Chapter 26: The Pretty Reckless, Part 2
A man all of sudden then walks by Yoshiro and Hatsuki.
"Sir! Please stay out of this!" Hatsuki shouted.
"You two worry too much." He said.
Koru smiled. The man then went near Koru and was immediately paralyzed on the ground, from head to toe.
"Oh shit!" Hatsuki shouted.
"That poor man!" Yoshiro shouted. "What have you done?!"
"He shouldn't have listened to you two…" Koru said as she laughed a bit. "What do you mean what have I done?! This is also what my Pretty Reckless does! Try to go near me and you'll be paralyzed all the way down!"
Yoshiro looks at the store. And at the street where he came from. He then looks at Koru and Hatsuki.
"Hatsuki… Listen to me very closely." Yoshiro said as his Global Warming appeared. "Go find somewhere here to not warm up the human body!"
Hatsuki confusingly nodded as she rushed away back to the pharmacy Reiko is in. She looked down at Reiko as her legs were still paralyzed.
"Reiko! Oh man! Her Stand got you too!" Hatsuki said. "At least this place does have an air conditioner of some sort."
"Yes… Yes it does…" Reiko said as Hatsuki picked her up and took her to the center of the pharmacy. "I don't know what's happening out there, but it can't be good, huh?"
Yoshiro's Global Warming then started to warm up. It's heatwave started to affect Kuro's Pretty Reckless. It bubbles up, causing her skin to be burned.
"GAAAAH! MY SKIN! WHAT?! THIS IS WHAT YOUR STAND CAN DO?!" Kuro yelled as she struggled to get rid of Pretty Reckless.
"Now tell me where your friend Doku is at." Yoshiro said. "If that's his name."
Pretty Reckless then disappeared. Kuro's real self appears.
"Ugh! It's hot! Fine! If you want to find him, then he's somewhere around Midori Park." Kuro said as she slowly walked away. "Find him there, or else trouble is gonna be with you."
Yoshiro's Global Warming then disappeared.
"I'll be with Hatsuki." Yoshiro said.
Yoshiro then went into the pharmacy. Kuro watched him go inside the pharmacy.
"Heh heh… What an idiot! Tricked him real good after conceding." Kuro said. "Now to make sure that I get them real nice."
Inside, Yoshiro sees Hatsuki and Reiko. Reiko got ip after Pretty Reckless stopped its ability.
"Looks like the pain is all gone." Hatsuki said. "Did you defeat her?"
"She pretty much conceded." Yoshiro said.
"That's good." Reiko said. "Now then, I'm gonna wait here until the time is up for me to close down for today."
While talking, Koru slowly and quietly walks in to look at an aisle.
"Someone else is here." Reiko said. "I gotta get back to work."
Reiko then went back to the counter.
"I'll go see who it is." Hatsuki said.
"Wait!" Yoshiro said as he stopped Hatsuki. "What if it was that same girl again?"
"Then tag along with me."
Yoshiro looks away.
"You may or may not be making this difficult for some reason." Yoshiro said.
When Hatsuki and Yoshiro walk over to see that aisle, Koru who was in that aisle left.
"They're gone?" Hatsuki wonders. "They just arrived from the door so maybe they already left…"
When Hatsuki leaves the pharmacy, she felt a pain in her head.
"Argh! No! She's totally out here!" Hatsuki shouted. "But where?!"
On the roof of the pharmacy, Koru was covered in her Stand, Pretty Reckless.
"There she is…" Koru said.
Koru then got out her phone.
"Hopefully Pretty Reckless doesn't drip all over this one." She said as she answered the call. "Doku! I'm on top of the rooftop! Get over here! Yoshiro is in the pharmacy! I got that girl down there!"
Koru then hangs up the call and puts her phone away.
"Time to give hell." Koru said as she prepared herself.
