AN:/ Welcome to another chapter of Dark Souls! I am sorry for the late chapter! I just needed a few me days to figure out where I wanted to go with this, and do with it. I Don't know the rights to Harry Potter that belongs to JK Rowling! Enjoy chapter 27 of Dark Souls!

Hermione's Point of View:
I sigh, we had been practicing weeks on end with Severus and the gillyweed. I sat by Black lake. I knew lots lived there, but why would they make us go in there knowing our lives could be in danger. Did they not care about our lives? Is this sport of entertainment, and possibly die. I didn't think they would take Harry, because he was the boy who lived, and the only way to defeat Voldemort. My guesses were my parents, my godfather, or my brother. The thought of any of them at the bottom, and I couldn't save them in time makes my heart wrench. All the sudden someone touches my shoulder, and in reflex I had my wand to their neck, Harry stood there his arms raised in surrender. I sigh and turn back around pocketing my wand. "How did you face all this Harry?" I asked him.

He sighs, and sits next to me. "Honestly knowing I had friends waiting for me, and this one I knew I had someone to save. It was normal for me." he says, and then holds me close. "It's okay to be afraid Hermione, just know I will be here waiting for you in the end." he finishes.

I nod and lay my head on his shoulder, "I just hope I make it to the end and save the one I am supposed to. Who do you think Viktor's will be?" I ask him.

He shrugs, "I am thinking it will be one of his parents, friends, or siblings" he tells me. I just relax against Harry and he tries to make me have fun with the help of Fred and George. But, my mind just kept thinking about tomorrow. I had a bad feeling something was going to go wrong.

(The next day)
I walked into breakfast and I knew immediately who they took Luna was in hysterics because Neville was nowhere to be found. "Champions it's time to retrieve the item that has been taken from you" McGonagall announces. All three schools meet at the lake, "You will have one hour to retrieve, and come back good luck champions" she says as we reach the lake.

Severus comes up to me and gives me the gillyweed, "You have practiced for weeks Hermione you will do fine. I am betting on you" he says to me.

I smile at him and then swallow the gillyweed. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I felt the gills forming, and then I was pushed. It took me a minute to get my bearings, but soon I am swimming forward. I slowly make it to the merland, and see Cedric there with Cho. He waves to me and I watch him float to the top. Next came Viktor and he goes up to a man who could be his twin, and nods at me making his way to the top. "Take your captive" the mermaid told me.

I had wanted to wait for Fleur to see if I had to save her sister, and she came up slowly grinning at me. We went together and set our victims free. I held my brother close, the gillyweed was beginning to wear off my hour was almost up. Suddenly I am being pulled down I looked down and see a grinning Ronald Weasley. I am in shock, but I blast my brother up not trusting the spell on him, and cast the bubble head charm on myself. I kicked him in the face. If I could just make it to the surface I could call for help. But he got his hold on me, "You're going to regret that mudblood" he snarled.

He held a knife, he swung it at me, but I think he missed. So I did the only thing I could think about doing. I grabbed Ronald, and pushed on a pressure point knocking him unconscious. I see the merpeople coming after us. I grabbed the necklace around my neck and we were gone. I just hoped Harry would get warned I was going to the castle. I released the charm and took a deep breath of fresh air. I dragged him down the steps hoping I broke a few bones. And, laid him in a cell locking it, and making sure I had all wands on him thankfully it was just the one. All the sudden I hear a pop of apparition. I was full of adrenaline and wand at the ready. "ANGEL" I heard Harry call using the sonorus charm.

I was still feeling jumpy. I cast the same charm, "CELLS" I told him back.

I heard not one but three sets of running feet, he must have Fred and George with him. All of a sudden I began to feel woozy. I made out three shapes coming towards me. I reached out when I felt a sharp pain, and there on my hand was blood and a lot of it. "Hermione" I heard Harry's voice before my world went completely black.

Harry's Point of View:
I watched as Severus pushed the love of my life into Black Lake. We had been practicing for weeks, so I had no doubt in my mind she would be able to do this. It has been close to an hour, and no one has come up. Soon enough up came Cedric and Cho, and then Viktor and a man that could be his twin, and surprisingly Fleur and her sister. I was starting to get worried, especially when I saw Neville pop up but there was no Hermione. Help came for him. My heart started beating out of my chest, where was she? Was she hurt? Did she need me? All the sudden witches and wizards were diving into the water and coming back up shaking their heads. Hermione was missing!

All of a sudden the heart on my wrist started pulsing against me. Oh my smart beautiful witch! She went to the castle! Something must have happened and she was hurt. I grabbed Fred and George, "Come we must go to Potter castle. Hermione is there" I ordered them. They nod I grab the bracelet and they grab onto me and we apprate away. We appear in the castle, and I see blood! Oh sweet merlin I used the sonorus charm, "ANGEL" I called out to her.

It didn't take long before she called back to me. "CELLS" She replied back to me.

I nod at the boys, and we rush down to where the cells were kept. When we got there I felt like I couldn't breathe. Ronald Weasley was unconscious in a locked cell, and Hermione was standing there drenched in blood, and it was getting bigger, and bigger. "Hermione" I called out and caught her before she fell. I look at Fred and George, "Make sure he can't escape, I am taking her to madam pomfrey" I order them. And, apparate away. I made it to the hospital wing her breathing was shallow. "MADAME POMFREY COME QUICK" I scream.

She comes and I lay her on the bed praying to everything she isn't taken from me. Again. "Oh my oh dear please move out of the way dearie I have to help her." she ordered me. I took a seat on the visitor chair, and soon she was breathing normally, but then she looked at me sadly. "Mr. Potter have you and Ms. Longbottom had sexual relations?" she asked me. I nod slowly wondering what did that have to do with anything. "I am sorry to say, and she wouldn't have known yet it was too early to tell, but that cut on her stomach, though I got the poison out of her system. So Ms. Longbottom will be fine" I let out a breath of relief.

But it looked like she wanted to say more. And, I had a gut feeling it would be news I didn't want to hear. That would make me want to go to Potter Castle, and kill Ronald Weasley. "What is it Madam Pomphrey?" I ask her.

She looked at me sadly, "I am sorry to say Lord Potter. Your fiancé has lost the baby" she whispers. "I will give you some time. I have to contact her parents and inform them" she says and closes the curtain. I felt tears well up in my eyes. We were going to have a baby, and because of this fucking tournament, and once again Ronald fucking Weasley. We lost our child. I fell to my knees and held her hand in mine. I promised there would be retribution against him! He would not be leaving the castle alive! But, right now I had to be here for Hermione because I knew this would absolutely kill her. But, I would be by her side every step of the way.

AN:/ So now we know the white light meant she was pregnant, and the golden light was them finalizing there bond. By being together intimatley. And, of course Ronald showed up, and because of the attack he caused her to have a miscarriage! Now he's locked up and he is going to pay. Harry will make sure of it.
