Bo was interrupted by the door being swung open by Dyson with urgency. "Hey guys, I'm sorry to interrupt. Lauren, President Parks needs us to accompany her to an emergency overseas. We're going somewhere that she's not really welcome so it's on hands on deck right now. Bo, there's another jet waiting to take you home. Sarah is just outside waiting for you."

I looked away from Dyson back to Bo. She was still crying and it made me want to die. But I didn't have time to explain my answer right now.

I had to go.

"I'm sorry baby, I have to go. I love you and I'll call you as soon as I can." She responded by pulling away from me since my hands were no longer keeping her close to me since Dyson came in the door.

8 Hours Later – Air Force One

I was looking out the window, debating on whether I wanted to answer Dyson or just stare at the endless miles of desert that we were going over. Then, just when I was about to answer the aircraft's emergency systems kicked after we got hit by a hostile. Everyone was knocked from their seats.

I immediately went to go secure a parachute for the president and her designated jumper to get her off this failing bird while Dyson went to go check on the pilots. "LAUR! WE'RE GOING DOWN! WE GOTTA JUMP! THE ENGINE IS UNRESPONSIVE!" I was already two steps ahead of him. I already grabbed the final two parachutes that were meant for both of us as everyone else was already off.

We quickly strapped on our chutes and just as we were about to jump the only two emergency exits that actually opened during the emergency, were closed shut by the wind. We tried to open one together but it was no use. None of the doors would open. They were all jammed shut.

So, we did the only thing that we could do. We got back into the pilot's seats and braced for impact. Dyson was aiming for what looked like a river but, this piece of crap was being highly unresponsive.
