Ch27

"Are you ready daughter?" Hades as he and his wife Persephone entered his chariot. Bianca nodded and got in after him.

"I am father lets go," she said as she looked around at her father's armies which were ready for her to command. The furies were next to the chariot and ready to serve her father as well. It's now or never, Nico please come to your senses. She had to admit she felt apprehensive about the fact that she may have to face her brother. Please don't make it come to that. Nico please don't be too far gone, don't do anything you would regret

"Good then let us go," Hade said as he turned to face his men. "All of you shall fight the enemy and not yield an inch to the titan lord or his forces. The skeletal soldiers raised their arms in agreement as her father turned around and grabbed the reins. Both he and her stepmother were dressed in war attire. Her father wielded his scepter and his helm of darkness while Persephone had a scepter of her own.

Bianca herself had her sword and her bow and she was ready to use them in assisting her friends. "Then let us go," Hades said as his horses neighed and they all traveled through the shadows.

When they emerged from the shadows the chariot appeared between a large Titan on one side and Percy, Annabeth, and Thalia on the other. Percy and the others stared in shock as the Titan took a step back, "Lord Hades what brings you here?" The titan asked in shock. The titan's face looked both horrified and surprised at seeing her father.

"Prometheus I should be asking you the same thing?" Hades said as he gripped his scepter.

"I-I was just going to make an offer with these demigods we are surrounding them and we were just negotiating," Prometheus said with a nervous look. "I-I didn't know you would be here."

Hades stared at Prometheus with a cold look, "Well since I am the highest ranking God here amuse me what is this offer? I believe my brothers would be interested in knowing about it when I visit them after I am done here of course," Hades said in a cold tone.

Bianca turned and smiled at Thalia and Percy who smiled back at her while Annabeth stared in shock. Prometheus cleared his throat, "Um Olympus will eventually fall and it would be best if they surrender. They are outnumbered and can only hold for so long," she could tell that Prometheus was grasping at straws, his eyes looked as he were afraid for his life.

Hades laughed, "Fall and outnumbered you say?" He snapped his fingers and the ground rumbled; it was a feeling that was probably felt throughout Manhattan. Skeletal warriors then emerged from the ground all around them.

"Well I am afraid that I must reject that offer," Hades said as he raised his scepter. "Goodbye Prometheus," he said and in a flash of dark light Prometheus was blasted to the ground. "Your treachery will not go unanswered," he said as he snapped his fingers and skeletal arms and chains wrapped around the titan.

"This This is madness I am a messenger," Prometheus protested the fear in his voice was palpable.

"True but I didn't agree to a truce with you now did I?" Hades said as Prometheus was dragged underground. He then turned to her, "Go join your friends, I'll try to divert my father's attention, my army should be around wherever the campers are located."

She nodded and bowed after she got off. "I will father be safe."

Hades nodded, "You too dear." His chariot then drove him off to the enemy lines as undead warriors rallied around him.

She turned to Percy and the others who were staring at her in shock and then Thalia ran up to her, "Bianca I knew you could do it," she said as she hugged her tightly.

She hugged Thalia in return, "Thanks Thalia it went well. I just hope it stays that way," she said as she turned to Percy and Annabeth. "How are things here so far?"

Percy sighed, "Ok so far but we sort of saw your brother yesterday."

Thalia placed an arm around her as Percy told the story of how he and his friend Will were with Kronos on the Williamsburg bridge. "They probably fled on that chariot of theirs," Percy said. "I'm sorry there wasn't much that I could do."

Bianca felt her emotions rise up as she rubbed her eyes. Thalia gave her a tissue and she cleaned her face. "It's alright I'll see him soon. By then I will be ready and we have a sibling reunion," she tried to sound strong but on the inside, she felt like freaking out. Can he even be saved now? Well I made this mess it is only right that I clean it

"Anyway we should get going," Percy said. "Your father said there are more skeletons right?"

She nodded, "We placed them around where the campers were and where the titan army would least expect them. We should go so we can reorganize our forces."

Percy nodded, "True we are Greeks but we don't just fight stuff without a plan."

"Yeah but we should do it quickly before we lose the advantage of surprise," Annabeth warned

"Good then lets go," she said. She and Thalia followed Percy back to their command tent where they found the other counselors. As soon as they entered she noticed some of them gave her a bad look once they saw her while others appeared disgusted or ambivalent. Not that I don't deserve it the camp never got along with the hunters in the first place and now they probably dislike us more than before.

"Percy what the hell is going on there are a bunch of skeletons with us," Connor Stoll said.

"Yeah Bianca here onvinced her dad to help us fight for a day to take Kronos's attention off of us," Percy said

"I think he wants an answer," Silena said. Bianca recognized her as the other person who was her brother's friend during his stay at camp.

"Well say we didn't know," Percy said. She nodded and got up and was followed by that big black guy from the Hephaestus Cabin.

Percy sighed, "Ok everyone regroup our forces we have a day until Hades leaves us to help the other Olympians. The enemy is probably in disarray right now we have to act quickly. " He then turned to another black guy who looked more like a jazz musician, "Austin have you hear of anything from Michael?"

Austin Lake of the Apollo Cabin shook his head, his face looks really sad, "No we haven't found anything."

Percy went over and patted his shoulder, "Well let me know if you guys need anything ok?"

Austin nodded, "Thanks we are just still shocked over what happened yesterday. After what happened yesterday with Will we are still down. We can't believe he has joined Kronos."

Bianca couldn't help but stare at the ground. Well at least they are safe please Nico I know you are a good guy please don't do anything you will regret. She knew that her brother was with a son of Apollo and she couldn't help but feel a bit guilty about what happened. My actions have led to so much pain.

"Don't worry Austin just try to keep the cabin focused on the task at hand," Percy said. "If you think there is good in him then hopefully we can save him. I didn't know Will well but he seemed liked a nice guy."

Austin smiled at him and nodded, "Thanks. Hopefully we can get to Will before anything bad happens to him. We still hope that we can get through to him, the Will we know is still there we know he is."

"Don't worry I think we can," Annabeth said as she stepped forward. "But we must get bogged down in these small details. We have to take advantage of the enemy's confusion while we still can."

Everyone nodded as Percy turned to them, "Bianca can you let me know how things go with the soldiers?"

"I will," she said as she grabbed her bow. "I'll be with Thalia and the hunters."

Percy smiled at her, "Great lets keep in touch and keep our momentum."

"Come on Bianca lets go," Thalia said as she grabbed her hand. Bianca nodded and said goodbye to everyone as she followed Thalia to the main group of hunters. She was greeted by her fellow hunters who hugged her tightly.

"I missed you all too," she said as she turned to Thalia. "Where do you need me?"

"Lets just defend this tunnel for now can you order your skeletal warriors to work in conduct with us?" Thalia asked

She nodded, "Sure no problem."

She grabbed her bow and followed Thalia to the front lines. She saw skeletal warriors fighting off enemy demigods. "Keep your formation and drive them off," she yelled. The skeletal warriors obeyed her command and with the help of the hunters they fought the enemy.

Bianca fired arrows at the enemies who fell at her arrows. Thalia and the other hunters assisted her, they all fired arrows at the enemy and along with the skeletons their lines.

"Hey Thalia any news about Lady Artemis?" She asked as she shot down an enemy camper.

Thali bit her lip as a dark look spread across her face; she shook her head, "No but your brother apparently declared he will spill her blood on Olympus to make her give up your oath after he takes us out one by one." Her face must have been as bad as she felt because Thalia quickly reassured her, "Well that's what Percy and Annabeth told me I didn't hear it personally."

"It's alright he'll come after me and I'll be ready for him," she said softly as she fought back tears. Nico what have you become? Is your hatred of Artemis and the hunt that strong? It is my fault I am so sorry. At that moment anger boiled inside of her. Kronos you will pay for what you did to my brother. She knew that her brother wasn't a killer and he would only have those thoughts as a result of Kronos messing with him.

"Don't let them pass!" She yelled as the skeletal warriors charged at the enemy lines. The hunters and the skeletons were pushing the enemy back. "Should we advance further?" She asked Thalia.

Thalia shook her head, "No we should be cautious. We shouldn't overextend our lines; we should advance slowly and with caution."

Bianca nodded, "Sounds goods lets do this."

Thalia summoned some lighting and blasted away some monsters that charged at them. They both fought as a team as they blasted away the waves of enemies. "So you're Nico's sister," said a male voice.

She and Thalia turned to face an enemy demigod with an eyepatch covering one eye, "Ethan Nakamura," Thalia muttered as she gripped her bow. "What do you want?"

Ethan glared at them with his eye, "Don't worry I wont kill all of you Nico will probably want some of that," he said as he gripped his spear.

"Where is my brother," she asked through gritted teeth as she glared at the enemy demigod.

Ethan stared at her and frowned, "Why would you care? Didn't you abandon him to play hunter?"

Bianca felt the anger rise inside of her, "What did you do to him?" She yelled louder than she intended.

"Bianca calm down," Thalia said as she placed a hand on her shoulder.

She took a deep breath as she tried to control the anger inside of her. "You all will pay for what you did to him," she said as she glared at the enemy and felt the blood in her rise.

Ethan chuckled, "Oh really? Your brother says the same thing about you hunters and Artemis. But don't worry you will see your brother soon; Lord Kronos will see that he is the child of the prophecy."

"I won't let you use him anymore," she said as she gripped her bow. I have to remain calm she thought as she felt Thalia's hand on her shoulder. She took a few deep breaths as she tried to calm her anger. I won't let him get to me he is just trying to rile me up. I must be calm on the battlefield.

Ethan gripped his spear, "But I don't think Nico will mind if I rough you all up a bit."

"Oh just try us," Thalia said as she gripped her weapon.

"For Kronos!" Ethan yelled up as he raised his spear and charged at them just a wave of enemies charged at them.

"Bianca lets go!" Thalia yelled.

"Lets do this," She said as she gripped her bow. She fired at the enemy monsters as Thalia engaged Ethan in combat. Despite being a daughter of Zeus Ethan looked as if he was able to keep up with her. "You will pay for what you did to my brother, I will get him back," she said through gritted teeth.

Ethan smirked, "Oh really? You were the one who abandoned him," he said as he swept her with his leg knocking her to the ground. She knew reacted quickly as she saw Ethan thrust at her with his spear. However, her knife barely was able to block the spear as it pierced her shoulder.

She let out a cry just as Thalia blasted Ehtan away from her, "Bianca are you ok?" Thalia asked as she helped her up.

She felt her vision blur a bit as she saw the blood, the wound hit her in the shoulder, "I-I'm ok I think," she said as Thalia immediately covered the wound with a bandage.

"Somebody get some nectar cover me now," Thalia ordered as some hunters immediately began to cover for them and bring them nectar.

The two sides fought and were engrossed in their battle but then a large explosion from the titan camp rocked the area. Everyone turned to the sound and Ethan appeared shocked, "No what happened?" He muttered as a bright light flew their way.

Hades blasted Hecate as she protected her son who was already on the ground. "Mother please run," her son Alabaster said. Hades looked at the son of Hecate who tried but failed to defend his mother.

Hades glared at her, "You will pay for defying Olympus," he said in a cold tone as he snapped his fingers. The ground rumbled around them as skeletal hands wrapped around the son of Hecate and dragged him underground.

"Alabaster!" Hecate said in shock as she turned to Hades. "Please not him, he is my strongest son I have lost so many children already."

"Well that will decide how he behaves in his cell," Persephone said. "This is the price you pay for rebellion."

Hecate fell to her knees, "We just wanted respect."

Hades gave her a sympathetic look after all he knew what it was like to be an outcast. "If you step aside now I may but a good word in for you for my brother."

Hecate looked at him as if wondering if she should trust him when suddenly a dark presence that Hades knew all too well approached them, "Hello son I hope you are here to submit to me," Kronos said as he approached him with his scythe in hand. His father did not look happy as he glared at Hecate, "Leave us be."

Hecate looked nervously at them both and she bowed and left. Hades turned to father, "Sorry father as much as I dislike my brothers I dislike you more and we all agree that you were a horrible father."

Kronos frowned, "Well then you shall as well," he said as the area around them got tense.

Hades gripped his scepter, "I will get my son back."

Kronos chuckled, "Miss your son do you? I didn't know you cared for him." Kronos's allies were behind him, he knew he and his wife could probably take them, they just had to take enough of them out and weaken the enemy so that the demigods can have a better chance. Oh brother you will owe me big time.

Hades laughed, "I love my children even though I don't always show it." I have to hold him off for a while before going to help the others. He still hasn't fully recovered but I won't let him get to the demigods. He gripped his scepter as his chariot charged at Kronos.
