This is the 28th chapter of the crossover story. Guess I still have some cleaning up to do on this story which I'll get to it before I can make the third side story and move on up to the 3rd season of this story. Kuoh Academy, School Grounds
The battle between the magicians and the Leaders of the Three Factions still rages on since the magicians continued to fire the beams at the barrier which they don't know how long will it last. There was no limit in the fight between Azazel and Cattleya as he then raise his hand in the air with his fearless smile.
"Here, have a gift!" Azazel shouts when he conjured his light spears, firing at Cattleya which she managed to form a shield to protect herself.
On the ground, the sword wielders, the archangel, and the l'Cie's are doing everything they can to hold off the magicians until Rias and Issei brings Gasper and Koneko safely, but they were seriously outnumbered and weren't given a moment to breathe.
Kiba then slash at the magician until the number of magicians were coming from behind as they were about to attack him.
"Dragon Shot" Issei fired the beam at the female magicians, causing Kiba to look from behind when he noticed that the magicians were gone as he then turned to Issei with a smile.
"Thanks, Issei." Kiba thanked him.
Issei stood, raising his Boosted Gear after sending out the attack. Rias stood behind him while Koneko was also behind him, carrying Gasper on the top of her shoulders.
"No prob! Everyone okay?" Issei said with a smirk.
"It's about time." Virgil muttered.
With that, the four of them rush towards the barrier, but some of the magicians tried to get in their way. Dajh have manage to give them cover-fire, making them disappear. Sirzechs and Michael opened the barrier for them. Issei stopped and turned towards the enemy as Rias ushered Koneko and Gasper quickly into the barrier.
"This is too dangerous." Rias said, looking at Sirzechs. "Which is why I need you to please take care of Gasper for me."
"All right." Sirzechs said before closing the barrier, leaving Gasper hesitant. Both Issei and Koneko were standing the barrier behind them so the magicians won't get to them.
"Can we kill them now?" Koneko asks, anxious to fight.
"We're supposed to protect this area until the gate closes, so let's focus on that first!" Issei told her, activates his Boosted Gear.
With that, both Issei and Koneko then charges against the magicians. Join Kiba, Irina, Xenovia, Cornelius, Griselda, Gabriel, Virgil, Lightning, Snow, Sazh, Dajh, Hope, Fang, and Vanille in fighting back against then magicians. They manage to kill some numbers of magicians while supporting each other. Rias then stood a few feet away and summoned a large red magic circle to protect Issei and Koneko from the magicians.
"The only one who can use strong protection magic is Rias." Sirzechs said when Gasper watched the fight.
The red magic circle then broke out since it couldn't hold for much longer when Rias was thrown to the ground.
"This whole thing is all my fault." Gasper said, trembling his body.
"RIAS!" Issei screamed when he sliced the magician, making him disappear.
"I should help them, I want to help!" Gasper whimpered as he then opened his eyes again with determination. "ISSEI! RIAS! VIRGIL!"
Issei, Rias, and Virgil then turned their eyes to him.
"Please listen, I can fight too! I want to face my fears just like Virgil is. I want to make you all proud of me and I want to be worthy of you. I will fight! I just have too!" Gasper shouts, rolling his sleeve and grabbed the bracelet. "I'm gonna do whatever it takes to protect my friends!"
Gasper then broke it off. Rias was alerted by this and became scared.
"You can't, Gasper!" Rias screamed as she then turned to her brother. "Please, Zechs, you have to stop him! Do something!"
"I can do this! Watch me!" Gasper shouts, opened his eyes. They can see that his eye pupils have changed and glowing. "I can be a man and I can face my fears, too."
He then unleashed his power and was engulfed in a bright, blinding pink light.
"GASPER!" Rias screamed when everything turned white and then everything was over.
Meanwhile high up in the sky, Azazel and Cattleya paused their fight for a moment and watched as the effects of time that the magicians have forced him to use were reversed and undone. Azazel was pleased while Cattleya was shocked. The time stop and the magic circle used by the magicians was dissolving before it disappeared.
"He did it." Virgil said with amazement.
"Now all that's left is to take them down." Snow added with a smirk.
"That's right. Just charge in, guns blazing." Sazh agrees, readied his guns.
Everyone that frozen time were back to normal.
"What was that?" Akeno asks with confusion.
"Any idea what just happened?" Sona asks when she turned to Tsubaki.
"I don't have a clue." Tsukbaki said, shook her head.
Serafall then caught her sister by surprise when she run towards her, hugging Sona.
"Welcome back, Sona!" Serafall chirped happily, leaving Sona blushed with embarrassment.
"Will you get off of me?!" Sona exclaimed.
"Gasper did it." Rias said with shock, looking up the sky. "I'm not sure how, but he made time disappeared."
"That's not the only thing he did." Fang told her. "He made the magic circle disappeared."
"One last thing to worry about so, hooray." Serafall chirped with a smile.
Kalawarner and Mittelt looked around altogether before seeing the magicians all around them which they conjured their Spears of Light. Kuroka then noticed that her boyfriend was fighting alongside with his family to fight against the magicians.
Gasper was wobbling a little on his legs before beginning to fall over, causing Asia to rush to him and catch him.
"I don't understand!" Asia shouts with worry.
"We'll tell you the details later." Rias told her peerage and her friends, deployed her wings to flew up in the air. "For now, I need everyone's help."
"You got it, Rias!" Akeno said when she get the memo and changed her attire into a priestess outfit.
Kalawarner and Mittelt took to the sky with Akeno. Just like against the Cie'th, the blue-haired Fallen Angel summoned another of her Spear of Light while slicing the magicians one-by-one while Mittelt then hurls her Spear of Light while summons another to fight them in close combat. Rias summoned her magic circle while Akeno shot lightning, causing her the throw the magic circle against the magicians while the lightning went through the magic circle and spread the lightning at them. It was enough to cause a chain reaction that shock them many times.
Tosca then drew out her Sword of Light and Holy gun to charge after the magicians while give Kiba a helping hand. She then fired her Holy gun as the magician he was planning to attack Kiba from behind.
Kuroka then used her Youki ability while rush towards the magicians, firing her fireballs at the magicians while Virgil used his shield to protect the black-haired nekoshou and Koneko knocked the magician out.
Together, they advance forward as they took out every magicians in their way. Sona and Tsubaki have joined the fray when she summoned her magic circle to protect against the magicians while Tsubaki used her naginata to slice them. Snow then used his blizzard magic on the ground to impale the number of magicians. Hope used his Sparkstrike to throw his Airwing at the magicians. Kiba and Tosca were working together by slicing the magicians while counter their attacks. Vanille used Vigilance magic to enhance their alertness while used her paradigm to switch synergist to ravager as she uses Thundaga at the magicians. Gabriel then summons her light magic, firing the light shards at the magicians while Fang used her Steelguard to protect the archangel. Sazh and Dajh fired multiple rounds into the magicians as Cornelius unleashed the rune magic to form a barrier to protect the two while Griselda fends them off with her sword. Issei and Virgil were working together by took down the number of magicians while Lightning and Kuroka were supporting each other when she used her gunblade to slice them and the black-haired nekoshou then threw her fireballs at the magicians.
"Well then, why don't we start getting serious here?" Azazel asked Cattleya while reaching into his jacket. He then pulled out what looked like a golden lance-like dagger with a purple jewel at the end of the handle. "I'm so bored right now, are you?"
"What are you holding?" Cattleya demanded, looking at the dagger with suspicion.
"Something much more interesting than war." Azazel answered with a smirk. "Call it my hobby."
He then raise his dagger up in the air, causing the purple jewel to glow.
"This is the Downfall Dragon Spear." Azazel told her. "It's an artifical Sacred Gear developed by yours truly. Balance Break!"
The dagger then transformed into a large ball of light that shined brightly. Issei then earned his attention when the green jewel shines. Looking at Azazel, he was shocked to see that the Governor-General of the Fallen Angels reappear after the light dissolve. He was now covered in golden dragon armor with purple jewels. It's similar to Vali's armor, but only scary and demonic-like.
"Armor of the Fallen Dragon." Azazel announced with a pitchfork Spear of Light in his right hand and his wings dissolved and disappeared. "Downfall Dragon Another Armor."
"A dragon's armor." Issei said. "He can do a Balance Breaker too?"
"Since when did he learned Balance Breaker?" Virgil questions.
"He didn't." Mittelt answered, flying right next to him. "He may call it his hobby, but to me and Kalawarner, it's his obsession."
Azazel then gave Cattleya a 'come here' gesture.
"Now, come here." Azazel dared her, causing her to enrage as snakes formed around her back.
"I'll kill you!" Cattleya growled as she then charge after him.
With that, Azazel then uses his Spear of Light to cut out her left side, causing her to scream in pain as blood shot out of the gaping wound like a geyser, her hair came undone, her scepter was destroyed, and her clothes were ripped. Azazel was satisfied of the result.
However, that didn't stop her as she then turned to him and pulled out one last trick. Using her powers, she stretched her arms far out, elongating and enlarging them along with her fingers.
"I'm not necessarily needed for the creation of our new world!" Cattleya yelled, wrapping her tentacle arms and fingers around Azazel's left arm. "If I can take out one of the Three Great Powers, then I welcome death!"
Her facial appearance became more monstrous as parts of her skin turned purple. She then use the power to self-destruct herself.
"I'LL DESTROY MYSELF FOR GLORY!" Cattleya yelled with victory smirk.
"Destroy yourself? Ha! I don't want to mock your hopes and dreams, but it doesn't seem worth it." Azazel scoffed as he then used his Spear of Light to cut off his left arm.
That got Cattleya shocked and made her back away. Azazel then readied his spear.
"You'll still die!" Azazel stated, threw his spear at her.
The spear went right through Cattleya's head, causing her to scream with high-pitched agony as her body dissolved and disappeared. Resulting Cattleya Leviathan dead.
Azazel remained in the sky when his left arm stump bled out with a satisfied smirk.
"But I'm only willing to give up an arm for you." Azazel said, reverting back to normal as he used his magic to close off the wound and stop the bleeding. The golden dagger was gone only the purple jewel remained as it floated down. Azazel let it fall into his hand,. "And yet again, there's still plenty of room for improvement, but but I guess you can stay with me a little while longer. My Dragon King, Fafnir."
"That dude is hard. He lost his arm." Issei said with awe.
"This fight isn't over." Virgil told him. "There's still a few magicians left."
"Right." Issei nods.
With that, they continued to fight against the several numbers of magicians. Akeno and Hope were using lightning magic to kill off several numbers of magicians while Kiba, Tosca, Koneko, and Kuroka were giving them cover-fire and kill off the magicians. Xenovia, Irina, Griselda, and Cornelius slice off the number of magicians. Gabriel, Fang, Snow, and Lightning then fight off against them while Vanille, Dajh, and Sazh then supporting them by firing off the magic.
"Ascalon" Issei then calls out the Holy Sword from his Boosted Gear to fight against the magicians while Rias then summoned the number of red magic circles to kill off the numbers of magicians in the sky. The battle between the magicians and the Three Factions was finally over. Virgil and the others were relieved that this skirmish is over.
"Nice. They've annihilated everyone." Azazel said with a smirk.
Until, something white came crashing down at Azazel, made him crashed into the ground behind Issei, knocking him forward and off his feet. Landing with a grunt, Issei quickly got up and turned around to see a large crater with a dust cloud coming out of it.
"What the hell!?" Issei exclaimed.
Out of the crater, Azazel crawled out of it which he didn't look all fazed from the attack.
"You got me. Must be losing my edge." Azazel said to himself before looking up at the sky. "Bad Vali."
"Sorry Azazel." Vali sarcastically apologize when he revealed himself in the sky. "Things look more interesting on this side."
Issei whipped around to see that the White Dragon Emperor was floating the air in front of him. After being gone for the most of the fight, he finally revealed himself.
"Vali!" Issei called him with a glare, earned his attention. "You're the one who betrayed us?"
Azazel then stood up while dusting his coat.
"I can understand, but there's something I'd like to ask you." Azazel said with a smirk, unfolding his black wings while taking flight. "You know Shemhazai, my Vice Govoner-General? Well, he's recently informed me of a Faction that has been gathering the dangerous elements and members of the Three Great Power. What were they called? Oh yes, the Khaos Brigade."
"'Chaos' sounds accurate." Sirzechs added seriously.
"Whoever's in charge must be strong. But would anyone gather such dangerous people together?" Serafall asks seriously.
"Funny he should mention them. Another group of those clowns attacked me few days ago." Virgil scoffed, earned their attention. "They have the different group that worked together with the Khaos Brigade. They called themselves the Hero Faction which only consists of Sacred Gear users and the descendants of Legendary Heroes. Their goal was to put humanity above the supernatural races. They tried to recruit me by force, but I got some help and made them retreat. Also, Orphis was just a figurehead to this organization, the group leader told me about it. They just give her a shallow promises to help fight against some powerful opponent so that she would help them."
"That was...very troubling." Sirzechs commented gravely.
"But do you know what powerful opponent you're talking about?" Gabriel questions.
"Don't know and don't care." Virgil shrugs.
"Well, looks like someone hit on the square mark." Azazel said without looking at him. "Like Virgil said, the one who's leading the Khaos Brigade was none other than Orphis, the Ouroburos Dragon."
"Orphis! It can't be!" Rias exclaimed with shock.
"Is that another dragon?" Issei asked warily, noticed that Rias was afraid.
"The Infinite Dragon God, a dragon so strong even God was afraid of him." Rias told him.
"Yes, it is true I've sided with Orphis, but believe me, neither one of us had the slightest interest in world domination." Vali admits. "We're just a group who formed in order to use our power, and that's all."
"Well that makes more sense." Azazel said. "Conspiring with Cattleya seemed a little beneath you, but even so, both of you have Devil titles stolen, so I wasn't sure."
"He's a Devil King Descendant too?" Serafall asked with shock.
"What are you saying?" Rias demands an answer.
"My name is Vali Lucifer." Vali introduced himself, leaving them shocked. "I am a direct descendant of one of the dead Devil Kings. My mother was a human, so I'm a half-blood. My father was the grandson of the former Great Devil King Lucifer."
"No...it can't be true." Rias said with shock, unable to believe what she was hearing.
"Of course, half-human. There's no way we could've known." Sirzechs added with a frown.
"How is that even possible?" Kalawarner asks with shock.
"While you have the blood of the real Devil King, since you're also a human, you just happened to be able to be possessed by the Vanishing Dragon." Azazel said before shrugging. "So basically, your very existence is a joke."
"I would go with 'miracle' personally, but to each their own." Vali told him until he prove his point by having several Devil wings appearing on his back.
"Look at his wings!" Asia exclaimed with fright.
"Dear God." Michael said grimly, lowered his head.
"I have a feeling this one will be the best White Dragon Emperor the world has ever known." Azazel said, feeling a bit troubled. "Past, present, and future."
"The best dragon ever." Issei whispered.
"Issei Hyoudou." Vali called him, earned his attention. "Fate can be cruel, wouldn't you agree?"
"Yeah, maybe." Issei answered, scowling at him.
"I am the strongest dragon and I carry with me the blood of the Devil King." Vali said with his wings glowing brightly. Behind him, Issei could see Albion appearing. "But you are just a lowly human. Before becoming a Devil, you weren't an impressive student in high school. That is to say aside from the Boosted Gear, you are nothing."
Issei just stood silent, scowling at Vali.
"It's disappointing, it's so disappointing it's funny. Even though, we are rival Sacred Gears. You and I are as far apart as the sky to the earth. No, more than that." Vali said.
"You got a point there, Vali?" Issei questions.
"I do, I think you should try harder." Vali answered, causing Issei to look at him with confusion. "Maybe you should try being an avenger. I could kill your parents if that would help."
That got Issei widened his eyes, imagining of his parents being killed by the hands of Vali.
"If I take something as precious to you as your mother and father away, surely you would be able to act on that tragic fate. Your parents would most likely be grateful to me for their murder. Any death I would grant them would be far more exciting than their current boring life." Vali said, further antagonizing Issei which he's starting to get angry. "Yes, let's do that."
"No, how can you be so cruel?" Asia exclaimed, shedding with tears.
"Vali, you won't get away with this!" Snow yelled.
"Oh, Issei." Rias said, turned her face to him.
"I'm so gonna kill this asshole." Issei growled with fury, surprising Rias. "Why should my parents have to die for his damn convenience?! Like I would sit idly by and let him take EVERYTHING FROM ME!?"
When he yelled out to the heavens, his armband started to glow along with his Boosted Gear.
[Welsh Dragon: Power Booster]
In a burst of power, Issei was in his dragon-armor that was similar to Vali's, but his armor was red and green jewels.
"No one hurts the people I care about! I don't care who they are!" Issei shouted.
"It's his Balance Breaker!" Rias said with her eyes widened.
"Look, Albion. The boys power has gone up exponentially." Vali said to the Vanishing Dragon, watching Issei's body that was covered with fiery red aura.
[The Sacred Gear uses strong feelings to sustain its power. You're facing pure rage from him right now. Well done, that is one of the most appropriate ways of drawing out the dragon.]
"So what you're saying is, I'm even better at drawing out the dragon than he is at being one." Vali said, further mocks Issei which he's getting more angry.
"Yeah, keep talking douchebag!?" Issei growled with anger as he then rocketed himself into the sky towards Vali. "Ascalon!"
[Blade]
The Ascalon sword slid out of the Boosted Gear as he then thrust his blade at him, but Vali managed to dodge. Issei was able to stop himself in the middle of the air and faced Vali, readied his sword.
[The Dragon Slayer? I won't be able to deflect even one cut from this.]
"Alright, then I won't let him cut me." Vali said as he powered himself up.
With that, the two began to clash each other in the sky.
"Issei!" Rias shouts with worry as she about to run to him. However, she was stopped when Sirzechs grabbed her arm, causing her to look at her brother. "Let me go! He needs me!"
"At this point, both of their auras have passed their limits." Sirzechs explained to her. "If you get too close to either of them, you'll burn and die."
"But I-"
More clashing in the sky had Rias turning her head back to the fighting. Her eyes widened at the sight of red and white powers clashing against each other.
"I can't just sit here and watch this!" Rias exclaimed with worry.
"You don't have a choice." Virgil told her.
Both red and white dragons clashed in the sky when Vali zoomed and kicked him in the stomach, causing Issei to fly down to the ground and cough a bit of his blood.
[Divide]
In an instant, Issei's power were drained and came crashing down to the ground.
'Dammit! My powers were cut in half, he must've drained my powers whenever he comes into contact within me!?' Issei mentally cursed himself.
"Are you alright?" Rias yelled with worry.
"A-okay." Issei shouts as he slowly stood up. "You don't have to worry about me."
"Issei, don't lose! You have to beat him." Gasper exclaimed.
"I will." Issei nods as he then stood up when his Sacred Jewel then glows. "Especially since Rias is watching. I won't lose in front of her!"
[Boost]
"Adorable." Vali said with a smirk when his wings glows bright blue with tiny red particles coming off of them.
"What did he do?" Issei questions with shock.
[He sent the extra energy he got from you out through his wings. By doing that, he'll maintain his power at the upper limits of his capacity.]
"Okay so, no matter how amazing he might be, there's still a limit to what he can handle?" Issei questions, narrowed his eyes.
"Exactly." Vali admits with a smirk, extended out his hands while charging the white spheres of energy.. "I may not have seen you fight against Kokabiel, but I can tell you're fighting for the sake of your friends. Does this means I should kill your friends, before I kill your family?"
Vali then threw the spheres at them, but Issei made a quick jump and block them.
"What about her?!" Vali exclaimed, charge straight towards Rias.
"YOU BASTARD!"
Using his thrusters, Issei charge and tackle Vali, pushing him up into the bloody red sky.
"Stop fucking around you piece of shit!" Issei roared in fury.
"Hate me more! Get angrier! Get stronger and stronger for me!" Vali yelled, obsessed with the adrenaline of fighting. "Let's have some real fun!"
Vali then grabbed Issei's head, blasted him away with his several magical circles. Issei yelled in agony as he was thrown back, but quickly stopped with the use of his thrusters.
"Ddraig, transfer power to Ascalon!" Issei yelled as he pump his fist.
[Transfer]
The power being transferred to Ascalon inside of the Boosted Gear. Issei then being held in the same left hand as a katar, cloaked in the power of Ascalon. He then cuts across Vali's face, shattering parts of the helmet on the left side of his face. Issei then stabs him on the right side of his shoulder, breaking through the white armor when Vail grunts in pain.
"Do it again!" Issei yelled.
[Transfer]
"He's transferring power to Vali?!" Rias exclaimed with shock.
Issei then push the Holy Sword deeper into Vali, causing his wings to glow green.
"I'm gonna boost the power you hold to whatever you're releasing at the same time! Eventually, your precious wings won't be able to take it anymore!" Issei exclaimed.
[The mechanisms are going into Overdrive. We must restart the system!]
"Feel the power of the Dragon Slayer!" Issei exclaimed when he then punched him in the center of his chest, shattered the armor and caused the Scale-Mail armor destroyed in an instant.
With that, Vali then landed on the ground when he coughed a bit of his blood while Issei landed in front of him.
"That was amazing." Vali grunts, wiping the blood from his mouth. You completely blew away my Sacred Gear. I knew you could hold your own if you just tried. That's what I expect for my rival."
Vali's body then glowed when his armor has returned, causing Issei to gasp with shock.
"What's going on now?" Rias questions with shock along with everyone when they saw Vali's armor have returned.
"Looks like Vali's armor was back like it was nothing." Snow stated seriously. "Issei is gonna be in for one hell of a fight."
"Son of a bitch!?" Issei cursed.
[It won't be over until the other person is unable to fight any longer. This is how dragons battle.]
After Ddraig spoke, Issei then noticed out of the corner of his eye that the jewel of his left gauntlet was glowing and flashed.
"What's wrong?" Issei asks.
[The armband is reaching the limit of its effectiveness.]
"This is happening because I'm too damn weak again." Issei cursed himself.
[There's no way we can win against the time limit. Run away or you'll die.]
"I can't abandon everyone!" Issei told him.
Until, he noticed something on the ground at his feet. Looking down when he saw one of Vali's Sacred Jewel, one that he shattered the armor during the fight. With that, Issei then came with a bold and reckless plan.
"Ddraig, the Sacred Gear evolves in response to what I'm feeling, right?" Issei asked, reaching down when he grabbed the jewel.
[Yes, but before you do anything rash, are you really ready to die?]
"I can't die yet! Come on, I still have to get it on with Rias. Trust me for that, I can take on the whole world." Issei said with a smirk.
[Hahahahaha! I like your resolve! Now, let me show you me determination!]
With that, Issei then raise his left hand when the Sacred Jewel glows brightly.
[I am the mass of power known as the Red Dragon Emperor. We will survive this together as true partners! Issei Hyoudou, are you ready!?]
"Yeah!"
"What can you do so late in the game?" Vali asked with his bored tone.
"Listen you Vanishing Dragon dickhead! This is where I take your power!?" Issei yelled.
Everyone were completely shocked when Issei smashed the Welsh Dragon jewel that was on the back of his right hand and drove into it with the Vanishing Dragon jewel.
"Issei no!" Rias shouted with worry.
They watched Issei screamed with agony while grabbing his right hand with blue and green light surrounding and sparking all around him.
"Dammit! This fucking hurts! The Light Spear is nothing compared to what I'm going through now!" Issei yelled with agony.
"Are you trying to taking my power?" Vali asked with amusement.
"Kiba managed it to fuse them, Holy and Devil powers together. I can too, I'm going to take your Vanishing power, combine with my Sacred Gear and then kick your ass!" Issei yelled, gritted his teeth with a growled, fighting the pain.
[Rather reckless, we are conflicting existences. To do that would be suicide.]
[So you know, Albion, possessing this particular master has taught me something important. Even the fool can make the impossible possible, as long as he never gives up!]
"I'm that fool! I'm proud of it! If my abilities can't win, then I'll stick with being the idiot til the end!" Issei yelled with a grin as he then lets go of his right arm. "Respond to my feeling and do your worst!"
His right arm was then glowed with bright blue fire as the red gauntlet then transformed into a white gauntlet like Vali's Sacred Gear.
[Vanishing Dragon! Power Is Taken!]
After showing the result of taking Vali's power, Vali and Albion were shocked of the sight when Issei then banged his knuckles, ready to fight once more.
[Impossible! This is impossible!]
[You've definitely taken years of your life. Most devils lived almost forever, but you will not be one of them.]
"Didn't plan to live that long anyway!" Issei said with grin. "I still got some shit I want to do though. Vali, I've taken away your power! Surrender to me or-"
"This is fun." Vali interrupts with a chuckle, finding it amusing. "My turn to play seriously."
Issei was then watching Vali flying up into the air as he then spreads his wings out, making them larger and starts to glow.

Blue and white ripples of energy came out of the wings. Issei anxiously watched as Vali pointed his hand at the school building as he then slowly close his hand, causing everyone watched as the school building began to shrink down.
"What's he doing?" Issei questions with shock.
"Vali is warping the dimensions." Michael answered seriously. "It's a very dangerous action."
"Wait, how is that fair?!" Rias exclaims.
"It isn't fair at all." Azazel told her, flying down and landed right in front of her. "Oh, what are we going to do with out two fighting dragon lovebirds? He'll have to want it more to win. Let's try adding another element that isn't fair of our own."
Virgil then raised his eyebrow, knew that the Governor-General of the Fallen Angels was right about Issei needed more and Vali won't be going down just because he had more power than the Red Dragon Emperor.
"Hey, Red Dragon Emperor. Issei!" Azazel called him.
"What do you want?" Issei asks when he turned his head and look over his shoulder, not in the mood.
"Let me make sure this is simple, so you'll understand." Azazel said with his mischevious smirk, placing his hand under his chin. "That power he has divides things around it in half."
"Divides it?" Issei asks with confusion.
Snow, Lightning, and Virgil knew what he's up to as he then spoke.
"Meaning, Rias Gremory's bust-line will also become half of its original size." Azazel stated, causing Rias look at him with confusion.
'Are you serious?' Snow, Virgil, and Lightning mentally thought with disbelief and deadpan expression, but they knew that it was enough for Issei getting riled up.
Issei gasped with shock when he heard what Azazel have told him.
'Her boobs? Half their size? I don't want to live in the world where Rias has a normal rack. They're such wonderful tits and I love them. I never loved anything more. Boobies!' Issei mentally thought as he then roared with rage, powered up with his Boosted Gear.
"Rias Boobs Are Perfect And I Won't Let You Reduce Them!?" Issei yelled at Vali.
"Wait, what?" Vali asks dumbfounded.
"You Monster!" Issei yelled as he then began to power up from the Boosted Gear and the Divine Dividing. "You're Pure Evil! I Will Never Forive You For This!"
Issei roared at the sky as his Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing starts to glow. An intense amount of power exploded from his his body in the form of glowing green and blue flames that were sent everywhere. The Leaders of the Three Factions quickly put up the barriers to protect everyone from the power.
"You have to say something stupid, didn't you?!" Kalawarner and Mittelt shouts at Azazel in unison with annoyance.
Azazel doesn't care when he was laughing out loud while shields himself.
"This fight is hilarious! His power increases this much just to keep Rias' breasts from getting smaller!" Azazel said with amusement.
All of the trees and the building were destroyed by the powers of the Boosted Gear and the Divine Dividing. With one last boost of his power, Issei surrounds himself with an intense aura, staring at Vali with pure rage.
"Today is full of surprises, but at least it's not boring." Vali said with a smirk.
"Try Laying A Finger On Rias Gremory! I Dare You!?" Issei growled. "I'll destroy you so completely, you'll never be able to be reborn again! You hear me, Vali!?"
With that, Issei then rocket towars Vali as he then fly up, but Issei manage to catch up to him, deliver a knee to the gut, caused him to cough with pain. Vali then gasp for air.
"Where did that speed come from?" Vali questions himself, tried to get away from Issei.
"So What!? You've Had Your Way When It Just Be Rias Or What You Make Everyone Else Boobs Smaller!?" Issei yelled when he manage to catch up to him, grabbing his shoulder. "This is for Rias and her mammoth love pillows!"
Issei then strike him in the stomach with his right fist, causing Vali to cough a bit of his blood as he then grabbed his head.
"And this is for Akeno's huge honkers!?"
Issei then headbutts Vali, causing both of their helmets to shatter.
"And this to make sure that Asia gets to keep on growing!"
Issei then strike him in the gut between his left knee and deliver a side kick to Vali.
"For Xenovia's killer gazongas!"
Issei then deliver a right hook to Vali, causing him to cough a bit of his blood.
"And this is for Koneko's poor itty bitty titties! You can't divide them, the only things left would be very lowly nipple!"
Issei then finishes him off with his left hook, leaving Vali crashed down to the ground as he then, but collapse down to his knee. Vali then stood up, now crave for more fight.
"Interesting. This is fascinating." Vali said with a smile, wanted more.
"How could he still stand up?" Xenovia questions with shock.
"Alright, think you can handle something stronger?" Vali questions, turned his body while look over his shoulder. "It's the-"
Suddenly, his words have interrupted by two fists slamming on his face, shocking everyone who was watching. In the next second, he was flying away from Lightning and Virgil's fists and rolling haphazardly across the floor.
"We'll handle this Issei." Virgil told him. "You're already at your limit."
"What are you talking about? I can still fight." Issei denies, causing Virgil sighed.
"Fine, I'll just prove my point." Virgil stated as he then walk towards him. He then pushed Issei, making him yelp when his quickly vanished into a mass of red energy that hastily dispersed. Virgil then pulled him up by his arm.
"Like Virgil said, you're at your limit." Lightning told her. "Rias need you more than anyone. Go to her."
Virgil then pushed Issei towards Rias who eagerly caught and embraced him.
Vali then look at Virgil with an excited smirk on his face when he and Lightning turned their faces to him.
"I've actually been wanting to fight you ever since I saw you fight against Kokabiel." Vali revealed. "Also, I wanted to fight against your adopted mother ever since she was one of the Six Heroes in Gran Pulse."
"It looks you've finally got your wish." Virgil replied neutrally, readied his Immortal Order while Lightning then readied her gunblade. "Just to let you know, I don't take kindly towards backstabbers."
"Also, you're nothing compared to the man Barthandelus who tried to destroy Gran Pulse." Lightning added with a scowl.
They then uses their paradigm shift: both Virgil and Lightning uses synergist.
"Vigilance" Both Virgil and Lightning then enhance their alertness.
"Haste" Both Virgil and Lightning then enhance their speed.
Then they uses their paradigm shift: both Virgil and Lightning switch synergist to commando. Vali then began to smirk.
"Vanishing Dragon: Balance Break!"
Virgil then sighed as Vali's armor formed around his body once again. He then uses the paradigm to switch commando to ravager as they then rushed after Vali which he didn't get to make his first move. Virgil then uses the combo with his Flamestrike, Sparkstrike, and Blizzardstrike while Lightning then uses her Cosmic Art to slash him and uses Ruinga to blast him, causing his armor to shatter before he was sent sprawling away. Recovering mid roll, Vali sped towards the two while ready to use his white sphere to fire. Virgil deflects that attack with his Nemesis shield while Lightning leap over her adopted son.
"Seismic Strike" Lightning then inflicts Vali with physical damage within a large radius.
"Skyward Swing" Virgil then uses his slash combo, sent him flying with his upward strike.
"Army of One" Both Virgil and Lightning then using their flurry of slashes at Vali.
Vali was sent flying once more when his armor was then shattered and hit the ground.
"These two are pretty smart." Azazel comments. "I can tell Lightning was the seasoned veteran since her time in Gran Pulse and she taught Virgil well. They not just uses magic and slices Vali, they're actually forced Vali to keep a distance so he has minimal chance to use divide on them."
"Really?" Issei asked, still being held up by Rias. "I thought Virgil was just throwing him around like he does with every enemy."
"Nah, Virgil is not only a fighter, but he's a tactician." Snow shook his head. "Like Lightning, he always kept his cool and not letting his anger get the better of him."
"Like mother, like son." Fang stated with a smirk.
"Still, I can't believe how easy Virgil and Lightning's making it look to fight that douche and shatter his armor." Issei said.
"Lightning and Virgil were strong, but they use their brains in battle." Koneko agrees.
"It would have been amazing if he were a Devil." Sirzechs stated in a somewhat lamenting tone. "But it's too bad that he chose his life as a l'cie and we should respect his decision."
"True, I believe that any of our factions would like to have him in their ranks." Michael said. "However, there was another reason for us to truly unify and declare peace since Virgil have represents himself in Gran Pulse which is why we can all benefit from him and their aid."
Vali sent a trio of magic bullets speeding towards Lightning, but she cuts through all of them using her gunblade. Virgil then bashed him with his Nemesis, sent him flying. Vali was right in front of him when he was about to deliver him with his right hook, but Virgil manage to block him and then uses his Thundaga while Lightning uses her paradigm to switch commando to ravager as she then uses Fira to fire at Vali in the face.
"Thundaga: Thunderfall" Lightning and Virgil then uses their thunder magic to strike Vali, causing him to scream in pain when he felt the shock around his body. The two then uses their Flamestrike to strike Vali.
Vali quickly recovers after the state of numbness, taking a breath before fully reforming his armor. Virgil and Lightning then uses their paradigm shift: Virgil and Lightning switch ravager to commando.
"Razor Gale" Virgil and Lightning then began to slash at Vali.
"Cosmic Art" Virgil and Lightning then uses their slash combo and blasts him with Ruinga.
Vali then screamed in pain as the dark energy then blasted him, obliterating his armor and then crashed down to the ground.
Virgil and Lightning then approaches him with their weapons ready. Vali then stood back up with his serious look in his eye along with his exhilarated gleam.
[Vali, don't do it!]
"I don't care, Albion." Vali replied darkly. "Besides, I still have enough magic left to use for a few minutes at least."
"Virgil, get ready." Lightning told her son, earned a nod from him.
Vali then summoned his wings, began to chant. Virgil and Lightning then get their crystals out as they then summoned their Eidolons.
I, who am about to awaken, am the Heavenly Dragon who has taken the principals of supremacy from God.
I envy the infinite and I pursue the dream.

Vali then restored his armor once more, but his appearance was starting to shift. He became larger and the armor morphed to become more dragonic appearance, complete with a dragon tail. He was about pounce towards Virgil and Lightning, but was then stopped by Odin and Twilight Odin when one of them bashed him with a shield while the other then slashed him with the double-edged blades. Not giving up that easily, Vali his clawed hand towards Twilight Odin, but Odin blocked him with the shield when Lightning and Virgil joins the fray when they uses paradigm to switch commando to ravager as they then fires at him with Blizzaga, that attack caused him to stumble back.
Vali rushed towards them, trying to bite his opponents. Twilight Odin then counters him with an uppercut while Odin then uses Flourish of Steel to flash-step towards him, causing him to roar with pain when he felt a multiple slash as Lightning was about to use Sparkstrike, but Vali caught her with his tail, slamming her on the ground. Virgil then uses his Icy Charge to punch him with his iced-shield, causing Vali to stumble back while Lightning then uses her Thundaga to shock him. Both Twilight Odin and Odin then uses Seismic Strike to inflict damage on Vali within a large radius. Vali then lurched up his upper body and shooting a large magic blast at them, but both of the Eidolons uses the Null-Shield to block that attack.
Virgil and Lightning then uses their paradigm to switch ravager to commando while flash-stepping towards him, using Flourish of Steel as Vali then felt multiple slashes once more.
"We do this together! Gestalt Drive!" Virgil and Lightning shouts in unison.
Both Twilight Odin and Odin then began to transform into horses as they then gallop towards the two. Virgil and Lightning rush towards them while grabbing the twin double-edged swords, getting on their back as they detach the twin double-edged swords.
Meanwhile, they were the battle with shocked fascination. The Leaders of the Three Factions were surprised to see that Virgil and Lightning actually fought against the Juggernaut Drive. The Six Heroes of Gran Pulse were cheering for the two since this fight was almost similar to that fight against Barthandelus. Rias and the others were amazed to see Virgil and Lightning fought him so easily.
"Virgil Farron, Lightning Farron, it's impressive that you were able to fight against my Juggernaut Drive form." Vali remarked, fighting against the two l'Cie's.
Virgil and Lightning just stood silent since they've got to end this as they then immediately throw their double-edged swords at Vali, causing him to catch both of them when Virgil and Lightning then jumped off while using Seismic Strike to inflict him within the large radius, causing him to grunt as the two then grabbed hold of their double-edged swords to use Razor Gale to slash him. They then rode on their Eidolons as they threw their double-edged swords once more when it was imbuned with lighting, causing him to roar with pain when he felt the shock in his body.
They then uses Thunderfall to strike Vali as they then charge after him when they won't let him uses the Divide Divining ability by slashing those wings off him, causing him to roar with agonizing pain when he felt his wings were sliced.
"The storm is here!" Virgil and Lightning shouts while flash-stepping towards him.
"Zantetsuken"
With that, Vali then felt a fatal slash when he gasped loudly as he then crash down towards the ground and his dragonic armor glowed brightly then vanished in a flash of light, leaving him normal while Virgil and Lightning then returned the double-edged swords to Twilight Odin and Odin, leaving them vanished. Vali was panting heavily and had multiple wounds around him, detecting that the fight was now over. Virgil and Lightning then felt exhausted during the fight between the magicians and the White Dragon Emperor as they turned to him.
"Looks like I've reached my limit." Vali said, breathed heavily while trying to stood up. "Even if I wasn't able to fully use Juggernaut Drive as effectively or for as long due to already being injured, that was an impressive display."
Vali then gave a non-hostile smirk to Virgil, Iseei, and Lightning.
"I never expected to be pushed into a corner like this. You three are powerful opponents, but you better make sure you get stronger Hyoudou." Vali said. "I want our fated battle to be legendary, something to be recorded for the ages to come."
Suddenly, the top of the barrier that protected the school was completely falling apart when someone crashed into it.
The person crashed to the ground right in front of Vali. He is a young man with short black hair. He wore in ancient Chinese armor that was used during the Three Kingdoms period. He also carries a staff.
He looked at Vali when he noticed his wounds.
"You look pretty messed up." He said.
"I fought some surprisingly strong opponents." Vali told him. "I done for now. We should get of here, Bikou."
"Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you the Descendant of Sun Goku?" Azazel questions.
"Well charm and beauty run in my family, so yes I am." Bikou said with a laugh. "Which is why I joined with the Khaos Brigade. Then again, I do look good for just anybody."
"So, I take it you're leaving?" Virgil questions with a scowl.
"Yep, with Vali looking like that, I'm afraid the fight with the Northern Earth Gods will have to put on hold until Vali is fully recovered." Bikou nods. "Until next time."
With that, Bikou then spun and slams his staff into the ground, manifests a dark portal underneath them as they started to sink.
"When our battle continues, we should make this fight more intense. Make sure you're ready, Issei." Vali told him with a smirk as the two then vanished.
Virgil and Lightning then was about collapse down with exhaustion, but Cornelius grabs hold of his son while Snow grabs hold of his sister-in-law. Griselda then gave her son a heart-warming hug, felt proud of her son.
After the battle, the armies of the Three Factions came in and carried out the processing of cleaning up the school. With some restoring the school to its normal size and repairing the gym that was destroyed. They also have captured those magicians that were frozen due to Gasper's Sacred Gear.
"Finally, a joint effort between all of us." Rias said as she, Akeno, and Kiba stood beside each other.
"It looks like we have achieved peace this time, doesn't it?" Akeno asked.
Sirzechs, Grayfia, and Michael then walked over to Azazel.
"Apologies Azazel, Cattleya was one of our internal issues." Sirzechs apologizes.
"Vali from our side cause problems as well." Azazel shrugs. "And, it was my mistake not to nip that in a bud a long time ago."
"Everything truly is starting anew." Michael told him when he turned his head to Sirzechs.
"Excuse me, Michael?" Issei called the archangel when he made his way towards him, earned his attention. "I just wanted to ask a favor."
"As long as its within my power, anything." Michael said with a smile.
"Do you think you can maybe allow Asia and Xenovia to start praying again? I know it would mean so much to them." Issei asks, leaving Asia and Xenovia shocked.
After hearing that wish, Michael was surprised, but smiled when he turned his head to the two.
"Well ladies, is that true?" Michael asks.
"Yes." Asia and Xenoiva answered in unison.
"Then let me ask you this. Would you still pray even though you know God isn't here anymore?" Michael questions them.
"Yes. Even if there is no God, I'd love to be able to pray it brings me comfort." Asia answered honestly.
"Same for me." Xenovia added, placing her hand over her heart. "I'd appreciate the chance to give thanks to God as well as to you, Chief Michael."
"We'll ask the same on their behalf." Cornelius said, earned their attention when they saw him, Irina, Tosca,and Griselda walk towards them. "Please let them pray."
"Irina." Xenovia said with shock.
"I didn't know the entire story and I was so devastated when I thought you would betray us. I'm so sorry." Irina said with guilt.
"Well don't be, there's nothing to apologize for." Xenovia said with a smile.
"Asia, what I said to you was mean-spirited and just plain cruel." Irina told her.
"Oh, not at all." Asia said with a small smile. "I'm use to it anyway."
"I hope you can forgive me." Irina said with a smile.
Virgil and the others knew that Asia and Xenoiva would be very happy to pray once more which it'll take awhile for Michael to get the system functioned. And Irina was able to make amends with the two along with Issei. Azazel was pretty much tired so he decided to leave.
"It looks things are about to get more lively." Kuroka said with a smile.
"Looks like it, but it'll get more crazier too." Virgil agrees. "Then we got the Khaos Brigade to deal with."
"Still, they were able to achieve peace." Hope said. "We have enjoy while we can."
They all agreed as then began to head home since they really needed some good rest.
