Then Spyro walked straight and looked at a sign.
"This way to Heron Village." Spyro read the sign.
"So we are going the right way." Spyro said.
Then Spyro continued walking on the path and stopped when he saw a Griffin in trouble.
The Griffin was being harassed by four robot spiders.
"Tell us where the Gears are." The four Robot Spiders demanded.
"No, I won't!" The Griffin said.
"Then you leave us no choice!" The four Robot Spiders said.
"Prepare to die!" The four Robot Spiders said.
"Hey!" Spyro said.
The four Robot Spiders turned around and were shocked to see the Purple Dragon.
"You leave that Griffin alone!" Spyro said.
"You dare to interfere in Zap's plans? We can't allow you to stop him! So we will get rid of you now!" The four Robot Spiders said.
"Then try to!" Spyro said.
Spyro fought and defeated the four Robot Spiders, gaining Red, Green, Blue, and Purple Spirit Gems.
The Griffin was grateful for the help.
Spyro walked up to the Griffin.
"Are you okay?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, I am. Thank you for saving me. I am in your debt." The Griffin said.
"You're welcome." Spyro said.
"But what's your name?" Spyro asked.
"I'm Jevon. A citizen of Heron Village." Jevon answered.
"What are you doing out here instead of being in the village?" Spyro asked.
"The citizens of Heron Village are griffins. But they are being held hostage by Zap's Robot Spiders in the village. I ran out here to keep myself from being held hostage. I really want to help my friends but those robots are too strong for me or the rest of the citizens to defeat." Jevon said.
"I'm Spyro and I will defeat those robots and save the citizens!" Spyro said.
"Then please follow me, Spyro. I can take you to the village." Jevon said.
So Spyro followed Jevon until they reached Heron Village.
"This is Heron Village." Jevon said.
Then Jevon turned to Spyro.
"There are nine more citizens that need rescuing." Jevon said.
"Don't worry, Jevon! You can count on me!" Jevon said.
So Spyro went inside the village and went to the middle of the village and fought and defeated the four Robot Spiders and saved three hostages.
Then Spyro went to the left of the village and fought and defeated four more Robot Spiders and saved three more hostages.
Then Spyro went back to the middle of the village.
Then Spyro went to the right of the village and fought and defeated four more Robot Spiders and saved three hostages.
Then Spyro went back to the middle of the village and turned right.
The rest of the citizens got closer to Spyro and thanked him for saving them.
"Thank you for saving us and the village!" The Griffins said.
Then Jevon walked up to Spyro.
"Yes, thank you for saving the citizens and the village!" Jevon said.
"You're welcome, everybody!" Spyro said.
Then Spyro turned to Jevon.
"Jevon?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, Spyro?" Jevon asked.
"Do you know where Terrador is?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, he is in the Heart Of Heron Forest." Jevon answered.
"How do I get to the Heron Forest?" Spyro asked.
"Just follow the path straight up ahead and you will see the entrance." Jevon answered.
"Jevon, can I ask you something?" Spyro asked.
"Sure you can! Ask away!" Jevon said.
"Earlier, when you were being harassed by the Four Robot Spiders, I heard the Robot Spiders talking about Gears which reminded me of something. Did you get the message from Kono?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, I did." Jevon answered.
"Did the message tell you about what happened in Teron Forest?" Spyro asked.
"Yes, it did. Kono told us that Camo stole the Crystal Gear just like Sunburn stole the Crystal Gear and now the Teron Forest animals have no place to live but he and the rest of the citizens are taking care of them just like Lana and the rest of the citizens are taking care of the Veron Forest animals in Veron Village. Kono also said to warn the animals of Heron that the Crystal Gear in Heron Forest could be stolen too but we didn't have a chance to warn the animals because of Zap's Robot Spiders. I just hope that Zap isn't trying to steal it." Forest said.
"Thank you for receiving the message, Jevon. I am going to the forest and warn the animals about the stealing of the Crystal Gear and I am going to make sure that the Crystal Gear is still there, I promise." Spyro asked.
"You're welcome, Spyro. And good luck!" Jevon said.
Then the citizens of Heron Village got out of Spyro's way and Spyro turned away from Jevon and went straight ahead and continued walking on the path until he reached the Heron Forest Entrance.
"This is the place. Let's go inside!" Spyro said.
Then Spyro went inside the entrance.
