After the drama and anxiety the Stain incident had caused, Suri was actually fairly happy that the rest of the week went by quick. And, other than stopping a purse thief, there weren't very many exciting highlights. Seriously though, who steals a purse in broad daylight? And really, stopping a thief wasn't as fun as she thought it would be. A little growling and ta da, he was screaming like a baby and willingly giving himself up. She did get to meet the Blue Kitsunes, the resident hoodlums of Shinjuku.
They were an interesting case.
They'd steal, break stuff, cause a ruckus and then turn around and pay for the damages, return the stolen items, and turn the debacle into a small party. They were a nuisance like Grandma Kuroyashi had said they were but everyone in the ward was relatively fine with them. Their little bits of chaos seemed to be a happy little distraction from the day to day and somehow seemed to cause less hangups and inconveniences that most super villain attacks. They were the neighborhood trouble makers. And meeting them, yeah, they were lovable little bastards that reminded her of Kaminari, Sero, and Kirishima. It was making that comparison that made her all the more excited to get back to school and see her friends.
She got her wish.
And now she was listening to Jirou talk about getting to deal with villains during her own internship while she had her arms over Tooru and Mina's shoulders.
"All I did was help people evacuate and provide logistical support," Jirou said, twirling one of her earphone jacks around her finger.
"Still, that sounds like fun," Mina responded with a cheerful smile.
"It's better than getting your ass beat by my grandma during training," Suri encouraged.
"You're grandma's kinda hardcore," Jirou responded. She looked back and forth between the three girls and smiled softly.
"I still can't believe she made you do a second fourteen hour train sesh," Tooru whined.
"Fourteen hours?" Jirou and Tsu both said with shock.
"Yeah," Suri chuckled woefully. "She's crazy good with her Quirk but with any luck, I might be able to have half the control she does in a couple years."
"I didn't do fourteen hour straight sessions but I did just mostly train and scrub the ship deck," Tsu replied. "Though, there was this one day we caught a bunch of drug smugglers."
She said it so nonchalantly!
"Okay, that's cool!" the four girls around her said together in unison full of wonder and a hint of jealousy.
"What about you Ochako, how was your week," Tsu asked, turning to the resident gravity user.
She was… striking fighting poses on the far side of the room. Though there was a sort of competitive aura around her. The aura gave Suri and Atiena a hint that she could be fun to fight at some point.
"I'd say it was very enlightening," Ochako replied in a sort of eerie tone.
"I think she found her fighting spirit," Atiena rose up through Suri and spoke. "Gunhead must have been something else."
The girls all nodded before Jirou turned to Suri with a look of curiosity.
"Your voice didn't double this time."
"Thank my grandma for that, haha," Suri laughed and this time it was her own voice. "We realized how she could go for so long using her Quirk without the burn out. Eventually we'll be completely fluid."
"Sounds like what Dark Shadow and I have been working on," Tokoyami offered up.
"I, for one, am excited to see your improvements," Atiena answered this time.
"Wow, after one week you and Uraraka are like totally different people," said Kaminari.
"Don't be fooled Kaminari," Mineta interjected, looking overly wary and shellshocked. "All women are demons at heart. They just hide their true personalities behind pretty faces."
"Woman hater much," Suri rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath.
"What the hell did Mt. Lady do to you," Kaminari asked with a worried tone.
"How did Mineta score an internship with Mt. Lady? Then again, maybe she had got him to clean up his act so he wasn't such an annoying perv," Suri thought to herself.
"Says the one with a treasure trove of juicy goodness on her phone," Atiena teased from within their shared mind. Suri simply rolled her eyes at her beast.
"Everyone loved me at my internship," Kaminari said, trying to break his friend out of his funk. "It was actually kinda great. Now if we wanna talk about the ones who really changed, it was those three." Kaminari turned and pointed towards the back of the room and everyone's attention turned towards Iida, Izuku, and Todoroki.
"Oh yeah, the Hero Killer," Sero spoke up.
"Yeah, glad you guys made it back alive," Kirishima added in. "Seriously."
"I was worried too," Yaomomo said with a caring voice.
"We all were," Suri added with a smile pointed at the three boys.
"It was a good thing Endeavor showed up when he did," Momo said next.
Suri, Mina, and Tooru shared a quick glance with each other.
They knew the truth that wasn't being told to the public. The three of them had conference called Izuku the next night and drilled him about why they weren't on the news. He had told them what the police decided on doing to save their butts. They were collectively glad that they weren't going to get in trouble but bummed that they weren't going to get the credit.
They deserved it.
"That's the number two hero for you," Tooru said, deciding to go along with playing dumb.
"I know right," Suri decided to join in. "By the time we got there, the party was over."
"Yeah, we were lucky he was there to save us," Todoroki said. He didn't look the happiest about that answer. He was swallowing pride telling that lie.
"Did you guys see the news on Stain?" Ojiro asked. "They've been saying he's connected with the League of Villains. Can you imagine how terrifying it had been if that creep had showed up at the USJ attack?"
"He's scary yeah, but have you seen the other video?" Kaminari asked, drawing everyone's attention towards him. "It's all over the internet."
"The manifesto video that keeps getting taken down?" Suri offered up.
She'd seen it that morning after she confessed to Iida.
"I didn't even know there was another video," Ojiro answered.
"Yeah, Stain's, like, a super evil villain but he's super tenacious. He's almost kinda cool don'tcha think?" he continued. He was laid back about how he talked and didn't realize who else was in the room as he said that.
"Kaminari!" Deku shouted, his voice cracking from his anxiousness.
Everyone turned back towards him and realized that, oh yeah, Iida was standing right there.
"Oh! Dude, I uh…"
"No, it's okay. You're fine," Iida said with a solemn tone as he looked down at his left hand. "It's true he's quite the tenacious villain. I get why people might think he was cool. But instead of helping the world, his beliefs led him to cold-blooded murder. No matter his motives, "Iida looked up and his eyes met Suri's. "Killing cannot be condoned."
The guilt that Suri felt as he looked at her while saying that made her gut ache and twist into a knot. Iida was right. Killing was wrong. Absolutely. But, could he still believe that if he were to have been in Suri's shoes? Iida wasn't the kind of person, was he? One that thought that just because Suri enjoyed sex and was sexually active that she deserved… No! Iida was straight laced to a fault but he wasn't a misogynistic asshole.
"To keep anyone else from suffering like me I promise," Iida's volume increased and the solemness seemed to vanish. "I will strive to be the perfect hero!"
In the span of a single sentence, he was back to normal.
"Class rep, if you will," he said with his booming voice.
To have the old Iida back, even if it was a facade, it made Suri happy. A grin grew across her lips, finally feeling back to normal since all of the shit had hit the fan.
"Right! Listen up, peeps, let's get it!" she happily called out. "Butts in seats, class is starting!"
The day dragged on from that point.
Yep, definitely your average Monday.
Well, until their last class of the day rolled around which had them getting into their hero costumes and meeting out at Field Gamma. They all gathered in front of All Might who had his usually bountiful smile as he stared down at all of them.
"We're going to be conducting a little race. Take everything you learned during your internships and apply it to this rescue training."
A race huh? A race sounded fun.
"If it's rescue training, shouldn't we be at the USJ instead?" Iida asked.
He had a point.
"That facility specializes in disasters-"
"Still. If it's a race involving a rescue, the USJ still makes a little more sense," Suri spoke up, agreeing with Iida.
"Let me finish," All Might sighed and gave his niece a glare.
She instantly sunk a little and held her hands up defensively.
"As I said, this is a race. So prepare yourselves. Inside Field Gamma is an area full of factories that form an intricate labyrinth. So good luck finding your way around. You'll be competing in groups of five, all starting from different locations on the outskirts of our model city here," he motioned towards the gate behind him with a grin. "I'll send out a distress signal and you do what you must to rescue me. Whoever finds me first wins!"
His finger went from pointing to the door to pointing at Bakugou.
"Please keep property damage to a minimum."
"Why are you pointing at me," Bakugou grumbled.
Suri couldn't stop herself and began snickering.
"Because between you and Deku, you're an insurance claim's wet dream," she said, looking at him dead in the eye with the biggest wyly grin she could manage.
"Shut your damn mouth, Mohawk! I'll end you," he growled back.
Suri simply blew him a kiss and All Might let out a disappointed sigh.
"Up first we'll have," he waffled over the group. "Young Sero, Midoriya, Ojiro, Iida, and Ashido."
Mina lit up with excitement and began bouncing happily.
"Contestants, take your positions!"
"Go get em, babe," Suri purred and gave Mina a high five as she took Tooru's hand and started following the rest of the class to the viewing platform.
"I got this!" she exclaimed happily before quickly looking around and sneaking a kiss on Suri and Tooru's cheeks.
By the time the two girls got to the observation platform, the betting had already begun. Most of her classmates had their bets on Sero and Iida and looking at the terrain, she had to agree. Sero was the favored winner here. A landscape like this? If he was anything like his favorite American hero, he'd have this race in the bag before anyone even had a chance.
"Who are you betting on, babe?" Suri joked with Tooru.
"I wanna say Mina," she replied and then sighed, "but against Iida and Sero?"
"Yeah, I know what you mean. On the bright side," Suri encouraged. "She won't be last."
"Hey Kuroyashi, who you betting on?" Kaminari asked with a wide grin.
"Begin!"
And with that Sero was off, maneuvering quickly and easily through the obstacle course. Yeah, he was just like Wall Crawler in practically every way. Except sheer strength. Suri enjoyed watching him move, he was quick, precise, and efficient. The way he was traversing the course from the higher ground and using his Quirk to practical perfection was exciting and entrancing.
"Yo, Kaminari, I got Ser-"
Suri was grinning wide when she turned to the electric user and was about to place her own bet when everyone's attention and jaws dropped from what happened next. There was a flash of green and a hint of emerald colored lightning that sped past Sero. Everyone watched as Midoriya, who they had all counted out because of the blowback from using his Quirk, raced past Sero and into first place.
He was magnificent to watch.
Kaminari wasn't kidding when he had made the comment that Deku had changed.
She was watching the fruits of his labors from the week before. He was a brand new animal that moved with such grace and speed. That said, as she watched him, she couldn't help but draw parallels to one of their other classmates.
Most everyone had picked up on it too.
"Suri, he looks," Tooru started, her voice full of awe as well. "Those moves are…"
"Bakugou's," Suri answered. "He really gained that much control in a week?"
Atiena purred from inside Suri as they watched him. The beast had a wide grin on her face as her eyes focused solely on Izuku. And then she licked her lips. This Izuku, the one that was confident, determined, an apex of physical prowess; this was the Izuku she craved. The heat radiating from her power made Tooru shudder, her hand still in Suri's.
"S-Suri," she whispered so no one but her girlfriend could hear.
Suri realized she had felt Atiena stir and leaned down to whisper into the invisible girl's ear.
"It's Atiena. Watching Izuku has made her… ya know," Suri answered, her cheeks a little flushed from the growing heat.
Tooru simply squeezed Suri's hand and somehow had a purr all her own as she whispered back into Suri's ear that made the beast girl shiver.
"To be honest, watching him… I don't blame her."
It took everything in Suri's being not to pounce on the girl then and there. It was bad enough that she could just happily look and watch the invisible girl. She knew damn well that other than the gloves and boots, her girlfriend was sitting there stark naked. The urge to touch was bad enough, now Tooru had uncovered her own seductive purr? Gods help her.
She tried to take the distraction of the perfect naked girl that she loved away and turned her attention to their other love. The happy-go-lucky ball of chaotic energy that was their third, the final piece to their adorable little trio. Mina was holding her own and her eyes focused on the girl, quietly cheering her on as she skated along a steady stream of fluid. She had stayed high like Sero, managing to find a long winding pipeline that led to the center of the mock city. The pinkette was balancing masterfully as she slid with ease at a decent speed which had garnered her a position vying for third place.
Since Iida wasn't completely recovered, and had to take a longer route by being on the ground, she was neck and neck with him. As they contestants got closer to their target, Izuku helped cement Mina's position in the race when he took a landing wrong and fell. The pinkette made it to their destination passing the fallen Deku and coming in literally on the heels of Iida.
She placed third, visibly disappointed by narrowly missing second, but still turned around after finishing and went to help Deku. The pinkette helped him to his feet and walked with him the last small stretch that he had had left to go to the finish line. Suri smiled as she watched their alien queen interact with the emerald cinnamon roll. She mentally noted that she was happy that he wasn't as awkward and shy as he could be, maybe being on video calls and phone calls with Mina had helped. Suri made a second pass at that thought and realized that between the three of them and Ochako, he was a far cry from the nervous wreck he was on day one.
Suri had a flash of the few dreams and fantasies she had of him and then a new thought popped into her head thanks to Atiena; Izuku and Mina would be fun to watch…
No!
Nope! Get your mind out of the gutter!
"She did pretty good overall, didn't she?" Tooru said, providing a perfect distraction.
"She really did," Suri answered. "She all but tripped over Iida at the end there. To think, Mina and him were neck and neck. I wonder if there was a way to make her faster when she's skiing like that. Maybe increase the production rate?"
"I think so too. Though," Tooru paused, thinking out loud. "Added production rate might zap her stamina by a lot."
"True."
"Wow, you two sound like Midoriya," Kaminari joked with a giant goofy grin.
"Oh please, we're not that bad," Suri joked back and playfully hit his shoulder.
"Next group; Young Todoroki, Shoji, Kuroyashi, Bakugou, and Uraraka," All Might called out.
"Guess I'm up then," Suri smiled down at Tooru and squeezed her hand, holding her hand tighter for a few seconds before pulling away. "Wish me luck."
The two waved and Suri had a chance to encourage Mina for how she did during her race on her way to her starting point. It took a few minutes but eventually she made it up a long staircase and onto a long roof. The entire structure was cold and lifeless concrete and metal and she padded around it in a small circle as she looked over her surroundings and towards her destination. She could see the large watch tower in the middle where All Might was waiting for them. She tried to picture in her head, instead of a mess of concrete and metal a valley of canyons and caves to traverse. She mentally put herself into the southern part of the state she was from and thought of red rock and million year old stone instead of this make believe city.
It made Atiena happy. Made the two of them feel like they were in the wild, in their home element. Made it feel like they were in the starting hours of the Lupanar right before everyone's beasts were set wild and free. Made her ready and willing to go hunting for their Uncle Toshi.
"Begin!"
"All right, let's go, Atiena," Suri spoke and her voice instantly shifted to that of her older self. Within a few steps towards the edge of the building she qwasa already in beast woman form and let her consciousness lay her head back into the thick scruff of Atiena's fur.
They dropped off the edge of the building, letting the wind surge through the thick curls of her hair and, as soon as she landed, she hit the ground running. She ran like her grandmother. Ran like a wild animal in the freedom of a vast cavernous terrain. Ran like her mentor had taught her.
Her and Atiena ran together, as one.
She became a blur of purple and green gold from her costume and a streak of chartreuse fire as her eyes glowed from the power pouring and flowing through her. She blurred to her surroundings and let time seem to slow down as she ran, bounding through the winding streets and alleyways before clawing her way up the side of a building in a flash of motion and launching herself skyward.
She relished in the feeling of floating through the air, loving the way the wind felt against her skin. Loved that little bit of weightlessness that she felt. It was like being on a roller coaster at the apex of that hill before the steep drop back into the rush and excitement.
And speaking of floating.
Suri grinned wide as she saw two of her opponents, both moving quickly through the air. Bakugou was propelling himself with ease through the air with rapid successive blasts. He was cruising. Not far behind him was Ochako, bounding and floating weightlessly as she leapt from rooftop to rooftop. She had gotten faster as well, almost as fast as Bakugou but what she lacked in his propulsion she made up for in grace fluidity.
Out of the corner of her eye to her right she spotted Todoroki. He was gliding quickly using his ice, having the speed and propulsion that Mina had lacked. He was dead focused on the goal and made little motion to say that he was paying any mind to his competition.
She knew he was paying attention to her. Same with Bakugou.
It was time to show those two why she was the queen of 1-A.
With a loud growl that rumbled through her throat, Suri landed on a rooftop. She ran on all fours, letting the muscles in her hips, thighs, back, and shoulders ripple from the power she was putting into her body. She leapt from the roof in a long, lithe line, and made short work of the last few buildings in the same manner.
With her beast and her fiery energy flowing like a living storm of power she reached the finish line with lengths of time to spare. She hit the deck of the watchtower, which was the size of a helipad, and skidded to a stop with an animalistic pose. She left long marks from her claws being dug into the concrete deck to bring her to a halt. Her tail whipped at the small cloud of dust she had kicked up and forced it to disperse around her as she stood up and marched towards All Might.
He couldn't have looked more proud.
And that. The glimmer in his eyes, the smile on his face, the one that told you how amazingly proud of you he was. It was everything she needed. Everything she had wanted from her father. That thought soured the mood a little but still, the recognition, the silent praise. She had no idea how much she had needed that or how much it meant.
"Looks like Granny taught you well during your internship," he boasted just before the others arrived. He gave a booming laugh and ended the race, "Young Kuroyashi wins this round!"
"Dammit!" Bakugou screamed and kicked at the ground. He was furious.
He paced back and forth, flexing his hands in and out of fists. After mulling over his frustration he turned to Suri and gave her a bitter glare for a long moment. There was so much anger and frustration inside those crimson eyes of his. It was a feeling she understood.
Someone who didn't realize the look would walk up to him and try to tell him better, that he didn't do bad. Suri knew that getting told something like that would set him off even more. The four of them stayed their distance and let him steam and stew in his own anger.
It was for the best.
"Kuroyashi, that was amazing," Ochako said as they began walking back towards the observation platforms. "When did you get so fast?"
"I knew you were quick, I didn't realize you were possibly faster than Iida," Todoroki added.
Out of the three, she was glad that Todoroki was not only more open to everyone in their class but hadn't shied away from her. Suri had told him something gruesome from her past but a lot like Mina and Tooru he seemed to be more understanding. She liked this more social side of Todoroki, sure he was more aloof than Izuku, but he tried. He hadn't alienated her like Iida had.
And Izuku. Well they had talked the entire week during the rest of their internships. Nothing had changed between them. She was okay with that.
"I spent most of my internship working on control," Suri spoke with Atiena's voice. She was still in beastwoman form which meant that Atiena's tone of voice was more prominent. "Instead of flipping from one or the other, I'm trying to be in complete tandem with my beast. Trying to be more fluid, speaking of which, you were looking great out there, Ocha."
Ochako grinned and scratched the back of her head in one of the 'aww shucks' kind of gestures. It was even more prominent from using Mina's nickname for her.
"Gunhead had us training with a lot of different fighting styles so I got to work on my body movement and coordination a lot. I'm glad it paid off getting to use what I learned."
Bakugou screamed again and stormed past the rest of the class in anger.
What was his deal?
"All right, next group will be Young Asui, Yaoyorozu, Kaminari, Jirou, and Hagakure"
Suri smiled at the mention of Tooru's name and, when she saw her girlfriend making her way into Field Gamma Suri grabbed onto her. They held hands for a brief moment, sharing wide smiles with each other.
"Good luck out there, babe," Suri encouraged
"I'll do my best," Tooru chirped back happily.
Suri knew she would.
When she finally made it back to the observation deck, Suri and Mina sat together, the pinkette nonchalantly laying her head onto the beast girl's shoulder as they watched. As they waited for the race to start, they were joined by Ochako and Kirishima. Suri noticed that ever since the race Ocha had been watching her a little more closely. Then again, she was still partially transformed so that could be a factor but she suspected the gravity user was interested in something else.
"What's up, Chako?" Mina was the first to ask. Apparently she had noticed too.
"Oh! Just.. I umm… so," she waffled her finger back and forth between Suri and Mina, and then up to the screen to where it was showing Tooru's starting position. She was blushing like crazy.
"Yeah," Suri said with a smile, looking back up to their third. "The three of us have been dating for two weeks now."
"I know it's not any of my business but," Kirishima spoke up, he had a finger nervously fidgeting at his cheek. "With how much you talked about guys, Mina, I figured you would… ya know… "
"End up with one of the hot guys in our class?" she gave him a sly smile and purr.
"Sorry, I know it's not very manly to pry like that," he blushed and bowed his head.
Suri snickered and grinned ear to ear, now watching as the race started and Tooru took off running as fast as she could.
"Dude, you're okay," Mina laughed and waved off the worry in his eyes. "I'm like Suri, I'm attracted to a lotta people, guys and girls. I just, I dunno, I love love I guess."
"Kiri, the most manly thing you can do is to just be yourself," Suri gave him a warm look before turning back to the screen. "I don't mind you asking whatever. Mina and I are open books."
"Hah, that's an understatement," he laughed.
"So is it hard, you know being with two other people," Ochako asked, then had another thought pop into her head. "Wait, you said you had been with three other people before, right?"
"Yup," Suri's lips twisted at the mention of her last relationship, one thought Suri was going to keep for a long time. The others apparently didn't feel the same. "The foursome, I thought we had a good thing going, but once I moved here they ghosted me. I was so hesitant to try and date anyone from our class and then…"
"Tooru happened," Mina sighed happily, watching the invisible girl.
"Really," both Ochako and Kirishima asked, looking at the two other girls.
"She was the first one I met at the entrance exams, the first that made me feel welcome, the one who introduced me to you and Mina. My first best friend in Japan, Mina was right behind her. And then," Suri grinned as she thought about the Sports Festival. "I was her first kiss."
Ochako went as red as Kiri's hair and covered her mouth trying to hide the squeal. Suri and Mina weren't sure whether the noise was from embarrassment or what but it was pretty adorable. They got their clue when Ochako whispered to them wide eyed.
"W-When?"
"During the Sports Festival after I beat Sero," Suri grinned.
"So when did," she asked in a whisper again.
"We went on our first date the next day and Pinky here decided to crash it," Suri ruffled the pinkette's hair with a giggle.
"Hey, you two went along with it and turned it into a date for the three of us," Mina laughed.
"So glad we did," Suri sighed happily.
The four of them watched the screens.
"So who are the two of you interested in," Suri smiled, knowing she'd catch them off guard.
Ochako squealed again. That was definitely embarrassment that time.
Kirishima coughed and scratched at the back of his head.
"I-I don't think I really know… ya know… I umm."
Suri watched Ochako scramble and turn into a blubbering mess with a smile. Gods, she was adorable too. Then she noticed a look in the gravity user's eyes and followed the direction to where she was staring. She was staring up at the screens. One contestant in particular who just so happened to be winning said race.
Oh.
Ohhh.
"Worst they could do is say no," Mina smiled, seeing the look as well.
Then Kirishima said something that turned the girl even more red and threatened to float off into space. He had no idea how perfect his timing was.
"Wow, Tsu's amazing ain't she? I thought Yaoyorozu or Kaminari might be close behind her but she really blew everyone out of the water. Kinda unfair, don'tcha think?"
Kirishima turned to see the three girl's responses and noticed one, Ochako, a blubbering, hovering mess, and two, Suri and Mina snorting trying to not die from laughter.
"What," he asked with concern. "I didn't say something dumb, did I?"
"No, not at all," Suri tried to swallow the laughter down. Watching Tooru and seeing her struggle helped a lot because he was right. "As long as Tooru doesn't come in last. I hate seeing her struggle with her Quirk like she does."
They collectively nodded and watched the end of the race, Tsu making it to the finish line with leaps and bounds to spare. Pun intended. Tooru was neck and neck with Jirou with the two girls huffing it by foot towards the finish line. For their effort neither of them were doing bad or were poor runners by any means but one of them had to come in last and unfortunately for their wonderful girlfriend, it ended up being Tooru.
Suri and Mina looked at each other and frowned softly.
Tooru hadn't done anything wrong. She'd done her best and did everything she could, it was just the fact that when it came down to a foot race, Jirou had been a hair faster. It wasn't any fault to her that her Quirk didn't have any applications when it came to mobility. She'd need to be reminded that she had a great Quirk, something that was useful, something she should be proud of. And being the amazing girlfriends they were, they'd do just that.
"Hey, Kuroyashi," Kirishima asked nervously as he watched her and Mina stand up. "So how did you know if Mina and Tooru would say yes to going on a date?"
"Honestly," Suri shrugged. "I didn't. Hell, I didn't know Mina wanted to go on a date with me until she crashed mine and Tooru's and even that one… I," Suri sighed and thought of how to say what she wanted to without saying it. "Because of complications with my Quirk, every time, the two of them wanted to go shopping, I wasn't able to. The night before the festival I walked Tooru home and made the joke about owing her a few dates. After we kissed at the Festival… I knew I had to take her out for real."
"So it was after you two kissed. Damn," Kiri was thinking way too hard for his own good and grumbled something.
"Dude, what's up?" Mina asked with a quirked eyebrow.
"Nothin' I um… It's nothing, really," he finished in his normal ecstatic nature. Totally a guy thing.
The two girls shrugged and met Tooru at the steps to the observation platform and gave her a pair of comforting smiles. She rushed them and hugged them both tight, not caring whether any of their classmates saw. Tooru growled her frustration into their shoulders and unintentionally dug her nails into each of their backs. It took a few minutes of holding and comforting the invisible girl before she finally relented and sat quietly with them as they watched the last group of the day compete.
Mineta was the surprise winner while Koda brought up the rear.
By the time the races were over and they had returned to the campus and into the locker rooms, Tooru was still a little upset that she had come in last. Her body language had been enough for Jirou to come up and talk to her. The talk seemed to help and soon enough she was back to her usual self. The more encouragement she got, the better it had helped with being okay with her Quirk. Of course, this was nothing new to all of the girls and some of the guys.
Suri smiled, watching the two girls interacting as she came out from a quick, hot shower wrapped in only a towel. Mina trailed behind her. No they had not shared a shower! Not at school at least. They were devious but not that devious. Suri was, however, feeling at least a little playful as she tossed her towel over Tooru's head, effectively turning her into a ghost.
Tooru was about to scold her girlfriend for the act but somehow, seeing Suri standing next to her naked? Well, she apparently short circuited like Kaminari and forgot how to form words. Then again, both of her girlfriends were now nude so it couldn't really be helped.
"So jealous," Jirou whispered to herself though Suri had picked up on her words.
She turned to the punk rocker to see her with her school shirt open with nothing much else on and a thick blush across her cheeks. Suri looked down at herself, knew that Mina was in the same amount of dress and then her eyes fell onto Jirou's chest.
Ah.
"Girl, I told you I'd give you a cup or two if I could," she said it only loud enough for the four of them to really pick up on.
"Honey, you've got nothin to be jealous of," Mina added, happily giving the purplette a once over and giving her a playful wink. "You're hot, you should own it. You've got plenty of ass-ets."
That comment made Jirou whine in embarrassment.
"Idiots," she grumbled sheepishly. "That's not what I said it about."
She began fidgeting nervously after she had confessed that. It took the three girlfriends to think about what she could be jealous about. Really think it over.
Oh.
"I mean... I um... guess I could share them, ya know," Tooru said nervously.
Jirou went wide eyed and looked around before waving the invisible girl off in an anxious fit.
"No," Jirou whined, "I mean, I'm flattered but… I don't wanna step on your toes, Hagakure, and as much as I'd love to," her eyes trailed up to the beast and acid girls. "Mnn, seriously but no… I um, I kinda got someone in mind and she's-"
"Girl, just ask her out," Suri grinned, knowing who Jirou really had eyes for. "Go get you that tall drink of water. You're practically inseparable already, might as well add making out, and warm cuddles, right?"
"I can't just-"
Jirou's expression changed almost instantly and then she turned towards a wall at the end of the locker room. Suri, Mina, and Tooru watched her before she stood close to the wall and her earphone jacks plugged themselves into it. Suri was already back into underwear and her school shirt when she followed and stood across from Jirou. She closed her eyes and let her beast's hearing take over as she listened to whatever Jirou was. That whatever was Mineta and the two of them noticed what he was so excited about.
A hole in the wall.
Clever but, nope. Not today, munchkin.
Jirou relayed to the locker room what was being said with a deep sigh.
"I need to see," she echoed Mineta in a sour tone. "I need to see Yaoyorozu's massive milkers, Ashido's rockin body, Uraraka's awesome hips, Tsu's super soft boobs, and Kuroyashi's creamy chocolate skin! I need to see it! Hahahaha!"
Suri growled as she listened to him and she only got angrier as she watched the expression on Jirou's face become pained. She hadn't been mentioned in the list and that hurt her. The other one not listed? Well, her translucent shape slumped because she too had noticed that she hadn't been listed either. The fact that he had also pulled the race card for her made her go from mad to fuming.
"Hey Mineta," Suri shouted through the hole in the wall. "You know you left two of the hottest chicks in here off that list right? It doesn't matter anyway cause all of us are so damn out of your league we might as well be on the fuckin moon. You wanna see our tits so bad, here ya go!"
Mineta screamed for joy and put his eye to the hole. Suri in the meantime had taken Jirou's jack that hadn't been plugged into the wall and placed it to the hole. She then looked into the punk rocker's eyes with a deep scowl and nodded towards her. Jirou didn't need much more hinting and her jack shot through the hole and straight into Mineta's eye.
Suri grinned hearing him scream in pain.
Served him right, though she couldn't fully say she wouldn't have done something similar. A hole in the wall straight into the boys locker room and you had Todoroki, Kirishima, Bakugou, and Izuku over there? Tempting. So very tempting. But no, she wouldn't sink to that level of depravity.
Momo whipped up some concrete with her Quirk and filled in the hole after the two of them had stepped away from it. Jirou gave Suri a small smile as they walked back to their lockers and the awaiting Tooru and Mina. Tooru happily gave Suri a kiss on the cheek after she finished pulling on her quickly finished getting dressed, walked back to their homeroom to retrieve their backpacks and put away their hero suit briefcases and headed for the front gates.
"You meant what you said, huh?" Jirou asked as they walked together.
"That you were hot or that you should ask Momo out," Mina chuckled.
"Yes," Jirou blushed and laughed with them.
"I had the same doubts too, Jirou. Now," Tooru squeezed both Suri and Mina into her and gave a happy little sound, "I don't have to have them. I've got these two and I've never felt more…"
"Beautiful," Suri offered with a wink.
"Visible," Tooru said happily. "Getting called hot is just the cherry on top."
Jirou looked at Tooru and thought about it as they continued walking. Her eyes then trailed up towards where Momo was, her eyes fixating on the taller girl as she talked with Ochako, Izuku and Iida. Jirou huffed with a smile of determination and then looked back at the three girlfriends.
"You're right. Thank you, you three," she said before jogging forward to catch up with her crush.
"Good luck," Tooru giggled as her hands squeezed tighter. It was a happy pressure on both Suri and Mina's fingers that were intertwined with the invisible girl's.
Mina opened her mouth and was about to say something, probably something flirty and lecherous, but stopped. Her eyes flicked to a figure stepping onto the path in front of them. The three of them recognized the girl that stepped into their way and were slightly taken aback why she would be blocking their path. Suri tilted her head and gave Shiozaki a smile.
"Shiozaki, what's up? Haven't seen you since in a while," Suri greeted warmly.
"Greetings, Kuroyashi," she responded with a small bow of her head. "And you two are Ashido and… Hagakure, if I remember correctly, yes?"
She looked stoic as ever.
"Yup," Mina answered.
"That's us," Tooru continued the reply.
Shiozaki seemed to pause and look at the three for a long time. She watched how close the girls mingled with each other and seemed to understand that they were holding hands and had an air that was far more intimate than just friends or classmates. She seemed to register this knowledge and it made her cheeks turn a soft shade of pink.
"I just say, it is rather interesting to see a dynamic described in the gospel in person. I believe I should condone such lewd behavior but I know that my teaching of the word of God means little to you. Your words during the Cavalry Battle did give me much to ponder on. And because of your words, I thought of only you to ask when thoughts not of my lord and savior seemed to fill my mind," she spoke, holding her hands in a prayer gesture. "And because of these newer thoughts, which I had only began to have since the festival, I was hoping for some more wisdom in the ways that the good book does not teach me."
"Umm," Suri looked very confused and was met by an equally confused glance from Mina. And while she couldn't see Tooru's facial expression, the tilt in the girl's head and the shift in her body let Suri know that she was just as perplexed. "Okay?"
"Kuroyashi, I was hoping to ask you," Shiozaki gave Suri serious eyes. "How might I go about asking Kirishima from your class to… possibly get to know each other better," the vine haired girl bowed her head respectively and made the three girls look at each other again.
Then they remembered Kirishima earlier.
The thing he had grumbled had been after he heard about Suri and Tooru's kiss. Suri could just now remember what Kiri had mumbled. He had lamented that he didn't feel like he could kiss someone. Then she remembered something that Kirishima and Shiozaki had in common and it all spurred from the Sports Festival.
Shiozaki had just said her thoughts started after the festival. Shiozaki was eliminated at the festival by…
Oh.
Ohhhh!
Oh, they had it bad for each other!
"So," Suri grinned wide. "What do you wanna know about Kiri?"
A/N: Soooo I made a crackship. And I want to write it in all of its fluffy smutty glory because I think it could be an interesting and fun dynamic. So maybe look for that coming sometime soon? Anyway, coming up next is going to be a fun one because it's everyone's favorite episode of any anime series; the obligatory beach episode!
