Hello, everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it?

First I wanted to update y'all on my plans for this account and the stories I have published here. Arguably my most popular one is 'Once Upon Another Time' and it's one of my favorites, too. I wrote it while going through a lot in high school - family stuff, puberty, realizing I was very much not straight - and even after high school & college when I fell in love for the first time and went through a massive depressive episode. A lot has happened for me since then. Apart from maturing as a writer, I've matured as a person. I've grown and evolved spiritually and emotionally, loved and lost people, and am having to start over again. And while this story is so so so so special to me, it's not representative of me the way it once was. I'll always go back and reread it, but I doubt that I'll ever write another chapter for it.

'The Universe Was Wide Enough' is another favorite, even if it only has a handful of chapters. Why? Because I get to be gay! I really love that story, the premise, the Doctors - it's so chef's kiss. I can't promise that I'll be writing regularly for it, but I can't just forget about that story. I just reread it earlier today and was blown away by my own creativity. It's been so many years since I wrote stories, but it just drew me back in all over again. So I'm hoping that I'll be able to write for it every now and then!

Any of my other stories and/or series are not going to be touched again. So for now, I'm moving to another account: dianabatyah. I'm going to republish and edit 'The Universe Was Wide Enough' and continue to work on it there. I also have a stupidly fun, semi-serious parody story of my big Doctor Who hit titled 'The Legend of the River Swimmer' about a Jewish ex-Time Agent named Dina who is basically a giant gay himbo with an emotional support raccoon and she and the Doctor fall in love. So please check it out if you're interested!

Thank you all so so so much for the love and support and advice you've given me over the years. It's been what, 8 or 9 years now? Something like that? Thank you for believing in my stories and loving them as much as I did. I love you all. I hope to see you on my other account!

All my love,

Diana Batyah S., aka Artemis Sherwood
