Short but it makes you aware of where everyone is, what they are doing and prepares you for how this is going to go down... I didn't want this to be by itself but it clashes oddly when mixed with the next chapter so I am seperating them!

I hope you understand and enjoy!

Can someone make a drawing of Izuku for the Story profile?

Shinso hated waiting, but wait he did as the rest of his new classmates entered the train and were shipped off to go to better places. It was almost sad to see, watching Izuku and Uraraka depart without him. He would miss them, they were the best friends had ever had already. No judgement, no shaming, not bullying... it was something he had never had before. Something he had come to cherish beyond words. That they both had beat his ass over and over in combat training only seemed to strengthen their friendship.

"You ready, kid?" Aizawa said once the rest of the trains and departed. Shinso just nodded. " Good,... your the first kid I've interned, I hope you can appreciate the severity of that."

He frowned. " Didn't you submit to intern Izuku?"

"Yeah, and he turned me down like I knew he would. The kid's smart, he would learn a lot from me but Mirko is the better choice if he wants to prove that those without Quirks can excel. She's a beast in combat and she has populatrity on her side, something he wouldn't get from me. She can help him navigate the quirks that come with the spotlight. I really only put in an application to make sure he had some. The kid deserved to be recognized."

Shinso nodded fervantly. " Yes, he very well does. So... where do we go?"

"It's not far from here...come on, we'll walk." And so they did, about five blocks away to a random building that looked entirely normal and unsuspect in the backdrop of the wider city. Hell it even looked a little rundown, if Shinso was being honest. " Here we are, Home Sweet Home. Come on in."

Following Eraserhead into the building, Shinso could not help but gap at the sudden change. Where as the outside was a little rundown and boring, the inside was warm and friendly and very business chic with leather furniture, silk shades and plants all over the place. "Wow."

"Hehe, yeah. It's designed to let us feel comfortable day or not. Many of us sleep during the day, so they keep the natural light to a minimum. There are spare rooms all on the second floor for us to sleep in. Some of us all but live here, I did in my rookie days. Now, the changing room is over there. Get your costume and meet me back here in ten minutes. We are going to train for a while before we do anything else."

"Yessir." After quickly dressing, he ran out and saw his teacher who smirked at him.

" I like the outfit. "

Shinso nodded and did not blush. It was rough, basically a purple version of Izuku's outfit with tons of pockets for items to make his arsenal up. "Seeing what Izuku could do, it just made sense. I want to be a jack of many trades, not a master of just one."

Eraserhead nodded.

"Sound thinking, one that will take you far... now, let's get to practicing."

Izuku and Katsuki walked toward the building they were directed too. The thing had clearly seen better days, which was odd considiering Mirko's high status and pay rate. One would imagine she lived in a nicer place. Izuku rang the bell, but there was no answer, at least for a bit, and then they heard it...

"Come the fuck in already!"

Rolling their collective eyes, they entered the house and walked up the stairs where they saw a collection of couches, Tvs and other such things. The area was nicer then the outside, and very cozy but not obnoxious. There was an odd scent in the air, a mixture of carrots and sweat. The grunts they heard led them to the left side of the house where found a white door. Curious, they opened the door and saw Mirko, in her Hero suit, beating the crap out of several dummies with her extra long feet.

It was an intimidating sight, one that was a turn on for both boys since both relished in power and powerful people, but mostly it was scary.

"What's you kids looking at?" She growled at them, never turning around. "Get in here and join me, I want to see what you can do. No toys, Midoriya. No blasts Bakugo, just your raw power. Too many rely on their quirks, toys and friends to an extreme. I want to see what you can do on your own."

Both boys seperated, finding a dummy away from her wild strikes. Izuku immediately feel into a boxer's stance and unleashed several powerful strikes, jabs, knee pulses, snap kics and more. He was limited in Kickboxing, prefering Judo, but he had enough skill to pummel a dummy at the least.

A sigh from across the room told him Bakugo was struggling, and would probably struggle for a while. Bakugo had minimal skill in quirkless combat, like most with a quirk... and so he was a little lost. Without his old fire, which Izuku realized was probably a sign of depression, Bakugo was unable to lash out like he used to. Still, if the grunts and hard padding meant anything, he was giving it the old college try!

Their mock fights went on for a while and soon both boys were exhausted, Izuku was no exception. He had a lot of stamina but fighting was exhausting, even against a bag.

"NONONO! Your too still, both of you!" She frowned and marched over to Izuku. "Your a boxer, clearly, so actually move your body." She fell into a perfect boxers stance and hopped from side to side. "Keep your feet lose, even when shadow boxing. Trust me, that is your best friend and will keep you alive... and you, Bakugo! You arms are too rigid, loosen them up and since your new you should be aiming for the center of the target. Move your feet too, like I showed with him. Side to side, manage your movements and keep your body loose and ready to react. A slow hero is a dead one." She demonstrated. " I am not one for specific movements, but I will show you how to use the tools you've got to become powerful. We are going to spend most of our time doing this... then maybe if you impress me you can join a patrol. I am only in Hosu to find the Hero Killer! Usually I am in Tokoyo, so you two are very lucky that I decided to be so close."

Both boys shared a look, one of curiosity and annoyance. They weren't sure they really liked this lady... but at least she was powerful.

"On a normal day, I'd just be waiting for client calls to come in. Not really exciting. But things have been fairly hectic here lately," Manual told Iida as they started their patrol.

"So you're using street patrols to suppress crime," Iida deduced.

"Yeah, exactly," Manual told him, "man, I can't believe Ingenium's little brother is interning at my agency. I'm sure you had offers from pros with much bigger followings than mine."

'The Hero Killer. So elusive he's managed to avoid capture for his deplorable crimes. I know that I might not find him. But still... I have to try to track down the villain down. Because I can't forgive him for what he's done," Iida thought, remembering his brother in his hospital bed. The horrible stench of sterile fields and the look of despair in his brother's eyes...

The pain he swore he'd avenge at any cost...

"""

"Basic hero goal: control crime. Right? When a crime occurs, the police will contact us. These requests come in all at once, filtered by district. We file reports on the services we provide. Assisting with arrests, rescuing people, et cetera. Then a special agency looks at our work and decides how much we should be paid. You'll catch on quick, kiddo," Gunhead told Uraraka as they walked through patrol.

'I didn't expect him to be so friendly,' Uraraka thought as she eyes his muscles. The guy was loaded with muscles, but he seemed to be entirely friendly. It was almost weird. "So... I am almost afraid to ask, but do you teach combat during your internships?"

The man chuckled. "Well, yes, but I saw your Festival performance. You have a lot of talent and drive in martial arts already, do you want to learn more? Actually I wanted to ask where you got your skills?"

She smiled, proud of herself. "I learned from Izuku Midoriya and all in just a little over two weeks. Turns out I have a natural talent for it, Izuku says I am really good at telling where my center of gravity is, and where to take down another person's. We think my quirks gives me a natural sense for that sort of thing. I am great with flips and disarming people, less so with physical attacks like jabs and whatnot but even there I am ok. I've always been stronger then your average girl my size, but my speed could do with some serious work."

The man chuckled. "I noticed in the fights but seriously for around two weeks your raw improvement is insane. I look forward to seeing how fast you pick up what I can teach you."

She beamed. "I look forward to seeing what I can learn."
