Today is Ron's first Quidditch match and he's so nervous about it. We are just in the Great Hall at the minute, having dinner, we apart from Ron, who's just staring at his empty plate. It's so weird not seeing him eat.

"You should try and eat someone, Ron" Hermione says, but he shakes his head.

"I'm resigning, after today's match, McLaggen can have my spot."

"Have it your way, juice?" Harry asks, picking up the jug with apple juice in. Ron nods and Harry pours some into a cup, and hands it to him.

"Hello everyone" Luna says, as she sits down next to Hermione. She's wearing a lion head hat. It looks like she made it herself, and if she has, then she's very good. "You look dreadful, Ron. Is that why you put something into his cup, Harry? It is a tonic?"

We all look at Harry and see him putting the vial of Liquid Luck into his pocket.

"Done drink it, Ron!" Hermione says at once, but he doesn't listen to her and drank the whole cup. He puts it down on the table and sit there with a massive smile in his face.

"You could be expelled for that" Hermione hissed.

"I don't know what you're talking about" Harry says, with a smug smile.

"He won't be expelled" I say. "Slughorn gave him that vail, because he cheated, and said use it well, so that's what he's doing."

"But it's cheating, Ava!"

"Oh, Harry doesn't care about cheating."

"Nah, I don't. Come on, Ron, we have a game to win" he says, standing up, patting Ron on the back.

"Yeah, come on, Harry" he says, standing up, before leaving the Great Hall together.

"Harry shouldn't have done that" Hermione says.

"It's fine, no one saw him. Come on, we better go so we can get some good sits" she nods and we stand up. I look at Luna, who's just staring at the ceiling. I look up too and see that it's a lovely blue sky. "You coming with us, Luna?" I ask.

"Yes, please" she says, in her a dreamily voice. She stands up and we walk out of the Great Hall and make our way to the Quidditch stands.

Ron was amazing, he managed to save every single ball, although, he did nearly miss one when he blew a kiss to Hermione, but he stopped it at the last minute. Thanks for Ron, and Harry of course, since he caught the Snitch, Gryffindor won the game.

We are just in the Gryffindor common room at the minute, there's a little party going on and Ron's loving the attention.

"You shouldn't have done it" Hermione says, looking at Ron, slightly smiling.

"I know" Harry says. "I could have just used a Confundus Charm instead."

"That was different, that was just try-outs, where this was an actual game" Harry smirks at her and pulls out the vail from his pocket. I look at it and see that it's sill full.

"You didn't put it in?" I ask and he shakes his head. "Ron only thought you did."

"I knew he would never have listened to us if we told him how good he is, so I thought I would let him see for himself."

"You're very proud of yourself, aren't you?" I ask.

"Why yes, why yes I am" he says, grinning.

Just then Ron comes rushing over to us. "Hide me" he says, hiding behind Hermione and Harry.

"Why?" I frown.

"That nutter Lavender won't leave me alone. I've tried telling her I'm with Hermione, but she's not listening."

"Right, that's it" Hermione says, grabbing his hand. "Time to show her that you're mine!"

She drags him into the middle of the room and snogs him in front of everyone. "Well, that's one way to do it" Harry laughs, whilst everyone else start cheering for them. Someone screeched behind me and Harry, we turn around and see Lavender glaring at us, then at Ron and Hermione, who are still kissing.

Lavender looks at them one more time before rushing out of the common room. "I feel bad" I say, "only a little bit though since she knew Ron and Hermione together, and shouldn't have tried to get Ron in the first place."

"Blood hell" Ginny says, from behind us. "When the hell did that happen?" she asks, pointing to Ron and Hermione, who have stopped kissing and are now just dancing together.

"On the train up here" I say smiling.

"It's about time. Anyway, Harry, Ava, Slughorn asked me to give you these" she says, handing us piece of parchment paper. I open it and see that it's an invitation to Slughhorn Christmas party which is tonight. "There's also one for Hermione too, but I'll give hers to her later."

She goes to walk off but turns back around and looks at Harry. "Oh, and Harry, don't take anything off Romilda Vane, she's trying to slip you a love potion."

"How do you know that?" he asks, glancing over at Romilda, who winks at him. Harry goes red in the face and looks back at Ginny.

"I heard her talking in the girls toilets. Anyway, I better go, I said I would meet Dean. Bye."

"Yeah bye" Harry says coldly. I nudge him in the arm. "Sorry, I didn't mean to sound -"

"It's fine" Ginny smiles. "Bye, again" she blushes, before rushing over to Dean who's sitting in the corner of the room.

"Ugh Dean" Harry scoff under his breath, which makes me laugh.

I look at Harry. "Anyway, I'm gonna go back to my common room and see if Draco is there. I'll see ya later."

"Yeah, bye, Ava."

I give him a quick hug before leaving his common room and running all the way to mine, which was a bad idea since I was struggling to breath by the time I got there.

"You ok, Snape?" the portrait asks, rising his eyebrow a little.

"Y-yeah" I say breathlessly. "I just ran here, give me a minute" I say, standing there with my hands on my knees. I shouldn't be this out of breath just from running down a few corridor. "Ok, I'm good."

"Password?"

"Basilisk" he nods and swing open. "Thank you" I say as I walked inside only to find it empty. Maybe Draco is in his room. I walk up the stair the lead to the boys room and knock on the door, but got no answer back, so I slowly open it and Draco asleep in bed. I walk over to his bed and cover him with the blanket, which wakes him up.

I jump when he suddenly grabs my top and pulls me closer to him and sticks his wand into my neck. "Ow! Draco, it's just me, it's Ava!"

"Ava" he mumbles, before looking at me properly. "Oh shit, Ava!" he says, letting me go and putting his wand back under his pillow, which makes me frown. He's never slept with his wand under his pillow before. "I'm sorry, I didn't know it was you."

"It's fine, and I didn't mean to wake you up, I was just putting the blanket over you."

I sit on his bed and he looks at me. "I didn't hurt you, did I?"

"No, I'm fine. Do you feel better after getting some sleep?"

"Yeah, a little better. What time is it?"

I look at the clock on the wall. "It's half 6 in the afternoon."

"What's that?" Draco asks, frowning at the piece of parchment paper in my hand.

"Slughorn has invited me to his Christmas party tonight. We are allow to bring someone, and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me?"

"I would love to Ava, but I said I would meet the boys tonight."

"Oh, ok, that's fine" I say, a little disappointed that he's not coming with me, but a night with the boys will probably do him the world of good.

"If I had known then I wouldn't have said yes to them."

"Not it's fine, honestly. You enjoy your night with them and I'll see you later" I glance at the clock again. "Anyway, I better go and get ready since the party starts at 7."

He nods and I go to stand up but he grabs me wrist and pulls me back down. "What? No good bye kiss?" he smirks. I smile and him, before kissing him.

"I love you" I whisper, pulling away.

"I love you too, A."

I stand up and walk out of his room. I hear him sigh as I closed the door. That was very odd. He's never acted that way when I've woken him up before, he actually looked scared, like he thought I was someone else or something. Hopefully the boys can cheer him up a bit.

I walk into my room and walk over to the wardrobe. I open it and see that the only dress I've got is the one I wore to the Yule Ball. I smile to myself as images from that night come flooding into my mind. I take it out of the wardrobe and walk into the bathroom to freshen myself up a little.

Once I'm ready, I grab a cardigan out of the wardrobe and put it on, then I leave the common room and head to Slughorn's office. When I turn the corner I see Ron, Hermione, Harry and Luna stood there.

"Hey guys" I say, walking over to them.

"Yes" Hermione cheers. "I'm so glad you're wearing a dress. I thought you would come in jeans and a jumper."

"I was nearly going to, but changed my mind the last minute."

"Malfoy not with you?" Harry frowns.

"No, he's having a boys night."

Harry goes to say something but stops when Slughorn opens his door. "Oh, Harry, my boy. I'm glad you could make it.

"Happy to be here, sir" Harry says, smiling.

He looks at me and blinks a few, which makes me frown. "So sorry dear, it's just you look a lot your mother in that dress, but so glad you could make it."

"Me too, sir" I say smiling.

He looks at Hermione and smiles. "Miss Granger, you made it too, lovely, and Mr - Please, come in" he says, moving out of the way, so we could walk in. Ron looks annoyed that Slughorn can't seem to remember his last name, which is odd, because he remember Ginny's.

"Do you think he's had a little drink already?" Harry whispers as we walk in side.

"I would say he has" I whisper back. "He looks a bit tipsy."

Harry gives me a firmly look. "Don't even think about drinking tonight!"

"But dad" I whine.

"Not but young lady! No drinking!"

We look at each other and burst out laughing.

"But seriously, no drinking" Harry says, once we calmed down.

"I won't. I don't fancy getting in trouble with my dad for drinking again" I look at him. "And same to you mister."

"I can drink if I want too since no one can tell me off for drinking" he smirks.

"Yes you have, me! If I can't drink then neither can you!"

"Fine!" he huffs, whilst Ron and Hermione snigger to themselves.

"Harry, my boy" Slughorn says, making us jump since we forgot that we was standing with us, "would you mind if we take a picture together. You know to remember this day."

"It would be an honour, sir"

"Lovely" he says, dragging Harry away somewhere.

Ron looks at Hermione and hands out his hand. "Would my lady like to dance?"

She blushes and takes his hand. "Of course I would."

They go to walk off but stop and look at me. "It's fine, you two go and have fun. I'm alright here" they smile and walk into the middle of the room and start dancing.

I'm just standing there, looking around when a voice behind me makes me jump. I turn around and see Cormac stood there smirking.

"Hi" I say, but he doesn't say and anything and just looks at me. "Is everything ok?"

"Yes" he clears his throat. "Erm, I was wondering, and you can say no, but I wondering if you would like to dance?"

"Sure, but just so you know, I can't dance to save my life so I might step on your feet once or twice - a little more than once or twice actually."

He laugh. "I think I'll risk it if it means I get to dance with you."

"I don't think you will be saying the same thing when I've broken all your toes."

"I'll still risk it" he says, holding out his hand. I take it and we walk on to the dance floor. Ron and Hermione had to do a double take when they saw me with Cormac. They look at me confused but I just smile at them. I know Cormac was a jerk to Harry, but this is his second chance to prove that he's better than that, and if he doesn't, then he gets no one chances.

We have been dancing not even 5 minute and I've already stepped on his feet 3 times. He groans when I step on his feet again.

"Sorry, I'm trying not to step on your feet but that's just making me do it more."

"Ava, just relax, ok?" I nod and relax a little. We carry on dancing and relaxing seemed to help a little bit. I still stepped on his feet, but not as much as before.

Once the song had finished we stood there talking. He's so easy to talk to and he knows how to keep the conversation flowing.

Me and Cormac are just by the drinks table when I hear a noise coming from above. I frown and look up only to see mistletoes hanging there. You have got to be kidding me. I look at Cormac and he smirks.

"Not happening. I have a boyfriend, remember?"

"Not even on the cheek?"

"No, because knowing you, you will move your head so I get your lips instead."

"Damn it, you figured out my plan" I laugh a little. He takes my hand into his. "Merry Christmas, Ava" he says, kissing my hand.

"Merry Christmas, Cormac" I say smiling, but it quickly fades when I see Filch dragging Draco in by his blazer. I just stare at him. I thought he was spending the night with the boys, so what's he doing here?

"Professor, I just caught this boy lurking in an upstairs corridor. He claim to have been invited to your party."

"Ok, I was gate crashing, you happy now?" Draco hissed, which makes me look at him confused, but he just looks away from me.

"I'll escort him out" dad says, taking Draco off Filch. He looks at me before dad drags him out of the room. I frown when I see Harry rushing after them.

I look Cormac. "I'm sorry to rush off like this, but -"

"No, it's fine, honestly, you go."

"Thanks for a lovely night, it's been nice and you were right, you're not so bad after all."

"See, I told you" he smirks.

"Good night, Cormac."

"Good night, Ava."

I smile at him then rush out of the room. I look around but I couldn't see Draco, Harry or dad anywhere. I walk around different corridors and look in different classrooms but I still couldn't find them. I sigh to myself. Guess I'll just go back to the common room and wait for Draco there.

Draco P.O.V

"Maybe I did hex that Bell girl, maybe I didn't. What's it got to you?" I ask, as me and Snape walk down the corridor. He doesn't answer me and pushes me up the wall instead.

"I swore to protect you! I made the Unbreakable Vow!"

"I don't need protection. I was chosen for this, out of all other, me! I won't fail him."

"You're afraid, Draco, you attempt to conceal it but it's obvious. Let me assist you."

"No! I was chosen! This is my moment. I have to do this!"

"I can help you" Snape says.

"I don't want your help! Now leave me alone or I will tell Ava who's side you're really on!"

I thought he was going to hit me when I saw him clench his fits, but he just pushes off the wall and walked on in a huff. Snape really needs to leave me alone. I'm stressed enough as it is without him butting his nose in every 5 minutes. I don't need or want Snape's help, I've got Blaise and we are doing fine on our own.

"There you are" I jump at the sound of Ava's voice. I look and see her walking over to me with her shoes in her hand. Oh no. What if she heard what we were talking about? What if she knows everything?

"I've been looking for you everywhere. Why are you -"

She stops talking when I push her up the wall and pin her arm to her side. "What did you hear?"

"What?" she frowns.

"What did you hear?" I shout, which makes her jump a little.

"N-nothing. I tried finding you after dad dragged you out but I couldn't. I was just heading back to the common room when I saw you stood there."

"So you didn't hear anything?"

"No, nothing."

I look into her eyes and I can tell that she's telling the trust. I sigh in relief.

She looks at me. "How come you're not with boys anyway?"

"They were kind of doing my head in after a bit, so I left them to it. I was actually coming to see you when Filch found me."

"You could have said that instead of saying you were gate crashing."

"I know, but I panicked and said the first thing that came to mind - Erm, why are you carrying your shoes?"

"They were hurting my feet so I took them off."

"So you're just going to walk around school in your socks."

"I was, but if my boyfriend has stopped being a moody little shit -"

"Watch it."

She smiles at me. "Moody handsome devil."

"That's better."

"Then maybe he could give me a piggyback."

I turn around and bend down a little so she can jump on my back. "So, Miss Snape, where would you like to go?"

"Well, Mr Malfoy, I would like to go to your room."

"Oh, would you now?"

"Yes, I want to have my way with you because you look so damn hot in your suit."

I feel myself blushing. Why the fuck am I blushing? I don't blush!

"Aww, is Draco Malfoy blushing?" Ava whispers in my ear.

"No!" I snap, which makes her laugh.

"So, are we going back to your room or what?"

"Oh, we're definitely going" I smirk, before making my way to the Slytherin common room. When we walk in, I see Crabbe and Goyle sitting on the chairs, Blaise must be still in the room of requirements trying to fix that sodding cabinet. We thought that it would have been fixed by now but it's a lot harder than we first thought.

Just when we think it's fixed something happens and we are back to square one, but we will fix it soon, we have too. The school year is almost over and it needs to be fixed by then so he can let Death Eaters into the school.

Ava gets off my back and I look at Crabbe and Goyle. "Probably best if you two stay down here for a few hours" they nod and smirk back. "Tell Blaise the same if he comes back early."

"We will" Crabbe says.

"Have fun" Goyle adds.

I grab Ava's hand and we walk off upstairs. I open the door and push Ava inside, then close and lock the door behind me. I pull out my wand and put up charms so no one can hear us, not saying Crabbe and Goyle will listen, but you never know with these two.

I push Ava up the door and kiss her roughly which leaves her breathless. I feel her take off my tie off, then start unbuttoning my shirt. She puts her hands on my shoulder and slowly pushes my shirt down my arms, sending chills down my back, which makes me shiver.

My shirt falls on the floor and Ava moves away and looks at my body. I see her glance to my left arm, which still as the bandage on. I thought she was going to say something, but she just looked at me and smiles, which confused me a little bit since Ava would have normally asked why I've still got the bandage on.

She must have believed me when I said I cut myself helping my mother move boxes, which was by far the shitties excuse I've ever came up with, but it was the first thing that came to mind.

I look at her and see that she's got my tie in my hand. She looks at me and give me a cheeky smirks. What is she planning?

"Turn around" she orders. I turn around and tries to put the tie around my eyes but I'm too tall for her. "Can you bent down a little?" I laugh and bent down so she can reach. She puts the tie over my eyes and I can't see a thing. Why is this so hot?

"Walk over to the bed - oh wait" she laughs, "you can't see, my bad."

She takes my hand into hers and leads me over to the bed. "Lie down."

I lie down on the bed and I hear her taking off her dress. I go to move the tie so I could look at her, but she knocks my hand away.

"No peeking."

"Why can't I look?" I groan.

"Because I'm in charge tonight. What I say goes."

"That's fine by me. I don't mind at all."

"You won't be saying that once I'm finished with you."

"Why? What you going to do?" I ask, which makes her laugh a little.

"Are you nervous?" she asks, running her hand over my body.

"No."

"Are you sure about that?" she removes her hand and doesn't touch me anywhere else.

"Maybe just a little, only because I can't see you and have no idea what you're going to do next."

"That's part of the fun, Draco" she whispers in my ear, which makes me groan. I love hearing her say my name like that.

"Who would have thought that sweet innocent Ava Snape could be a naughty little minx" I say smirking.

"Every good girl as a naughty side, Draco."

I feel her get on top of me, she doesn't do anything for a few seconds then I feel her lips on mine. I go to touch her, but yet again, she knocks my hands away.

"No touching" she says against my lips.

"Why not?" she moves away and looks at me. Well, it felt look she looked at me anyway.

"I'm in charge, remember? You can't do anything until I say it's ok."

"You really are going to make me suffer, aren't you?"

"Until you can't take it anymore" she whisper, as she kissing my neck.

I have no idea what the hell got into Ava tonight, but I definitely wasn't complaining. Hopefully her naughty side comes out more often because that was honestly amazing.
