The weeks passed quickly. Narcissa and Severus worked together on brewing the potions for the Fertilitas Vita ritual. The night of the triplets' ninth birthday party was upon them before they knew it.

Sirius was like a big kid the entire time. He bounced and jumped around, asking if it was ready yet. Narcissa thought Severus might hex him, with the overexuberence he showed.

"It's like he hasn't already raised five children," Severus said, exasperatedly.

The girls wanted a Disney Princess party for their ninth birthday. Narcissa had gone to great lengths to find prince and princess impersonators who were part of the wizarding world but she'd accomplished her goals. She had even gotten special dispensation to have magic carpet rides with Princess Jasmine and Prince Aladdin. The highlight of the evening was the Prince Philip station that had a real live Welsh Green Dragon hatchling for the children and adults to pet and get their photograph with. There were also archery and sword fighting stations for the children to safely test their skills in.

Narcissa looked around at all the little girls with their poofy princess dresses and all the little boys in period clothing and smiled. This was what she wanted her life to be about. Making a better place for magical children to grow up. Already, Narcissa's influence had seen the fashion spread of learning Muggle subjects along with wizarding subjects for the pre-Hogwarts aged children of the pureblood and half blood elites. She convinced the pureblood snobs by pointing out that there was no way a Muggle would know more than her children. She convinced the rest of the wizarding world by pointing out that public education is free to all British citizens. This helped parents who needed someone to mind their children and parents who couldn't afford private tutors.

With the help of Sirius, she'd also started a day for homeschool students to meet up and play games or sports together. The intramural Quidditch games were a hit amongst the parents and the students. The kids were so cute on their training brooms, zooming around after the ball.

Narcissa's new campaign was to try to open a wizarding elementary school that students could attend pre-Hogwarts. She was considering offering a 100 year lease for Malfoy Manor, free of charge, in order to get the thing started. Then, Muggleborn students could be included in the wizarding world much earlier than previously attempted. Narcissa felt strongly that earlier exposure to Muggleborns would ease the hold blood purists held on their nation. Even the theme of this party was helping Narcissa reach her goals. Disney princesses were a Muggle concept. Each child would be getting a book of Disney stories, a set of action figures from one of the films, and a sword from one of the princes. Many of the children would want to know more about the stories and toys that were available only in the Muggle world. Most parents would give anything to see their children happy, even if it meant doing something as distressing as shopping in Marks & Spencer.

Narcissa glanced at the clock and saw that she only had a few minutes until the ceremony for the ritual would begin.

She saw Severus moving towards the dias in the center of the room. She moved forward to join him, a gentle smile on her face. She saw that Sirius and Charity were already waiting on the stage. She let out a light chuckle when she saw Sirius was literally bouncing on the balls of his feet with a huge grin on his face.

She rose up onto the stage and saw that the children were in place, ready to begin the procession. She cleared her throat and cast a sonorous onto herself.

"If I could have your attention please, everyone?" She waited for the crowd to grow silent. Everyone was looking at her as she smiled.

"As has become custom in our family, we have a special announcement to share with you all." The crowd chuckled at the truth of that statement.

"We invite you all to join us as we take part in a very special ritual this evening. Lord Sirius and Lady Charity Black along with myself and Professor Severus Snape, invite you to join us for the Fertilitas Vita ritual. We have each decided to expand our families this evening to include two more beautiful children. Please join us for the Fertilitas Vita ritual."

The lights went out and a spotlight large enough to encompass all five children lit the end of the red carpet that led to the stage. The girls walked in front, from oldest to youngest, spreading flower petals before the two boys, who walked side-by-side, carrying a silver goblet that was smoking slightly. A gentle glow emitted from the cups, making the boys' faces look cherubic and holy. All five children had solemn looks upon their face.

Draco and Harry carefully climbed the steps of the dias. They knelt on one knee and held the goblets up to Sirius and Severus. Sirius and Severus accepted the goblets, then carefully held the goblets to the lips of Charity and Narcissa. The couples maintained loving eye contact while the ladies drank. When they were done, the goblets were set on a table. The couples kissed gently and turned to the crowd, holding hands with their loved ones. The crowd roared with applause. Lights from the photographers for the wizarding press never stopped flashing through the entire ceremony.

This time, they made the front page.
