After Carrie Waters was able to give all of the names and locations to the F.B.I. Manager James Aker was able to contact the Witness Protection Program to have two of their agents take the woman to the Tombstone, Arizona safe house. The safest in the United States.
Special Agent Tobias Fornell had left for the hospital after receiving the news about his friend Special Agent Gibbs. He had spoken with Manager Aker about getting permission to leave.
Meanwhile, Aker was going over the list of names in his office waiting for his agents to arrive to have a briefing before heading out to arrest those on the list. Meanwhile, Carrie had been sitting in a cell for processing along with two security officers to keep watch. They weren't going to be taking any chances that the Cartel will try and take her out.
There was a knock on the door when he looked up to see his team walking in without Fornell. But his partner was included in the operation to arrest the names. Even though it was going to take some time to find them.
Bethesda hospital
Special Agent Gibbs was removed from ICU on the critical list at the moment. Doctor Cyril Taft had issued around-the-clock nursing staff in case his vitals begin to drop as with his heart rate.
His friends sitting in the waiting room along with Tobias Fornell walking in with his coffee were waiting on any type of news. When Doctor Cyril Taft still in his blue gown and cap. He wanted to speak with everyone before heading back to check on his other patients. but first he will need to change clothing and wash up as well.
Director Leon Vance getting up from his brown seat. "How is he, Doctor,?" Vance had to know as if this was getting to be like a regular routine for when it comes to Special Agent Gibbs.
"He's hanging on right now Leon. But I am afraid that his heart may give out once again after we had a close one in surgery. He's lost a lot of blood along his body had been through a shock with the electrical shocks, beatings, and torture. I have someone to be watching him around the clock until we know for sure he's going to be fine."
"I am so sorry to hear this Doctor Taft." Eleanor Bishop. "By the way where is Marcie?"
Vance would be the one to answer the question. "She is working on coming to the hospital after talking with the Evergreen manager of the safe house. Marcie is going to be having an escort coming here." Vance said.

Doctor Cyril Taft ran quickly to Gibbs's room as he was in cardiac arrest. As the crash cart arrived with Taft and coming off the elevator was Marcie and the escort arriving.
She had heard the code blue over the P.A. system. She was concerned for her husband after staying in the safe house to protect herself and Lucy.
She watched the scene as Doctor Taft zapping her husband with the paddles three times before his heart started up again.
"He's back doctor." A technician working in the ward says.
"Thank god!" Taft needed to express himself by turning to see the one woman he needed to speak with. He had no idea where she was located all this time. He had moved out to talk with her.
"Where the hell have you been Marcie?" he cried out with the response.
"Jethro had us placed into the Evergreen safe house. I am truly sorry that he didn't say a word to you or others. It was necessary even though I had suspected that my husband will go after the Cartel?"
"Partly. He was lured by a woman at Kelly's bar feeling alone and he had suspected somewhat until it was too late to be knocked out by poison. However, I heard the woman had turned herself in the F.B.I. and is now with the Witness Protection Program." Taft said even though he wasn't supposed to have said anything.
Marcie wasn't too happy to hear that a woman was involved with her husband getting hurt in the process.
"Do you happen to know the color of this woman's hair?" she asks even though the question was relative for the most part.
"Yeah, she was a redhead. Anyways I suggest that you go inside and stay with him as long as possible. Please try not to get involved in the actions of the nurses to be watching him around the clock?" he pointed out with his anger.
"Fine," Marcie said with her emotion unsettling nevertheless. she walked in to grab a chair to sit next to her husband of two-plus months. She takes his semi-warm hand to feel the emotions spilling out of her. "Jethro, It's Marcie. I am here to be here with you," she tells him watching his face.
She looked over at the nurse writing down a note onto Gibbs's medical chart. "Do you think he might wake?" she begged with the question.
"Let's hope so after happened earlier with his heart," she said to Marcie.
"I will need to say a prayer for my husband after he forced me to stay at the safe house."
Moments later she thought that she heard a moan coming out of his mouth. The nurse had come over to check his eyes. "Amazing he's waking Mrs. Gibbs. I will contact Doctor Taft and let him know. Try and coax your husband to wake completely?" she walked over to the wall intercom to page Doctor Taft in order to come to this particular room.
"Come on Jethro wake up, I don't want you to miss out on things especially with the pregnancy. This may sound strange I like being pregnant even at 54 years old?" she will say with a slight cough.
