Sonny's POV

After Danny drop me off at my house, my folks were still of course out, for a week! But I don't wanna make them feel any more worse than they do. So I'm babysitting Sophie. I walked in her room as she was playing with her toys. "Alright princess, it's time for bed." I told her.

"Aw, ok." She said.

I chuckled.

"Come on." I said as she crawled into bed.

"Martie, I wish mommy and daddy would stay home all the time." Sophie spoke.

I gave her a sad-smile.

"I know kiddo." I said. "But they're trying to make more rooms to spend more time with us." I smiled and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "Goodnight little princess." I said.

"Night, night Martie." She said.

I smiled as I ruffled her hair.

"Go to sleep." I said to her as I walked out of her room as I closed the door and went downstairs to watch television for awhile until bedtime, but stopped at the door when I heard the doorbell rang. So I opened it to see Kenickie there looking like he has been…crying. Wait? My best friend, Kenickie…crying? The man who is not afraid of anything or anyone? "Hey Kenicks." I said. "Whoa, come in." He walked inside as I shut the door. "What happened?" He asked as he rubbed his head in frustration.

"I can't do this anymore." He told me.

"Well let's just sit down and I'll give you a beer." I said as I went in the kitchen and grab two cases of beers and came back to the living room. "Ok, tell me what happened bro." He lets out a sigh.

"Rizzo and I had a fight and broke up, of course when I got home my folks were fighting as usual and I just…I can't do this anymore Sonny-Boy." I patted his back.

"Oh Kenickie, I'm sorry man." I said. "But listen to me, you can't give up." He said. "Dude, you're Kenickie freakin' Murdoch." He lets out a frustrated sigh. "And forget Rizzo, she's a bitch." I added. "But I know your folks…and I know…I know they love both you and Katelyn so, so, so much." But he just let out a frustrated sigh.

"Really?" Kenickie asked. "Cause it's doesn't feel like it at all." He sighed.

"You can stay for a week if you like." I suggested as he took a sip of his beer.

"Thanks Sonny-Boy." Kenickie said.

"Hey, anytime." I smiled. "Beside it'll probably just be you, me and Sophie most of the time cause my ma is at my grandmother's and my old man has nightshift again this week." I saw him give me a small smile.

"It's gonna be ok kid." He said patting my back.

"I know." He said. "But…I just wish they wouldn't do it to Sophie." He nodded.

"I know buddy." I said.

"Boy I sure do wish we have lives like Danny's, Doody's and Putzie's." He stated. "Well Putzie's a bit of goodie-goodie, not that I mind." Making him laughed.

"Thanks for the laugh kid." He smiled as I chuckled.

"Anytime." I smiled. "Let's watch TV for a bit, I already put Sophie in bed when I got home so dad can go to work." He just nods.

"Sure bro." He said, so we sat back on the couch to watch television.
