Charlie was taking a nap. She had gone to sleep about an hour ago when suddenly she found herself being woken up by a gentle tap on her shoulder and a soft voice whispering in her ear.
"Charlie, Charlie." The person spoke softly
She stirred, rubbing her eyes, "Hmm...What?" Her eyes opened, staring at the woman standing over her, "Is everything all right, Sonia?"
"No. It's Nora." 34 year old Sonia Murray replied, "She's hyperventilating. I left her with Kathy and Chanel."
Charlie sat up, "What's wrong with Nora?"
Sonia shrugged, "She wouldn't say. She said she would only talk to you."
"Okay. I'm coming."
Standing up from the bed, Charlie waddled as she followed after Sonia. Now six months pregnant, Charlie was getting quite big. It was hard for her to walk normally.
Meanwhile in the bedroom down the hall with Nora, Kathy and Chanel. Nora was sitting on the floor, curled up in a ball, as she rocked back and forth. Kathy and Chanel were attempting to comfort her, but she wasn't talking and nothing they were doing or saying was helping.
When Charlie arrived at the room, she saw Kathy and Chanel both sitting on opposite sides of Nora. As Charlie stepped into the room, Sonia left and she strolled over to Nora, pulling out the chair from the desk and sitting down.
"Hey Nora." Charlie uttered, "Sonia said you'd only talk to me."
Nora just nodded her head, still refusing to look up.
Charlie didn't know what it was, but there was something really wrong. That much she knew for sure.
"Now what was it that you wanted to tell me?"
Nora glanced up at Charlie with a grim look in her eyes, "I saw it, Charlie. I saw everything."
"What did you see?"
"The totems. The multiverse." Nora replied, "She's going to end it."
"Who is?" Charlie inquired
Nora took a breath, "Reign."
Charlie hummed, furrowing her eyebrows as she thought, 'Who is Reign?' In all of her years alive and the years that she had been a fate, she had never heard of anyone named Reign. Born with that name or otherwise.
"And who is Reign?" Charlie wondered
Nora shrugged, "I don't know, but she's on Earth x and she has the death totem."
"Oh...that's not good."
Nora shook her head, "No, no it's not. What are we gonna do?"
"Sara's here." Kathy spoke up, "She's with Rachel."
Charlie nodded, "Then that's what we'll do. I...Kathy, can you go find Sara and tell her what Nora said."
"Yeah. Of course." Kathy replied as she stood up, heading out of the room.
Rachel was in a room at the end of the hall, opposite of the stairs. David had left the room, but Sara was still with Rachel. She was holding baby Zion when Kathy came into the room.
Hearing the door open, Rachel looked up, "Hey Kathy."
"Hey Rachel." Kathy greeted, walking over to Sara, "I need to talk to you. It's about some totems and the multiverse."
"Okay. We'll talk in the hallway." Sara said as she handed Zion back to Rachel. She smiled at Rachel, "Thank you for letting me hold your son. You and David enjoy your beautiful boy."
"We will." Rachel promised, cradling her son in her arms, "And thanks for coming, Sara. We all love your visits."
Sara nodded, "And I love visiting."
Heading out into the hallway, Sara met with Kathy who told her about what Nora had said. Listening as she nodded along, Sara knew that they had a big problem. She didn't know what to do about it, but she knew that she had to call in her team. And possibly the DEO. Maybe even team Flash and the remaining members of team Arrow.
Meanwhile at the DEO, after looking for two months, the DEO and Ruby were still no closer to finding Sonnet. They didn't even have any leads. They looked everywhere except on the different Earths because they didn't have a way of interdimensional travel.
Ruby was so worried, wondering where her little sister could be.
Alex and Kara had both tried to reassure her that they would find Sonnet, but two months was a long time and Ruby couldn't help but question whether or not her sister was even still alive.
"We should just accept the facts, Aunt Alex." Ruby said, "My sister is probably dead. She's six years old. She couldn't have defended herself for two months. Not against the people who wanted her dead."
After that Ruby just walked away. She wasn't suggesting that they give up on her sister. She would never give up on her sister, but she needed to think of a new plan. She needed to find someone who would actually be able to find her sister.
Alex sighed as she watched Ruby leave. She didn't know what to say or do to stop Ruby from leaving, but she knew that she had to come up with another way to find Sonnet. Nothing they were doing was working or helping, so she picked up her phone, deciding to call Charlie.
The phone rang and rang, and then she heard Charlie's voice come on the line.
"Hello? Alex?"
"Hey Charlie." Alex greeted, before explaining everything from who Sonnet is to her kidnapping and the fact that no one can find her. When Alex was done this was what she heard.
"Wait? Did you say Reign?"
"Yeah? Why?" Alex questioned, "Does that name mean something to you?"
"It didn't before, but it does now." Charlie explained, "I think I know where Sonnet is."
Alex was silent for a moment. It felt a little too good to be true, "Okay. Where?"
"Earth x with Reign and the death totem."
"Uh…" Alex stuttered out, "Wait? Reign is really back?"
"I got this information from Nora. She had a vision." Charlie informed before telling Alex about the whole multiverse thing that Nora had told her about.
Again there was a brief moment of silence from Alex, "But if she destroys the multiverse…"
"Yes. I know. We all die." Charlie finished
