Dark authority chapter 26: Jester of power

White Diamond watched as Yellow diamond fell to the floor. She then pulled out her trident.

White Diamond: What is the meaning of this!

Antimatter flicked his hand and a screen in the room spelled out the words: I can't have you interfering.

White Diamond: Interfere?

Antimatter pulled out his scythe and charged at White. White immediately began to defend herself from Antimatter's attacks and after various clashes she pointed her trident and thrust if forward only for it to be knocked aside by Antimatter's scythe.

White Diamond: You can't win lord Antimatter. I command greater power any gem could hope to have.

Antimatter once again flicked his hand and the screen next to white spelled a message saying: let me show you the true nature of magic. Before white could react the screen flew into her face knocking her backwards and it didn't take a genius to know that Antimatter used telekinesis to do that. In response White used telekinesis and threw various and Antimatter narrowly dodged them and an explosion erupted due to one of the objects she threw was unstable fuel but Antimatter stepped out of it like a horror movie monsters and began to violently swing at White. The two then began to duel with blades clashing against the other. White moved with the elegance of a queen and fought like a spartan warrior while Antimatter moved with the elegance of a dancer and fought like a court jester. Their duel eventually took them to a bridge outside connecting the building to another and the gems walking around saw white striking true and precise to fight and Antimatter jumping around using acrobatics to fight.

*Earth*

Corrosive was back in the boat along with his two teammates.

Jasper: Corr-

Corrosive shot Jasper a glare that even she was afraid off. He told the two about what happened and though Steven and Jasper were his teammates the anger resonating within Corrosive was enough to make the two afraid that he may turn on them.

Steven: Look Corrosive I know whatever she did may have weakened you but-

Corrosive: Look boy, I know you are trying to get me in a good mood but I'm not in the mood right now, we need to head to Athens to find the next artifact.

Steven: There's more to life then just fighting.

Corrosive: How about I drop you off a roof!

Steven: Yeesh you really are pissed off.

Corrosive: YOU THINK! I WAS BEATEN BY THREE MEASLY GEMS, I HAVE TO LUG AROUND THE MEMORY OF WHAT HAPPENED, YOU SHATTERED JASPER AND I HAVE BARLEY SEEN MY BROTHER FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS!

Jasper: I though you were squarely angry at us what do you have against your brother.

Corrosive: He's barley talking to me. He is always missing and barley even tells me anything about it.

Steven: Is it about that plan he whispered in your ear about during the sacking of homeworld?

Corrosive: Is that what you call it? The sacking? Look I'm not judging it but all he told me was, we'll get what we want soon.

Jasper: And that is?

Corrosive: No that was what he said word for word. Whatever he has in mind it'll likely result in the death of the diamonds.

Jasper: What's he going to do, blow the planet up with that planet destroying superweapon?

Corrosive: I would but it's unlikely that's what he'll do. Though he hates the diamonds he is loyal to homeworld.

Steven: But the Diamonds changed.

Corrosive: Look they may have changed in the present but their sins in the past has done a lot of damage and that won't change.

Steven: True.

Jasper saw an island in the distance.

Jasper: I think we're here.

*Homeworld*

Antimatter and White's duel took them to the other building the bridge was connected to and after a few strikes they ended up in a very narrow corridor and White and Antimatter locked their weapons.

Antimatter: *Demonic laughter*

White then shot white lightning at Antimatter who used his scythe to absorb it and he used his storm power and hurled a blast of purple lighting knocking her into the metal wall at the end of the corridor he then threw his scythe and it landed narrowly above White's head. Antimatter began to walk towards her and used his telekinesis to bring down the wall panel in an attempt to crush White but White knew what he was doing and she quickly got up and ran into a nearby room. Antimatter used telekinesis to levitate his scythe that was now on the floor back to his hand and once again locked his scythe with White's trident. Antimatter then decided to jump over white and tried to strike her skull but white dodged and Antimatter then used his death field and proceeded to drain white of her life force but while he was doing that someone opened the door to the room and it turned out to Blue and Yellow.

Blue Diamond: What are you doing?!

Yellow Diamond: Stop this at once!

Antimatter stopped draining white and instead used his wave power to push White back.

White Diamond: What are you protecting?

Antimatter used nearby objects to form letters in the end they spelled out: I told you, you can't interfere!

Yellow and Blue materialized their weapons and before they could react Antimatter destroyed a window of the room and jumped down. The diamonds ran to the window and saw Antimatter escaping in a ship. White began to push some buttons on a console nearby her as the ship escaped.

Blue Diamond: Where'd he go to.

White signaled the other two to come near the console and showed a screen with the coordinates of where Antimatter took his ship.

White Diamond: Gather our best warriors and inquisitors, we need to find out what he's up too.

After a while twelve gem warriors and six gem inquisitors along with Strawberry Quartz were outside the diamond mech.

They then saw the diamonds enter the room and the warriors and inquisitors did the diamond solute and they all went into the mech and blasted off. When they reached their destination they were shocked to see how many dark authority ships were outside. There were billions of ships but for some reason they wouldn't fire upon them. The warriors and inquisitors were ready to fight but an announcement over the ship came on.

?: This is DA-6 of the dark authority overseer council, bring your ship to these coordinates.

Strawberry Quartz: Wait they're just letting us in.

Yellow Diamond: What do we do.

Topaz warrior: Let's find out.

The ship then lowered their altitude and found out that the entire planet was one massive citadel (Like byss) and they noticed massive imperium ultra star destroyers patrolling the skies along with lucrehulk star destroyers and eclipse star destroyers. They were then taken to a landing pad where they saw a garrison of droids waiting for them.

Blue Diamond: Inquisitors commence directive 08.

The inquisitors and Strawberry Quartz immediately poofed themselves and the warriors were confused.

Yellow Diamond: What she means is that we need you to be poofed so we can sneak you into the enemy citadel.

The warriors then realized the plan and poofed themselves and blue diamond grabbed their gemstones and put her gemstone.

The diamonds once again shrunk to the size of a normal gem and exited the mech and a dark authority overseer droid (These droids look like the dark troopers from the mandalorian) came forward.

DA-6: I am DA-6 and lord Antimatter requires you to come with me immediately.

The garrison then pointed their blasters at the diamonds.

DA-6: Come quietly.

The droid led the three diamonds through the citadel and eventually got to an elevator. The droid escorted the three diamonds in and the droid immediately pushed a button.

Droid elevator announcer: Voice ID?

DA-6: Voice ID, DA-6.

The elevator began to go up and when the elevator opened they entered a large room decorated with various artwork and they saw seven chairs going around the room each one with a droid sitting in it except for one. DA-6 went up and sat in the empty chair.

White Diamond: Where is Antimatter!

The elevator door opened and Antimatter in a robot suit accompanied by his guard squadron (Antimatter's guards look like imperial sentinels from dark empire)

Antimatter: Leave us.

The council got up and exited the room and the three.

Antimatter: heh heh heh, how's it been?

Blue reached into her gemstone and pulled out the gemstones revealing the warriors and inquisitors.

Yellow Diamond: Subdue him!

The gem warriors began to charge while the inquisitors remained in a defensive stance. The guards materialized spears and axes and began to fight with the warriors resulting in all of the warriors poofing and the guards sustaining little to no damage.

Peridot inquisitor: Why did you ally with these extragalactic invaders?

Antimatter: You fail to understand, I made them!

White Diamond: Wait, so all those destroyers, that planet killing weapon and this citadel covering the entire planet was built by you!

Antimatter: Correct. I built the dark authority as a failsafe in case you betray me.

Yellow Diamond: DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY LIVES WERE LOST IN THE SACKING OF HOMEWORLD!

Antimatter: I regret the death but it was necessary.

Blue Diamond: You bastard!

Antimatter: At first the dark authority was a small collection of ships but then two more things came into play, the fact that a planet nearby has metal that multiplies and you rejecting my superweapons. You see I decided to upgrade my weapon designs like an example being the galaxy gun, it was originally a weapon that only decimated small areas and now it can obliterate planets, or you can take the imperium, it was designed to be a 130 kilometer battle cruiser but I upgraded it so that it's now double the original size but it carry fleets and is also a battle cruiser.

White Diamond: So it was you all along!

Antimatter: Correct.

White clenched her fist and began to shake in anger.

White Diamond: KILL HIM!

The inquisitors were hesitant, after all Antimatter was nice to them.

Peridot Inquisitor: I-I can't

Yellow Diamond: Why?

Topaz inquisitor: He was a good leader.

The diamonds knew about this and did understand why.

White Diamond: I understand, you won't have to but we will.

The diamonds stuck out their hands and blasted Antimatter with a beam and in response Antimatter stuck out his hand and began to absorb the beam.

Antimatter: Your bravado is pointless, none of us buy it!

The diamonds then stopped.

Yellow Diamond: Insolent gem! How dare you rebel-

Antimatter: Rebel? You seem to forget I fought the rebels!

Blue Diamond: You led the sacking of homeworld!

Antimatter: You betrayed me first! Pink knew you were too petulant to listen to reason.

White Diamond: So you knew pink was rose.

Antimatter: Oh I've known she was Rose even before the rebellion.

Blue Diamond: How did you accomplish that?

Antimatter: It was easy, I read her mind and knew what she was planning! You know you claim to know everything but not the thoughts of other gems.

White Diamond: Look, we are above gods

Antimatter: If you are a god then I am the one above gods. And if you really are gods at least I didn't bully one of your own to the point of rebellion.

Blue Diamond: How dare you speak-

Antimatter: The truth? What Rose said was what Pink said and if you payed attention to-

Yellow Diamond: We know what she said.

Antimatter: Then you see the precise points of why gems rebelled.

White Diamond: Shut up!

Antimatter: I thought you changed, yet here you are to kill me.

White Diamond: SHUT UP!

White was about to pull out her trident but she failed to react to Antimatter throwing his scythes slicing of her legs and one of her arms. Blue pulled out her staff and Yellow pulled out her sword and Antimatter summoned back his two scythes.

Antimatter: I'll show you, your title means nothing to magic!

Antimatter exited his robot suit.

So in case your confused to why the inquisitors didn't attack Antimatter the reason for this is the fact that Antimatter was nicer to them more then the diamonds ever were. Also I want to thank everyone for making it this far in my story. I do not own Steven universe this is just a fanfc.
