise her left hand as the fire bird disappeared in crimson flames
"Hiya wassup! It has been a while, Taylor, Hikari" Lunalight greet them.
"Luna! It's nice to see you again" Hikari smiled.
"Oh god. Of all everyone else, why it have to be her!?" Taylor said in annoyed.
"How rude! even though I've come all the way here!" Lunalight glared at him
"Sorry, but she and Felisia is the only one I can got contact with" Novu apologized.
"Well, whatever... now come with me" Taylor begin to walk at ruined building while the others following him from behind.
"What did you found anyway?" Lunalight questioned.
"You will see when we arrive" Taylor guide them to the basement of the building. He then press the brick wall as a secret passage leading deeper into the underground. Using their magic to lighting up a fire and ball of light, they carefully take a step on the stairs. They keep on walking for about two minutes until they stopped at metal door.
"This is the place..." Taylor stated as he opening the door. The group find themselves in a huge research laboratory with many tubes that housing many strange humanoid creatures. a lot of medical experiment devices and holographic monitors as well as chemical equipment.
"What the hell is this?" Lunlight questioned in surprised.
"Is this what Draco Orders researching?" Novu looking around, he make his way toward nearby table with many papers and books scattered around on the table.
While the others examine the room, Hikari curiously looking at the humanoid creature inside one of the tubes. She take a closer look as then the creature's eyes suddenly opened.
"Eeeeekk!" Hikari shouted in surprised as the creature break free from the tube and trying to attack her.
However, the time is stopped, freezing everyone except for Lunalight who's casually walking towards Hikari. She lifting her and put her out the way of the creature. Lunalight bring out one of her guns and fired the creature in the head. Blood splatter and freeze inside the time stop.
"Sigh..." Luna deactivated her ability as the time began to move again. The creature fall backwards as its head have a bullet hole on it.
"What's wrong, Hikari!?" Taylor asked in concerned. He and Felisia running towards her.
The creature still moving as its trying to stand up, but Lunalight fired more bullets at its chest, and finally it not moving anymore.
"Are you hurt?" He questioned.
"No, I'm alright, Brother... Luna was able to save me" Hikari replied.
The four of them looking at the creature, it have gray skin with pointy ears and resembles a human. "What's this thing anyway?!" Taylor asked.
"Its life force is different than a human... Probably a demon" Felisia analyzed the corpse.
"A demon, huh?" Luna mumbled as she put the gun back to its holster.
"Everyone! Come here for a second" Novu called them. "Look... This books says about research for creating artificial beings" He shows them the book he had found.
"Artificial beings?" Lunalight rise an eyebrow.
"Why would Draco Orders need some artificial being like that?" Hikari questioned.
"No, those being is just an failed products... The real research is probably right here..." Novu shows a book with some of the last pages missing.
"Fely..." Lunalight called her.
"Leave it to me..." Felisia confidently took the book and burn it with her crimson flame magic. However, instead get turn into ashes, the book gaining the lost pages back. "Here..." She hand over the book back to Novu.
"Thanks, you're a great help" Novu start to reading those pages.
"Good work, Fely!. As I expected from my little sister" Lunalight happily patting her head.
"Don't treat me like a kid" Felisia said with monotone voice. Novu then closed the book with a sigh.
"So, Novu... What did you found out?" Taylor asked.
"It seems this isn't an ordinary research... The experiment they doing is to create an Artificial User" Novu stated.
"Eh?" The four of them tilting their heads.
"Unlike the four of us, who is natural User from birth. They created few numbers of Artificial Ds and seal it inside humans so they can become a User" He explained of what he found in the pages.
"Artificial Ds, huh? Well, there aren't many Ds out there who can bonded with humans. So you're saying that they made Artificial Ds so they can make an army of Users?" Taylor assuming.
"That's right... However, with the data they have here... From 50 peoples they had experiment with. It seems only 10 of them was able to becoming a User" Novu reads out one of the papers.
"Wait... If there's only ten peoples made it. What happened to the others?" Lunalight questioned.
"Can't you tell by yourself?" Taylor closing his eyes.
Lunalight's eyes widened as she looking at tubes "Don't tell me..."
"You mean they become those creatures?" Hikari seems also realized it.
"Yes, those who failed becoming User, their souls corrupted and eventually died. And Draco Orders used their corpse to creating demon soldiers that we seen now"
"Unforgivable..." Felisia said in anger. But then suddenly the ground shaking as the ground rose up.
"What's happening?" Hikari said in worried.
Suddenly Appearing before them, a giant muscular humanoid monster with one eye and a wooden club in it's hand beat it's chest with it's free hand furiously.
"A Cyclops?" Lunalight questioned.
"Seems it guard this place from intruders" Novu assuming.
"So... who's gonna face that thing?" Lunalight questioned them.
"Knock yourself out" Taylor shrugged.
"I don't get paid for this" Felisia deadpan staring her.
"Alright, fine then... This is could be some warming up" Lunalight step forward facing the Cyclops.
"Aren't you guys supposed to help her?" Hikari questioned them.
"No need..." Novu tell her.
"She can take care of herself" Taylor told her
"The Cyclops is the one who need all the help it can get" Felisia stated. The Cyclops rise its club and swing it down towards the girl, generating a shockwave through the room. But to its surprise, Lunalight caught the club with barehand.
"Fufu..." She smiled as the wooden club began to weathering and can't be used anymore. "What's wrong?, can't fight without your toy?" Lunalight vanished from the Cyclops' sight, then it got hit by a powerful force, that make its upper body exploded in tiny pieces, leaving only its lower part and cause a strong shockwave behind it. The shockwave destroyed the entire tubes and killing all the contents.
The Cyclops' lower part fall backwards as Lunalight appeared on the same spot. "Sigh... It's over already? How boring" She looked disappointed.
"She defeat it in one hit?!... Not to mention how fast she was, I can't even see it" Hikari said in awe.
"Told you" Taylor rolled his eyes.
"Are we done here? Cause I'm getting hungry" Lunalight questioned as her stomach growled.
"Since I got everything we need. I think is about time to grab a bite" Novu said as he collecting the data.
"Alright! I wanna double cheese burger!" Lunalight cheering happily. "Maybe I could ask Zeppy to make me some of those" She thought.
"Banana sundae... I can't wait" Felisia said agreeing with her.
"Is it food that only can make you two excited?" Hikari sweatdrop
The group left the research lab while talking about the food they wanted. "Oh, wait... I forgot" Taylor seems forgetting something as he looking at ruined building. Suddenly a white lightning strike down from the sky, and completely annihilated the building and laboratory, causing a huge crater.
"You really should warned us if you wanted to do that, Taylor" Novu told him, causing Taylor to chuckles.
"What? Afraid of a little lightning?" Taylor asked him.
-Akane Resort-
In a room where the Team Natsu is rested, Natsu has been snoring loudly in his sleep.
"Is he really okay?" Gray asked.
"Yeah, seriously Natsu's been asleep for three days straight now," Lucy commented.
"Natsu! Lucy's wearing a maid outfit, and she's singing and dancing for everyone!" Happy said, only for Natsu to remain asleep.
"I'd be pissed off if that actually managed to wake him up," Lucy said as Natsu started to smile a bit. "No grinning in your sleep!"
"C'mon Natsu, Wake up or we gonna doodle your face" Tommy said while making a whisker marks on his face with a marker.
"Oh, just let him rest a little longer," Erza said. "Not that it could be helped under the circumstances, but that must have been his equivalent of eating poison."
"Oh yeah, he ate the Etherion right?" Gray asked. "This guy gets more and more like a monster everyday."
"He's already a monster, a normal human would probably died from eating Etherion" Pyrus said with Nymph on his lap, happily eating an ice cream with a red mark on her forehead.
"Honestly... are you really one to talk?" Erza asked him.
"Hm?" Pyrus looking at her.
"While you barely have any magic left, you somehow able to gave Natsu a strong power boost. Care to explain?" Erza said.
"Wait, what?..." Gray confused.
"Pyrus gave Natsu a power boost?" Lucy questioned.
Erza nodded "Yes, I'm almost cannot believe my eyes... In that moment Natsu is covered in azure flames. Pyrus said that was the power of Blue Dragon Emperor"
"Blue Dragon Emperor?!" Lucy said half surprised.
"What is it, Lucy?... Did you know something?" Erza questioned.
"Well, during my encounter with the Celestial Spirit King, He called Pyrus by that name" Lucy tell them.
The three Mages of Fairy Tail looking at the boy, expecting for an answer. "What?... That's just a Title that they gave me" Pyrus answered in half truth.
"A Title?..." They questioned.
"Yeah... It just a Title" Pyrus shrugged.
"Okay, then what about your power suddenly multiplied by large amount?" Erza asked him. "If I describe it with numbers, if your power is 1 then it can be 100 in a few seconds.
"That's just some special skill that I born with" Pyrus said. "And before you guys asking any further. You should know that there's some secret that someone didn't not want anyone know, right?"
Erza smiled "I guess you're right, forcing you to tell them is just gonna breaking our trust and bonds that we built"
"But, what if it's something dangerous?" Gray asked.
"I totally agree with Gray, at least we have to know if that power will not going out of control?" Lucy agreed with him
"Gray, Lucy... Have faith in him. Pyrus has been used that power to save us. I believe he can handle it" Erza said.
"Now you mentioned it, i guess you're right" Gray sigh.
She smiled a bit. "I caused you all so much trouble during this incident... I really... just don't know what I can say."
"Oh c'mon, how many times do you gotta say that?" Lucy asked.
"Come to think of it... what happened to that Element Four girl?" Erza asked as she noticed Juvia's absence.
"Juvia? Oh, she's headed back already," Gray told them. "She said she wanted to join Fairy Tail as soon as possible, so she ran off to find the Master."
"I see... I hear she helped us out a lot, so I would have liked to be there to back her up, but..." Erza said.
"Yeah, that girl sure has a lot of get-up-and-go in her... Wait, what are you doing!?" Lucy shouted at Happy as he was trying to shove a fish into Natsu's mouth.
"Aye?" Happy questioned as if he was doing nothing wrong.
"Say Erza, shouldn't you be getting sleep as well?" Gray asked.
"Hmm... I wouldn't say I've taken enough damage to worry about it," Erza said. "Although to be fair, by body theoretically should have been broken down at a structural level within that Etherion Vortex."
"Broken down... at the... it really was a miracle you made it out of there," Gray said.
"Oh yeah, didn't you say you had some sort of vision while you were in there?" Lucy asked.
"Yes I did," Erza asked. "What still confuses me was the person I saw in it. I have no idea who she was, but I could feel a sense of motherly love coming from her. And all I have to go off of is that she had long lilac hair."
"Lilac hair?" The others muttered and then looking at Rayna with Alice in her arms.
"What?... I'm not the only lilac haired girl in the world, you know!" Rayna shouted in embarrassment.
"Oh, she also mentioned about her son waiting for me" Erza said.
"Son?... Could be any guys..." Gray said. "Well, I guess that just like you to pull through Erza," Gray continued. "Not like that dumbass who goes around eating poison and dropping half-dead."
"What did you say!? Gray!" Natsu shouted as he shot up into a sitting position.
"He's awake!" Happy announced with joy.
"I said, 'Man, you sure have a healthy diet!', dummy!" Gray shouted back. "Come to think of it, you ended up as food for that Fukuro punk too, didn't you!? So are you the eater or the eaten, huh? Make up your mind you food-cycle-dumbass!" Before Natsu could say anything though, he immediately went back to sleep.
"He's asleep!" Happy shouted in shock.
"If you don't have the energy to fight, then don't wake up!" Gray shouted, which caused everyone awake in the room to start laughing.
Hours later, Erza extends an invitation to the former prisoners of the Tower of Heaven, offering them a place in Fairy Tail, if they have nowhere else to go. At first they agree, and Erza is left with the impression that Jellal spoke to her. Believing this is to be impossible, she tells Lucy that once Zeref's spirit left Jellal's body, it was him who redirected the Etherion into the sky. She tells her it was him who saved her, losing his life in the process.
-Akane Resort : Night Time-
In her room, Lucy was sitting at her desk, thinking over the events that happened over the past day, Plue sitting beside her on top of her desk.
"Looks like everything's settled down now, huh Plue?" Lucy asked as she rested her head on her arms. "Natsu and Pyrus beat Jellal, and everything's back to normal."
"Poooon..." Plue went nodding.
"Speaking of Pyrus... did you know anything about him?" Lucy asked as she looked at him.
"Poooon" Plue said while nodded.
"Really? Can you tell me?" Lucy asked little excited.
"Pooon! Pooon pooon... Pooon" Plue starting to explained.
"I forgot I can't understand anything you said" Lucy sweatdrop.
"Lucy!" Erza shouted as she barged into the room. "Have you seen Sho and the others?"
"No, I haven't..." Lucy said, pushing her other thoughts to the side for now.
"They were supposed to be staying at the same hotel as us, but I can't find them anywhere" Erza told her.
"Even after we said we should check out together tomorrow, and head to the guild together?" Lucy asked, as she then stood up from her chair. "Don't tell me they all just ran off without saying anything!"
"I see..." Erza said as she came to the same conclusion.
"We've got to go after them! What could have happened!?" Lucy asked as she closed the book she had. "There's no reason for you to be apart anymore!"
"Tell the others to get some 'fireworks' ready," Erza said as she turned and left the room.
"Huh? Wait, what fireworks?" Lucy questioned as Erza left.
-Beach-
"You guys!" came Erza's voice as they stopped pushing the boat, Erza walking up to them.
"Big sis!" Sho said in surprise.
"Erza..." Millianna said, not expecting Erza to find them so quickly.
"Speak of the devil and, uh, something or other..." Wally said, trying to remember a saying. "If-If you're going to try and stop us, don't bother! We've made this decision, and we're not turning back."
"We've lived our whole lives inside that tower... now we're trying to take our first steps into the outside world," Sho said after a moment of silence.
"Sure, there are tons of things we don't know, things we're worried about... But we want to see the outside world with our own eyes" He continued
"We don't want to keep on relying on other people all our lives... and we don't want to live for anybody else's sake either. We want to live our lives for ourselves... to seek out the things we really want to do! That's the freedom we're looking for!"
Erza smiled as she said, "With a powerful will like that, you should be able to accomplish anything, I'm relieved. However... I have three rules that I am obliged to tell anybody leaving Fairy Tail, so you better listen up."
Erza then changed what she was wearing to one of her armors. This armor was composed of simply two hanging plates, paired with a ruffled cloth sprouting from under it over some chainmail; all of which surmount a long skirt, reaching down to her knees and covering the rather featureless greaves. The gauntlets, covering the entirety of her arms, are similarly unadorned, with only her pauldrons, composed of overlapping plates, having some decorations over the upper plates, taking the form of wings. On the other hand, the long spear he had sports intricate decorations on the shaft and the massive head, together with a flag bearing Fairy Tail's symbol.
"Wait! Leaving? But we never even joined!" Wally shouted.
"One! You must never reveal any sensitive information about Fairy Tail to outsiders, as long as you live!" Erza shouted.
"Two! You must never use the clients you met through the guild at achieve personal gain!"
"We don't know any sensitive information or anything about the guild," Wally pointed out.
"What's a client?" Millianna questioned.
"Big sis…" Sho said, slightly worried for her.
"Three!" Erza shouted, as she started to tear up a bit. "Though our paths may differ... you must always live out your lives with all your might! Never must you consider your own life to be insignificant! Never in your lives must you forget the friends you held dear!"
Erza was now crying, but Sho, Millianna, and Wally were also crying, realizing why Erza was telling them this. "Let the Fairy Tail Send-Off Party begin!" Erza shouted as she raised the spear into the air.
"You guys!" Natsu yelled as he stood behind Erza. "See you again sometime!" Natsu then swished his mouth around a bit before shooting small balls of fire straight up into the air. When they were high enough, the exploded in a display very similar to fireworks.
"Let them blossom in your hearts! These flowers of light!" Erza shouted, as many people admired the show.
"Don't forget the ice as well!" Gray shouted as he pointed his hands up at the sky, ice crystals exploding in a similar fashion to Natsu's appearing in the sky, catching many people's attention.
"I'll throw in a Celestial Spirit version!" Lucy shouted as she pointed one of her keys towards the sky, bright star looking explosions appearing.
"Don't think I can't do something like that!" Pyrus yelled as he pointed his hand to the sky, shooting up a ball of stardust that exploded in a similar style to the others.
"The sun will bright up at the night sky" Rayna shooting a ball of solar energy to the sky, it exploded like a sunflower, brighter than the others
"To tell the truth, I would honestly like to stay with you guys forever," Erza said as she watched the display. "However... if that meant I was holding you back... then I just want to wish you well on your journey."
"That's not it at all Erza!" Millianna shouted, tears streaming down her face.
"If we were around, we'd just bring back all those horrible memories for you!" Wally reasoned.
"No matter where you may be... I'll never forget any of you... And besides," Erza said. "Those painful memories are what can help make it to tomorrow, and become stronger. That goes for everybody. Every single human being has that power within them. Walk tall. And I too, will keep walking tall, ever onwards. As long as you do not forget this day, we will meet again. Farewell."
"You too... Big sis," Sho said as he got into the boat with the others.
"Bye-bye Erza!" Millianna shouted.
"We'll definitely meet again! It's a promise!" Wally shouted.
"It's a promise," Erza said as she watched them leave, hoping to one day meet them again.
-Next Day : Magnolia-
"T-This is Fairy Tail!?" Natsu exclaimed.
"We were only gone for a few days though!" Pyrus shouted, as the other expressed something similar.
"They actually finished it!?" Gray shouted.
"It's the new Fairy Tail!" Lucy shouted excitedly as she walked up to the new guild, which was larger than the last. As they entered, they were greeted by some of their guild mates. It seems they took the liberty of adding many new additions to the guild, including an open air cafe, a souvenir shop, which sold various merchandise from T-shirts to figures of the various guild members. Pyrus and Rayna actually had an sense of disappointment looking at their figures. A pool, an amusement center in the basement, and the fact that anyone was now allowed to go up to the second floor.
"I see you have all finally returned," came Makarov's voice as he approached the group, Juvia walking next to him. "This is our newest member, Juvia."
"It's good to see you all," Juvia greeted.
"So you really ended up joining the guild huh?" Gray asked.
"Hm? You already know each other?" Makarov questioned.
"Juvia has all of you to thank you!" Juvia said. "Juvia will do her best!"
"Good luck!" Lucy cheered, only for Juvia to call Lucy her love rival a moment later.
"Then there's our other new member. Come, introduce yourself" Makarov told the new member.
"Another one?" They confused, then a man stood up from his seat and then looking at them.
"H-Hey, you can't be..." Gray can't believe what he seeing.
"Gajeel!" Natsu shouted in surprised.
"What's this bastard doing here?" Gray questioned in anger.
"Wait! Juvia asked him to come along" Juvia told them.
Pyrus looking at Gajeel with natural expression and says "Who's that?" He asked the others, making them fall comically.
"Are you serious, Pyrus? You fought him last time!" Gray told him.
"Really? I don't remember..." Pyrus got into thinking pose.
"You remembered it or not, but this guy is the one who responsible for the destruction of our guild!" Erza said in anger. Gajeel scoffed avoiding eye contact with them.
"Now, now, yesterday's enemies are today's friends" Makarov trying to calm them down.
"Don't joke around! Like I could even work with this guy?" Natsu said while slamming his hand to the table.
"Rest assured, the feeling is mutual" Gajeel told him back "I just need jobs, that's all. Never thought that would mean I'd have to work for this puny, annoying guild"
"What was that!?" Natsu clenched his fist.
"Old folks like me have to take responsibility for guiding young men who have strayed off course. He's not completely bad, you know" Makarov tell them
"If that's Master's final decision, then i won't oppose it. But for the time being, it's best if we keep him under observation" Erza said while Natsu and Gajeel glaring at eachother like two dogs.
"I have a strangely unsettling feeling..." Natsu mumbling while taking a seat with Pyrus and the others. Suddenly whole guild became dark, and then a spot light towards the stage, revealing Mirajane with a beautiful dress and a guitar.
"Yo! We're home, Mira" Natsu greet her.
"Welcome home!" Mirajane greeted back "So to congratulate Natsu and the rest on making their way back safely, I would like to sing a song for this party" Mira starting to play her guitar and began to sing.
Her song made the atmosphere comfortable, with her beautiful voice. Some of the members give a whistle to her. Natsu and the others feels like their fatigue fading away by her song.
Mira finished her song, making the members cheers for some more. Then the lights when off and on again, this time it wasn't Mirajane, but Gajeel instead, wearing white suits with black glasses and white hat, also holding a guitar. This shocking everyone on the guild.
"W-what the-" Natsu stood from his seat, unable to believe of what he seeing.
"This is a song I wrote called 'Best Friend'. Listen up" Gajeel talk through the microphone.
"Like hell we're gonna listen to that!" Everyone throwing things at him.
Gajeel playing his guitar as start to sing "Colorful, colorful... Shooby doo bop! The shiver of love, Iron Metalica"
"Not bad at all!" Elfman exclaimed.
"Way to go! Keep it up!" Some other members cheering for him.
"Hmm... The lyrics are good, but his voice kinda awful..." Pyrus comments.
"Since when you can criticized a song?" Rayna asked him.
"I've never heard such a sorry excuse for music before!" Natsu covering his ears, then Gajeel throw his guitar at Natsu's face.
Gajeel shouted in anger using a harmonica.
"Why you! Wanna fight!?" Natsu shouted in anger.
"Shooby doo bop!" They both jump and their kicks clash.
"What did you think you're doing?" Natsu asked as he and Gajeel began to quarrel.
"It's shooby doo bop, you bastard!"
And then a mug was thrown at Natsu. "Who threw that mug!?" Natsu questioned.
"Natsu, show a little social decency!" Gray stood from his seat, but he bumped Erza a little, which cause her to drop her strawberry cake into the floor.
Elfman then step on her cake "All of you! Real men don't quarrel, they fight!" Elfman shouted.
"SHUT YOUR YAP!" Erza kick him hard that send him flying
Soon a brawl erupted in the guild, Lucy doing her best to hide behind the counter. Meanwhile Pyrus laughed watching his friends beating eachother as he take a bite of his sandwich.
"Big bro... Should you stop them?" Rayna asked in concerned.
"What're you talking about?, this is more feels like Fairy Tail" He told her. He laughing hard while Rayna looking at him. He was completely different when he fought Fenrir, the emotions he gave off at that time was anger, sorrow, and hatred. But, now she can't feel those emotions inside him. He just like a soft breeze of wind that becoming a raging storm. Rayna wonder who's the real Pyrus. Is he the one who mercilessly tortured his enemies or the one who fight for justice.
-Later at Night-
Pyrus and Rayna along with Tommy and Alice make their way towards their house. After the brawl happened in guild, Pyrus said he was feeling tired and decided to go home.
"Yawn... I'm so sleepy" Pyrus stretch out his arms.
"You sure you're all right, Big bro?" Rayna questioned him.
"It's rare for you feeling unwell... It is something wrong?" Alice asking him too.
"Nothing... Nothing at all" He assured them.
"Pyrus..." Tommy mumbled from on top of Pyrus' head, he knew something wrong with him.
"You're lying..." Rayna whisper, but Pyrus can hear it, causing him to stop at his tracks "It's Dracyan isn't it?" She look at him in the eyes. "Big brother, promise me that you never use that power again" She told him.
"Ray..." Pyrus surprised that she know what happened to him. "I'm sorry... But i can't promise you that. Currently, I need Dracyan's power if I'm up against someone as strong as Fenrir"
"Why?... Please tell us the truth... What happened to you?" Rayna questioned him.
"I... I'm sorry, I can't tell you..." He shook his head.
"Are you sure, Pyrus?" Tommy asked him.
"We might able to help you" Alice said to him.
"I appreciated that... But, I still can't..." He told them sadly. Pyrus then put his hands on her shoulder "I'm promise that I will tell you when I retrieve everything back"
They begin to walk again towards their house in a complete silence, they didn't muttered any words. Upon they arrive on the front door of their home, Pyrus noticed that the door is unlocked. Surprised by this, it's shouldn't possible for someone to breaking through their house when there's rune barrier around the house to keep burglars entered their home.
Keeping his guard up, Pyrus slowly opening the door with Rayna behind him. When he opened the door, a figure standing near the entrance with a big smile on her face.
"Welcome home, Darling!~... Do you want a dinner first? A bath? Or..."
"What're you doing?" Pyrus blankly staring at Lunalight.
"Aw c'mon! You didn't even let me finish it!" Lunalight scolding him while pouted.
"Oh, it's Luna!" Tommy exclaimed.
"It's has been awhile" Alice said.
"Tommy!, Alice!... Wassup!" She greeted them.
"No, seriously. What're you doing? And also... How did you enter my house!" Pyrus questioned her while shouted.
"Hm? Is it wrong for me to visit my fiance's house?" She questioned innocently.
"Go home!" Pyrus shouted.
"Zeppy, you're so mean!... After haven't seen you for three years, I've missed you, you know?" Lunalight said with fake tears.
"Like I care... More importantly, how did you know I'm here!?" He questioned.
"Oh, Taylor told me" She smiled.
This cause vains mark appear on his head "That Bastard!" Pyrus yelled in anger.
"Hehe! Did you glad to see me?" Lunalight asked him with a big smile then give him hug, with Lunalight is slightly taller than him. She then look at behind him, where Rayna take a step back away from her.
"RAY!" Lunalight push Pyrus aside and proceed to embrace Rayna in tight hug, which surprised her "It's has been a long time!, did you missed your Big Sister?" Lunalight questioned her.
"Please get off me, Luna! You're not my Big Sister and you're never will be!" Rayna blushed while trying push her away.
"Aww so cute! I really liked it when your face is red" She said while rubbing her cheek against Rayna's face.
"Waaah! Big brother, please help!" Rayna pleaded.
"Sorry, you're on your own, Lil' sis" Pyrus enter the house with Tommy and Alice. Rayna and Lunalight following him after that. With Rayna still hugged and having annoyed expression.
"When I heard you guys joined a guild, I'm quite surprised" Lunalight said as she let go of Rayna.
The three of them sat in the living room with Pyrus sit across Lunalight. "So... I asked again. Why're you here?"
"You curious?" Lunlight teased him.
"Here's your tea" Felisia put a cup of tea in front of him.
"Oh, thanks... Wait!...Fely!? What're you doing here!?" He half surprised. Felisia proceed to step on his foot really hard. "Ouch! What was that for!?" Pyrus holding his foot in pain.
"That's for made me worried three years ago..." Felisia said in monotone voice.
"Fely! You're here too?" Rayna questioned happily.
"You're already grown, I barely can recognize you" Alice commented.
"Except for a certain area" Tommy whispered.
"Hm!... I'm happy to meet all of you again" Felisia said with warm smile.
"Aww Fely never smiles at me like that" Lunalight pouted in jealousy.
"Big sis, shut up!" Fely said sharp tone.
"Agh! Her words is sharper than any blades" She said sadly.
"Maybe if you stop being clingy on her. Also, since when she called you Big sister?!" Pyrus looking at her suspiciously.
"It's a bad habit, I guess..." Felisia stated in monotone voice.
"How mean! Why all of you keep on bullying me?" Lunalight said in tears.
"We're not bullying you alright?!... Now, stop crying and tell me what're you doing here?" Pyrus said in serious expression.
"Okay... I know, I'll tell you everything has happened in the past three years" Lunalight clears her throat, then her face become serious not like cheerful face just awhile ago.
"I'll grab some sweets for us. Sorry for used your kitchen without permission" Felisia made her way to the kitchen.
"So, first of all... I want to tell you that you don't need to worried about the Draco Orders" Lunalight said.
"Why?... Aren't they already planning something" He questioned.
"Yes... But, we already working on that. You don't need to involving yourself anymore, you're already done enough. Let us take care of them, currently Novu, Taylor, and the others has hunting down their hideouts which has been spread around the continent, not just in Fiore. Draco Orders seems gathering some armies and plotting to reviving Dragold. We found their activities around half year ago, and decided to take the matters with our hands" Lunalight explained.
"But, why you want me to stay out of this?" Pyrus asked. "I can't just sit here and doing nothing while they're on the move!"
"Big bro..." Rayna looking at him in worries.
"Have you forgotten about your conditions? Currently you're the weakest among the seven of us" Lunalight replied to him.
"Seriously? Even that fatty Oscar can beat me!?" Pyrus shouted in surprised. Knowing that Oscar is a support-type in their group with not many offensive ability.
"Well, in terms of power, yes... But, in a fight, you still have chance to win" Lunalight assuming. "As I saying, the reason why I'm here... Is because I want you to stay away from fighting Draco Orders. Just leave everything to us. You don't need to fight them anymore"
"No!... I can't just accept that, Luna..." Pyrus stood up in disagree.
"Zeppy... you're already done enough. You're already stopped Dragold from reviving in the past, and because of that, you lose your power!" Lunalight told him sternly.
"Even so... Being told to stay away... I can't just-"
Suddenly Lunalight grab him by his collar "What part of stay away that you can't understand!? Can you see we're worried about you!?..." She shouted in anger "That time... We thought we had lost you. It's a miracle that you still alive and still can use magic!... I don't wanted it anymore... I can't stand watching you dying!" Tears starting to fall from her eyes.
"Luna..." Pyrus shocked looking at her crying.
"Please... Listen to me for this once... I don't wanna to lose you!" She cried.
They boy gritted his teeth for making her cry because worried about him. Lunalight might kinda annoys him, but she's very honest with her feelings.
"I understand..." he reluctantly agreed
"Good... As long you stay away from them" Lunalight nodded.
"But, what's should I do if they after me?... They know where I'm" Pyrus questioned.
Luna let go of his collar "Can't you leave Fairy Tail?" She asked him softly.
"No... Fairy Tail is my home now, I can't leave them. What happens if they decided to attack Fairy Tail to lure me in?" He replied sternly. Lunalight return to her seat while wiping her eyes.
"I see... You're already found a new home huh?" She looked at him with sad smile.
"They're my important friends now, I've to get stronger to protect everyone" Pyrus said while clenching his hands.
"You're right... You need to get stronger..." Lunalight mumbling loud enough.
"Yes... If you want me to stay away, then atleast please tell if you have any idea of how to get my powers back. In order to protect myself and those whose important to me" Pyrus told her.
"Well... I did found some information of how to restoring your power" Lunalight stated.
"Is that true?!" Rayna asked in suprised. "Is it really possible for Big brother to regained his powers?"
Lunalight nodded "hm!... For almost three years, Fely and I gather some research of how you lost your power... Firstly, the Magic Container in your body is damaged and it can't be easily repaired, due of used Dracyan's power that time... It was overloaded by Magic and eventually broken" Lunalight explained to him.
"Really? So that's what happened to me?" Pyrus asked in suprised.
"Normally people would die by that or they couldn't use Magic anymore... But, you still alive and able to use Magic even though it was weaker than the original" Lunalight replied "Secondly, Magic is the physical embodiment of the spirit. When you were devoured by Dracyan that time. It also damaged your Spirit, making the connection to the spiritual flow of nature is almost impossible while it increasing your physical strength. But, you miraculously still able to use Magic"
"So, how's you're going to restore my power?" Pyrus questioned.
"Well, It's really risky for now... The idea is to revert back your body before it got devoured by Dracyan using Tigerra and Garunix's power" Lunalight explained to him.
"Really? That's sounds easy" Pyrus said as Felisia put some Biscuits and Cakes on the table.
"Yeah... But, your body are going turn into eleven years old again. And your memories of three years prior from now will be erased" Lunalight told him.
"What!? That's sounds pain in the ass, I don't wanna turn eleven years old again" Pyrus said.
"Right... So that's why I need to completely master its power so it doesn't have a side effects, before I using it on you" Lunalight sigh. "Anyway... Where's Nymph?"
"Oh, you wanna meet her?" Pyrus rise an eyebrow before he calling Nymph from his pocket dimension.
"Stella Fantasy!" The blue crystal sword appeared on his left hand.
"Hm? Miss Luna? What're you doing here?" Nymph asked as she turn into her human form.
"Hello there! Nymph... It's has been awhile" Lunalight greeted. "Can I asked you about Zeph's conditions?"
"Master?..." Nymph glancing at him "Well, he's indeed healthy. Except for... you know"
"I see..." Lunalight looking at the floor.
"Huh?... What's wrong with him?" Rayna asked them.
"No, it's nothing" She assured. "Did Zeppy in the last few days used Dracyan's power recklessly?"
"Yeah, he did..." Nymph nodded.
"Guh! Nymph! Why did you told her?" Pyrus asked.
"Sigh... I knew it... Listen Zeph, for the time being, I want you to not use Dracyan's power. Using it will only worsening your condition" Lunalight told him.
"Eeeh?" Pyrus surprised.
"You heard me, right Dracyan?!" Lunalight talking to the dragon.
[Yes... I heard you, the White One. But, this kid will need all the help he can get] Dracyan told her.
"Well... I think using Burst and other level 1 skills is okay. But, don't over doing it" She warned them. Lunalight stood from her seat "Alright... I think we're done here... C'mon, Fely" She said as the two of them leaving the house.
"Huh?... You all leaving already?" Rayna questioned.
"Yes... We will leaving in the morning" Felisia nodded.
"We're going to find some inn to stay for the night, bye-bye!" Lunalight told her.
"Why don't you guys just stay here?" Tommy asked. Stopping them from their track.
"Yeah, it won't be problem just for a night, right Pyrus?" Alice said looking at him.
"Is it really all right for us to stay?" Lunalight questioned.
"I guess so... You two are like a family to me. So, feel free to stay as long as you want..." Pyrus told them "It's not like I'm feeling bad if I don't offers you girls a place to stay or anything" He turn his face away from them.
"Aww Zeppy, you such a Tsundere" Lunalight giggles.
"I'm not a Tsundere!" He shouted at her.
"Hehe... Wanna share the bed tonight?" Lunalight asked him.
"On second thought... You guys better stay at the inn" He change his mind. The girl may looked like fourteen years old, but she actually three years older than that.
"Ah! I'm just joking you know!" She apologize swinging her arms frantically.
Rayna and the others just let a heavy sigh looking at the two lovebirds.
-Next Day : Fairy Tail-
In the Fairy Tail guild, where everyone seems busy and not drinking. Pyrus rest his head on the bar counter, his face looking exhausted from not getting any sleep because of Lunalight snuck into his bed in the late night. This morning is quite disastrous for him as he been hit by the two girls, Rayna and Felisia. For Rayna who gave him a drop kick on his gut when she found out the two in the same bed, while Felisia blasted him with flames after accidentally walking in the bathroom while she taking shower. After breakfast, Pyrus, Rayna, and the twins sent off Lunalight and Felisia on the train station. They said goodbyes to eachother and promised to get in contact.
"My... What's up with your face, didn't got any sleep?" Mirajane questioned him as she put a glass of coffee in front of him.
"Yeah... Two old friends stayed for the night in our house" He replied lazily while drinking the coffee. He looking at the Card that given by Lunalight, the card allowed him to contact his friends if he needed any help.
"Old friends? Are they girls?" Mira asked again.
"Yes, how did you know?" Pyrus questioned.
"Just a guess..." Mira smiled and then she gasp in excitement like she knows something "Could it be... One of them is your girlfriend?!"
Pyrus spurt his coffee "No!... Neither two of them are my girlfriend!" He trying to denied it.
"Awww!..." Mira look disappointed.
"Master is right, he doesn't have a girlfriend. Because Miss Lunalight is his fiance" Nymph appear out of nowhere and spilled the beans.
"Oh my gosh! A fiance? I gotta tell everyone!" Mira become giddy and before she can tell anyone.
"Miss Mira, please don't tell anybody! Please!" Pyrus frantically trying to shut her up.
"Alright... Your secret is safe with me" Mira giggled with innocent smile and back to the kitchen.
"I have a bad feeling about that" Pyrus sigh and looking at Nymph in annoyed. Then Rayna along with Tommy and Alice arrive in the guild.
"Big brother, we're back!..." Rayna made her way towards him with some bags of groceries in her arms.
"Welcome back..." He greeted them.
"Man... The whole town seems busy" Tommy commented.
"The town too? What's up with these days?" Pyrus questioned.
"They said it's for the Harvest Festival" Alice said.
"Harvest Festival? They have those things here too?" Pyrus questioned.
"Yes, the old lady in the market told us about it... It's a yearly event that Fairy Tail will hosted to celebrate the harvest" Rayna told him.
"It will hosted by Fairy Tail guild huh?" Pyrus mumbled.
"That's right..." Mirajane return from the kitchen "Fairy Tail have a long history with Magnolia, so we are entrusted to hosted it every year... There's events that attract peoples from other town to come visit Magnolia. The event is called Fantasia" Mira smiled as she told them.
"Fantasia?" Rayna questioned while handed over the groceries to Mirajane.
"It's a like a main event during the Harvest Festival... There's also Miss Fairy Tail contest that everyone love to see" Mira as she reached for something underneath the counter. Mirajane then placed a small poster on the table, Pyrus and Rayna along with the twins and Nymph looking over the poster.
"Miss Fairy Tail contest?" Pyrus said like he doesn't seem interested.
Mirajane smiled while nodded "the winner will be awarded 500.000 Jewel"
"Really? Isn't that too low?" Pyrus questioned.
"Hm? I think it's enough paying rent for months, you know" Mirajane said "Now, I think about it... You guys never worried about money or paying rent, unlike Lucy" She questioned.
"Well... Before joined here, I was a High Ranking Knight in another kingdom. Therefore I had earned a lot of money for my savings" Pyrus stated.
"Pyrus, you're a former Knight?" Mirajane said quite surprised.
"Yup... The man who adopted me and Rayna is the one who inspired me to become a Knight" Pyrus nodded. While he talking with Mirajane.
Rayna still looking over the poster "Mistress, why don't you sign up for the contest?" Nymph suggested.
"Do I look interested?" Rayna sweatdrop.
"Aw c'mon, you're cute... I think you have the chance to win" Nymph said happily..
"No!, no!, that's impossible!... There's a lot of girls prettier than me" Rayna shook her head "And besides, I'm still twelve" Rayna pointed out.
"But, Mistress!... This is your chance to proof that bigger isn't always better!" Nymph told her.
"Please stop talking!" Rayna sulking because of her chest size.
-Next Day : Magnolia-
"It's the festival!" Happy cheered as he, Natsu, Gray, Juvia, Pyrus, Rayna, Lucy and the twins were walking through the streets. Natsu and Pyrus both looking very tired.
"What's wrong with you, Pyrus?" Gray asked.
"I'm just lack of sleep, don't worry about it" Pyrus said as he yawned a bit.
"Well, you look better than Natsu if that means anything," Gray said as they group watched Natsu and Happy walk off, both talking about eating food.
"He doesn't look good at all," Lucy pointed out. "Is he alright?"
"Leave him be," Gray said.
"Anyways, it's really crowded" Juvia pointed out, noticing the many people now present in the town.
"Does this town actually have this many people?" Lucy questioned.
"Because of Fantasia, people come here from other towns," Gray explained.
"Now I really want to see Fantasia," Lucy said before she realized something. "Speaking about the Festival... Miss Fairy Tail is about to begin!" Lucy then ran off, heading straight towards the guild."
"Juvia won't lose to Lucy" Juvia stated.
"You're gonna participate too?" Gray questioned.
-Fairy Tail Guild Hall-
Now finding themselves inside the Fairy Tail guild, the group quickly tries to find seat so they can watch the Miss Fairy Tail contest. But it wasn't easy trying to find somewhere, as the guild was packed full of people. Luckily, they were able to find an empty table to sit at.
"People of Magnolia Town, and of nearby towns! And those that came from the underworld, don't forget to go back to your graves when this is over, okay?" shouted a man on the stage, getting some laughs from the second comment.
"And now for what you've all been waiting for! The Fairy Tail beauties will perform on this stage! Let the contest begin! The announcer will be me, the Sand Magician, Max Alros! May I introduce our first contestant! Miss Cana Alberona!" Cana then walked out onto the stage, having a number 1 pin at her hip, showing she was the first performer of the event.
Cana started her performance by making many cards appear from her hand. The cards they started to swirl around her, obscuring her body from the crowd. When the cards dispersed however, it was revealed that she as now wearing a swimsuit as all the cards falling to the ground.
"Heh!" Makarov having a nosebleed.
"Why're you have a nosebleed, Master?!" A guild member named Warren questioned.
"500.000... No, I'll get that alcohol fee" Cana said, with that, her performance ended and she left the stage.
"Second contestant! The new member, the lovely Miss Juvia!"
Juvia, who had a number 2 pin at her hip. When Juvia started her performance, she turned her entire body into water. When she reformed her body though, she was now wearing a bikini, just like Cana was at the end of her performance.
"Master Gray, are you watching this?" Juvia wonders and with that her performance over she left and went to back stage.
"And now here's the third Contestan! Her beauty can make all the men on earth drunk... Mirajane!"
This making the audiences cheers for excitement, mainly from men.
"I'm very skilled in Transformation Magic, Now I will transform into Happy!" Mirajane said as she transform her head into Happy's head. This shocking all the audiences especially the men, while Happy and Tommy burst to laugh.
"Next up is Gajeel!" Mira turning her head into Gajeel.
"PFFFT!" Gajeel while holding his laughter.
"Nice, the champ just destroyed herself!" Lucy thought from the side stage.
"Now for the fourth contestants!... The strongest woman in Fairy Tail, Erza Scarlet!"
"I'll let you witness, the ex-quip that I preserve" Erza took the stage, confident that she would win the whole thing. Using her magic, Erza changed out of her normal armor, changing into a gothic lolita dress. The entire crowd was stunned speechless by Erza's performance.
Next was Levi, who used her Solid Script to write several words in the air. The words appeared in a very unique and stylized font though, different for every word. After Levi was Bisca, who used her Guns Magic to shoot at several targets in rapid succession, even a target that was behind a 'civilian' target.
"Now it's time for our seventh contestant!" Max announced. "She's the super rookie, give it up for, Lucy H-"
"Don't say my last name!" What he was about to saw was cut off as Lucy came on stage, stopping him from saying her last name.
"If people know my dad is rich, I won't be able to win the money" Lucy thought as she waved to the crowd. "Well, I'm going to dance with my Celestial Spirits." But before she could even raise one of her keys, a new voice was heard.
"Number eight" the new, feminine voice said.
"Wait, I haven't even started yet" Lucy said as she turned to the new person.
"If you talk about fairies, then it's me. If you talk about beauty, then it's me" the newcomer said. "That's right, it's all me. The champion will definitely be me, Evergreen! This is boring, so we'll end the beauty contest here!"
"Evergreen!?" Gray shouted in surprise.
"She came back!?" Elfman said, with just as much surprise as Gray.
"Who's she?" Rayna questioned.
"Quit playing around! This beauty contest concerns my living!" Lucy shouted.
"Lucy! Don't look into her eyes!" Gray tried to warn her, but it was too late. Evergreen rose up her glasses, and in an instant, Lucy was turned into stone, surprising many people within the crowd.
"This is terrible!" Max shouted into his microphone, making a "run away" sign out of his sand. "Everybody! Run!"
"What are you doing Evergreen!?" Makarov shouted as many people ran past him to the guild's entrance. "Are you trying to ruin the festival!?"
"Doesn't a festival have a main show?" Evergreen questioned back, as she started to burn down the curtain that separated the backstage from the rest of the guild. When enough of the curtain was burned away, all the Miss Fairy Tail contestant were shown to all have been turned into stone.
"You fool! Turn them back to normal!" Makarov commanded, as a bolt of lightning descended onto stage once again, this one coming from someone else.
"Oi...Fairy Tail idiots..." Laxus said as he stood up, with two other standing behind him. "The real festival begins now"
"Freed and Bickslow!" Gray said, immediately recognizing the two behind Laxus.
"The Thunder God Tribe!" Macao said
"Laxus's bodyguards!" Wakaba in the crowd said.
"Why don't we play a game, old geezer?" Laxus asked.
"Don't do something stupid" Makarov said. "We have to get ready for Fantasia. Turn them back to normal now!"
"Fantasia is late at night. If we hurry, people might get to see it" Laxus said as a bolt of lightning fell towards Lucy, curving at the last second and connecting with the stage floor. "I'll take these girls as hostages. I'll destroy them one by one if you break the rules. Like I said, this is the main show"
"There are things that cannot be taken as a joke, Laxus!" Makarov said, giving his grandson an intense stare.
"Or course I'm serious!" Laxus said. "It's just a game to find out who is the strongest here, in Fairy Tail. The rules are simple. The last survivor wins. The Batlle of Fairy Tail starts now!" At that moment, a table to blasted into the ceiling, drawing everyone's attention to the source. Everyone saw Natsu, standing up, fist in the air, looking no worse and back to normal.
"Isn't this great!?" Natsu asked, a smirk on his face. "This is way too easy to understand! I'm getting fired up!"
"I like that eager spirit of yours" Laxus amused at Natsu.
"Natsu!" Makarov looking at him.
"It's a festival, Gramps. Let's do this" Natsu step forward facing Laxus.
"Don't you remember when you got beaten by Laxus before?" Warren reminded him.
"I was just a kid back then" Natsu replied.
"It was last year!" Warren shouted.
"I was a kid last year!" Natsu charge at Laxus.
"But I hate that you have no sense of flair, so calm down" Laxus strike Natsu with his lightning and quickly knocked him out.
"Aww.. And he had just recovered" Happy looking at him.
"Natsu, you're an idiot" Pyrus said while facepalm.
"If you want these girls returned to normal, you must defeat us!" Evergreen said.
"There are 4 of us, and around 100 of you, right?" Bickslow said while his totem dolls floating behind him.
"The time limit is 3 hours... If you can't defeat us, they will turned into dust" Evergreen told them.
"The battle field is the entire town of Magnolia, the battle starts when you find us" Laxus explained.
"Laxus... STOP THIS FOOLISHNESS!" Makarov turn his body into giant.
"I say clam down... It's entertainment for the festival, see?" Suddenly a bright light engulfed the entire guild. Making the others shielding their eyes.
"Battle of Fairy Tail... Begin!"

Phew... Now that's out of the way, I need a break. For the next chapters, I'm going to skip a lot of fight that doesn't involving my OCs, mainly to make chapter shorter, but I still going to mention them.
