DRACO: Previously on Danny Phantom and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles…..
Master Splinter and Leo had arrived at the doors leading to the throne room of the palace, only to be shocked as they found the two guards knocked unconscious.
"DAIMYO!" Master Splinter shouted, realising that the Daimyo was in trouble.
Wasting no time, both Leo and Splinter kicked the doors open to find that the Daimyo was on the ground unconscious surrounded by the assassins that tried to kill Leo and Danny.
The assassins however jumped through the window and vanished without a trace, leaving Leo and Danny with the injured Daimyo.
Suddenly guards filled the room and demanded, "Step away from the Daimyo now!"
Splinter and Leo stood back, but found themselves surrounded by more guards. One of them then spoke to Ue-Sama as he entered the room, "We have the intruders my lord."
"Wait! We're not the ones who did this!" Leo tried to tell them.
Ue-Sama kneeled down and began to act like he was in distress, "Father! No!"
He then stood up and glared at both Splinter and Leo as he sneered, "My father trusted you two! He called you friend vermin and you betray him thus! Imagine if your youngest sons were here right now to see you two now."
"Throw these two cowards in the dungeons!" Ue-Sama ordered the guards, who immediately began to take Splinter and Leo away.
As the guards continued to lead Leo and Splinter to the dungeons, Splinter whispered to Leo, "Leonardo, there's something going on with the Daimyo's son. You must flee and find out what is going on in the shadows."
Leo nodded and immediately split kicked the guards that were holding him and quickly ran towards a window and jumped right out of it. The guards that were kicked immediately got back up and ran over to the window, only to find Leo wasn't there and below was the flowing river.
Donnie watched as Usagi allowed the light to flow through the shard, creating a rainbow light. Usagi then moved the light near Danny's shoulder blade and saw the mark near his neck.
"What is that?" Donnie asked.
"It is the entry point of a dissolving poison dart." Usagi answered as he put the shard away and then pulled out a small bag. "A rarely used weapon nearly impossible to detect, even by a trained healer. Now that we have located the source of the toxin, I have some medicine that might help."
Usagi placed the cloth with the medicine on the entry point.
Behind his mask, Ue-Sama was grinning and he admitted, "It was I who ordered the attack on my father."
From his back, he pulled out the Daimyo's War Staff and finished, "My father forced me to bow down before you and your sons, now you will bow before me for I am the Daimyo now."
Splinter stood up from his position and said firmly, "You attempted and still plan to kill your father, framed myself and Leonardo for the attack and also harmed my son Daniel. You will never earn that title. You know nothing of honour."
"Honour?" The Councillor's voice growled, causing Splinter to gasp in shock for he recognised that voice. "This has nothing to do with honour little rat. This has to do with power. Power and vengeance!"
Clawed red hands came out and ripped the cloak off, revealing that the Councillor was someone Splinter thought he would never have to see again. Draco! The same warrior he defeated in the Battle Nexus Tournament from years ago and the same one who tried to destroy him after the tournament.
"Draco!" Splinter shouted in shock.
Raph held his head in pain as he was then transported out of the arena and into the medical bay, leaving Mikey as the winner.
Raph appeared in the medical bay and said in shock, "I don't believe it! Mikey beat me!"
Traximus then said as Raph began to drink, "Though it seems that not even the Battle Nexus is immune to corruption. We heard word of an attempt on the Daimyo's life, by some cowardly assassin rat and turtle."
Raph suddenly chocked and spat out his drink as soon as Traximus said those words and asked in complete shock, "Did you say rat and turtle?! That's my sensei and the turtle has got to be my brother Leonardo and they're definitely not assassins!"
He then asked wanting to hear more, "What else have you two heard?"
"Only that they were caught in the act, it seems Leo perished in his escape attempt from the palace and as for Splinter, he was imprisoned in the palace dungeon." Traximus answered.
"No way! It's gotta be a frame-up and as for Leo, he's definitely alive and Master Splinter probably ordered him to get away so he can find out who the real culprit is." Raph said, determined to help his family.
He stood on the edge of the opened tavern and said, "I'm gonna bust Splinter out right now!"
Traximus grabbed Raph's arm and stopped him as he said, "Raphael that is a rash, foolhardy and extremely dangerous act….."
Traximus and Wulf both then smiled and said together, "Count us in / Kalkulu nin en."
In the Healer's Pavilion, the Master Healer was still healing the Daimyo's injuries using many spells and herbs. Suddenly three pellets were thrown in the pavilion and landed near the guards. Before the guards could react, smoke filled the air knocking the guards unconscious. The smoke then went through the door and began to fill the room with it, the Master Healer stood up in shock and coughed as he inhaled the smoke, before succumbing to it and falling unconscious just like the guards.
the first assassin raised Danny's sword above him, ready to bring the sharp blade down and end the Daimyo's life once and for all.
But just as he was about to deliver the fatal blow, it was stopped by another blade. Before the assassins could react, one of them was suddenly knocked down by a bo staff and the other one was kicked in the stomach, sending him flying back across the room.
It was Donnie, Usagi and Leo who had stopped them from killing the Daimyo. Leo had managed to reach Donnie and Usagi on time and told them everything. Knowing that there may be another attempt to kill the Daimyo, they hid in the shadows and waited and it seemed their patience had paid off and now, they were ready to stop the assassins from completing their mission.
Leo and the assassin he was fighting with, pushed their weapons against each other, until pushed him back a bit, slid down and spun around on his shell very fast, hitting the assassin and knocking him out cold into one of the shelves.
Usagi and the first assassin stood face to face against each other. The assassin spun around his chain weapon and held it up straight. Usagi used both his swords to cut the chain weapon in half, but the assassin threw the now two chain weapons straight at the rabbit samurai. Usagi dodged the strike and flipped over the assassin.
The assassin wrapped the chains around Usagi's wrists and twisted him around, causing him to drop his sword and was now bound in chains. Usagi thought quickly and pulled hard against the chains, flipping the assassin forward like a whip and then straight back into a shelf.
Leo suddenly saw that the last assassin was about to once again, attempt to kill the Daimyo with his spear. As fast as lightning, he ran over and blocked the blade of the spear with his swords, allowing Donnie to kick him the back and hold him against the ground with his staff.
Usagi and Leo stood near Donnie and held their blades near his head. Leo then spoked, "We suggest you surrender. You're outnumbered."
The assassin however said nothing, except narrow his eyes at the open doorway of the room. Donnie then asked warily, "Uh guys….do you two get the feeling he knows something we don't?"
They all suddenly felt the presence of others in the pavilion. Leo and Usagi walked over to the doorway and looked up at the roof to see more assassins had arrived.
"Donatello….I get the feeling we're in for the fight of our lives." Usagi answered as the assassins jumped down, weapons in hands and ready to fight and destroy them.
THE BIG BRAWL PART 4
Usagi, Leo and Donnie all stood together, ready to fight against the numerous assassins that entered the pavilion with only one goal in mind, first destroy Leo, Donnie and Usagi for disrupting their mission and then end the Daimyo's life once and for all.
"We must protect the Daimyo!" Usagi said with a determined voice.
"And if we can't?" Donnie asked.
"Then we shall perish with honour." Usagi answered.
Donnie spun his staff and suggested, "Let's try and leave the whole perish bit out okay?"
They assassins then began their attack and the sounds of clashing weapons could be heard, echoing the pavilion. Usagi found himself fighting in a circle against three assassins and just before a fourth one could strike at him from behind, the rabbit samurai had sensed his presence, pulled his other blade out and blocked the oncoming strike.
After Donnie had knocked out a couple of assassins with his staff, he noticed that Usagi and Leo were fighting against most of the assassins and more were joining the circle. He looked down at the empty bed mats and got an idea.
He placed his staff underneath one of them and then shouted out, "USAGI, LEO THINK FAST!"
Usagi and Leo watched as Donnie flipped over the heavy bed mat over towards them and moved out of the way. The bed mat hit the assassins and knocked them away and then Donnie flung another bed mat and took care of the other half of the assassins they were fighting.
"Nice work Donnie!" Leo said as he flipped over and split kicked two assassins in the air.
Donnie suddenly heard the sound of groaning and turned to see Danny moving a little. Danny rubbed his head a second and groaned a little more.
"Danny?" Donnie called out hopefully, but didn't see the assassin charging behind him.
The assassin spun up in the air and kicked Donnie right in the back of his shell, sending him crashing into one of the pillars. Leo charged up to the assassin and the two began to clash their weapons against each other. Leo then quickly slice his swords at the assassin's spear and then the two stopped.
The assassin's spear then suddenly fell apart in pieces and before he could react, Leo rolled to his front and delivered a kick right to his chin, knocking him out unconscious.
Usagi turned around to see four assassins had snuck behind them while they were fighting and were now entering the room where the Daimyo was.
"THE DAIMYO!" Usagi shouted.
Meanwhile back at the arena, the crowd roared and cheered in excitement for the final four warriors that were about to have their last two fights for the title of Battle Nexus Champion. No-one in the arena had any idea about the horrid events that were taking place behind the scenes.
Ue-Sama stood before them at the top of the palace and announced as the crowd went silent, "Friends, warriors and noble creatures, it is a sad duty that I must perform."
Putting on his best act, he pretended to be sad as he continued the announcement, "The Healer has informed me that my father, our revered Daimyo will not live."
The crowd gasped in shock from the news. Ue-Sama then continued, "But we must continue the Battle Nexus Tournament. It is what my father would have wanted. It is with a heavy heart, that I assume his place and his duties as Daimyo. We have our final four contestants, hoping to compete to become the Battle Nexus champion and so I say in honour of my father, let the Battle Nexus Tournament proceed and may the best warrior win!"
The crowd all cheered and roared with excitement once again. Ue-Sama turned to the Gioji and ordered, "Gioji, I must attend to affairs of the state. Continue the contest and inform me once the final battle is over."
"Yes young master." The Gioji said with a bow before disappearing to the arena.
The Gioji appeared before Mikey, Genosuke, Aye and Kluh. He formed a portal and said to them, "Step into the portal, fate will pair you randomly. Fight well and with honour warriors."
Each of them stepped through the portal. Mikey stopped in front of it and sighed with nervousness.
"Well….here goes nothing." He said and then stepped through the portal, coming out on the other side to find that Kluh and Genosuke were paired off with each other and he was paired to fight against Aye.
Aye and Mikey bowed in respect to each other. As soon as the horn went off for them to start their matches, Mikey pulled out his nunchucks and began to spin them around as he charged at Aye. Aye charged at him as well and aimed her spear at him. Mikey dodged the spear and their weapons began to clash against each other.
Genosuke and Kluh began their fight. The blades of their sword and spear clashed against each other as they then began to push against each other with their weapons.
Ue-Sama walked down the empty halls of the palace. Draco then came out from the shadows and stood in front of him.
"My Lord, a moment?" Draco requested.
Ue-Sama looked up at the dragon and allowed him to speak, "All is going according to plan. I think now would be an appropriate time for you to fulfil your promise and give me your father's War Staff."
Ue-Sama held his hands up at Draco in an effort to calm him down and said, "Patience Draco. Patience! The staff is in a safe place and I will give it to you, only when all is done and I'm officially declared Daimyo."
Ue-Sama then walked off. Draco glared at the young lord and then growled in frustration, deciding that enough was enough.
"My patience young lord is at an end." Draco said in his head and had made up his mind.
Meanwhile in the town, Raph leaned against the wall, balancing his sai on his finger while Traximus was holding a servant of the palace up against the wall by the collar of his robes with Wulf looking at the servant with his bare teeth in a threatening way.
Even though they heard that Master Splinter was locked up in the dungeons of the palace, they didn't know where the dungeons actually were and needed information before they can bust Splinter out.
Hence why they were in an alley and questioning the servant right now.
"So what's it gonna be?" Raph asked once again.
"But I already told you! I don't know where this Master Splinter is!" The servant pleaded.
Raph smirked and then said, "Then I guess there's no reason for me to keep my hungry friends from eating ya. Go ahead Traxi and Wulf, dig in."
The servant whimpered in fear as Traximus and Wulf smirked, licking their lips in hunger as they acted like they were going to eat him. To make it even more terrifying, Wulf then spoke, "Mi havas la krurojn. Ili estas miaj plej ŝatataj."
The servant gulped and asked terrified, "What…..what did he say?"
Traximus chuckled and answered, "He simply wants to eat your legs first. They're his favourite."
The servant yelped and then pleaded, "No! Wait! Don't eat me! I'll talk! I'll talk! Your Master Splinter is being held in the palace dungeons!"
"And where is the palace dungeons?" Traximus asked.
"You'll find them on the south side of the palace and down the stairs of the west hallway." The servant answered.
Raph chuckled, now they knew where to go and were ready to go and bust Splinter out of jail.
Back at the Healer's Pavilion, the assassins all surrounded the Daimyo and were about to end his life once and for all.
"STOP!" Leo shouted as he and Usagi ran inside the room and began to fight against them with their swords back to back to each other.
They began to walk in a circle, blocking against oncoming strikes of the assassins blades and pushing them away from Daimyo.
Donnie had just finished taking out the last of the assassins in the other room where Danny was. He bent down and was about to check Danny's pulse, but could hear the sounds of Leo and Usagi fighting in the room.
He snuck up to one of the assassins watching the fight from behind and tapped his shoulder. The assassin turned around and before he could react, Donnie punched him right in the face and knocked him out cold, catching everyone's attention.
Donnie nodded his head and Usagi and Leo smiled back at him. However in their distraction, two of the assassins threw their chain weapons at Leo and Usagi, hitting them dead on and knocking them back against a couple of pillars. Before they could recover, the assassins wrapped their chains around them, binding them tightly against the pillars and causing them to drop their weapons.
Two other assassins picked up their spears and walked close to them.
"Time to skewer the rabbit and our master will be quite pleased with us, when we tell him we finished the one called Leonardo." One of the assassin's spoke as they raised their spears in the air, ready to kill them.
"USAGI, LEO NO!" Donnie shouted with fear.
Suddenly before the blade could slice either of them, the assassin's suddenly found themselves frozen solid in a thin case of ice. They were then kicked back across the room, the ice broke as the assassins hit the ground hard and were knocked unconscious.
Usagi and Leo smiled as they saw it was Danny who had come to their aid. Leo was the first to speak, "Danny! You're alright!"
"Glad to see you are feeling better Daniel-san." Usagi said, glad to see his medicine worked against the poison.
Danny looked at them both smiling back and said, "Maybe not better, but at least I'm breathing."
He walked over and cut the chains with his sword, setting Leo and Usagi free. The two picked up their swords as Usagi said looking at the remaining assassins, "Good. Now let us finish these foes."
Danny changed into his ghost form and then called out to Donnie as he held out Donnie's bo staff, "Donnie incoming!"
He threw the staff to Donnie who caught it and each of them took on an assassin each. Usagi blocked a strike from the one he was fighting, before leaning down and kicking him back. Donnie spun his staff hitting the one he was fighting in the chin and then pushed him down the ground.
Leo blocked a strike from the assassin's blade from above, before pushing him back, dropping his swords for a second and punching the assassin right in the nose. Danny kicked the assassin he was fighting to the ground and then froze his feet and hands to the floor, placing him in awkward position. Danny then leapt up and slammed his leg right into the assassin's stomach and then blasted him away with an ecto blast.
Usagi, Donnie, Danny and Leo all stood in front of the Daimyo, glaring at the assassins and ready to continue to protect the Daimyo at all costs. The assassins grabbed their fallen comrades and knew they weren't going to win this fight. With one last look, they fled away like the cowards they were.
"What the shell is going on here?" Danny asked as he changed back into his human form.
Meanwhile on the south side of the palace, Raph, Traximus and Wulf looked from the side of the wall to see the front entrance was heavily guarded.
"Well the front door is out." Raph whispered. "Man, I wish Danny was here to provide us with some invisibility."
Traximus then thought of something as he looked up at the window highest above them and asked Wulf, "Wulf, can you open a portal to inside there?"
Wulf nodded and held out his hand, long sharp claws came out and he swiped the air creating a portal leading to inside the palace.
Raph and Traximus smiled and entered the portal with Wulf following behind them as it closed.
Back at the arena the tournament continued as Mikey, Kluh, Genosuke and Ay fought against each other.
"Why do I get the feeling that I'm in too deep?!" Mikey exclaimed as he continued to dodge Ay's spear left, right, above and below. "Let's just hope it's not six feet deep!"
As for Genosuke, he was starting to become overwhelmed and overpowered by Kluh's incredible strength and skill of his weapon. It seemed like he was starting to lose this match.
"I wonder if it's too late to change my bets and put it all on this guy." Genosuke thought, as he began to fear about all the money he was going to lose if he lost against Kluh.
Kluh threw a powerful fist straight at the rhino samurai's head. Genosuke barely dodged the punch and watched as the large fist ended up punching the wall, creating large cracks which made him more nervous.
He then tried to begin offering Kluh, "Look, you're obviously a marginally intelligent warrior….."
Kluh swung his spear at him, causing him to jump over before continuing as he blocked another strike from the spear, "I stand to rake in some serious cash if I can win this thing. I can cut you in for 20%."
Kluh growled and continued to push his blade against his. Genosuke tried again, "60/40?"
Kluh growled again and Genosuke offered desperately, "50/50?"
"Tell you what, I'll cut you in 50/50? Top half and bottom half or maybe right half and left half." Kluh responded, showing he was definitely in no position to be offering any money to him.
Genosuke glared and snapped, "No need to be a jerk about it!"
He pushed back against Kluh and tried his best, but in the end, Kluh got the better of him and before he could be sliced by the spear, Genosuke was transported out of the arena leaving Kluh as the winner of this round.
The crowd went wild as they saw they had their first final warrior. Mikey continued to dodge Ay's strikes until he wrapped his nunchucks around her spear and yanked it right out of her hands. He then slipped down and spun around on his shell, hitting right into Ay and knocking her down. She fell to the ground and just as Mikey swung his nunchuck at her to deliver the final blow, she was transported out of the arena, leaving Mikey as the winner.
The crowd cheered once again as they now had their final two warriors. Mikey bowed to his adoring fans as he boasted, "That's right! I am the greatest. I came, I saw and I kicked butt!"
His smile though dropped as Kluh's shadow loomed over him. Kluh grinned at him, meaning he was finally going to get payback for what Mikey did.
"You gotta be kidding? I have to fight the big ugly purple guy?" Mikey asked in shock.
Kluh growled at him, causing him to yelp in fear. Gioji then appeared before them and said, "It is time."
The Gioji then transported all three of them to the final arena. He then announced to the crowd, "The final two contestants in the Battle Nexus Tournament are Kluh of Dimension Levrah and Michelangelo of Dimension Third Earth."
The crowd roared and cheered with excitement once again. It was time for the two warriors to fight for the title of Battle Nexus Champion.
A portal formed in the palace just where the entrance of the dungeons were and out came Raph, Traximus and Wulf. They looked down at the stairs and could hear the sounds of feet, indicating there were definitely guards down there watching Master Splinter.
Raph turned and saw the curtain and said, "Yo Traximus, Wulf grab the curtain. I've got an idea."
Meanwhile in the throne room, several guards were on the ground unconscious. Draco had attacked and took them all down and had finished defeating the last of the guards who were watching the War Staff.
With that obstacle out of the way, Draco turned and saw standing on its pedestal was the powerful War Staff. He walked over to it with greedy eyes and growled, "Now to fulfil my destiny."
He reached his claw hand over to grab it, but another hand suddenly grabbed it and pulled it away from him.
"What?!" Draco exclaimed.
Ue-Sama then came out from behind the curtain, beholding the War Staff in his hands and said, "Ah Draco! I knew you betray me. I simply wanted to see the look on your face, as you failed to achieve your plans. And now you will pay for your treason with your life."
He held out the War Staff and was about to use its power on Draco, causing the disgraced warrior to step back in fear. But just as the staff powered up, it began to go frantic and fight against Ue-Sama, causing his to fall back in shock as it sent random blasts of power everywhere.
"The War Staff?! It fights me?!" Ue-Sama shouted in shock as he struggled to hold the staff.
"You always were an incompetent fool!" Draco sneered as he ran up and whacked Ue-Sama back with his tail, knocking the staff out his hands.
The staff fell to the ground and then Draco picked it up. He smirked at Ue-Sama and spoke, "It's a shame really. You should've spent more time learning how to use the War Staff. I on the other hand, have spent years of my life studying its ways and its immense power!"
He activated the War Staff with ease and blasted Ue-Sama right out the door. He chuckled darkly and began to pursue Ue-Sama with the intent to destroy him.
As the guards continued to guard the cell that Master Splinter was in, Raph, Traximus and Wulf disguised in the curtain as a very large creature entered the dungeon and stood before the guards.
"I have come to question the captive." Raph said, hiding his face in the hood.
The guards however pulled out their swords and one of them spoke, "By order of the new Daimyo, none shall pass!"
Raph held up his hands in defence and said, "Hey watch it! I don't want no trouble."
Suddenly Wulf's and Traximus's fists came out and punched the guards' right in the face, sending them right into the wall and knocking them out. Raph laughed and removed the curtain to show he was sitting on Wulf's shoulders while Wulf was sitting on Traximus's shoulders.
"It's the oldest trick in the book but it works." Raph commented as he climbed off Wulf's shoulder and Wulf did the same.
Raph stood in front of the cell and said in relief to see that his father was alright, "Master Splinter!"
"Raphael, my son." Splinter replied, relieved to see his son.
"Allow me." Traximus said gesturing to the cell bars.
He grabbed two of them and with his mighty strength, he pulled them apart and bent them enough for Splinter to come of the cell.
"Thank you noble Triceraton and thank you as well noble ghost for helping my son." Splinter said as he walked out of the cell.
"Master Splinter, what the heck is going on around here?" Raph asked, confused by everything. "This place is crazy."
"I will explain on the way." Master Splinter said. "But now, we must hurry! We must get to the Daimyo and Daniel."
Back at the arena, the Gioji spoke before he disappeared, "Let the final match….begin!"
Kluh and Mikey circled around each other. Kluh then said, "Get ready for pain little turtle. Lots and lots of pain!"
"Has anyone told you that purple looks good on you?" Mikey said as he spun his nunchucks, trying to make his opponent not want to hurt him so much. "It says….uh….rage."
However flattery wasn't going to work and he grew more nervous when Kluh walked up to him closer, standing over him and said, "I'm going to crush you turtle boy!"
He swung the blade of his spear straight at Mikey's leg, causing the ninja turtle to jump. Kluh continued to slice up and down, causing Mikey to jump up and down to avoid the blade. Mikey gasped as he landed and narrowly avoided Kluh's large fist as it punched the ground and caused a large dent.
Up at the edge of the palace balcony, Draco continued to blast Ue-Sama with the War Staff. Draco then sneered, "So, do you still believe you are destined to be Daimyo of the Battle Nexus?!"
He blasted Ue-Sama right off the edge of the balcony, sending him falling down. He crashed landed into Kluh and they both crashed into the ground, interrupting the match.
"Let me dissuade you of that notion once and for all." Draco said and then leapt into the arena.
Mikey couldn't believe what was going on. Ue-Sama got back up and sneered back, "Draco you fool! That War Staff is my birthright!"
Before Draco could come any closer to Ue-Sama, the Gioji appeared before them and attempted to stop them, "Hold the contest! Battle Nexus rules clearly state….."
He was cut off when Draco blasted him away with the War Staff. The crowd gasped in shock as they witness the fight.
"Any more rules you'd like to state?" Draco asked rhetorically.
At the entrance of the arena came Leo, Raph, Donnie, Usagi, Danny and Splinter, along with Wulf and Traximus who were holding up in their arms the Daimyo, who may have recovered, but was still feeling a bit weak from his attack.
"You must be strong Daimyo." Master Splinter comforted his friend. "There is an urgent matter that needs your attention."
The Daimyo looked and saw what was going on. He was completely shocked to see Draco holding the War Staff in his hands and his eyes widened, "Draco has returned? The War Staff! In Draco's hands it must not be."
Draco continued to blast energy from the War Staff at Ue-Sama. One of the blasts knocked him down, causing his mask to fall off.
"The War Staff focuses power from the heart." The Daimyo continued. "If true evil uses it, there's no telling what horrors it might unleash. We must stop him before it's too late."
Feeling his strength return a bit more, the Daimyo placed his hands together and transported all of them into the arena.
"Draco stop!" The Daimyo shouted, trying to get Draco to not use the staff anymore.
However they were too late, the energy on the War Staff suddenly turned red and Draco could feel a large energy spike flowing through the staff as it shook in his hand.
"What…..what is happening?!" Draco exclaimed in shock.
Suddenly a beam of energy shot out of the staff and into the open air above them all, a red and black hole forms in swirling vortex of dark energy.
"With his evil heart, Draco has torn a rift between the worlds." The Daimyo said, looking at the rift with horror in his eyes. "A multi-dimensional wound that will destroy all it touches!"
Draco tried to hold onto the staff, but he couldn't and the staff flew out of his arms knocking him back as it fell to the ground.
"The War Staff! I must have it!" Ue-Sama shouted as he began to run for the staff.
"What?! No!" Draco shouted as he started to run for the staff as well.
The Turtles, Danny, Traximus, Usagi and Wulf all ran to get the War Staff away from Draco and Ue-Sama and get it back to the Daimyo so he can close the rift. They all jumped for it, but only ended up pushing it away further from them.
The rift suddenly started to get bigger and strong gravity currents began to lift the staff up from the ground.
"The staff!" Raph shouted and quickly leapt at it, pulling out his sai and dug it into the ground, keeping it still.
Suddenly Raph was starting to be pulled towards the rift, he held onto his sai very tightly so he didn't get pulled into the rift. Mikey and Kluh suddenly began to be pulled into the rift, but Mikey thought quickly and dug the end of one of his nunchucks into the crack of the arena floor, digging it in and held on tightly.
He then wrapped his other nunchuck around Kluh's ankle to keep him from going into the rift. The Gioji however wasn't as lucky and was pulled into the rift, his screams could be heard as he was destroyed by it.
Draco, Ue-Sama, Danny, Leo, Wulf, Usagi, Donnie and Traximus were suddenly being pulled in by the strong gravity. Traximus quickly dug his axe into the ground and held out his hand as he shouted, "QUICK EVERYONE GRAB ON!"
Wulf grabbed Traximus's hand and then grabbed the end of Donnie's staff, Donnie grabbed Usagi by his foot, Usagi grabbed Leo by his ankles with his hands, Leo grabbed Danny's ankles by his hands, Danny reached out and grabbed Ue-Sama's hands and Draco grabbed hold of Ue-Sama's leg, each of them holding on tight for dear life as the rift became stronger with each passing second.
Raph reached his other hand down and pulled the War Staff out from his sai and shouted as he threw the staff towards Splinter, "MASTER SPLINTER CATCH!"
Splinter caught the staff in his hands and handed it over to the Daimyo and said, "Here my friend. Hurry!"
The Daimyo held the War Staff in his hands and said, "Yes. I must close the rift immediately."
"Just hold on! I've got you!" Danny shouted to Ue-Sama.
"You will not be rid of me so easily!" Draco sneered as he began to fight with Ue-Sama.
Ue-Sama began to fight back, kicking at Draco with his feet as he shouted, "Draco you fool! You'll kill us both!"
Danny could feel Ue-Sama's hands slipping through his thanks to their fighting and shouted, "WILL YOU TWO STOP FIGHTING! YOU'RE SLIPPING!"
However they wouldn't listen and continued to fight with each other as Ue-Sama shouted, "Draco go and rot in the abyss where you belong!"
Suddenly Ue-Sama's hands completely slipped right out of Danny's hands and the two began to head towards the rift.
"NOOOOO!" Danny shouted.
They all watched as the two continued to fight as they were pulled into the rift and it just a matter of seconds, Draco and Ue-Sama were completely destroyed by the multi-dimensional wound.
"MY SON NOOOOO!" The Daimyo shouted and hung his head in grief, some tears fell from his eyes as he mourned the loss of his only son.
"Daimyo I'm sorry, but you must act now or everyone will be destroyed!" Splinter pressed.
The Daimyo, although sad knew that Splinter was right. He nodded and held the War Staff up, sending the blue magical energy towards the rift and closed it. Everyone shouted as they all fell to the ground, now that the rift was gone.
As Kluh weakly got back up, Mikey pulled at his nunchuck that was stuck in the ground and pulled it out, but he was unaware that the end of it accidentally hit Kluh right in the head and knocked him unconscious.
Mikey spun his nunchucks and turned to face Kluh as he asked, "Yo ugly, do you think we're supposed to fight now?"
He stopped however when he got no response and saw that Kluh was unconscious, "Uh….yo?"
When he didn't respond, Mikey said the only thing he could say, "Oops!"
But that didn't matter. Since Mikey technically defeated Kluh, he had won the Battle Nexus Tournament. A few minutes later, he along with Splinter, his brothers, Usagi, Traximus and Wulf were all standing on the palace balcony as the crowd cheered for their new champion.
The Daimyo placed an olive wreath on Mikey's head and announced, "Michelangelo of Dimension Third Earth, I crown you Battle Nexus Champion!"
The crowd cheered louder as Mikey was then given the Battle Nexus trophy.
"Congratulations bro!" Danny said as he rubbed his head.
Leo patted Mikey on the shoulder to congratulate him and then Donnie patted his head. Raph, even though was happy to see his brother won, he was still annoyed a little by it.
"I can't believe I actually won!" Mikey said with joy.
"That makes two of us." Raph muttered in annoyance.
The Daimyo then looked down with sadness and said to Splinter, "I know my son was rash and foolish, but I mourn his passing."
"Perhaps he is not completely lost." Master Splinter suggested, comforting his friend. "The multiverse holds many mysteries. There is always hope."
The Daimyo smiled at his friend and said, "Perhaps. Thank you my old friend. Now come, gather your sons. I must let you go home."
Leo and Danny bowed to Usagi and Usagi bowed back to them before speaking, "It was an honour battling beside you and your brothers Leonardo and Daniel. I hope that someday our paths will cross again."
"It is we who are honoured Usagi." Leonardo said, smiling at their new friend. "Thank you for saving my brother's life."
"He's right. If it hadn't been for you, it would have been the end for me and we will be forever grateful to you." Danny said, smiling as well.
Splinter stood beside his sons and then Daimyo tapped the top of Mikey's trophy as he said, "Farewell and good battle to you all."
The trophy glowed blue as they all said their goodbyes and were transported out of the Battle Nexus. The Daimyo then said, "Farewell my friend. May you live with honour."
Danny, the Turtles and Master Splinter found themselves back home in the lair. Leo was the first one to speak, "We're home."
"Wow! It's almost like it never happened." Donnie commented.
"Oh it happened! And I have the trophy to prove it." Mikey began to brag, showing off his trophy once again before placing it down. "See what is says? Battle Nexus Champion which is me! I am now the greatest warrior in the trans-dimensional multiverse. Which is me!"
"You only won on a technicality!" Raph reminded him, starting to get annoyed by his bragging.
But that didn't stop Mikey as he retorted back, "Um…technically I kicked your sorry butt in one of the matches remember?"
Raph growled and pounced on Mikey and began to hit him, causing all of them to fall on the ground. Donnie, Danny and Leo were doing their best to hold Raph back, while Master Splinter merely watched in amusement.
He chuckled and said, "Yes. It is good to be home."
Even though the Battle Nexus Tournament was over, Danny and the Turtles were unaware of an impending situation was about to take place. A few miles away from Earth in the vast reaches of space, the Triceraton Homeworld was drawing closer each minute.
Prime Leader Zenramam was sitting in the main throne room as Commander Mozar entered. How bowed his head at his leader and then reported, "Prime Leader, we have traced the trans-unit particle beam from the Fugitoide's teleportation. The final destination is the third planet from the Sun."
Zenramam grinned and ordered, "Excellent. Prepare for a full scale invasion. We will crush the inhabitants of that world and claim the Fugitoide for the glory of the Triceraton Republic!"
Zenramam's laughter could be heard as the Triceraton Homeworld drew closer to Earth.
