Sonic X: Steven the Hedgehog

Steven started out as an ordinary citizen of Sonic's World. Throughout his life, he would hear stories about the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends, who Steven wanted to be like despite his own cowardice. Suddenly, Chaos Control took place, which caused Steven to meet Sonic, his friends along with new friends to train him to be one of the greatest heroes of the world.

27. Author's Note

Hey, guys. fflyboyray here and I have an announcement to make. But before we get to that, I want to say a few things first.

First, thank you to those who have been enjoying and reviewing my story. Thanks to you all, this story is 1 review short from having 200 reviews. I did not think this story would get that many reviews compared to my original deleted story. My original deleted story had 133 reviews and this one just pushed that other story aside like it was nothing. So thank you all for the support in this story. I really appreciate it.

Second, when this Author's note is added, I'm gonna change and fix the Chapters/Episodes a bit. I'm mostly gonna be having Steven's prologue at the beginning of the Chapter/Episode and have Chaos Control Freaks/Super Sonic Hero Appears! in seperate Chapters/Episodes. That way the first Chapter/Episode won't be too long.

And third, I'm gonna add details to Steven's Prologue that are based on current Chapters that are related to what Steven's true purpose of the story is. So as you know, it started off small, but after the last Chapter/Episode, it's gonna include more detail.

Now for my announcement. Like I said before, thank you for enjoying and supporting this story. I'm really glad you all enjoyed the entire New World Saga and Chaos Emerald Saga with my OC all the way to the very end of Season 1 of Sonic X: Steven the Hedgehog. Now I know you all are expecting how the Chaos/Sonic Adventure, Shadow/Sonic Adventure 2, Egg Moon, Emerl/Sonic Battle and Homebound Sagas will play out with my OC Steven, but unfortunately, I'm going to have this story on a 6 month pause. I'm sorry to you all had to hear this, but I have a few reasons why. The reasons are listed on the bottom.

1. Season 2 and it's Sagas take place 6 months after Season 1 ended so this would give me time to think through on how Season 2 is gonna play out with Steven in it.

2. I've been reading the news about the new Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) on the internet lately and I've seen that so far the story is gonna be a combination of Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic Adventure 2. I want to wait and see if there are gonna be more similarities to those games so that I could try and make them fit in with the story.

3. I'm gonna start playing Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Battle to see if I could have those games fit in with the original Sonic X story. This will also give me time to see how Steven will play out from the games and the original Sonic X Sagas.

4. I've also heard of the leaked on Sonic Forces 2 on the internet that it would be released sometime in June. I want to wait and see if it's actually true or not.

5. I'm still mapping out how the Archie Sonic X Comics are gonna take place in the story so this will also give me time on where the Sonic X Archie Comics will play out in the story.

6. April 29, 2021 makes my story 6 months old. This story was published on October 29, 2020 and this 6 month pause will end on October 29, 2021. That would make this story 1 year old and I will resume this story when that day comes.

So there you have it everyone, my reasons why this story is gonna be on a 6 month pause. Once I believe that everyone I know reads this, I'm gonna delete this and add the Countdown to Chaos/Birth! Super Sonic and Wrathful Steven so that way the prologue will have it's own Chapter/Episode at the beginning. Once this Author's note is up, the story is gonna be marked "Completed" on the bio until the 6 month pause ends. And once the 6 month pause is up, I'm gonna answer my reviews on the next Chapter/Episode when it's time again. So like I said before, thank you all for enjoying and supporting this story all the way to one of the finales. And I apologize once again, but I hope you all understand for the 6 month pause.
