After the moment past of the unknown enemy attack of Meltys. We find two defold portal opening in Ragna's air space as the Aether Cruiser along with the Stealth Class Cruiser flies through them before heading straight for the planet.
We turn our attention to the Stealth Class Cruiser's hangar bay area, the Delta Platoon's Siegfried was docked within and getting maintenance and repairs by the RAFAH units. At one docking bay, the Drakken III that Ken had piloted out before is getting the same maintenance while the cockpit is getting cleaned as there was blood splattered on the seat itself.
In the medical bay room, Ken laid on the medical bed as he breathes heavily on the oxygen mask. The life support machines show his heartbeat and blood pressure that is rising dangerously.
The Delta Platoon and Walkure are outside the medical room as they watch two RAFAH units taking care of Ken.
"it was so reckless of him to go out there in his condition!" said Hayate while Scarlet who is in one of the RAFAH unit is checking on Ken's body with its many mechanical hands holding scalpels, syringes, band-aids, everything. "he just made his condition even worse!"
"that Meltys Kurenai was on board his own ship without him or Scarlet knowing." Said Arad with a serious face. "the way Scarlet told us of her and how the Captain acted in response to knowing her on board…..that's a clear sign that the two of them don't like her one bit."
"Major, Elysion's doctors are ready upon the moment we arrive at Ragna." Said Kaname as she was tasked to contact Elysion to prepare the medical room for Ken who needs more than a simple blood infusion to take care of his condition. "we were asked to transfer him there."
"got it" said Arad with a nod before looking at the medical bay's door as it opened and the two RAFAH units inside went out while Scarlet appeared in her hologram form to the group. "how is he?"
"he pushed his weakened body to the breaking point." Said Scarlet before looking at Ken who is breathing normally with the oxygen mask. "the forced acceleration from riding on the Drakken III and shakings caused a near lack of oxygen intake for his brain."
"lack of oxygen? How does that happen when you're riding a VF and a helmet that provides it?" Chuck asked.
"if you fly when your body is weakened like his? That's how it happens" Scarlet replied before looking at Arad "We need to get him to Elysion's medical bay and get him there quick or he'll suffer memory loss."
"I know" said Arad before he turns to look at his team. "we should be entering Ragna's skies in about 5-10 minutes. We're going to do a quick transfer of the captain from his cruiser to Aether."
"how are we going to do that?" Hayate asked as he looks at Ken in the medical room. "it's going to be hard to transfer a sick man out of a cruiser to another."
"we'll use an SPT compound pod." Said Scarlet while showing a screen of what appears to be a small version of an escape pod. "it's like an escape pod but mostly used to transfer sick personnel off a ship. I'll have it prepared with the RAFAH unit's help."
"roger" said Arad before everyone hears a rustle inside the medical room. They turn and see Ken moving around on the bed while having to have woken up.
Everyone instantly went to the room as Arad holds Ken's shoulders and stops the man from coming off the bed.
"easy there, Captain." Arad told Ken while gently pushing him down back to the bed. "you should be staying on be at this moment."
"M-Meltys….she…" Ken muttered out while breathing heavily even with the oxygen mask still on him.
"she got away." Scarlet told Ken. "but don't worry, I tracked her getaway unit. I just need time to check every single radar satellite on every system in the database."
Ken looks at her before he slowly calms down his breathing and then sighs a bit.
"Ken?" Mikumo called out as Ken glances to the side and sees the Mysterious Venus coming near him.
"Miku..mo" Ken muttered out while looking at Mikumo before he reaches out his right hand to her. Mikumo holds his hand gently before sitting on the bed with him. she gently caresses his hand and then holds it with both hands. "are you…alright?"
"I'm fine." Mikumo replied with a small smile before showing her right shoulder that has the bleeding cut bandaged.
Ken sighs while having a small smile before his eyes slowly closed and his body started to go limp. His head falls forward as Mikumo quickly holds him before she gently laid him down back to the bed and rests his head on the pillow.
Mikumo sat by Ken's side as she holds his hand and didn't want to let go.
Everyone else looks at the Mysterious Venus for a moment before they decided to left the two be together till it was time to discuss on the whole attack that had occurred before.
Mikumo holds Ken's hand as she watched him rest on the bed while holding his right hand with both of her hands.
At a hundred light years away from Ragna, we find a Macross Class battleship that is in the form model of Macross Quarter. The ship seems to be cloaked and flying in space at a low speed.
Within the Macross ship is Meltys who is sitting on the commander seat of the ship's command center. She sat there while looking at several hologram screens that showed several data on Mikumo's powers and then Ken's DNA.
"that clone of him isn't supposed to have a high amount of recovery rate." Said Meltys while biting the fingernail of her thumb. "it must be Scarlet's doing. That woman planned something with this clone, I just know it."
Meltys swiped the screens away before one appeared and showed Ragna.
"that clone and his team will be a pest of an obstacle in my plan." Said Meltys before she snapped her fingers and the crew members in the command center stood up from their seats then faced at her direction. "prepare the raid."
"roger" they all responded in a monotone voice before they left the room.
"now then…" said Meltys before she swiped the screen that showed Ragna's image and was soon replaced with a live video screen of her ship that gets surrounded with several Defold Portal opening. "it's time to play chess."
