Bentley's next job was to destroy the dam that was overlooking Rajan's spice temple. Why would the Cooper Gang want to destroy a dam? Because they wanted to flood Rajan out of his temple. They wanted to piss off the tiger. The turtle went to a truck which contained an attack helicopter, which wasn't really possible, as most truck's couldn't carry a full size attack helicopter. Since this was the Sly Cooper universe where anything goes, it didn't matter that an attack helicopter was stored inside a truck or not. Bentley went to the rendezvous point.
"Rajan's holed up in his temple. Got any ideas to force him out of hiding?" Sly asked Bentley.
"My research indicates that tigers have an aversion to water. By destroying that dam, the temple will be filled with the runoff." Bentley explained.
"Flooding him out huh? Good plan, but I don't think your bombs are strong enough to do the job." Sly said.
"You're correct. Fortunately while monitoring the bug in Rajan's office I overheard that a new auto-pilot attack helicopter had just arrived... it's sitting inside this truck." Bentley said.
"Stay sharp, that dam is sure to be well-protected."
Bentley went to the truck that contained the attack helicopter. He blew up the truck trailer using his bombs. The trailer was obliterated. An attack helicopter appeared where the trailer used to be. The turtle got inside the helicopter. He flew it magnificently, despite never piloting a helicopter before. Bentley aimed the machine gun sights on the dam. He fired at the dam. He continued to fire at the dam. The dam was starting to crack. Water was leaking out of the cracks of the dam. Eventually, the dam was obliterated and water flooded the temple.
"Nice shooting, Bentley! Hope Rajan knows how to swim." Sly said to Bentley excitedly. Suddenly, a piece of the dam struck Bentley's helicopter, sending it spiraling out of control.
"Whuh? A piece of the dam struck the chopper... it's going down!" Bentley exclaimed. He cried out in pain as he started to crash.
Julius P.O.V.
My next job was to obtain a very large ruby in exchange for a Cherry Bomb 5000. I was excited to obtain the ruby. I like rubies. I was just hoping that it didn't end up like the last time I tried to obtain a ruby. I saw the ruby with my own two eyes. It was huge! I kept thinking that maybe this ruby job wouldn't be so bad.
"We've been contracted to acquire that huge ruby of Rajan's for a local crime ring. In exchange for the goods, they'll set us up with a Cherry Bomb 500 for the heist." Bentley informed me.
"Holy shit, that's a lot of firepower!" I said to Bentley.
"Trust me, we'll need it. To get that ruby free from its moorings you might have to whack it a few times with your knife." Bentley said to me.
"I'm on it." I said.
I went over to where the ruby was at. It was on an elephant statue. I whacked the ruby a few times using my jade knife. It pried off relatively easy. The ruby landed on a trampoline.
"Murray, you're on. Julius has knocked the ruby loose and now we need your muscle to get it to the buyers." Bentley said to the hippo.
"Muscle on the way." Murray said. The hippo walked over to the ruby's location. Upon reaching it, Sly said, "Murray, you can pick up the ruby with your stomp move. Despite its size that rock is really fragile. Bentley will run ahead and inflate cushions that are safe to throw the ruby onto... use 'em or this operation's a bust. Now, head out to our rendezvous near the waterfall."
Murray carefully carried the ruby over to the waterfall. I followed him. A person was by the waterfall. The person was shrouded in a black cloak. The person was very mysterious. I knew exactly what that person was. That person was part of The Illuminati! For those of you who don't know, I am a huge conspiracy theory fan. I was a huge fan of the Illuminati. The Illuminati was a mysterious cult that almost nobody knows about. I was interested in meeting the Illuminati in person. Never in a billion years would I expect to find myself face to face with the member of the Illuminati.
The members of the Illuminati were said to wear black cloaks. They were said to work for the U.S. Government.
"This ruby is near flawless. I'll recommend to my superiors that we purchase it... take it to our buyer and complete the contract." The Illuminati member said.
Murray took the ruby to the second Illuminati buyer.
"I must say, the Cooper Gang certainly lives up to its reputation. This is a true Indian treasure. We will honor the bargain and provide a Cherry Bomb 500 at the time the turtle requested." The second Illuminati member said. I quickly took a picture using my phone of the Illuminati person.
Regular P.O.V.
Inside the Cooper Gang hideout, a slideshow was playing. Bentley was going over the final plan to obtain the other half of the Clockwerk heart.
"Partial flooding didn't work, so it's time to go the distance. Blowing up the temple's elephant mouth should turn this grotto into a swimming pool. I'll cover Murray from the chopper's gun turret while he pries the mouth open. Once that's done, Sly will need to walk the Cherry Bomb 500 into the throat, then get to high ground as fast as you can. Rajan is sure to show up and be extra angry. Jump him, snag his half of the Clockwerk heart and we're out of here." Bentley said to the gang.
