I'll paint you orange
Summary: Holly finds out what Umbridge done to Harry hand she vows to make that woman pay.
She didn't like Umbridge from the moment the pink thing walked into school.
She didn't like her any less when she found out.
"She hurt you," Holly hissed out. "She hurt you. She touched your hand and made it sting. How, dare she."
"Holly, Holly calm down."
I must not lie.
For a long time, she wondered what those words meant, wonder why she would see those words in her dreams written in pink. She knew. Oh, she knew now and she was furious because nobody harmed Harry Potter and once her parents found out about this the wizarding world itself would shake in fear at what muggles can do.
"Calm down? You want me to calm down? She harmed you. A teacher is never meant to harm their students and she wrote words into your hand."
"I know, Holly. I know. I know."
"I'll take away her pink and toss her cats over a bridge if I have to. And, and…"
She stopped because Harry needed help.
"And, I'll help you'll heal your hand," she said.
"Thanks Holly."
"I'm going to paint her classroom bright yellow," she said.
"I'm sort of glad I never found out who was given you paint supplies," Harry said.
"Harry, haven't you worked it out? Dad been given me the paint all this time, but we can't tell mum or we're all in trouble."
"Surely, I can't be in trouble. I just found it out."
Holly gave him a look.
"On second thought, mum would ground me for not telling her about it. Good thing I won't tell then."
Holly helped with Harry hand the best she could even if would scar she could at least help lessen the pain.
It's during dinner at the Great Hall where all the fuss happened when Professor Umbridge found herself covered to head to toe in orange paint.
The students happily laugh. Umbridge was the only one who didn't find out who covered her in paint.
She was also the only one who didn't find out how her classroom ended up in bright yellow.
