Cherith woke up the following morning to a knock on her door and Elena walks in, making Cherith groan.

"What the fuck are you doing up so early? It's Saturday!"

She grouched, turning over and burying her head into her fluffy pillows and Elena smiled amused.

"I'm heading to Stefan's. We're going to discuss what's up with The Lockwoods there with Alaric. Want to come?"

Cherith snorted.

"I don't think I'm invited, seeing as I pretty much destroyed their living room."

She replied sarcastically and Elena sighed.

"So you're not coming?"

"Nope. Have fun. If it turns out to be serious, then at least tell me and not hoard the information to your chest like you're Gollum with the one ring or something. Then again you two do look alike after all."

Elena sighed.

"Will we ever go back to how we were?"

She asked, slightly sad.

"Yes."

She gave her sister a hopeful look and Cherith turned to her with a huge fake grin.

"When you dump the Salvatore brothers and start actually caring for your family instead. I'm sure we can talk then."

Elena's hopeful look left her face as her sister turned away from her again, nestling into her blankets again and cocooning herself and Elena left the room, making Cherith smirk.

Cherith woke again once it was around 9 and went to take a shower, having skipped her jogging today and wanting to sleep in, with all that had been happening this past few days...

She felt she really deserved it.

Cherith dressed in a white basic sling crop top, a simple rose gold chain with a small lock at the end and a grey slightly fitted high waist lounge shorts just to her thighs, pairing it up with black leather boots.

She loved her boots, so sue her.

It was quite sunny today and Cherith planned on just basking in the sun rays.

She remembered Caroline as well as her inability to walk in the sun and decided to visit her as well when she was done.

She jogged down the stairs and into the kitchen, hearing Jenna singing her heart out while listening to the radio.

"And I was like, baby! Baby! Baby ooh! Like, baby! Baby! Baby! Ooh! Like baby! Baby! Baby! Ooh… thought you'd always be mineee, mineee!"

Cherith snorted, amused as her aunt moved to the song while holding a fork as a microphone.

She clapped, whistling.

"Bravo! Bravo Jenna!"

Jenna mockingly bowed, reducing the volume of the radio as the song continued playing.

"Thank you my audience!"

Cherith chuckled as she prepared some cereal for herself.

"Who'd have thought you of all people would be obsessed with this song when it came out last month?"

Jenna shrugged as she settled to wash her dishes again.

"Hey, it's a bop! And the artiste? Adorable! He's your age right? 16?"

She asked and Cherith shrugged.

"16 in a couple of days, yeah."

Cherith munched on her food while swiping her phone to check if she had any messages.

"You heading out?"

"Yeah, I want to go say hi to Caroline. She's already been let out of the hospital, want to be sure she's doing alright and all."

And not turning into a raging Vampire.

She added mentally added and Jenna nodded.

"The poor dear. Glad she pulled through. It was a close thing, I heard."

"Yeah… it really was."

Cherith frowned, still unhappy with the way things turned out.

Now Caroline was an undead.

The bubbly life of the party teen who always wanted a career in journalism and have children with her super rich billionaire football player husband.

Well… not everyone ended up having the happily ever after of their dreams anyways.

The front door opened and closed.

"Jenna?!"

Elena's voice called out and Jenna answered her back.

"In the kitchen!"

Cherith heard double footsteps and frowned, turning from her bowl and spotting Alaric as well.

"Sup teach…"

She greeted him, using her spoon to do a salute and splashing milk on Elena's forehead.

Elena gave her a look as she cleaned herself.

"You should watch where you throw that."

"I'd listen to you but then I don't speak Mary Sue."

Jenna frowned.

"Who's that?"

Cherith tilted her head in thought before shrugging.

"Meh… I don't know."

"Hello, Cherith… Jenna."

Alaric greeted awkwardly, looking at Jenna with a soft smile and Cherith fake barfed.

"Alaric! Hey! Elena texted me about everything…"

She gestured to the brunette who was jogging up the stairs to go grab some things as Cherith stood up to wash her plate.

"You guys should take your conversation out of where we eat food. This is holy ground."

Cherith snarked and Jenna huffed exasperatedly at her niece as she walked towards the front door with Jenna as Stefan jogged up the stairs and after Elena.

Once she was done, she grabbed her phone and purse from the island table and walked outside to see Damon resting against his car and looking as carefree as ever.

It seriously made Cherith want to light his ass on fire… but probably not in public where people could see.

A wicked smile filtered on her face as she watched the ass.

Yes… how wonderful would it be to see him scream for mercy at her hands.

Damon finally noticed her stare and frowned.

"Why do I get the feeling that you're thinking of me? And not in the good way might I add."

Cherith shrugged.

"Maybe because I am. Now don't talk to me. I have this urge to light things on fire around you."

Damon smirked.

"Are you sure you don't have the hots for me?"

He playfully asked and Cherith looked him up and down, unimpressed before putting on her dark sunglasses.

"Your birth certificate must have been an apology letter from durex… or whatever condom company existed when you were born."

"Why is it that you've been taking shots at my birth since yesterday?"

"Because you have a face only a mother could love."

He gave her a look as Alaric walked over to the car.

"Sure you don't want to come? Duke is a great place after all. Good programs as well."

Cherith shook her head.

"Nah… already have plans for where I'm headed anyways."

Alaric nodded.

"Yeah, Jenna mentioned it once… Oxford, If I remember."

Damon turned to her with surprise in his eyes but said nothing, his icy blue eyes curious as Cherith nodded.

"Yeah but it's a bit more complicated than that."

Before they could continue talking though, Elena and Stefan walked out hand in hand and Cherith unlocked her car, putting down the roof.

"Cherith!"

Elena called out to her as she walked over with Stefan who smiled at her.

"I heard you were heading to Duke. Try not to come back… like, ever."

She beamed at her sister who rolled her eyes, already getting used to her more harsh comebacks.

"Don't get your hopes up, I'll be back soon. We just want to know more about Isobel's work and my family background and why Katherine and I look alike."

"More like why you're a face stealer. Anyways, what happened to the Lockwoods? Are they supernatural after all? Ooh, are they Pokemon??"

Stefan chuckled, shaking his head.

"No uh they're lycanthropes instead. Or rather, we suspect they are."

Cherith suddenly looked interested in the conversation.

"Lycanthropes huh?... That makes me want to befriend the Lockwood uncle even more."

Elena's eyes widened and she shook her head resolutely.

"No, Cherry I want you to stay away from them. They're dangerous."

Cherith smirked dryly, looking at Elena over her glasses.

"So are vampires. You don't see me running away do you?"

With a wiggle of her hand, she enters her car and drives off.

Elena turns to Stefan.

"Could you keep an eye on her for me while I'm gone?"

He nods.

"I'll try."

Meanwhile, Cherith thought about the possibility of actual vampires existing and not the giant horses in Twilight.

Well, twilight wolves weren't that bad, just that they had been shape shifters and not werewolves, but still… actual werewolves!!!!

She grinned excitedly.

"Werewolves hunh?... And it looks like today is a full moon too. How lovely."

She smirked as she headed to the supermarket.

Forbes Residence.

Later that early afternoon, Cherith walked towards the Forbes Residence with a supermarket bag in hand filled with all sorts of sweets and chocolates and the occasional Ice cream so she could eat it up with Caroline who must be in her feels unable to walk in the sunlight.

She idly wondered about the Sheriff though. She was in the know about the existence of Vampires. What would happen, if a literal Vampire hunter found out that their daughter had been turned into their worst nightmare and due to negligence on their part, they hadn't been there to shield her and stop the attack?

Now that was a day of waterworks, Cherith imagined.

She knocked on the front door and waited for Caroline to answer, though she knew it might be difficult on her part, what with sunlight shining in the house.

But hey!

That's where her flying abilities came in. She'd just enter through her window.

Footsteps were heard and Bonnie walked out, a grimoire in hand and a disgruntled look on her face.

"Hey bon-bon, you don't look so happy."

Bonnie sighed as she walked out.

"Hi… Cherry. I just, I'm just really mad is all."

Cherith nodded understandingly.

"Mad at Caroline? Mad at Damon? Or mad at yourself?"

Bonnie sighed.

"I guess… all three. I just… I'll see you later Cherry, I just need to clear my mind."

Cherith nodded as the older girl walked away and she turned as she walked inside the house.

"Hey Bonnie!"

She called out, making the mocha skinned beauty turn.

"Remember, Caroline is someone you practically grew up with. Do you think she's happy with the situation of things? Of how most of her dreams are now destroyed?"

A sad look appeared on Bonnie's conflicted face and Cherith dug into the bag in her hand and dug out a KitKat, throwing it to Bonnie who caught it.

"Chocolate always puts us in a good mood, go figure!"

Bonnie grinned at her thankfully before walking away and Cherith jogged up the stairs into Caroline's room.

"Hey Caroline! I'm here now! Nothing to fear! We can use your inability to walk in the sun to eat ice cream and chocolates all day and—What are you doing here?"

Cherith stopped, looking at Stefan who gave her a small wave as Caroline turned to her with a beaming smile.

"Cherith!"

She blurred over to the girl, embracing her tightly and almost cracking Cherith's bone who grunted, especially as she felt the cold feeling of being a vampire creep into her.

"Easy Caroline, Cherith's not as strong as—"

"Speak for yourself vamp boy!"

Cherith snarked back before pushing magic into her bones and hugging Caroline back just as tightly before spinning her, making her giggle as Cherith let go of her and Stefan smiled, glad that Caroline at least had someone here with her on this difficult and confusing path.

"So! I bought us chocolates and ice cream but… apparently you have plans."

She turned to Stefan unimpressed and Caroline pouted nodding.

"Yeah! He's going to teach me how to hunt bunnies."

She said in a matter of fact voice and Cherith turned back to the blonde vamp—the male blond Vampire with horror in her eyes.

"You know, Elena had tried to assure me Damon had been lying, but now… sheesh! I should smite you where you stand, Edward Cullen."

"Well Edward Cullen drank from deer and mountain lions, so…"

Caroline chirped in and Cherith nodded agreeing.

"Exactly! So even if that fucker was a creep, at least he was a creep that didn't go for cute and cuddly animals!"

Stefan chuckled.

"It's to let her get used to hunting, Cherith."

Cherith waved him off.

"Whatever. Are you guys leaving to go hunt now? I'll come with. Just so I can enjoy the snacks and ice cream since Caroline will be gorging on blood."

Caroline whined as they headed down the stairs.

"No fucking way Cherry! Now pass me a Cheetos! And a tub of ice cream!"

Cherith rolled her eyes as she dug into the bag and brought them out, passing them to the baby Vampire.

They walked out of the house, heading into the forest behind it and Stefan turned to Cherith.

"Caroline and I will get into the forest faster. You sure you don't want to wait here?"

Cherith wrinkled her nose before her hands lit up and she levitated the bag of goodies, making Caroline gasp slightly, mouth full of strawberry ice cream and Cherith floated up slightly.

She turned to Stefan who looked impressed.

"I'll fly, you run. We cool?"

"Okay Cherith Gilbert when we get to our destination, you are so telling me how you became a freaking witch like Bonnie too!"

Caroline gushed as she and Stefan blurred away and Cherith chuckled, flying after them and maintaining a reasonable speed as well while doing so.

Woods…

Cherith licked the last spoonful of her chocolate flavored ice cream and looked down as her phone buzzed, grabbing it while a few feet away from Caroline and Stefan as they tried to catch a bunny or 2. It still creeped Cherith out and she wasn't sure she'd ever be able to get over it.

Unlocking her phone, she saw a message from Tyler and clicked it.

'Hey Gilbert, party at the swimming hole. Happening already and pretty cool. Hope you can make it.'

Cherith wrinkled her nose, not sure if she wanted to even check it out, but the thought of Tyler actually being a possible werewolf intrigued her so much that she wanted to observe him pretty closely as well.

And maybe she could spot his uncle while there though she doubted that.

Mason Lockwood was a grown ass man who'd never be caught dead with a bunch of teens.

Of course, he just might, there was no telling with people these days.

She looked up at the 2 who seemed focused and she smirked, cupping her hands together at her mouth and shouting out.

"Hey blondies!"

The two jumped, startled at the voice before turning to Cherith from where she by a tree, levitating in her cosmic red glow.

"Party at the swimming hole! Everyone's there! Can we check it out later?!"

Stefan sighed and Caroline gave Cherith an exasperated look.

"I almost caught a damn rabbit Cherith! What the hell is wrong with you?!"

She whined out, throwing her fists around as she whipped back when Stefan said something to her.

Cherith giggled slightly before grabbing her phone again and texting Tyler.

'Is my expensive scotch going to be there?'

She pressed send before digging into the gradually emptying bag and grabbing another snack… an Hershey bar this time.

She honestly didn't feel full or sick and she idly wondered if her magic had anything to do with it.

It probably did.

Her phone vibrated again and she picked it.

'No, but I haven't forgotten. Sheesh you crazy drunk!'

Cherith rolled her eyes.

'I won't deny that. Just give me my two bottles of scotch. Don't text me again asshat.'

She rolled her eyes, dropping her phone and enjoying the peace and quiet the forest brought.

She smiled, flying up and above the trees while making sure to stay unseen as well.

It was really beautiful up in the skies…

She felt at ease there, able to be free to do whatever it was she wanted to.

She sat in a meditative stance up amongst the trees and closed her eyes after finishing up her chocolate, taking in deep breaths and enjoying the way her magic seemed to move under her skin.

It was harmonious this time, and not chaotic and filled with rage like it always seemed to be.

Almost like as if it wanted her to destroy everyone and everything.

It was a good thing she wasn't some sort of a criminal.

Lord knew what and how the world would be like if it fell into such a dystopian chaos.

She felt a flicker in her heart and centered on it, trying to dig deep into what that was and the flicker instantly increased to a sort of hum. It was as if the more she investigated it, the more it responded to her and awakened.

She took a step back.

It wouldn't be a great idea to be too curious and tickle a sleeping dragon within her.

She didn't want to be torn to shreds just so something could be let out.

"Cherith get your ass down here this instant!"

Caroline's whiny voice reached her high up in the trees and a side smirk appeared on her face.

She uncurled herself and flew down, dropping easily and turned to Caroline whose arms were crossed.

"Ooh… already fed?"

She joked and Caroline rolled her eyes before becoming all giddy and happy.

"I have in fact done that! Stefan said we could go check out the party at the swimming hole! Matt will be there!"

She squealed happily and Cherith turned to Stefan who shrugged.

"He's a good thing for her right now."

"Whatever you say…"

Cherith parked behind Caroline's car, getting out and looking around.

The party was in full swing but Cherith honestly wasn't interested.

She didn't even spot Leslie and wondered where her party crazy friend was.

It was odd that she hadn't tried to convince her to make it.

Cherith turned when she heard a car and saw that it was Mason Lockwood.

He and Stefan seemed to have some sort of alpha male stare down which she wasn't interested in as she called him out.

"Hey older Lockwood!"

She walked towards his car, ignoring Stefan's alarmed look.

"Cherith!"

He called out to her but Cherith ignored him, going over to Mason.

Mason turned to her with a smile.

"If it isn't the strongest porcelain doll I've ever met."

Cherith scoffed, flaunting her hair.

"Oh please… I know I'm great and all. Tell your nephew he owes me 2 bottles of scotch or I'll throw him into the water… maybe even bash his head in!"

Mason chuckled.

"Quite dark, are you?"

Cherith beamed.

"Not dark… chaotic."

She gave him a promising look and he chuckled as he prepared to leave.

"Just be careful around here. And leave before it gets too dark. It's dangerous around here.

With that, he drives off and Cherith is left deep in thoughts.

Dangerous around here, hm?

It was a full moon tonight.

A possible werewolf had also just told her to be careful.

What were the odds right?

Still though… she needed proof before she could believe anything.

Cherith crossed the road and saw Tyler talking to some girl and walked over.

"My scotch, dick face. I hope you don't forget it while burying yourself up in boobland."

Tyler turned to her as the girl blushed and rushed off and he sighed exasperatedly.

"Geez Cherith, don't rain on my parade. I'll give you your scotch. Didn't expect to see you here though, without Greene dragging your ass here."

Cherith rolled her eyes.

"Well I came here with Caroline and Stefan so…"

Tyler raised an eyebrow.

"Salvatore hunh? What are you, crushing on him now?"

Cherith wrinkled her nose before glaring at him.

"Say that again and I'll bash your head in and your brain matter will be out for all to see."

She threatened him and he raised an hand up.

"Right, sorry then. It's just strange is all."

Cherith turned to where Caroline was talking to Matt and noticed that she was getting riled up and instantly decided to go meet her.

She was a new Vampire. Even if she was surprisingly doing well according to Stefan… this whole place was still filled with literal human blood bags… she had to be prepared for just about anything.

Stefan walked up to Caroline as Matt walked off and Cherith turned back to Tyler.

"Whatever. Just make sure you have my scotch soon. See you loser."

She greeted him and jogged off towards the 2.

"And stop staring at my ass"

She called out and Tyler chuckled, looking away.

"I can't help it!"

He shouted back as he turned and walked away.

"Can we leave now?"

Cherith asked the two as soon as she got there and Caroline shook her head feeling stubborn.

"No way! Not until Matt will talk to me and look at me with love in his eyes again!"

She stamped her for on the ground like some brat and Cherith and Stefan exchanged amused looks before Cherith paused, realizing who Stefan was and rolling her eyes.

"Fine then… whatever. I kind of had something to observe around here then…"

She looked around at the Lockwood property.

"I just hope for all our sakes that I'm wrong…"

She muttered, ignoring Stefan's curious look mixed with concern.

Duke University.

Alaric, Elena and Damon are still in Isobel's old office, going through her stuff as evening begins to creep in on them.

"Any luck?"

Damon asked, turning to the other two and Elena sighed.

"There's nothing in here about Katherine that we don't already know."

Damon then smirked.

"Ah, man, you know, it's a bummer we're not friends anymore because I could tell you what I know."

Elena gave him a look.

"Now who's manipulating who?"

Damon smirked and before he could say anything else, Alaric called them over, Vanessa, the research assistant with him.

"Hey guys, check this out."

Damon and Elena walked over as Vanessa read from a dusty old book.

"There's no record of werewolf mythology in Mystic Falls, but here are some records of some of the lesser-known legends. Everything from Scandinavian skin-walkers to the Maréchal de Retz, even all the way to the Myth of The Scarlet Witch."

She hands them the book to see the drawings depicted on them.

One had an old historic drawing of a female figure without any defining qualities with a sort of 2 straight horned headpiece on her head and some marks on her hand to represent magic.

But they weren't focused on that.

Vanessa pointed out one of the things they had been looking for.

"Tonartsliitsii Metslii, which roughly translates into the 'curse of the sun and the moon'."

"It's Native American."

Alaric added and Vanessa continued.

"Aztec. It explains one origin of the werewolf curse traced through Virginia. The short story: 600 years ago, the Aztecs were plagued by werewolves and vampires. They terrorized the countryside, made farming and hunting impossible until an Aztec shaman cursed them, making vampires slaves to the sun and werewolves servants of the moon. As a result, vampires could only prowl at night and werewolves could only turn on a full moon. When the full moon crests in the sky, who's ever unlucky enough to fall under the werewolf curse turns into a wolf."

"Can they control the transformation?"

Damon asked and Vanessa shook her head.

"If it were a choice, it wouldn't be called a curse. Werewolves will attack humans but instinct and centuries of rivalry have hardwired them to hunt their prey of choice: vampires."

Damon immediately scoffed, not believing what she said.

"Well, if werewolves were hunting vampires, I would know about it."

"Not if there aren't that many werewolves left alive. Hundreds of years ago, vampires hunted them almost to extinction."

Elena turned to Vanessa from the book.

"Why would they do that?"

"To protect themselves. Legend has it that a werewolf bite is fatal to vampires."

Alaric, Elena and Damon immediately exchange a concerned look.

"Oh... fuck."

Was all Damon murmured as he realized just what kind of trouble they could presently be in.

Woods…

The night sky loomed over the town of Mystic Falls and the swimming hole was still packed with people partying as the full moon shone down on them.

Cherith looked up at the beautiful moon as she walked with Stefan and Caroline before turning to the female vampire.

"So, Bonnie made you the ring to walk in the sun?"

Caroline nodded slightly disgruntled.

"Yeah. Even though she was rude while doing it!"

"In case you've forgotten, witches and vampires are not exactly big fans of each other."

"But you're talking to me right now!"

Cherith shrugged.

"Yeah well I'm not exactly a normal witch am I?"

Stefan turned to her.

"Yeah I also noticed that. Most witches I've ever met can't do the things you're capable of. Do you have any idea why?"

Cherith shrugged, not wanting to reveal anything just yet.

"Yeah, maybe. Just keeping it to myself till I can grasp it more."

Cherith though wondered about the daylight rings. Would she be able to make them too? It seemed quite interesting. A simple lapis lazuli and creatures of the night could walk the day.

She idly wondered if werewolves also had something similar but in their own case, an ability to stay human on the full moon?

That is, if they even actually exist.

Caroline suddenly sighed, coming to a stop with Stefan, making Cherith also stop and stare at her.

"He's mad at me."

She pouted slightly, looking at Matt who stood at the back of his truck, putting something in it.

Stefan gave her a small smile.

"Why don't you go talk to him or something. I'll wait."

He promised and Cherith shrugged.

"I might. I might not."

Caroline turned to her with a huff before walking towards Matt.

She then turned to see Stefan looking at her and gave him a look.

"What? I do what I want whenever I want to. That's the beauty of chaos itself."

Stefan chuckled, crossing his arms.

"Yes, I can see that. You have this ability to stand your ground regardless of what other people say. It's quite endearing."

Cherith turned to him amused.

"Why Salvatore, are you flirting with me?"

She joked and he scoffed, a smile filtering across his face.

"If I was flirting you'd know right away."

Cherith shook her head and suddenly, Stefan's phone rang and he immediately made to grab it, excusing himself from Cherith who looked around, making plans to leave.

She'd spent her whole day outside and she was pretty much exhausted. Even if she didn't actually do much.

"Cherith… we need to leave. Now."

Stefan's voice urgently said as he walked back to her with a frown on his face and Cherith raised an eyebrow at him.

"Not that I'm not happy about that, but why?"

She questioned and Stefan looked around.

"It's a full moon. Where is Caroline?"

He looked around and Cherith turned to the truck, seeing no one there and shrugged.

"Eh! Not their babysitter anyways."

"Cherith this is serious. A werewolves bite is fatal to a vampire. Caroline could be in danger."

Cherith's eyes widened slightly as she understood how serious this was and with a nod, they ran into the woods.

"You go over there… I'll check that side."

She pointed, moving to go when Stefan stopped.

"No, It could be dangerous."

Cherith gave him a look.

"Stefan I'm not Elena. No one tells me what to do. Don't let me set your ass on fire. Go over there and I'll check that area. It leads back into a sort of semi circle so we might actually meet at the Lockwood cellar if we do it this way."

With that, she yanked her hand from his and jogged off into the woods.

Stefan blurred to a stop in front of a very familiar truck.

There were chains nearby, turned to a tree.

A truck he had seen just some hours before.

Mason Lockwood's.

A deep guttural growl seemed to be coming from it as he got closer to the vehicle.

Suddenly, it was quiet, and then a majestic wolf bursts through the back window, spraying it everywhere and landing directly on Stefan, making him fall to the ground as the wolf loomed above him, teeth sharp and toxic saliva coating it.

The wolf then looked up before zooming off with such speed it startled Stefan as he sat up, watching where it ran off to.

This was bad.

Really bad.

Cherith walked around, wondering where the hell the two lovebirds had run off to.

Honestly!

Who in their right minds run into the deep and dark forest that could house serial killers and dangerous animals just so they could satisfy their hormones.

Didn't they know Mystic Falls had lost quite a lot of it's freaking residents for months now?!

Cherith huffed.

"Having a significant other is just stress in and of itself. I don't think anyone could make me this crazy. I'd throw them in a river or something."

Just then, she heard Stefan's voice a few feet away and ran over to see him and Caroline, some blood on her cheek and she groaned, alerting them to her presence.

"Every time I run into you, why exactly do you have blood on your lips??"

Stefan called her over.

"I saw it. I saw the werewolf. I think it's going to hunt Caroline and I. You have to leave here Cherith."

"Hey! What are you three doing?"

Tyler's voice broke them out of their discussion as he came out of the Lockwood cellar and Stefan turned suspicious eyes at him.

"What are you doing?"

Before he could talk, the wolf blurs over again, throwing Stefan to the side and jumping on Caroline who screamed out as it tried it's best to take a bite out of her.

Cherith's eyes widened at the creature.

It was beautiful.

But deadly.

Quite like her, but right now… it was trying to take a huge chunk out of someone she called a friend.

Before she could reveal her witchy secret to Tyler and possibly Mason, the wolf jumped off of Caroline, turning to growl at Stefan instead who crouched slightly, not sure what to do.

Before it could move to attack him though, Tyler shouted out at it.

"NO!!!"

The wolf turned to him, startled, and the two stared at each other for a while before it blurred off and Cherith sat on the ground with a sigh.

"That thing sure is fast."

She grunted out and Caroline who was slightly teary faced, turned to her with a 'really?!' look on her face.

Tyler took a look at the 3 of them and hurried off, not wanting to say anything to them but also wanting to know if that really was his uncle or not.

Cherith groaned as she sat back up, turning to walk away.

"Yeah, I'm just gonna go home now. I shouldn't have come to this freakish party anyways. See you later Care Bear."

"Wait, Cherith it could still be out there."

Stefan called out to her and she turned to him, eyebrow raised.

"Except werewolves can fly, then nothing's stopping me. See you losers later. I need a hot shower and more ice cream."

She lit her hands and flew off into the dark skies.

Gilbert Residence.

Cherith walked towards her house, slowing slightly as she saw Damon walk away from Elena and she walked past him, not wanting to say anything.

Besides, he looked heartbroken right now. Cherith would have laughed right in his face if she hadn't just seen a freaking werewolf up close.

"Cherith… hi!"

Elena breathed out, greeting her sister who climbed up to the porch and opened the door.

"Sup… what's that?"

She gestured to the book and Elena looked down at it.

"Oh uh… it's what I have about Katherine. Apparently she's Katerina Petrova."

Cherith smirked as they headed up the stairs.

"Aha! So I was right in the pronunciation. Petrova hunh? Sounds Russian or Bulgarian."

"Bulgarian… Actually. So, how was your day? I heard you spent it with Stefan and Caroline."

Cherith scoffed.

"I was going to spend it with Caroline but Stefan decided to third wheel and reel Caroline in with bunny blood. Ugh! And you said he didn't take bunnies."

She looked at her sister with a look and walked towards her room and Elena rolled her eyes.

"Oh! And we ran into a werewolf too. Lovely creature it was."

She smirked and Elena's eyes widened.

"Cherry! Wha—"

Cherith slammed her door shut with a smirk.

So that's the end of the chapter!!!!

Looks like there might be a bromance between Tyler and Cherith somewhere around here or has it just been my imagination??

Andddd, they've finally gotten face to face with a freaking werewolf too!

Poor Caroline... don't you think?

Who here thinks Stefan has a soft side for Cherith or are we all just imagining things??

Lol, Jenna must have an impression singing voice too, don't you think?

When I was writing this chappy, I just decided to add her doing something crazy and I realized baby by JB actually came out around this time!

It's too good an opportunity to pass, lmao!

Something disappointing about tvd was how they sometimes ignored pop references and stuff...

So!

This is the chapter!!

See you soon Cherith's Disciples!!!!
