King Mufasa stood at the peak with sorrow amber eyes. How has things come to this? The gold lion looked at his mother who has a pleased expression.
He was doing his first trial since becoming King. The offenders, his brother and aunt. The crimes, murdering the Lion Guard and adultery.
"Do you plead guilty?"
Scar looked at his brother with a hateful expression. "Yes, with that I no longer have the roar of the elders. I bet you're happy,"
Mufasa looked away, he truly regret all times he treated his brother wrong. Now he see as his mother glared full of spite at Scar and Nefertiti, that he was apart of a unfair cycle and that ends now.
Mufasa turned to the white lion who sat nearby with his mate, Leila. "What do you have to say on the behalf of the adultery crime?"
Safi nuzzled his creamy-peach mate before looking at the King. "My mate and your aunt deserves happiness. I won't stand in their way."
A teenage creamy lion with a small brown mane, dipped his head. "My mother is happy and Princess Nefertiti has been nothing less than another mother. Don't exile her!"
A teenage pale tan lioness rolled her amber eyes before scoffing. "How pathetic."
Mufasa nodded his head before looking at his aunt. "You're cleared of your crime. You may go in peace."
Uru instantly stopped smiling and glared at her son. "Mufasa! What are you doing!"
Mufasa ignored it before looking at his brother. "What you did is unmistakable wrong. But I won't exile you or sentence you to death. But.. unfortunately your mate wants a divorce and I grant her that."
Scar looked at his brother before turning to look at his former mate to see she was in a comforting embrace with Das, of all lions. Scar wasn't sure how he felt but he definitely felt betrayed.
"Mufasa what the hell do you you're doing!" Uru roared blocking her son's path as the trial ended.
Mufasa sighed before looking at his mother. "Better to have him in the Pridelands and keep a eye on him than letting him sit in another kingdom unaware of his doings and I can't just kill my brother. Besides, he just lost his mate as well as the roar and that's punishment enough."
Uru couldn't believe what she heard. Unfortunately, no matter how she disliked the situation. Her son is King now and he has made his decree.

Former Northwind head guard, Callan was happy with his life in the Pridelands. But he was missing something and he knew exactly what it was. The reason why he was searching for his mate.
The dark cream, black mane lion found his pale tan mate near the watering hole. "Adila, we need to talk."
Adila turned and frowned. Her dark green eyes full of concern. "Is something wrong?"
Callan took a deep breath. "Sena is a young adult now and Queen Sarabi is expecting, with this new birth it's a possibility about a new Lion Guard. What if our cub is chosen?"
Adila frowned. "Callan, it's not that simple. It's not a guarantee that our cub would be chosen besides.."
Callan shook his head. "We won't know if we don't try."
"Callan!" Adila snapped. "I don't want anymore cubs! I'm satisfied with Sena and you should be too!"
Callan watched his mate stormed away. As did his dream of fathering a member of the Lion Guard.
"Well.. that was unfortunate."
Callan jumped before turning to see Gwen. "What are you doing out here?"
The white lioness rolled her dark brown eyes. "Let's skip all of this. I have a offer to make."
Callan watched as the young lioness circled him. "And what will that be?"
Gwen smiled sweetly. "I'll give you the cub you desire."
Callan nearly stopped breathing. "What! But why and are you insane!"
Gwen frowned before smiling while placing a paw over her heart. "Ow and it's for both. I want to prove something to my mother and you get you cub for the future Lion Guard. A win, win."
"But you're like a daughter!" Callan cried out. He was throwing everything out there. Because he was seriously thinking about it.
"But I'm not." Gwen smirked. "So what do you say?"
Callan looked at the white lioness who had grown beautifully. Closing his dark orange eyes he summited to mating routine.

A Few Days Later
It was late in the morning when King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi sat below priderock with the pride to welcome their visitors.
The large gold lion dipped his head when a dark brown lioness walked up with a dull brown lion by her side. The lion wasn't as built as the Pridelands king but he wasn't anything to scoff at. He had a black stripe running down his black and black marks on his legs. His mane is dark brown with lighter strips.
"Queen Janna. King Damu," Mufasa dipped his head. "It's our pleasure to have you both here."
Janna bowed her head as in greeting. "Of course. We are allies after all even with the deaths of my brothers. It is only right we show our support."
Sarabi smiled at the fellow lioness queen. "We're happy to have you and your mate here to celebrate this joyous event with us."
King Damu smiled warmly at the dark beige lioness after he nuzzled his mate. "Of course. We're expecting as well. The cub should be due not long after yours."
"Congratulations," Sarabi smiled brightly.
Mufasa watched the interaction between his queen and the rulers of the Night pride and Tree Of Life. He lowered his head and sighed. He was a complete fool to betray her for a fling with Wivu.

Before everyone's eyes the time came and it was time for Wivu to go in labour.
It was a event that Sarabi serectly wished didn't happen. But her prayers wasn't answer, instead she's forced to sit in the small cave with her mother and mother-in-law while they tend to the few minutes older lioness.
Sarabi must of zoned out because her ears perked at the sound of cub mews.
"Aww, they're so beautiful." Uru cooed before turning her green eyes on her daughter-in-law. "Sarabi! Come see the pride's newset members."
The queen inhaled and exhaled before walking over from the corner she was in to the middle of the cave. Lying by the new mother's side was a light beige cub and a goldish cub.
Sarabi frowned as she inspected the cubs closer. The dark beige lioness backed up as she realised who was the cubs' sire. All this time she thought her sister mated with a rogue.
Sarabi narrowed her orange eyes at her sister and bared her teeth. "You bitch!"
Wivu's yellow eyes widened as well as Uru and Asra's.
The goldish lioness stood and stepped in between the two. "Sarabi! What's gotten into you!"
Sarabi shoved her mother-in-law aside before striking Wivu across the face causing Wivu to let out a roar of pain. Which alerted Mufasa who came running in to hear his mate growling.
"You no good whore!" Sarabi growled before turning hurt eyes to Mufasa who was gawking at her. "How could you!?"
The former queen got in between her son and daughter-in-law. "Would someone please tell me what's going on? And now!"
Mufasa looked from his mate to his mother. "It's true, Jezebel's cub is mine as well."
Sarabi suspected but to hear it from her mate. Broke her heart. With a sob, she ran out of the cave as fast as she could.
