Hey! This is just a quick Author's Note for some information on Book Two that you might want to know before you read!
The title will be "The Storm Bringers"
I plan on it being longer than the first book, perhaps thirty or more chapters, covering even better fight scenes, a stronger Matt Beckett, new and more powerful enemies, drama, rebuilding relationships, beings from another pantheon, and more!
It will be under this very fic, not separate at all. Meaning the next update of this story will be the first chapter of Book Two.
It will come out within the next few days. A week at the very most, so expect the first chapter soon!
Some disclaimers that I want to tell you before you continue. It will be mostly OC's, as Percy and Annabeth will not embark on the main quest this time. I hope that doesn't send people away from my story, because I promise they will be back for future books, and their temporary absence will not hinder the quality of the story. The OC's in question are those you know and love, and perhaps a couple of new ones.
It will be set in the perspectives of both Matt and Harper. Again, I hope that doesn't send anyone away, but I don't think it will, as most people like Harper's character. But since the story is taking place in different locations, Matt being with Hercules, and Harper back at Camp, I will write along in both POV's.
How will that work? I will switch perspectives every chapter. Say Chapter One is Matt's POV, well Chapter Two will be Harper's POV, and it alternates every single chapter. The POV's will be first person as usual. Kind of like the Kane Chronicles, only it won't be every two chapters for the perspectives to switch, it will be one.
And that pretty much covers it! I hope you enjoy it, and continue to read along! I promise you won't be disappointed, expect it to be better than the first.
